Babysitting, Part 2
Seven entered the turbolift. "Deck five."
Harry smiled. "Is the Doc watching the kids again?"
Seven resisted the urge to roll her eyes. "That is apparently the case, yes."
Harry chuckled. "Well, it can't be any weirder than that time with the action figures, right?"
Seven frowned. "I still do not understand this crew's ability to assimilate and dispense gossip so efficiently." The turbolift halted and Seven started to leave.
Harry called after her, "It's all part of being on a starship!"

Seven blinked.
Sickbay was overrun by kittens.
Everywhere.
The Borg children, Naomi, and the Doctor all had at least two kittens apiece crawling on them. The biobeds were covered in kittens. Kittens were playing in the surgical bay. At least five- possibly six- kittens were tapping at test tubes, pushing them dangerously close to the edge of the central console. A pile of kittens of unknown number was on the desk in the Doctor's office. One kitten was crawling on the ceiling with its tiny needle claws.
The Doctor didn't even offer a sheepish grin. "Uh… I can explain."
