Sorry for the wait, I am back though. Just a little chapter to let you know.

Please, please review! Hope you are well!

"Radar, stop trying to impress with your writing and just write what you want." Claudia said, frustrated that the clerk was still fussing about what to write about. "Don't worry about what to write about and actually start writing. There's so much nonsense writing circulating in the military, yours couldn't be worse." She threw her jacket on and started to look for her hairbrush. She was going to be late for her shift.

"Thank you, ma'am."

"Sure. And also stop taking the assignments so literally. Relating an anecdote can be extended to writing about a practical prank. I mean come on, there were so many played on Major Burns just this week… Just pick one. Or the beautiful scene outside your window? Well, describe what you see outside your window and find one beautiful thing there and contrast it with all the horrors. Many famous poets found beauty in negative things…"

"You have the best ideas!" Radar adjusted his glasses with his right index finger and finished making notes on his notepad.

"Thanks, but I have to go now. They expect me in Post-Op."

"Just one last thing, ma'am if I may. Another topic is a romantic prelude and I wondered if I could talk to you."

"Me?" Claudia's eyes widened as she remembered her latest discussions with Hawkeye. His confession took her completely by surprise. "Uh-Radar, how about Major Houllihan? I'm sure she'd be more than happy to share stories about her fiancée."

"O-okay. I just thought Hawkeye and y…"

"I have to go, Radar. Good luck with your writing!" Claudia exclaimed, running out of her tent in the direction of Post-Op.

There were many patients recovering from their wounds, but most of them were just waiting for their transport out of the 4077. Only five of them were serious enough that they couldn't be moved and of those five three were unconscious. Colonel Potter served the shift before hers, so everything was tippy top prepared.

Nurse Baker, returning from her break, kindly brought Claudia some coffee. They sat down at the nurse table and talked about the workout planned for that afternoon. Some of the nurses were exercising every day and sometimes Claudia and Baker joined them.

"Who has the shift after mine? I forgot to look."

"Major Burns, ma'am."

"Alright." Claudia answered absent-mindedly. Her mind kept going back to Hawkeye and his blue eyes staring right at her. Their talks were getting more serious each day and this time it really drained all energy out of her. They both were unsure of how to deal with their feelings, oscillating between wanting to discuss it and completely ignoring it.

Sighing, Claudia rose from her chair to check on a patient who was trying to get her attention. Her brain still racing, she simply put one leg after another until she stood right in front of the patient. Taking a deep breath, she forced herself to concentrate.

"Klinger, what happened to you?" BJ said, laughing from ear to ear.

Hawkeye turned around to look at the corporal and burst into hysterical laughter. Klinger's dress was barely there, only scraps hanging from the corporal's body in some places. His blue handbag looked alright at first glance, but in fact it was itself hanging by a few threads on Klinger's shoulder. Together his outfit was completed by a standard issue army helmet and two high heels, one of which had only a part of its heel.

"That was one hell of a party, you devil!" Hawkeye brought a chair for the corporal, wanting to inspect if he injured anything apart from his pride. Turned out he had some pretty bad scratches on his body and a very nasty cut on his left arm.

"No party, sirs." Klinger hissed in pain as he sat down.

Hawkeye grabbed a few bandages and waited for BJ to bring the disinfectant. Klinger screamed his head off as they cleaned his wounds, so Colonel Potter actually came in half-way through the examination to check what was going on.
