Welcome to my profile. You may call me Christina, thanks for being here. Before I delve into the main portion of the profile message, first order of business:

I write three main fandoms currently: 'The Vampire Diaries', 'Gilmore Girls' & 'Harry Potter'.

'The Vampire Diaries': I still write TVD even through I haven't seen it since 2012 for two reasons; two people, rather.

1) Kevin Williamson. I love the essence of this story the way Kevin Williamson originally intended it, and I will forever adore the characters he brought to my screen in seasons 1 through 3. I'll never fully let go, Kevin, because you and your wonderful world deserve my captive audience always and forever. ;)

2) Nina Dobrev. The amount of effort Nina put into her two characters (even just the isolated scene of talent and nuance beyond compare in the last five minutes of 1x22, 'Founders Day'), means I will never abandon the very needed service of continually re-writing and improving on both Kat & Elena, and their mutual relationship. Nina's legacy deserves that and so much more.

Also, of course, Datherine. The most tragically beautiful romance ripped to shreds and underrated beyond compare in all of literature/media, I'd go so far as to say. ;)

Extra Info about this fandom: All my TVD stories will be completely dismissive and non-compliant with seasons 4 - 8. This is because, for one, I haven't actually seen any S4 episodes past 4x06 (once Elena's hallucination mother was urging her to jump off the bridge, I turned off the television and haven't gone back to live episodes since), and secondly, because I do not support the plot over character garbage that is the post S3 norm nor do I support the assassination of character continuity, especially of characters that I love and adore so much in their natural and rightful forms.

The only slight exception to this is my lovely epic Devastation & Reform, in which I am using basic S4 plot lines and re-writing them to fit my own uses and to give honor to a show that wasn't given the honor it deserved. There is absolutely no influence of characterization, irritating new characters or anything but baseline plots of S4 that occur in this story.

'Gilmore Girls': This is my most prolific fandom dwelling at the moment, but this may change with time. Who knows.

I write Rory & Logan almost exclusively, and I have a huge penchant for AU fics, especially with these two. I will write AYITL compliant fic at some point, but it's not a priority nor where most of the fic will be centered around.

Although I write mostly Rogan, I'm definitely open to writing other pairings if you want to see them. Luke & Lorelai and Paris & Rory especially. I'll write Lit too if you guys really want it, although it better be a good prompt with zero Logan bashing. ;)

Just because this profile would empty without this info: The most gorgeous show ever: 'Everwood' (2002 - 2006) -- This was a show that bled truth, honesty and life. It was a poetic discourse on life, love and the human condition with no if, and's or but's about it. A no frills, no sugarcoating, completely uncensored masterpiece about what it means to be a human being and the trials, hardships and joy that comes with that. I'm not sure if I'll ever write Everwood. It seems almost sacrilege to touch and change something so beautiful and pure in its natural form. I have always been itching to write Bright/Hannah wedding night smut though, so that could happen one day.

'Vampire Diaries':

Devastation & Reform: TVD S4 re-write founded upon the possibility that the blood Meredith used to change Elena was Kol's and not Damon's. This is my epic, my opus, and my baby. It may take a long time to write, but I've had this story planned out start to finish for a while now, and now all we have to do is watch it unfold, even if it takes 10 years. Includes whole cast of characters, but centered around Elena, Stefan & Kol, with Elejah, Kolfan & Datherine ships at the forefront. -- * Priority.

Numb: Elena has sufficient evidence to believe that everyone she loves is dead. Taken hostage by Katherine for reasons that the older vampire will not explain, Elena has just been forced to turn and is as confused as ever. Unbeknownst to Elena, Katherine is not working of her own volition, and is unwillingly carrying out Klaus' wishes. Through a long series of revelations brought to light about Elena's adoptive parents through the memory of Meredith Fell, Damon and Stefan begin to piece together Klaus' motives. But, unable to detect the whereabouts of the doppelgangers, anything they learn is only so useful in protecting Elena from Klaus. But in the grand scheme of things, is Klaus really the one we need to be afraid of here? Katlena romantic relationship as well as a side-helping of Damon/Meredith. -- Regular Hiatus.

Affairs of the Corrupted: Harry Potter/TVD crossover fic centered around Tom Riddle & Katherine Pierce, in 1940s post-Grindelwald defeat London. Various HP Original and Canon Characters will be prevalent, as well as all the Mikaelsons, both Salvatore brothers, Lexi & Anna. -- Push Back Hiatus.

Lethal Weapons: A medley of Damon & Katherine one-shots set in canon 1864. I'm hoping to get to 50 before I close this one out for good. It's going to take a while, though. -- * Push Back Hiatus. This one is special because although it's on hiatus and not a priority, the nature of its medley one-shot esque format can mean it could get new chapters whenever inspiration strikes.

Chasing the Sun: Katherine seemingly gave up her undead life to conquer and murder Klaus after 500 years of running from him, just as she and Damon had begun rekindling their relationship. Thirty-five years later, Damon is in Amsterdam teaching Literature at a University, still mourning her, when it turns out she may never have died in the first place. With Katherine back in Damon's life, he demands to know one vital piece of information--how did she fake her death and why did she keep it from him? But she's not giving up that information so easily, and through a weave of flashbacks and present conversations, we'll uncover how exactly she pulled this off, and, eventually, the fate of Damon and Katherine's future. -- * Regular Hiatus

Dust & Bones: Katherine Pierce never faked her death in 1864, and she ran away with a newly turned Damon and Stefan at her side. Stefan defected from the threesome early on, and in 1930, Damon and Katherine were found by Klaus. Making a deal with the devil, they sold their allegiance to him and agreed to work for his assassin organization, taking out threats to Klaus whenever he dictated it to keep their lives and their freedom. Fast forward to 2014, and Katherine has been looking for a way to get the upper hand and flip the tides for decades when she finds out about a young girl with her face that means a lot to someone high up in their organization. Taking the girl hostage with the intent of torturing her until the Mikaelsons fold their power, a very different outcome takes shape as Damon and Katherine learn more about this mysterious girl and find that their original plan might not hold water anymore. He and Katherine will face this new reality Damon is unaccustomed to, and with a vengeance against his brother that cannot be dissuaded, he will reign terror, strife and war down on this new world in a way no one could have anticipated. Bonds will be broken, forged and tested in everyone's life, and the landscape of Mystic Falls may just burn to ashes before the battle is won. -- Abandoned. Confidential: Jeremy is good at his job - he keeps himself as a detached and objective source of counsel to the convicts he works with. But when the government intervenes and forces him on a case where he must unravel the inner workings of the daughter of the most wanted criminal in the country, he knows not even his carefully crafted professionalism is ready for Elena Gilbert. AU/AH. Based on a novel idea I had that I turned into a fanfiction because I no longer wanted to pursue it in novel form. -- Regular Hiatus

Exceptional Madness: He was insouciant at best; belligerent at worst. He came from a family of high esteem, but he was hardly respectable company. Anatomy of Hero: Damon never returns home from war, dying alone and forgotten in Confederate battle, his last thoughts a myriad of questions and musings of the world he's leaving behind, and the only woman who ever gave it any life. 1864 AU; can be read as AH depending on the lens which viewed from. Assuredly D/K.

Hold My Hand: Perhaps our ingrained longing for love is really just human nature's way of itching at the seams of its most profound evil to find someone in whom it can realize the truest embodiment of acceptance; a mesmerizing twisted fun-house mirror whose depravity reflects and echoes the darkest crevices of its own soul. AU post-3x22; dark & unconventional Stelena.

Oh, Do You Suppose: When Elijah first met Elena Petrova, he held strong to his conviction that no one—certainly not a naïve little girl—would cause a wedge between he and his brother. When Stefan met Elena Gilbert, he held strong to his conviction that his brother's betrothed would never reciprocate his dishonorable love for her. Turns out, convictions are only as strong as the men who assert them. AU -- While this one-shot will remain on this profile indefinitely, the sequel that was supposed to follow it is unlikely to happen.

Resolutions: New Years Eve, 1799; Paris. Two old (friends?) reconnect under the Parisian night sky and contemplate the ever-changing nature of their relationship. Are they fated to remain adversaries forever or can the ethereal magic of midnight break down their icy defenses? Kalijah one-shot. Written as a Christmas Present for my best friend.

Yours: "You've only ever given that heart to /one/ person, only ever tethered that faith to one face… I was the only person ever capable of crushing your existence, ever knowledgeable on /precisely/ how far I could push you until you shattered." Datherine. A short, drabble-y rewrite of the Damon & Katherine scene at the end of 2x16, 'The House Guest'.

The Pleasure of Pain: Dreams are true while they last, and do we not live in dreams? Someone is trying to send an important message to Jeremy, but the way they go about it is slightly unorthodox. First TVD fic I ever wrote when I returned to fanfic in 2012, and I'm not fond of it. -- Abandoned. Please see abandonment note following this section.

Gilmore Girls:

Vertigo: Rory Huntzberger is a closet romantic fed up with her indifferent façade, disenfranchised with her unsatisfying society life and everyone in it. Logan Hayden is a high-energy, idealistic tech-genius with a chip on his shoulder about love, marriage and society's elite. When these warped iterations of Rory and Logan meet, will it really turn out much different from canon? Rogan. AU. -- * Priority.

Under My Skin: 'I'd sacrifice anything, come what might, for the sake of having you near.' Post S7 Rogan, NOT Revival compliant and no spoilers. Official Multi-Chapter Prequel to 'The Huntzberger Revival'. Rating subject to change. As always, stronger language than necessary. -- * Push Back Hiatus.

Entropy: Rory & Jess have an enlightening talk at the Distillers concert in 'Face-Off'. What could this change? Rory Gilmore was perfectly content attending Columbia and living in New York with Jess. That is, until all their pent up issues blew up in their faces. She isn't searching for a re-do, but fate is about to shove one down her throat anyway. AU S5. Early Lit, but definitely a Rogan. I'm so sorry, but every single idea I had for this story I tweaked to be able to fit Vertigo. I do think I'll write something similar to this one day though. -- Abandoned. Gilmore One-Shots (All Of Which Are Getting Sequels and/or World Expansions):

Champagne Daydreams: 'Her words were a knife, carving and peeling open an unmarred expanse of skin and creating a deep, tender flesh wound on a blank, untouched canvas he didn't know existed.' Rogan. Extra scenes from the dressing room escapades in 'Wedding Bell Blues'. Rated a strong T for language and mild sexual situations. -- Will be getting a Rory-POV sequel of the same events called 'Falling Hellbound' soon.

The Huntzberger Revival: With Rory fretting over their impending tenure as parents to their new baby girl, Logan begins to question a very conventional tradition and is thoroughly shocked when Rory offers a (very convincing) argument. Rogan. AU to any specific GG timeline. Rated T 'cause pregnant Rory swears a lot and Logan can't keep his hands to himself. -- My most beloved one-shot ever THR will eventually be a trilogy (mostly because of the enormous support and vocal appreciation for it. Input makes a difference, guys). 'Under My Skin' (see above) will eventually become the first part of what I'm calling the 'Sometime Around Midnight' trilogy, THR will serve as the second part, and 'Kismetology' (see below) is eventually going to become a collection of one-shot medleys dealing with everyone native to Gilmore, while also relying on, fitting into and expanding on 'Under My Skin' and THR canon, thus, an eventual trilogy.

Kismetology: Sixteen-year-old Ava Gilmore-Danes read 'A Brief History of Time' at nine years old, got her first telescope at thirteen and named her coffee maker Copernicus, which her mother sardonically refers to as 'Copper Boom'. When her older sister Rory visits out of the blue with a secret agenda, she stumbles upon a very obscure secret that she feels like someone should've told her by now. -- Originally serving as a fun, family-centered one-shot about the 16 year old daughter of Luke/Lorelai, this will very soon become the third installment of the 'Sometime Around Midnight' trilogy. Please see above.

Queens & Aces: In a world where Lorelai caved and married Chris, 26 year old Rory Gilmore is a young divorcee, pretending to be an elusive middle class bartender at her own casino. 28 year old Logan Huntzberger has lost everything except his massive bank balance and frequents the same casino searching for alcohol and sex induced bliss. He might find something very different. AU, Rogan. Heed the M. -- I have so many off-shoot ideas for this universe. It will not become a legitimate, concurrent story, but there will be many off shoot one-shots set within this universe. As in, a lot.

'Harry Potter':

Save Our Souls: She had twenty-four hours to intercept one measly letter. As far as plans went, she'd been on more dangerous ones before. What Hermione didn't foresee was a thirteen year old tag-along crying over her first date, burning the Hog's Head to the ground, saving the obnoxious, ornery dark-haired boy with the disarming, crooked smile and missing her time-lock by thirty-five damn seconds. * Priority.

A Quiet Riot: Minnie McGonagall walks—head held high, new golden badge pinned securely on her bosom—with a sense of honor and duty. She's never shied away from a difficult project before, and she's about to take up a case much more intricate than just being a Hogwarts Prefect – mentoring and caring for Ravenclaw's newest outcast: an at-risk, sullen and indifferent young boy named Tom Riddle. Black Sin: There was always some obstacle that got in the way of Al's relationship with his family. They were too proud. He was too modest. They were secretive. He told you like it was. But it takes a little more than that to get blasted off the family tree. -- Abandoned. Note that I will be writing more about Alphard Black, just not this story. That's a definite.

Memoirs of the Second War: ‘Weasley’s masterpiece is nothing but the facts, without too much exaggeration and a touch of real emotion...' Ron has written a book detailing the Second War, and we'll follow him as he rereads, deals with the past and reconsiders everything he knows. -- I still absolutely adore this idea as much as I did when I was 16, and I'm considering re-writing a decade of experience later. Please PM me with thoughts affirmative or against.

What I've Done: Sprung into the future fiftyfour years, sixteen year old Tom Riddle is being held captive in Grimmuald Place. An unhappy Hermione is the one that has to question him, but she may need more answers than he can give. THr. -- Abandoned. There will most definitely be more Tom/Hermione; just not this crap.

When We Were Young: Draco and Hermione happen to meet at an icecream shop 8 years after the war ended, after the birth of both Rose and Scorpius. DHr friendship, impled RHr and DracoDaphne. Abandoned. Such better Dramione friendship to come.

Turn Back Time: He knew there was no hope. How was he supposed to go on when his friends were everything? He couldn't. He wouldn't. He'd missed the goal and hit the posts last time; not again. If Fate was life's goalie, he was going to mess with him a bit. D/Hr, H/G, R/M -- Abandoned. *ducks flying tomatoes* I'm so sorry. :/

Twisted Sister: A dark, sinister look at a sibling relationship (Katherine & Elena) that deals with alcoholism, psychological anguish and the deep trauma of a broken family, and the two men who run parallel to the sister's lives and in whom they can find solace, guidance and companionship. Deals with pretty sensitive topics, obviously, and will be a Datherine & Stelena piece with a non-romantic Katlena center. Priority

The Grinch, The Matchmaker & That Damned Cardboard Angel: Christmas-themed Datherine one-shot in an AU S4 featuring a Matchingmaking!Elena, an Exasperated!Elijah, a pissed, bitter Grinch!Katherine and a Damon who thinks this is all a terrible idea. Equal parts smut, angst & fluff.

Too Far Above Sea Level: It was just a couple times – they had a lot of fun, but it was nothing serious. They were both in agreement – mutual agreement—that, at best, they were friends with benefits. Four months ago, he moved to Moscow with his best friend to take their tech start-up to the next level, and everything was good. Lots of liquor, lots of cash, lots of women. He was 25 years old and the heir to a global monopoly – what part did responsibility play in his life? Well – it better start playing a part, at least according to his ex-FWB’s twin sister who just flew 5000 miles to knee him in the groin. AU/AH. Datherine; eventual Kol/Elena.

Long Way Down: The first time he sought her out, it was with soiled hands breaking every item in her home, rage in his heart, ice in his voice and incredulous, vindictive anger. The second time, it was an accidental meeting in the graveyard laced with far more depression and angst than either had anticipated. The third time, he met her at the Grill purposely, and had no more excuses. Immediate Post-3x22 Jeremy/Rebekah.

Tobey Freakin Maguire?! A drabble-y one-shot in which Elena Gilbert witnesses her 162 year old boyfriend acting like the 17 year old teenager he pretends to be with a (far too) healthy side-dose of fanboy when they take a break from all the crazy and go see the new 'Great Gatsby' movie. "I'm uh -- just quick -- I'm outta red vines." Stelena, sometime around the end of S2. I've been planning different versions of this story since Stef's comment about 'Huge Fitzgerald fan' in 1x05. So... eight years. ;) Not recced for Tobey Maguire fans or people who don't like drowning in fluff.

Guacamole (Working Title): It took seven hours, seven shots of tequila, and some unsavory words of anger from Honor Huntzberger. ‘Logan?’ ... ‘You told me you loved me and I asked you what the point was. I know what it is now. I don’t want to be meeting up with you in twenty years spouting ‘Of all the gin joints’ cliches. I don’t want to become a pathetic deadbeat who buys a mansion in Long Island and stares at a green light all day. I want to meet you in the Plaza, right now, tonight, and do nothing but eat guacamole till the sun rises.’ Post ‘Unto The Breach’ Rogan AU, with a tweaked ‘Bon Vonage’. Most likely will work out as a three-shot ish deal.

London Rain: A one-shot detailing the during & after of AYITL Rogan, set to 888's 'Seattle Rain'. Never planned to write AYITL Rogan, but it needed to be done.

Harry Potter:

If You'll Have Me: At his best friend’s wedding to his arch nemesis, Harry meets a woman with wild eyes, a kind smile, a suppresed desire to get to know him and severe commitment and attachment issues. Too bad Harry’s four year old son E.J. has decided to call her Mummy. Harry Potter/Daphne Greengrass, background D/Hr. EWE.

Deep Water Horizon: Hermione Granger has so fully compartmentalized her years at Hogwarts that she has almost good and truly forgotten her quite sordid history with two of the most beguiling siblings she’d ever met. When notorious Death Eater defect and longtime friend to the Minister Aimar Warrington sets his sights on the Ministry’s youngest unspeakable for a nosedive project into Ancient Egyptian Runes, the brightest witch of her generation is going to have a hard time staying focused. EWE.

Other Fandoms:

So Far Unnamed Nick Caraway & Jordan Baker Epic that serves as a sequel to the entirety of the Great Gatsby. -- * Priority.

Jailbirds (The Newsroom): The story of how Tess Westin & Gary Cooper went from Only-On-Tuesday friends to lovers during the time-lapse in 3x05, 'Oh Shenandoah', told in 8 chapters for every week plus an epilogue. Most likely AU, but the kind of AU that's still canon compliant 'cause they never proved differently.

She loves him and his stupid, floppy haired charm, and she thinks that's what you do when you're in love, so she'll give it a shot, but she won't have any fun. In a twist of events, it's not Maya that has one of the worst days ever. Tom/Maya; too much fluff than your doctor would say is healthy.
