It's been over a week since Tara and Jax talked to the social services, and now in just two days Tara is going to be facing the judge and hopefully the judge would see that she's a better mother than Wendy ever was. Thankfully Lowen Their lawyer was able to set this meeting in the Judge's office instead inside a court room. The last thing Tara needs is go in front of a jury and have to tell them everything. Tara already knows she's gonna win this case, there's no doubt about that. But there's also a chance she could lose and that's what she's most afraid of. She just want to get this whole thing over with and move on with her life, so her family could move on. Tara's thoughts was interrupted when she felt Jax's lips against the back of her neck.

" Morning." Tara said softly as she slowly rolled over on to her back and faces him.

" Morning." Jax responded as he leans down and kisses Tara passionately and deeply. He continued to kiss her more passionately and deeply as he pulls her more closer to him. He sucks on the bottom lip before he slowly pulls back." What were you just thinking about?"

" What makes you think, I was thinking about something?" Tara asked with a sly smirk.

" Babe, I know you. I know you get very quiet when your thinking about something. You used to do that all the time back in high school." Jax responded as he ran his thumb against her cheek.

" I do, don't I?" Tara asked with a small laugh.

" Yeah, you do. Talk to me Tara, what's on your mind? Is it the case that's coming up in a couple of days?" For weeks now Jax and Tara has been waiting to talk to the judge about their son Abel and now that's it's finally happening in two days, Jax can't help but worry a little.

" I just can't stop thinking that I'm gonna end up losing and Wendy is going to take Abel from us." Tara answered softly. Tara would rather die than let Wendy Case walk away with their son. But she can't help but get a feeling the judge will go to Wendy's side instead of hers.

Jax rolled over until he was on top of Tara. He leans down as he kisses her deeply and passionately as he reaches down and grips her thighs tightly. He then pulls back." Babe, there's no way Wendy would ever win or take our son away from us."

" What if she tells the judge about him being kidnapped and taken to Belfast?"

" There's no real prove that Abel was even in Belfast. There was no police reports or evidence of any kind of him ever being there. So even if Wendy could tell the judge, there's no way she could prove it."

Tara sighs deeply as she nods her head." Yeah, I know. I blame your mother. She may be gone but I still blame her. If she would have just once back off and leave our family alone, we wouldn't be going through this." Tara said bitterly.

Jax rests his forehead against hers as he closed his eyes for a moment." Gemma is gone babe, she can't hurt us anymore than she already has." Jax said softly.

Tara nods her head in agreement." Yeah, I know. Have you decided what you're going to do with the house?" Tara asked as she wanted to change the subject already. Gemma gave the house to Jax in her will, but he hasn't really decided on what he really wants to do with it.

Jax sighs deeply." I am actually thinking of selling the place. After this case is over, I am gonna talk to Lowen and see if she can recommend a realtor that could sell Gemma's place."

" Are you sure that's what you really wanna do? I mean that's been your family home Jax."

" Not anymore babe, and it hasn't been a family home for a long time. I think it's time to move on and let another family make it a family home for them." As much as Jax loves his childhood home, he's going have to sell it and move on.

" Well, what if we had one more family dinner, before we sell it." Tara suggested. She thought of having a family dinner in their home, but having it at Gemma's one last time might be better.

" You would really do that?" Jax asked with a huge grin across his face.

" Yeah I would, I know how much your childhood home means to you and I think the guys would love to have a family dinner in that house one last time." Tara said as she reached up and massage her fingertips against his chin.

Jax grins even wider as he leans down and kisses her more passionately and deeply as he groans against her lips." Your truly amazing and I honestly do wonder, what have I ever done to deserve you." He said softly.

" Mhmm, well it does help that you're hot." Tara responded with a smirk as she wrapped her arms around his neck and kisses him passionately and deeply as she moans and groans against his lips.

Walking into Collette's place, Tig found Collette." What's going on Darlin?" When Collette called Tig this morning, which she never really does. He knew had to come and see what was going on.

" Where's Jax?" Collette asked as she noticed it was just Tig and Chibs. She tried calling Jax but she's been getting his voicemail instead.

" He's got a family problem, he's dealing with." Chibs answered.

" Yeah, well as my business partner, he needs to be here." Collette says as she showed them the eviction notice she has gotten three days ago. Someone is trying to shut her business down and kick her out of her own home.

" Are you serious?" Tig asked as he took the eviction notice from Collette to get a better look at." Jesus Christ." Tig said with a sigh as he looked over at Chibs." They are giving her thirty days to get out of here."

" I thought you owned this place." Chibs says in confusion.

" Business hasn't been coming in lately. All my regulars has stopped coming, I guess their wives found out where their husbands has been going after work every night." Collette says with a small chuckle." Can you guys talk to Jax?" She asked.

" Yeah, we will let Jax know." Chibs says as he handed the noticed back to her." Come on Tiggy, we gotta get back to the clubhouse." Chibs said as he turned around and headed out the door.

" Am I gonna see you later?" Collette asked Tig as she reached for his hand. In the beginning Collette never wanted Tig as her personal partner, since she really wanted Jax. But Jax kept rejecting her, so she just gave up and just let Tig be her partner instead. Besides who knew Tig was amazing in bed.

Tig just shrugged his shoulders." I don't know, Venus is supposed to coming home tonight."

" Does your old lady know what you been doing? or in this case, who you been doing?" Collette asked with a smirk and gently bit her bottom lip seductively.

" I gotta go." Tig said avoiding her question as he lets go of her hand and walks out of her front door.

" I guess not." Collette responded with a chuckle as she watched Tig walking out of her home.

" Do you think she's lying?" Tig asked Chibs as he got on his Dyna and strapped his helmet on.

Chibs just shrugged his shoulders." That's for Jackie Boy to decide." Chibs said as he brought his kickstand up and started to ride out back to the clubhouse.

" Yeah." Tig said agreement as he brought his Dyna to life and followed Chibs back to the clubhouse. But of course Collette is the very last thing on his mind at this point. Venus is finally coming home tonight from visiting her son and he just wants to bury himself inside of his old lady. Actually he needs to.
