I can't stop thinking about Arcane. I love Jinx so much.

For how noble her family supposedly is, the Kiramman residence is surprisingly easy to break into. It's not like Jinx was expecting an army to greet her, but she was hoping to bash at least a skull or two in along the way. No such luck, as there are zero guards posted and the gate surrounding the home isn't even pointy at the top, no challenge whatsoever. Her precious target didn't even bother to lock her windows, Jinx could and does roll her eyes, some people live such luxurious and cushy lives they can't see danger when it's staring them in the face.

Jinx's hands grip tight on the windowsill as she pulls herself into the room. How could someone be born into such privilege yet remain so ignorant? What Jinx wouldn't give to have been granted this life in her place. Her fingernails dig deep into the soft wood frame, heat rising and clouding her brain. She really wishes there was someone to fight but is met with an unfortunately empty room. She crouches on the ledge for a moment, eye twitching as she takes in her surroundings. Now's not the time to lose control. Not here.

Jinx draws in a sharp breath and forces the air out through her nose as slowly as she can manage. "Count to three, and don't punch anyone!" Mylo jeers, his voice echoing around the bedroom.

Of course, Mylo isn't really there, she didn't bring him, but it doesn't stop her from responding. "Shut… up..." She whispers in the sternest voice she can muster. She receives no response. Usually he has a snarky comeback, so it's a nice surprise for once.

Jinx's hands have finally relaxed, so she lets herself drop into the room silently. A glance over her shoulder reveals eight fingernail sized indents underneath the window, but oh well. It's not like they'll be able to track her from just that, though maybe she should blow the window up as she leaves just to be safe. She takes a moment to check her pockets, she did bring a few bombs that would do the trick. Of course, she didn't come here to blow things up, but a girl can never be too prepared.

Jinx takes a moment to observe the room. A giant wooden board laying face up on the ground is the first thing to catch her attention, with papers and notes strewn all over the floor. Jinx crouches down and crawls over to take a closer look, her head tilting to one side curiously. The papers are mostly on illegal activities taking place between the undercity and the topsiders, many of which Jinx was personally involved in. Maybe there's more to this Kiramman girl than she initially thought, the research into her bombing and the undercity, it's impressive to say the least. Yup, this is why she needs to be kidnapped; she knows too much. It isn't for personal reasons at all. In fact, she can't even remember her first name.

"It's Caitlyn," Cragger speaks this time, his words like daggers in her side. He follows up with a bellowing laugh, "We'll never let you forget!"

She ignores them this time, moving on from the papers and standing to shuffle towards the door. She presses her ear to the door and listens for movement outside. She can hear the sound of a running shower in the distance, and two people talking far off. They sound like they're downstairs, probably her parents.

It's tempting to steer off course and cause additional mayhem, but Jinx reminds herself that she's not supposed to be caught, heck she's not even supposed to be there. It would ruin everything if Vi came after her before she was ready.

What is her master plan? Well, she's still not exactly sure, but kidnapping the exacerbating enforcer is the first step. Once she has her, then she can decide how she wants to… well… handle the girl.

A shiver shoots up her spine in excitement, whatever happens she's sure it'll be a blast. For her at least, probably not for anyone else.

The hallway remains quiet, so Jinx makes her move into the hallway. She moves her feet lightly, careful not to creak any floorboards. The bathroom is only a few steps away, and Jinx can clearly hear the shower now. She peeks in, pleased when the door opens silently.

The bathroom is enormous, nearly larger than the home Jinx grew up in with Vi. There's a mirror filling the entire half of a wall with multiple sinks in front of it. There are sliding glass doors off to the right of colorful assortment, all covered with steam. Jinx can see the outline of someone, assumably her target, inside the shower. They're leaning against the wall, head down as water pours over them.

Dang she must be crying like a baby, too bad Jinx can't see her properly to know for sure.

Okay, how's she going to do this? She raises on hand to her chin thoughtfully. Her eyes flick back to the unnecessarily large mirror. She jumps up onto the sink ledge and with large fluid motions sketches the outline of her emblem with one finger. She knows the design by heart, and even though it's not showing up now when the steam hits she's sure it'll be just visible enough to strike fear into the heart of the Kiramman girl. Well, that's what Jinx is hoping for anyway.

The shower falls silent behind her. Okay, she needs to find somewhere to hide. Naturally, Jinx looks towards the ceiling. There are a white bricks all the way up each side wall, and she's pleased to see a small lip separating the top of the brick from a curved ceiling. Jinx bends her knees and jumps with ease, scrambling up the bricks and catching her right hand on the lip. It's a tight fit, but years of practice make it easier for her to hang on. She swings left like the monkeys she so often uses and grabs on with her left hand, easily making her way to the back of the room with a few more swings.

She's just in time, as the shower door slides open a moment later. She smirks triumphantly as she learns that her deductions were correct. Caitlyn steps out of the shower and grabs the towel hanging from the door as she goes. She crosses the room quietly to the mirror, drying her hair fervently. Jinx watches with growing excitement as the steam pours out of the shower, crawling and moving almost like a wave towards the mirror.

Sure enough, the steam rolls into the mirror like fog, causing her famous emblem to appear. She could whistle in appreciation at how beautiful it is, damn she did good. Caitlyn doesn't notice at first, she's too distracted with drying her hair, only a true prick wouldn't notice her art. After about ten seconds she does finally glance up.

Jinx's set up was worth it. Caitlin's pupils widen in fear and her breathing instantly grows harder, her eyes darting back and forth as she looks at Jinx's magnificent drawing.

With the steam covering the rest of the mirror, Jinx takes the opportunity to drop to the ground silently and pauses to appreciate the panic she's caused. Caitlyn draws in a shaky breath and is clearly now looking in the mirror's reflection to try and locate her.

As the steam starts to clear, she puts on the most maniacal grin she can muster and dashes forward, drawing her pistol and pressing it firmly against the back of the enforcer's skull. Jinx lets out a high pitched cackle as the girl freezes from the contact, her shoulder muscles tightening. It would be so easy to pull the trigger, to just end things and get her out of the way.

Mylo breaks his silence and cruelly spits in her ears, "Just kill her, then Vi will be all yours."

"No! Vi will hate us if we kill her. We don't want that." Cragger actually comes to her defense this time and challenges Mylo.

Jinx rolls her eyes, "I can't kill her, well I mean I could, but… I shouldn't?" She presses her lips together, "It would be satisfying." She moves her index finger to the trigger of her weapon. "But no, that's not what I came for."

"Stick to your plan for once!" Cragger insists, then immediately starts arguing with Mylo above her shoulders.

"Are you… talking to me?" The low voice throws Jinx out of her inner argument and forcibly drags her back into the present.

"No!" Jinx pushes the gun more forcefully against the enforcer's skull. "That was a private conversation, thank youuu very much." Jinx clears her throat, "Now I am talking to you. Good morning Kiramman. Put your hands up."

Caitlyn complies, her towel now hanging loosely around her neck. Her breathing is still heavy, eyes still darting back and forth as if looking for a way to escape. Jinx isn't going to allow that.

"Now, we can do this the easy way, or the hard way." Jinx pauses for dramatic effect, Silco taught her that and she loves it. "The easy way is we go back to your room, I let you put on some clothes so we're not arrested for public indecency, and then we go on our merry way."

"Why are you doing this?" Caitlyn tries to turn and face her but pauses when Jinx adjusts the pistol to remind her that it's there. "Where are you taking me?"

Jinx waggles her index finger on her right hand, "Nah uh, you're not in charge here cupcake, I am. No questions are allowed at this time."

Caitlyn's already pale face somehow gets even paler, "How did you learn that name?"

"What did I say? NO questions!" Jinx raises her voice; she can feel herself losing her grip on the situation. She moves her finger away from the trigger of her pistol and takes a deep breath to regain some control, "I won't say it again. Are we clear?"

This time Caitlyn merely nods. Good.

"Alright, so as I was saying before you RUDELY interrupted me. The hard way is if you make a fuss, I'll kill your entire family and burn the whole neighborhood down. So, it's your choice." Jinx shrugs, "I don't really care either way."

Jinx watches as the enforcer considers her situation, it really is easy to tell when she's thinking. She takes in a deep but shaky breath, "The easy way, I guess."

"Alrighty then!" Jinx drops the gun to her side but doesn't put it back into its holster. "Let's go back to your room then and we can get this party started."

Caitlyn leads the way without another word, and the two step into the hallway for only a moment before returning to Caitlyn's bedroom.

Jinx sits down at the foot of the bed and crosses her left leg over her right, left hand still holding her gun. She starts to speak as she watches Caitlyn get dressed. "You know, when I was growing up, Vi and I shared a bed just like this, though it wasn't quite so grand."

Jinx leans back on her right hand as she continues to speak, allowing the softness of the bed to suck her in. "We used to play a game before we'd go to sleep, who could be the bigger monster. Vi always won, but that was okay with me. I liked feeling protected."

"Boring!" Mylo cackles, "Vi's little plaything doesn't care about this, and neither should you."

"Hey! This is my story, not yours!" Jinx shoots a death glare over her shoulder, then turns her attention back to Caitlyn who's buttoning up her shirt. "Are you ready yet?" She snaps.

Caitlyn gives herself a once over, then nods, her expression looking downtrodden.

Jinx pushes off the bed wordlessly and in two quick steps crosses the room and knocks Caitlyn out with the butt of her pistol. The girl crumples to the ground in a very satisfying way, almost as good as killing her would have been.

Jinx scoops her up and slings her over one shoulder, it's time to go.
