The Watcher was right. Like the rest of the Guardians of the Multiverse, she went back to where she left off before she was chosen to fight against Ultron.

Gamora is back at Nidavellir where she and Tony Stark are destroying the Infinity Gauntlet. They remembered their battle against her adoptive father, Thanos. He killed everyone in Sakaar just to look for her. With the help of her newfound ally from Earth who created a bigger suit from the one he usually wore, she was able to slew him in their battle. After this, she inherited his armor and sword in her own size. Probably because she wanted the galaxy to know that they don't have to be afraid of him now that he's no longer here to decimate half of all life in the universe. Realizing how dangerous the Infinity Stones were at his hands, she has decided to destroy them so that no one else can use them for their own nefarious purposes which is why she has the Infinity Crusher. All that's left is the Infinity Gauntlet, so she and Tony arrived at Nidavellir to make a request to King Eitri in burning down this object. He obliged.

Before she knows it, Tony started talking about how the world needed a shield. No, the galaxy needed a shield. He wanted to create a suit of armor around the galaxy, so that it can have its own protection.

"I agree, Tony. The galaxy needed a shield, and I think we found it," Gamora said.

"What are you saying?" Tony asked.

"We... are the shield," was her reply.

Tony smiled at her suggestion. It may not look like to him, but the answer is there all this time. They could be the guardians that the galaxy needed. It's a two-people job, but it couldn't hurt anyone. Just then, a ship piloted by a group of nefarious space pirates entered the area.

"Looks like we found another threat in the galaxy. Let's go, partner," Tony smirked, extending his hand to the green alien woman.

"Yeah, let's," Gamora accepted his hand with a smile on her face.

It's time for another adventure in the galaxy.

Author's Note: Since her episode got skipped to season 2, this Gamora deserves some love. I hope anyone in this site can make their own stories of what happened in her episode while waiting for the actual episode to appear next year. Anyway, I think she'll be able to convince her Tony Stark not to create Ultron.
