Tag reads the title card, "4 Stories Up".

Tag, Scooch, and Beans are all at a hotel attending Frank's birthday.

"Hey, Scooch and I are gonna go and get the cake," Tag says.

"I'm coming with to make sure it's the right kind," Frank says. Beans jumps up from the sofa.

"Ooh, can I come, too?" he asks.

"Sure thing, Beans. As long as you don't embarrass me. Again," Frank says. The four exit the hotel room and proceed for the elevator.

"So, are you and Scooch, like, an item?" Frank asks with a wide grin.

"What?!" Tag and Scooch exclaim in unison.

"I mean, you two hang out non-stop every day," Frank says.

"It's a platonic relationship, Frank!" Tag shouts turning red.

"Sure," Franks says sarcastically, while chuckling under his breath. Tag turns to the elevator door.

"Where is that ding-dang elevator?!" Tag says. As if on cue, the elevator arrives. Tag, Scooch, Frank, and Beans enter the elevator and click the button. The doors close and the elevator proceeds downward. Suddenly, the elevator comes to a stop. Everyone tumbles over.

"This isn't our floor," Tag says.

"Sorry, folks. It seems our elevators are experiencing some issues. We will have a mechanic over momentarily to fix this issue. Until then, just hang tight," a male dog says over a speaker. Frank leans against the wall and crosses his arms.

"Great! I'm stuck in this elevator 4 stories up with these guys," he says.

"Uh, you chose to come with us, Frank," Scooch says. Frank sighs.

"Good point," Frank says pointing at Scooch.

"If we're gonna be stuck in here, we need to do something to pass the time," Tag says.

"Ooh, I know! What about we tell stories," Beans says.

"What kind of stories?" Tag asks.

"We each take turns telling fictional stories about ourselves," Frank says.

"Well, I don't see an issue with that. I'll go first," Tag says.

"Why do YOU get to go first? I'm the birthday boy!" Frank exclaims

"Well, I'm a girl, so," Tag says. Frank grunts and sits on the floor.

"My story is called 'All Fur One'," Tag says. She begins to narrate her story.

"We begin at my house in Pawston. Ma, Paw, Spike and Gilbert are all preparing for a party," Tag says.

"Hey, Tag, would you run to the store and get some cookies?" Ma asks.

"Sure," Tag says. Tag hops onto her scooter. On the way to the store, she stops to pick up Scooch. They drive to the store.

"Remember, we're only here for some cookies, okay?" Tag says as they walk inside. Scooch nods his head. The two of them head for the cookie aisle. Frank interrupts Tag's story.

"This is so boring. When you gonna get to the fun stuff?" asks Frank.

"Be patient, Frank," Tag says. Tag continues her story.

Tag and Scooch approach the checkout lane when Tag realizes she has no money.

"Oh no! I have no money!" Tag says. Scooch shrugs.

"Me neither," he says. Someone clears their throat behind Tag. Tag turns around.

"Did I hear you say you need money?" a male German Shepherd asks.

"Uh, yes?" Tag asks skeptical.

"Well, I will give you this briefcase full of money, if you win one easy game," he says.

"What game?" Scooch asks.

"All you and your friend have to do is flip over that envelope on the floor with this envelope," the German Shepherd says handing Tag an envelope. She throws the envelope, but fails to flip the envelope.

"What?!" Tag says.

"There is another way to get this money. All it'll cost is a slap," the German Shepherd says.

"Fine," Tag says. The German Shepherd slaps Tag, causing her to collapse on the floor. She wakes up in a room full of dogs with matching collars and tags.

"Where am I? Prison? I knew getting slapped by a dog with a briefcase was illegal in some way," she sayss. A mysterious dog enters the room with a helmet covering his face.

"Welcome to the Octopus Games," he says. "IF you win a round, you and the other winners will proceed to the next round. If you lose, however, you will be sent home empty handed. Good luck," The dog leaves the room. A buzzer sounds and a door opens.

"So, we're supposed to go in?" asks Tag.

"I suppose," Scooch says. Everyone enters the room.

"Welcome to 'Red Light, Green Light'. When the doll says 'Green Light', you may move. When she says 'Red Light', you must not move. Any player caught moving after the doll says 'Red Light' will be eliminated. Once you cross the line, you are safe. You have 90 seconds," A voice says over a speaker.

"Green light," The doll calls.

"Hop on my back," Tag says. Scooch jumps on and Tag races toward the line on the other side.

"Red light," the doll calls. Tag skids to a stop just before the line.

"Green light," The doll calls out and Tag crosses the line.

"We're safe, Scooch," Tag says.

"Hey guys," Frank and Beans say approaching the line.

"You guys are here too?" Scooch asks.

"Red light," the doll calls. Frank and Beans fail to stop in time. A guard comes out and takes them away. Frank interrupts Tag's story again.

"Ok, so you go to a store for some cookies and end up in some playground games?" Frank says.

"Yeah," Tag says. Tag continues with her story.

"This next challenge is called 'Honeycomb Cookie' challenge. You must carve out the provided shape from the cookie before the time runs out. If the cookie breaks, or time runs out, you will be sent home," A voice says over the speaker. A buzzer sounds and everyone begins carving. Suddenly, Tag's cookie breaks.

"What?! No!" Tag says. She is dragged away by a guard.

A little time later, back at Tag's home, Scooch arrives with some bags. Scooch knocks on the door and Tag answers. She steps outside.

"Hey, Tag. I won the Octopus Games, so I brought some party supplies," Tag says. Ma comes outside.

"Tag, I thought I told you to get some cookies," she says.

"Sorry Mom, forgot I didn't have any money," Tag says.

"There right here, Mrs. Barker," Scooch says handing the box to Ma.

"Thanks," Tag says.

"You're welcome," Scooch says. The two head inside for the party.

"The end," Tag says, narrating.

"Good story, Tag," Scooch says.

"Yawn, that was a boring story. It made NO sense," Frank says.

"Doesn't have to, it's a story," Tag says.

"Still, it was bad," Frank says.

"Like you could tell a better story," Tag says. Frank chuckles.

"Oh yeah?" Frank says.

"Yeah!" Tag and Scooch say in unison.

"Alright. Have a seat," Frank says. Frank starts his story.

"It begins on a rainy night in the city of Pawston. A young pup named Frank is lying under a bridge. Cold. Alone. Shivering. He was abandoned by his family. They left him in a box on the curb," Frank starts narrating.

"I'm so cold," Frank shivers. The storm continues above him as he tries to fall asleep with only a ragged blanket to bring him warmth through the night. Once the sun rises, so does Frank. A young dog and his mother walk up to Frank.

"Hiya, I'm Beans. What's your name?" Beans asks, holding his paw out for Frank to shake.

"Uh, Frank?" Frank says.

"What're you doing here? Are you homeless?" Beans' mom asks.

"This IS my home. Lived here since I was disowned 5 years ago," Frank says.

"Oh my. Well this certainly is no way to be living, Frank. How would you like to come live with us?" Beans' mom asks. Frank's face lights up and he wags his tail in excitement.

"Really? You'd do that for me?" He asks.

"Of course!" Beans says.

"Nobody has ever done anything so nice for me," Frank says. Frank grabs his blanket and follows Beans and his mother to their home around the block.

"3 years go by, and Beans father builds us a tree house. Beans and I would spend hours on end in that tree house," Frank says. Scooch interrupts the story.

"Wait, is it that same tree house you and Beans live in now?" he asks.

"NO! THIS IS COMPLETELY FICTIONAL!" Frank shouts.

"Okay, sorry!" Scooch says sarcastically.

"Anyway, Beans and I practically lived in that tree house. We'd even eat every meal in there. When Beans and I were about 14, we got some news we weren't ready for. We found out Beans' parents had passed away. So, without parents, we stayed in that tree house. We would only come down to get food or use the bathroom. All the rest of the time, we'd be in the tree house. Which is where we live right now," Frank says finishing.

"I thought you said these were supposed to be 'fictional', Frank," Tag says.

"But it is fictional," Frank says.

"No it isn't," Beans says. Frank rolls his eyes and sighs.

"Beans, SHUT UP!" Frank shouts.

"Oh, okay," Beans says. Beans sits back down.

"So, Scooch? You wanna go next?" Frank asks.

"Uhm, I'll go last," Scooch says.

"Yay, so I can go, right?" Beans asks.

"Sure, Beans," Frank says. Beans stands in silence.

"Well?" Frank says.

"I call this 'Revenge Story'. It all starts in Pawston Park," Beans says beginning his story.

Beans enters the park to see Frank by himself.

"What're you doing, Frank?" Beans asks.

"Playing ping-pong by myself. I'm losing," Frank says as he hits the ping-pong ball send it flying. Frank slams the paddle on the table.

"Why are you playing by yourself? What about your friends?" asks Beans.

"I don't have any friends, Beans," Frank says.

"Oh, right," Beans says. Beans grabs the other paddle and Frank and Beans begin to play. Frank interrupts Beans' story.

"Beans, I hate to interrupt, but, you're story is boring," Frank says.

"Just listen to the story," Tag groans.

"After playing ping-pong for awhile, we were ready to head home," Beans says. The two exit the park. Suddenly, a tennis ball bounces past the two and into a road.

"I got it," Frank says. Frank runs out and grabs the ball. Suddenly, he gets hit by a bike.

"WATCH IT!" Frank shouts.

"Sorry, these brakes are broken," the bike rider says.

"I'll break you!" Frank says. The two continue towards the tree house.

"Hey, Frank? Remember when you scared me pretending to be a zombie?" Beans asks.

"No," Frank says.

"Oh," Beans says.

Suddenly, a werewolf pops out of the bushes.

"RAWR!" the werewolf yells. Frank screams and runs away.

"You can take off the mask, Scott," Beans says. Scott removes his werewolf head.

"It was starting to smell like Scott in that mask," Scott says.

"Thanks. Payback is good," Beans says.

"The end," Beans says narrating. Frank gets up.

"Beans, Tag's story was better than that. For two reasons, 1. you were out of character, 2. it was not entertaining at all," Frank says.

"Well, it passed time, didn't it?" asks Beans.

"He's got a point," Tag says. Frank groans.

"Scooch, you're up," Frank says.

"Oh, okay. I don't have a title," Scooch says.

"That's okay. Go on," Tag says.

"Uhm...The story begins in my house, shortly after I finished unpacking. There was a knock on the door," Scooch says narrating.

Scooch answers the door.

"Oh, hi, Tag," Scooch says.

"Hey buddy, I'm going for some lunch? Wanna tag along?" Tag asks.

"Did you just do a pun on your name?" Asks Scooch.

"Not on purpose. So, are you coming?" Tag asks.

"Sure, why not," Scooch asks. On the way to lunch, Tag passes a older dog who's yelling for help at the side of the road. Tag turns around and approaches him.

"Hello?" Tag asks. "Who are you?"

"I-I'm Mickey. My friend went missing in those woods," Mickey says. Tag gets off the scooter.

"These woods?" She asks.

"Yes," responds Mickey. Tag walks toward the woods only to be talked down.

"I got her, Boss!" Mickey shouts. Tag's scooter starts and takes off at top speed. A male dog exits the woods.

"Uh, Mickey, this is the wrong dog, let get go," the boss says. Mickey hesitentially let's go of Tag. Scooch runs towards Mickey with a branch.

"Leave my friend alone!" Scooch shouts, beating Mickey with the branch.

"Get this crazy mangy mutt off me!" Shouts Mickey.

"MANGY MUTT?!" Scooch yells.

"Oh no..." Tag says backing up. Scooch bites Mickey's ear. Mickey howls as he runs frantically. He trips on a branch and lands on Boss.

"You're fired!" Boss says. Scooch's mom arrives.

"You two are going away for a long time," she says grabbing Mickey and his boss.

"Thanks for getting me Scooch," Scooch's mom says.

"Oh that's where you went with my scooter," Tag says.

"Yep. Now let's go so I can wash the taste of fur out of my mouth," Scooch says. Tag and Scooch head back to their home.

"The end," Scooch says.

"That one wasn't that bad. Only because you bit someone," Frank says. Suddenly the elevator begins plummeting downward. The elevator approaches the lobby and the 4 head to get the cake.

Shortly after, they return to the hotel room with the cake.

"What took so long?" Asks Paw.

"Oh, we got stuck in the elevator. But we told stories to pass time. Frank was abandoned by his family," Tag says as she sits on the couch.

"Oh, shut up," Frank says.

"I feel like we're forgetting something," Scooch says.

Meanwhile in the elevator, Beans is standing against the wall.

"Hello? Frank? Tag?" He calls.

The end
