Chapter 1: EMP Catastrophe

Izuku's home 8 years later. (He is 15)

Izuku wakes up with a start. Jumping to his feet's stretching to get ready for the day. Brushing his teeth Izuku darts over to his stash of Flash comics and starts to read intensely.

"So, what did you expect? A dirty little homeless child eating berries and struggling to survive? Think again. Because I am living my best life on Earth. I've got a library, a home gym, and a state-of-the-art security system."

Izuku goes through his daily routine, in the process knocking the strange emerald off its perch.

"Oh no!" Izuku screamed as he dived headfirst to catch the gem. He looks over the emeralds surface, mesmerised by the feeling of power it gives off. Izuku snaps out of it and, picks up a ring carefully from the side.

"And if I'm ever in danger, I'll follow Longclaw's instructions and use my Rings to escape to a new planet." Izuku sat down and stared at the emerald intensely. "It's been over 6 years; I still miss you Longclaw" putting the emerald down Izuku launches out of his cave at super sonic speeds.

"But let's not worry about all that! Welcome to Musutafu city, the greatest place on Earth." Standing on the edge of a towering building, Izuku looks down to see the busy, jam-packed streets filled with all types of people. "These are my people, with powers of there own that make me feel not so out of place and, dare I say, I am their loveable space creature. And hay, so what if they don't know I exist?"

Izuku runs down the side of the building, jumping from one rooftop to the next. He comes to a stop above a corner store, eyes wide with excitement! "My favourite hero is All Might, protector of this city and defender of all creatures, big and small." Commencing Izuku freak out moment.

"There is one person in the city who's actually onto me. He calls me the blue devil!" Izuku zips around the back of a large family home and watches a half and half boy in his back garden. "Say hello to Shoto Todoroki!"

Izuku darts around setting off all of the sprinklers in the garden, causing Shoto to end up looking like he fell in the ocean. "We have fun together!" Shoto screams at the top of his lungs "I know you're out there! And I know you're real!" "No, I'm not!" Izuku shouts in the distance.

"Hero fights are my favourite! It's so cool to watch hero's and villains battle it out." Izuku watches as All Might fights a small villain, beating him with ease and taking him into custody. "Remember citizens, go beyond, PLUS ULTRA!" All Might yells with thunderous clapping and cheering. "It's a classic line!" Izuku announces to himself.

Hours later, Izuku is laying in a psychiatrist office talking to himself "You don't zink your prolonged isolation is making you a bit crazy, perhaps?" Izuku contemplates the idea. "Crazy? Me? No way, Doc. You got me all wrong." Izuku says to himself. "And despite all these so-called friends of yours, deep down, you're still rather lonely?" Izuku states with tears in his eyes. "Perhaps afraid you'll be alone? forever?" Izuku runs back to his cave, tears streaming like waterfalls down his face.

"It's so unfair, why me? Why am I the one who has to suffer the pain of having no one!" Izuku screams as he starts running in circles, completely unaware of the lightning sparking off his pale white skin. "Why do I lose everyone I care about! Am I a curse, AM I!" The lightning grows bigger and faster the angrier Izuku gets until... "Agh!" Izuku thunders in rage, unleashing a massive electro magnetic pulse that takes out the power. Izuku tumbles and falls into darkness.

So this is Chapter 1 of the adventure, currently I am focusing on setting up the plot and Izuku as a character before I jump into the rest. I plan to be releasing chapters all this week if possible and want to keep going until I think the story is finished. The chapters will get bigger in size as the story goes on and more characters will be introduced. Remember, feedback is liked here and I will take into account what people like and don't like, so if you think something can be improved, review and I will see what I can do to improve it.
