Chapter 11: Here we go again!

Sonic runs towards Doctor Eggman's fortress. Several base defence turrets and robots power up, setting their sights on Izuku. As they shoot the hedgehog boy dodges the incoming fire but when closing in deeper into the base, he comes across a couple of E-12 Behemoth robots as they chase him. Everything pauses as Sonic comes into full view! "So, here we are again, huh? It seems I can't get a break from this. For those who don't know, my names Izuku, Izuku Midoriya. Though my friends call me Sonic." Time un-pauses as Sonic is being chased.

Suddenly Sonic gets launched by a spring, being sent miles up into the air "Uaaaa...!" Time pauses again. "So, you probably want to know how I got stuck in this situation, right? Well to tell you that, I have to take you back!" Suddenly everything starts to unwind as it goes black.

Time Skip 3 hours before (Around 3 weeks after the first part)

"So last time you saw me, I was on a plane with Kyoka, going to our new home of Station Square. And let me tell you, it is so much better than I expected!" The light comes back, showing a vast city with towering skyscrapers. "This is Station Square, my new home! It has everything, from huge open roads, massive buildings to run up and the best part, a huge beach!" Sonic is seen running along the beach at high speed, leaving a blue electric trail in his wake. Behind him, an orange and purple trail follows, perfectly keeping up with him.

"Thanks to the hero Licences we now own, me and Kyoka can use our powers without getting into trouble, allowing us free reign of the city's terrain." Izuku comes to a stop at the edge of the water line, looking out over the vast ocean. Izuku is wearing a more advanced looking version of his old clothing, this is his new hero suit. Suddenly the purple trail comes to a stop, revealing none other than Jiro. "How are you… able to do this… for so long!" Kyoka says, trying to catch her breath. "Now I know what you are thinking, how the hell does Jiro have super speed?! Well, remember when I healed her with that Chaos Emerald. Yeah, it had a side effect, it gave her the same Chaos abilities as me!" "It takes practice Blaze, the longer you run for, the more stamina you build up when you recharge, the longer you can run." Sonic says, patting her on the head. "Ha! Stop doing that!" Jiro swats his hand away playfully. "You know I don't like that" Izuku just laughs.

"Yeah, life here is going great, well that was until…" Suddenly a huge missile can be seen flying towards the city. Izuku and Jiro look up in shock. "I gotta go!" Shouts Sonic taking off at max speed, chasing down the missile. Jiro just keeps staring in shock.

Soon Sonic reaches the same pace as the huge rocket. "Ok, now what?!" Just then he gets an idea. Sonic takes off towards the building the rocket is heading for, and starts running up the side of it! Reaching a height he thinks is good enough, he pushes off with all his strength, launching himself towards the missile.

Back on the beach Jiro snaps out of her shock just in time to notice a huge robot walking out of the water, straight towards her. Then she see something that makes her shout, "No way in hell is this guy back!" only to see a claw coming straight at her. Jumping out of the way, Blaze takes off towards the robots' legs, intending to throw a fire ball at them, only to stare in shock as she suddenly appears inside the containment unit on the robots back. "How?" "That's a trade secret my dear." A voice comes over the intercom. 'I hate that voice' Jiro remarks in her mind. "Robotnik!" Jiro shouts angrily. "And there's your mistake Miss Jiro, my name is no longer Robotnik, my name. IS DOCTOR EGGMAN!" Kyoka stares for a second, then a few more, and bursts out laughing! "I'm sorry, what? What drugs have you been taking man!" Jiro continues to laugh. "Well, let's see who's laughing after this!" Eggman presses a button on his console. Suddenly, waves of electricity get sent through Jiro's body, making her scream out in pain. Then everything goes black.

As Sonic lands on the missile, he grabs onto a handle placed on the side. Acting fast, Sonic lets go, flying straight towards the back tail fin of the rocket, the impact bending the fin making the rocket fly upwards. Sonic watches as the missile explodes a safe distance away before realising, he is falling. "Oh crap!" Sonic says, screaming as he plummets to the city below. Just then he hits something, stopping entirely. 'Huh, I couldn't have hit the ground yet.' Opening his eyes, Sonic sees the strangest thing he has seen in a while. He was standing on the wing of a plane, a propeller plane! That was not the strange part though, it was who was flying. "Hi, nice of you to drop in!" The small boy with fox features says to Sonic. "I'm Miles Prower, although everyone calls me Tails." The boy, Tails states smiling. Sonic looks confused at the fox boy for a second before replying. "Umm… hi my names Izuku, although I go by Sonic." Izuku says, still confused.

Suddenly, a radio can be heard in the cockpit as a voice starts to come through. "Tails! Do you read me!" "Yeah, I hear you Knuckles." Tails replies. "Hurry to the beach quick! The crazy man's back, and he has kidnapped this girl with cat ears and purple hair!" Suddenly, Sonic launches off the plane, running down the side of a building, and taking off at Mach speed down the street. "Huh, so that's why he's called Sonic." Tails says to himself. "Don't worry Knuckles, I'm on my way."

As Eggman and his robot start to retreat back into the ocean, and alarm goes off on his Eggmobile, causing him to look down. "Ah! So, my plan worked t see." Eggman grins evilly and turns around just in time to see a very angry Sonic, already sparking. "LET HER GO ROBOTNIK! NOW!" Sonic shouts, launching straight off the ground at the Eggmobile. Suddenly a shield forms around Eggman, making Sonic bounce off it, hitting the ground hard. "It's nice to see you to, Sonic! It's been a while has it not?" Sonic gets up, growling. "Now, now Sonic. No need to be like that. I just need one thing and I will let her go." Eggman grins. "What do you want oh great, hombre gordo grande." (Big fat man) Sonic spits out. "Ohhhh… someone's been taking a Spanish class. Anyway, what I want is simple. Give me both your Chaos emeralds, or she dies!" Eggman demands, showing Jiro surrounded by lasers. "Kyoka!" Sonic shouts, pain in his voice. "So, what will it be Sonic, take me down or save the girl." Eggman puts his finger on the button to turn on the lasers.

Sonic freezes, trying to find another way. Eventually, he gives in. 'Sorry Longclaw, but I can't lose her!' Sonic pulls the Chaos emeralds out of his jacket, and throws them to Eggman. "Now let her go!" Sonic demands. "Ahh, about that. I said I would let her live, not let her go!" Eggman laughs as he leaves, Jiro and the robot following suit. "Ahhhhhh!" Sonic screams, charging towards Eggman, but stopping at the water line. 'Ahhh, not water!' Sonic thinks, backing up, tears in his eyes. "I failed." Sonic says with his head down.

"What have you done!" Sonic shoots up, just in time to dodge a oncoming punch to his face. Turning to look at his attacker, Izuku is shook to his core. There standing before him, was someone who looked exactly like the people who killed Longclaw. He snaps. "MONSTER!" He screams charging straight at the boy with red hair, lightning sparking off him in black tendrils.

The boy looks on in surprise and fear as the impact sends him flying across the beach. Getting up, Knuckles stared on in anger. "What the hell is your problem?!" Knuckles shouted, staring down the being in front of him. Sonic just growled and answered. "You and your kind killed the closest thing I had to a mother!" Sonic said getting ready to charge again. Knuckles looked confused, until it sunk in. "You're the guy who Pachacamac was after! That was over 500 years ago!" Knuckles shouted, causing Sonic to stop dead in his tracks. "What?" Sonic states in disbelief. "That can't be right, I'm only 15! Unless…"

We see a young Sonic, running around South Island coming to a stop at Longclaw's hut. Not bothering to knock, Sonic charges in coming face to face with a younger Longclaw. "Izuku, just in time, I have something to show you?" She says, pulling out a golden ring and throwing it at the wall. The ring grows and turns into a giant portal. "This is a gate ring; they can be used to travel across space and Time…" Suddenly everything goes black.

Sonic falls to the floor after being whacked on the head by something heavy. Looking up, he sees a pink haired hedgehog girl, wearing a red dress standing over him. "Amy! I just got him to calm down!" Knuckles shouts. "Sorry! I just attacked without thinking." Amy said, looking guilty.

After getting back up, Sonic tells Tails, Amy, and Knuckles about what he found. "The gate rings, Longclaw said they work as space time gateways, meaning they don't just travel across space, but time to!" They all looked shocked. "And who are you exactly?" Amy asks. "His names Izuku Midoriya, and he should be dead." Knuckles says, still in complete shock. Izuku looks at him. "So, you know who I am? What, come to finish the job!" Sonic gets into a fighting stance.

"What? No, I could not care less about what Pachacamac wanted all those years ago." Knuckles says, making Sonic sigh. "Well, if that's all you guys want, I'm gonna go save my girlfriend… I mean friend who's a girl… yeah that's what I meant." Sonic blushes, and goes to run off, but is stopped by Knuckles. "You're going to fight Eggman right?" He asks and Sonic nods, trying not to laugh at the stupid name. "Well, we know where his base is, and we have a plane." Knuckles says, smugly. "Fine, show me where Eggman" 'Pfff… Eggman?!' "is then!" Sonic says, jumping onto the wing of the plane. Knuckles does the same, while Amy and Tails climb in the cockpit. The plane takes off, heading towards Eggman's fortress.

And Sonic X has officially started! That's all I really have to say, so CHAOS CONTROL!
