Chapter 19: Beating Eggman! Part 1

President's Office, Washington D.C.

"Mr. President sir, here are the attack plans we have came up with for the raid on Eggman's base, sir!" The commander states, walking over to the desk and placing down a bunch of plans and blueprints. "The power generators for Eggman's base are located under the tower, Mr. President. We should launch a strike team to attack the base, take out the power generator, and bring that place crashing down!" "Oh..." Is all the President says, as the commander continues. "This information was recovered by Agent Topaz and her new partner Rouge sir!" The President looks up to said agents. We see a tall woman, standing off to the side, while in the centre stands Rouge. While she is not as tall as the others in the room, she more than makes up for it with the bat like wings on her back, her big pointy bat ears, tanned skin, and the high heels she is wearing. She also wears a black, skin-tight unitard with a pink, heart-shaped chest plate with white trim, and long white gloves and boots with pink cuffs. She has silver hair, that rests flat against the top of her head, going down past the bottom of her neck. "Well, Rouge, I'm glad my confidence in you wasn't misplaced." The President states. "Well, what can I say, this spy stuff is right up my alley!" She replies back. "We're all very grateful. Now, let's review our attack plan." The President continues. "It will be a two-pronged assault from both sea and air." An agent states. "Yes, but what if Dr. Eggman's robots' counterattack?" The President asks. "These forces are merely a diversion. Eggman will deploy his robots against this frontal assault. Meanwhile, a special forces team will approach the island from the opposite side and sneak into the base from the rear. Once they break into the generator room, they'll cut off Eggman's power supply. They will be backed up by a team from the intelligence agency including Rouge and some other agents." The Agent continues. "Good, now on to the subject of Sonic." The President asks, making the Agents look nervous. "What?" He asks. "Well sir, we sent someone to go retrieve Sonic, but he and his friends seem to have just disappeared! Apparently, the last place he was seen was UA, Japan, so he could still be there!" Was all the agent states, making the President look down. "I suppose we'll have to count Sonic out then." He states, only to be interrupted by Rouge. "You don't need him in the game! Not when you've got me going a bat for you!" She says, getting a nod from the President. 'I'm not going to let anything stop me from getting my hands on a Chaos Emerald this time!' Rouge states in her mind, walking out with the other agents.

Pacific Ocean

We see the Hyper Tornado flying across the sea, a blue trail following close behind, running on the water itself! "Wow, I didn't know Sonic can run on water, how fast is he going!" Tails asks, checking a scanner that is keeping an eye on Sonic's speed, it reads 752mph! "Huh, speed of sound on water, that's a new one!" Blaze states looking surprised. "How long until we get there!" Mina and Denki states, making the others laugh. "Anyway, Sonic what exactly is your plan for taking down Eggman?" Tails asks over the comms.

"Well, Eggman wants Chaos Control so bad, lets give it to him!" He states, obviously angry, taking off at triple the speed, making a huge wave generate behind him. "Holy crap! Did anyone else just see that!" Denki shouts, getting a nod from everyone, everyone but Blaze, who was staring at the speedometer, which reads 2256mph, in worry. 'Please don't do anything stupid Izuku!' She states in her mind.

Eggman Island

Knuckles can be seen climbing a cliff at the side of the island, the mech parked at the bottom of the cliff. Suddenly he sees a bunch of military aircraft and warships, moving towards the island at a fast pace. "I wonder what's up now?" He states, continuing to climb.

In Eggman's control room, a bunch of robots are seen sitting at consoles, while Eggman and the League sit around a table off to the side, planning what to do next with all 7 Chaos Emeralds. Suddenly an alarm goes off. "Sir, we have multiple enemy ships coming are way, it appears to be the US navy sir." The robot states, making all present turn to Eggman, who just smirks. "If it's a war they want, It's a war they will get! Launch all robots, and prepare the Chaos Emeralds for Chaos Control!" He states, all robots running around into position. "You believe you can take on the entire navy!" Shigaraki states, everyone but AFO agreeing with him. "What do you have planned my good Doctor?" All for One asks, making Eggman smirk even more. "Thank you for asking! Anyway, my plan is simple, use the robots I have at my disposal to distract the navy, while I use Chaos Control, and wipe them of the face of the Earth!" He says, laughing!

Navy Command Ship

"Sir, we have robots incoming, we are readying weapons now!" States a gunner, sitting in his weapons control seat. "All batteries, Open Fire!" States the commander, as all the navy warships begin the battle! As the bolts of fire rain down upon the robots, they release a missile volley of their own, taking down multiple warships in the process! As the battle rages on, suddenly a flash of light is seen in the distance.

Eggman's Fortress

"Doctor Eggman sir! The Chaos radar just went off, saying there's a Chaos signal approaching, and fast!" Decoe states in panic, making Eggman look confused. "Wait, but we have all the Chaos Emeralds, so what could be…" Suddenly he remembers something!

Flashback

"This is my power, and I'm not using it to run away anymore. I'm using it to protect… my… friends!" Sonic states, charging at Eggman as he launches him through the ring portal. 'This is impossible, unless! The being before me is a Chaos Energy generator!' Thinks Robotnik as he goes flying through the portal.

Flashback End

"Oh, crap!" Is all Eggman states as all the alarms in the base sound, signalling an intruder as they see the speck of light come crashing through the wall of the base, revealing a very angry Sonic! "ROBOTNIK! I AM COMING FOR YOU!" He states charging off, destroying any and all robots in his wake. "Sir we have another signal coming in, it appears to be the plane from Green Hills!" "Great, Sonic and his team are here to stop me! Well, this time I have a surprise! Power up the Chaos Amplifier, lets give Sonic a taste of his own medicine!" Eggman demands, as the League look on in shock. "You have a history with this Sonic guy, I take it?" Dabi questions. "You have no idea." Eggman replies.

Landing Site

Blaze and co. look on in shock at the destruction caused by Sonic. Destroyed robots everywhere, walls busted through and fires raging everywhere. "Wow, I have never seen him cause so much damage, in all the time I have known him!" Blaze states, looking around in amazement and worry. "What are you thinking! You are interrupting a military operation!" States a voice from behind the group. Turning around they come face to face with a bunch of people, one of them Knuckles recognises. "Oh great, it's the thief!" He states, staring Rouge down. "Nice to see you to Knucky!" She states back. "Rouge? When did you get here?" Tails asks, looking confused. "Well, fox boy, I arrived the same time you did." Rouge states with a smirk. "It was you! It was you hiding in the shadows at Eggman's base!" Blaze states, staring Rouge down in anger.

"We are getting off track, tell Sonic to pull back, now!" States Topaz, starting to get annoyed. "Sorry, no can do. This fight is between Robotnik and Sonic, we are not even getting involved!" Blaze states, making Topaz and the other agents go stock white. "D—Did you just say Robotnik?!" She says, looking scared, catching the others attention. Suddenly they all charge back to the helicopter they came in on, and fly off, leaving Rouge with the team. "Well, they just left." Tails says, confused.

Eggman's Control Room

Suddenly, the doors to the control room get blown in, out of the smoke steps a sparking Sonic. "Sonic, glad you could join us! I was just about to activate Chaos Control, glad to see you came to see the show!" Eggman states, holding the rod with a button from before. "So, it all comes down to this again!" Sonic states, getting into a running position. "Not quite." Eggman says, making Sonic turn around just in time to get punched in the face by All for One, being sent flying into the machine Eggman built. "Before, I was just trying to activate Chaos Control by itself, but now I see I need a conduit for the energy to pass through." Eggman states, shutting the machine with Sonic trapped inside. "You, are that conduit!" Eggman says with a laugh, activating the machine, bringing about Chaos Control once again. Suddenly, Sonic starts to smirk. "I never came here to stop you Egghead, I came to cause Chaos Control!" He states, full on smiling now. Suddenly the machine starts to overload. "What's happening, what have you done!" Eggman demands, looking on in shock as just then, a golden light starts to come from Sonic, surrounding him, slowly turning his hair gold and his eyes red. "Ahhhh! He's going super Saiyan!" Dabi shouts running out the room, the rest of the League following, all but Eggman and All for One. "You want my power so bad Robotnik, come take it!" He shouts, going Super Sonic!
