things you should know about me:

* i do not believe in quitting a story, you start it you finish it, keep in mind that if you like a story of mine that hasn't been updated in a while and hasn't got a 'complete' sign then I've either:

a. forgotten about it, a review will remind me

or b. not taken it up as a main story, it'll be updated soon, just wait for me to finish some other stories then i'll focus on it.

* i dont do happy stories, characters have to die eventually, whether they're main or minor, whether they're oc's or regulars, never get attached. you never know when I'm going to kill of someone, Camp Hero is going to be a fine example of that.

* i don't believe in using a chapter as an author's note, rather finish the chapter and write any excuses etc. underneath the chapter.

writing tips:

1. never base an oc on yourself, if you do you'll be tempted to centre the whole story around it and keep it safe and sheltered.

2. check spelling and use correct tenses, remember do not say 'their' when the word is 'they're'

3. check facts, if you're basing it around a myth (Like HOA [house of anubis])and you need a god or object for something, rather check if there is a real one so that, for example, if you were doing something with egyptian mythology, and you wanted a god of evil, rather than making him an OC and calling him 'Rut' or something, you'd find out that the real name of the god of evil in egyptian mythology was Apep.

4. make paragraphs short, if they're more than about 5-6 lines people are going to skim through them and ignore most of what you say.

Month One

Mommy, I am only 8 inches long, but I have all my organs. I love the sound of your voice. Every time I hear it, I wave my arms and legs. The sound of your heart beat is my favorite lullaby.
