Chapter 17 Siblings

Machi's POV

I was in school…and I noticed that everyone was staring at me.

"Good morning Machi", Momiji greeted as he walked up to me with Hatsuharu.

"Yo", the latter greeted.

"Morning guys", I greeted. "Question, why is everybody staring at us?"

"Probably because of this", Hatsuharu replied.

Then, he handed me a magazine, and in it…was an advertisement with photos from the photoshoot in it.

I couldn't believe my eyes as I looked at the photos with me in it.

Was this really me?

"Don't we look great", Momiji asked. "We're famous!"

That Afternoon

Momiji's POV

I was playing the violin in the park.

When I was done, I heard clapping.

I turned around, and to my surprise…I saw Momo.

"Momo", I whispered.

"Hello there mister", Momo greeted cheerfully.

"Oh", I said. "Yes, hello there."

"These are for for you", Momo revealed.

Then, she held out handmade paper flowers.

"For me", I asked as I pointed to myself and kneeled down next to Momo.

"Yeah", Momo replied. "We made them in school today."

With that, I smiled at Momo before taking the flowers she had made.

"Thank you very much", I said before taking a closer look at the flowers. "They look great. You did a very good job."

"I did", Momo asked.

"You did", I replied.

"Yay", Momo smiled, making my heart swell. "Um…Mister, can I ask you something?"

"Of course", I replied. "What is it?"

"Well", Momo started nervously. "There's going to be a violin recital for Mother's Day."

"A violin recital for Mother's Day", I repeated.

"Yeah", Momo replied. "But…I've only been playing the violin for a little bit, and I'm not really that good at it. So, I was wondering…would you play in the recital with me?"

Machi's POV

I walked into Ayame's shop, where he was waiting for me.

"Hello dear sister in law", he greeted before hugging me.

At this point, I had given up on telling him to stop calling me 'sister-in-law.'

"I'm glad that you are here", Ayame stated as he grabbed my hand and started pulling me towards a different room. "There is somebody here to see you."

"Somebody here to see me", I asked. "Who?"

"A young boy that looks like he is in elementary school", Ayame replied. "Look at that! You have your first young male fan!"

"What", I asked in shock.

Then, Ayame pulled me into another room…and I couldn't believe my eyes.

He was right. There was an elementary school boy there, and I knew who he was the moment I saw him.

"Machi is here young suitor", Ayame revealed.

"Thank you", the boy said.

"Well then", Ayame started. "I will ask Mine to prepare some tea and biscuits while you two have your meet and greet!"

With that, Ayame left, and I sat down the couch next to the boy.

"It's nice to meet you", the boy greeted. "My name is Jiro Kuragi."
