Chapter 12 Defeating Amelia

Mimmi's POV

"Deal", my mother said.

"No", I yelled.

"It's too late Little one", Amelia stated. "Your mother has made her choice."

With that...Amelia took out a contract.

"Now sign", she commanded.

"Don't do it mom", I pleaded.

"I have to Mimmi", my mother stated.

Then...she signed the contract.

"No", I yelled.

But it was too late. The contract had been signed, and the trident went to Amelia!

"Yes", she exclaimed. "Yes! It's all mine!"

"Mimmi", my mom said as she swam up to me.

"Mom", I said as I swam up to and hugged her. "I'm so sorry!"

"That doesn't matter now", my mother stated. "All that matters is getting out of here!"

With that, I was about to swim away, but before I could...somebody grabbed onto my hand.

I turned around to face them...and gasped in shock.

It was Chris!

"Chris", I said in shock.

Then...I swam to the surface with him.

"What are you doing here Chris", I asked.

"I came to see if you were okay", Chris replied. "What's going on?"

Before I could answer...the water began to shake!

I turned around...and gasped in shock.

Amelia was now giant!

"Yes", she yelled happily. "This way, I will be able to rule not just the ocean, but the land as well!"

"What is that", Chris asked.

"That's the person we need to take down", I revealed. "Otherwise it's the end of all life was we know it!"

"How", Chris asked.

"I don't know", I replied.

Then...Chris looked at Amelia...then at his boat.

"I think I know what to do", he stated.

"You do", I asked in shock. "What is it?"

"Just get out of here", Chris commanded. "I'll take care of this!"

"Chris", I yelled.

But it was too late...as Chris was already swimming back to his boat.

"Mimmi", my mom says as she swam up to me.

"Mom", I said.

"Who was that land boy", my mom asked.

"I'll tell you later", I replied. "Right now we need to get out of here!"

Chris' POV

I climbed back onto the boat.

"Are you okay", Cam asked.

"I'm okay", I replied. "But I need to take that giant woman out!"

"You're going to take that out", Cam exclaimed. "How?"

"Follow me", I commanded.

Five Minutes Later

Cam and I ran into the control room.

"What are we doing in here", he asked.

"We're going to take out that giant woman", I replied.

"Okay", Cam started. "And how do we do that?"

"Simple", I started. "We ram the boat into her!"

"You're gonna ram the boat into her", Cam asked in shock.

"Do you have a better idea?"

Mimmi's POV

My mother and I watched it happen.

Chris rammed his boat into Amelia…and she was destroyed.
