Cipherical- Naofumi doesn't want the Enclave to be seen as tyrants anymore. He is doing what he can to help anyone no matter what mutation or race. As long as you are loyal to America.

In between the California-Nevada Desert, Viper and Jackal gangs are having a meeting. Both raider tribes have lost a majority of their tribals thanks to Enclave extermination missions. With this raider alliance, they should have the numbers to destroy Novac. A light blinds the two raiders and they look down to see Ren Amaki, downed and injured. The two leaders are about to take Ren's belongings however he summons two swords and stabs both of them which takes them down. Ren Amaki looks at the Jackals and Vipers and smiles at this chance. An army of raiders is what he needs to get back at Naofumi and his cheating army.

The Raider Alliance serves Ren now that he has killed the leaders. Ren trains in the way of a raider to get stronger no matter what. He takes a hockey mask and places it on his mangled face. He looks at one of his goons and asks him. "Is there anyone else that we can use for the alliance?"

"Well the Great Khans want revenge against the Enclave for taking out their clients: The Fiends. They have chems that can make you stronger too, Boss." He explains which has Ren excited. Drugs in VRMMOs mean getting a boost in power and speed. The Sword 'Hero' smiles as he takes his army to Red Rock Canyon.

General Iwatani and Colonel Bragg are walking with their Enclave soldiers where they see the Slave Merchant they heard about. He sees them and sweats however he gives them a vile smile. "Greetings Shield Hero. It is a pleasure to see the man that ended the monarchy. Such valor to do so."

"Yes I did. I have come to shop for a certain item. You may have it or rather them." Naofumi said and Beloukas knows exactly what he is talking about. "But of course good sir. The merchandise I have will surely peak your interest. If you will follow me."

They follow the slave trader though Bragg is itching to take his gun out but Naofumi calms him down by mouthing 'Play along.'

The Enclave leaders enter the Slave Trader's underground base and shows him a cage full of Demi-humans. Many of them are sick or hungry to near death. Beloukas just smile at this sight and tells them about the 'merchandise.' "These slaves were taken and beaten to submission. They will obey your word no matter what. You can even order them to kill themselves and they will do it. What you are seeing right now is a high level wolf Demi-Human."

However what Naofumi sees that enrages him even more is a raccoon child. She is shivering from the cold and once she looks at Naofumi, she looks away. As if she is afraid that he will hurt her if she looks him in the eye.

"I will take them all." The General announces which has everyone in shock. The Slave Trader is getting excited at this transaction. "Of course sir. You must know that the amount is massive."

"Of course I know. Bragg, give him what he deserves." Naofumi orders and the colonel goes into his uniform which makes Beloukas close his eyes in excitement. The cost for all these slaves will allow him to expand the business. The money he will get has him almost salivating and opens his eyes, expecting to see a large bag of money. Instead he finds himself staring at the barrel of a revolver. He can only plead with them once he sees it.

"Please do-" Beloukas the Slave Trader is shot and falls to the ground which has every slave scared at the loud sound. The General takes the key and unlocks the cage. He motions the medics to come in which scares them. He does his best to calm them by speaking softly as his troops take the chains off.

"It's okay. We are here to save you all. Medics, come in and get some food!"

After taking the freed slaves, Naofumi had his troops scout the Underground to see if there are any hidden pathways. Once they found them he came with a decision and holds up a map that he took from the Slave Trader. "Colonel Bragg, take them to the capital and make sure they are taken care of. I will use this map to find other Slaver bases. Also be on the lookout for any revolts from the nobles."

"Yes sir. I'll make sure those pieces of shit get the same payment: Lead." Colonel Bragg is about to take them to safety but a raccoon girl comes out of the crowd. She begs to General Iwatani.

"Please take me with you. You are the Shield Hero, I want to help you master!" Naofumi growls at what she said which frightens her. "I'm sorry master!"

"I am no master. A liberator and general is all I am. Please don't call me that anymore. Are you sure you want to come with me?"

She nods and tries her best to be confident. "Please, my best friend was taken by the Slave Trader's client. I know where his castle is and the path through the underground labyrinth."

Naofumi thinks about this and looks at the map they took from Slave Trader's corpse. He realizes the underground has multiple paths. "Very well, you can come with me and my squad. Tell me child, what is your name?"

"I am Raphtalia. It is wonderful to meet you, Shield Hero." She bows which has him freak out. "Don't do that. S-salute is the proper action. My name is General Naofumi Iwatani."

"You know sir, I can give you a book on parenting." Bragg jokes which makes him blush.

"Shut the fuck up Colonel!" Naofumi walks away and can still be heard shouting as he marches with his soldiers. "And wipe that smirk off your face!"

Idol Rabier whips his slave which cause her to fall in pain. She pleads for mercy but he doesn't hear it. "You filth! How dare you spill my wine?!"

"Forgive me Milord..!"

"Shut it!" He raises his hand, ready to hit her again until a guard enters breathing heavily. "This better be good guard. You are ruining my fun."

"Milord! Troops are coming from the slave labyrinth. They are attacking us!" He said which shocks the vile nobleman. Explosions can be heard outside.

"Well kill them!" Idol orders the guard. Someone is yelling on the other side of the door. "Breach and clear!"

The door blows up and soldiers march in. The guard tries to unsheathe his sword but is disintegrated thanks to ED-E. Rabier grabs the slave he was beaten and puts her between the soldiers and himself. "Get back! Right now!"

A shield passes the soldiers and strikes the noble, which makes him let her go and crashes down. Raphtalia enters with Naofumi and he grabs the shield. She runs to the wounded slave and hugs her.

"Keel!" Raphtalia cries and holds her friend. Once she realizes who it is, she holds her best friend as well. "Raphtalia!"

"Ah! You damn inferiors!"

"Oh good, he's still conscious." General Iwatani kneels beside the two girls and comforts them. "Please leave the room, children. You should go play outside."

"Okay Shield Hero. Come on Keel." The Tanuki girl grabs her friend and exits the room. However it was his title that made Idol growl as Naofumi begins to walk towards the vile man.

"You damn Devil! I will see you executed for this! I have the ear of the king himself!" That is he can say thanks to Naofumi grabbing him and kneeing him in the stomach. The force makes Idol vomit out his lunch which Naofumi notices and kicks head into the vomit.

"I don't see any vegetables in there fatass." He snaps his fingers and two soldiers grab Idol by the shoulders and rip off his clothing to show the noble's back. Naofumi grabs the whip he used on the child and no doubt on so many others. He hits him with it, showing the same mercy he showed to the Demi-Humans he enslaved. The noble screams as he keeps getting whipped over and over. His pleas are not heard as his back is scarred. They drop him and he lays in tears and blood.

"Pathetic. Where was that bravado? You think abusing children makes you strong?! Pieces of shit like you talk big but you just hide behind servants and gold to protect yourself." Naofumi grabs him by the shirt while holding the whip on the other hand. "I will never show mercy to scum like you. Anyone holding these, using them on people of any kind will die. Everything of value will be given to your victims and be used to regain the might of my country."

While his comrades hated communist and mutants, Naofumi Iwatani hated slavery with a burning passion. He will always see people like Idol Rabior as monsters that need to be put down. That is why this vile man must die. He then drops the whip and raises his fist. He doesn't deserve a bullet to the head.

"NO PLEASE! I'M SORRY! I WON'T DO IT AG-GHK!"

Naofumi walks out of the room with blood dripping down his knuckles when a guard enters from another room. The soldiers aim at him but the General orders them to stand down. The guard falls down to reveal a maid with blood on her knife. Naofumi is curious who this individual is and so questions her. "Who are you? You are certainly no maid."

She bows to him and takes out a crystal ball to hand it to him. He takes it and looks at it when suddenly a voice speaks from it.

"Greetings Shield Hero. I had hoped that we could talk in person but this will do. I am Queen Mirellia of Melromarc." An elegant woman appears in the crystal ball and hides her smile with a fan. "My my. Such a handsome man. I can tell you are someone that has a great intelligence in your head. I wish to negotiate with you."

The response to her flirting? Naofumi feeling himself blush and ED-E beeping (Laughing). He ignores it and talks to this interesting woman. "Very well, talk and we'll see."

Duke enters the Enclave Remnant bunker with Arcade. They have just found all of the remnants of the Devil's Brigade and convinced them to reform. Inside, the veterans watch Duke come in and introduce herself. "It's a pleasure to meet you tough seniors."

"Duke…" Arcade facepalms at his friend. When she opens her mouth, she will either compliment you, insult you or both somehow. However Daisy Whitman just chuckles.

"Sweet as always dear."

"So what do you want these old geezers for?" Judah ask and Duke smiles as she takes out her badge to show her name and rank. They look at this sergeant and she salutes.

"Good to see you veterans. Welcome back to the Enclave." She reveals to the Devil's Brigade. "We are reclaiming this state for the US of A. Are you in?"

They look at eachother and all have the same answer. "When do we start?"

"Ma'am!" A Private runs into the base which annoys Duke. "I thought I told you Private, I am no ma'am! I work! Now what is it Private?"

"Right Sgt Dornan! A large bandit army of Great Khans, Jackals, and Vipers have appear out of nowhere! They are heading for the Mojave Outpost as we speak!"

Duke Dornan looks at the Devil's Brigade and smiles. "It looks like we got your first assignment. Pack it up! We are going to raise hell soldiers! Evacuate everyone out of Goodsprings and Primm! That vertibird better be ready to fly three minutes ago!"

"She is definitely Arch's granddaughter." Cannibal Johnson whispers to Doctor Henry which he can't help but agree as the reunited Enclave soldiers gets ready to leave.

Ren Amaki is looking up at the Desert and NCR Ranger statue. Behind him is an army of Jackals, Vipers, and Great Khans: All of them serving him. It was difficult to convince them but when he mentioned he would attack the Mojave Outpost, they agreed to join his alliance. Apparently, the outpost is the sole entrance for the NCR army and with it destroyed the soldiers would be trapped in Hoover Dam.

Papa Khan looks at this vengeful kid and knows he can be useful to end the NCR in the Mojave. One of the things he had done to Ren was inject him full of chems to make him stronger. Psycho, Med-X, Buffout, and Jet are in the hero's system right now. Not only that, the Jackals and Vipers trained Ren their ways and now their leader is a beast that can be used to destroy the Raider's enemies. Ren is now wearing a hockey mask hiding his disfigurement with bloodshot eyes. The bottom of the mask where the mouth would be is taken off to show his new jagged teeth.

The Sword Hero raises his katana and points at the Outpost. The Raider Alliance charges at them which Ranger Ghost can see from his scope. She yells for everyone to hear as she snipes at them. "Everyone get a damned gun! Raiders are coming!"

Cass comes out of the bar and chugs a whiskey bottle. She throws it over her shoulder and walks to the statue loading her caravan shotgun. A vertibird is getting closer as well.
