Welcome to konohagakure no sato, it is a village filled with laughter, smiles and beautiful green scenery, for most people. But not so much for a young 4-year-old little boy running from a mob of angry villagers, genin and chunin. Now this young boy is very special, as he is the protagonist of this story.
This boy is, Naruto Uzumaki. He has some very peculiar skills and talents, you see, this boy has not only intelligence that could rival a Nara 5 years older than him, he also has unusually strong photographic memory. But what only the older generation knows, is that he is also the container for the Kyuubi no Kitsune.
While he was running, he accidentally found himself in a dead-end alley which gave the villagers the opportunity to catch him and torture him. They started of with pinning him to the wall with some rusty kunai stuck through his hands and feet, from which they started to beat him and cut him up with rusty kunai they heated up with a small katon jutsu. When they were almost finished, a Uchiha stepped forward and caught him in a genjutsu where the torture replayed itself over and over, until finally he became unconscious.
Next morning (Hokage's office)Hiruzen Sarutobi, the sandaime Hokage, is currently sitting in his office, drowned with worry, looking through his crystal ball trying to find his surrogate grandson, Naruto, whom was not at the orphanage this morning.
When he finally got a lock on him, and saw where he was, and how he looked, he called his 3 most trusted ANBU guards, Inu, Neko and Karasu to follow him, when he finally arrived, he quickly removed the kunai and grabbed Naruto and ordered Neko to start the healing process with some Iryo ninjutsu until they arrive at the hospital.
At the hospital they called for the only doctor and nurse they could trust to not try anything to hurt him. After awhile the doctor and nurse came out with sweat lining their brow.
"How's he doing Ryu?" asked Hiruzen, worry written all over his face.
"He's stable for now. I can't believe they would do this to a young boy, his body was littered with cuts, 3rd degree burns, poisons, infections, bruises and internal bleeding. And his brain activity is showing major concussions and trauma." Ryu replied, sadness lining his face.
"Is there anything we can do to help?" Karasu asked, his usually emotionless voice showing hints of worry and restlessness.
"Mentally, yes. Get a Yamanaka here to give him therapy and help him through it, and he should be good. Physically, no. The Kyuubi is already starting to fix it as we speak, he was malnourished, if he didn't have the kyuubi, he would've died a long time ago from lack of food. But it seems that with the right amount of nutrients, the Kyuubi's yokai seems to supercharge the body's functions."
Inu, whom is not the most well versed in anything medical, had to ask, "What do you mean, "supercharge the body" is it what I think it is?"
Ryu responded, "It means that if he gets the same amount of nutrients and training as someone else his age, get thrice the amount of results in the same amount of time."
Neko stood there completely stunned, Hiruzen noticed "Neko, what's wrong?"
She didn't reply, she just pointed through the window towards Naruto, who was sitting there staring at the wall, but what was shocking was the fact that he was activating and deactivating a sharingan.
2 hours earlier (Naruto's mindscape)
Naruto awoke groggily in a sewer like hallway, with pipes running down it, while rubbing his eyes he asked, "Hello, anyone there?"
A dark rumbling voice responded further down the dark hallway "Down here, gaki, we're waiting for you"
Cautiously Naruto walked down the hallway, eyes darting everywhere as if expecting the mob to come back again. When he finally made it to the end, he saw a cage with a HUGE fox laying inside, as well as two people sitting on its head. Seeing that they had his attention, a tall man with blonde hair spoke up. "Hey Naruto, it's great to finally see you."
Naruto responded with admiration in his voice "Yondaime, what are you doing here? Am I dead? Where is here? And why is the Akai Chishio no Habanero here? Who's the fox?"
The redhead responded, worry in her voice "woah, calm down Naruto. You're not dead, Minato is here to explain some things, as am I and my name is Kushina, we are in your mindscape. The fox is the kyuubi, don't freak out, all will be explained." Minato just stood there nodding, with a small smile adorning his lips.
"Ok, I wont freak out, but I got one question before anything else, was my theory about you being my father?" Naruto asked, unusually shy, not surprising when two of his biggest heroes are right in front of him.
Minato walked towards him and bent down so he was eye to eye with Naruto "Yes, I am your father, and Kushina here is one of your 3 mothers, now as fo-"
"woah, woah, woah, stop right there, what do you mean I have 3 mothers?" Naruto interrupted Minato in shock. Minato understanding the shock, just explained it to him from the start.
"Let me explain, the reason you can have 3 mothers, is that due to the kyuubi being sealed in Kushina before she reached puberty, her reproductive organs became tainted and useless, but thanks to being an Uzumaki, and having a best friend willing to do anything for her, she got an egg transplant from Mikoto Uchiha, which mutated into a hybrid egg of Uzumaki, Uchiha and Kyuubi's DNA, which is how you have 3 mothers."
Now Kyuubi looked at the young kid with a motherly gaze and started speaking, "Now before you ask how a being of chakra could have a gender, it all has to who I have been sealed in, since it has only been women before you, I became a female"
Now Minato took over explaining again, "The reason Kurra here, is sealed in you is because my presumed dead student Obito Uchiha, ripped Kurra out of Kushina and controlled her to attack Konoha the same day you were born, and the only way to stop a being of chakra is sealing them away, and what better person to trust, than my own son."
Kushina stepped forward "Minato, are you going to tell him your origins?"
"Yes, now Naruto, the biggest secret I have ever had, is that my grandfather is none other than Tobirama Senju"
