Chris was sitting at the top of the castle, just sunbathing with shades on "ah, what a nice morning to not be doing anything! I really missed that from my unemployed days. But anyhow, last time on Total Drama, we had some ballroom dancing. Where it was about as awkward as any prom night. Hehe, like any of these kids would be invited to a prom with someone!" as he spoke, it flashbacked to Vincent dipping Penny and winning the first part of the challenge "in the end, the Jesters won both parts of the challenge. So the Peasants had to cut their weakest link, which turned out to be Strider" it showed Strider trying to attack Haden before getting launched away. "And so both teams set up their dynamics for the rest of the season. But we'll have to see how long that lasts in today's episode of Total Drama Castle Chaos!"

Claire rubbed her arms as she rolled around in her bed, she groaned softly as she opened her bloodshot eyes. She turned over to Violet to see her game console still under her pillow.
Confessional: Claire
"I feel so pathetic" Claire groaned as she rubbed her forehead "I haven't talked to the outside world for, what, two or three days now? And I miss my games so much. I can't even focus on all the people giving each other blushed looks! I should be all over helping people get together and I just can't force myself to focus on that"

However, Claire wasn't the only one who was rolling around early in the morning. Over in the Peasants boy room, Aaron was rubbing his eyes. He looked over to Dylan snoring loudly. He sighed a little as he got up with his pillow and blanket "h-h-h-how are you louder when you're asleep?" he murmured as he walked off. He was just sleeping in a white t-shirt and black shorts.
He yawned softly as he walked down to the cafeteria, slowly nudging the door open before seeing Chris scowling at his two interns "why did you two not tell me there were two idols lying around!? I'm the host! You have to tell me that stuff!"
"You never asked" Darla shrugged as she leaned back to sit on one of the tables "besides, you can just tell them now?"
"No, because that will make me look like an idiot!" Chris groaned as he rubbed his forehead "ok, I have a plan. You two, I'm sticking you on bathroom duty for the next two days as punishment. And for now, we'll pretend there're no idols and just say they came around during the merge. That solves our problem easily!"
Max and Darla just groaned "do we have to do toilet stuff though?" Maxine spoke up for them.
"Yes, because you wasted my time once again! But first off, I will need to know what these idols do when they pop up"
"Well, sense it's our job I guess we can tell you" Maxine looked at Darla who stuck her tongue out at Chris "or… I can. The Chris one will give someone a disadvantage come the next challenge, along with a Chef idol that will simply swap you to the other team"
"Ah, spicing it up. Nice. alright then, get to your jobs then!" Chris smiled smugly as Darla and Maxine slowly walked off.
Aaron slowly started slinking away once he saw the two girls walk towards the kitchen room. He hid behind a corner and peeked over to see which way they would go.
Confessional: Aaron
Aaron was pacing around in the confessional as he looked down to his feet "z-z-zis could be a problem…. I-I-If I tell zem a-all zey will zink zat I w-w-was s-snooping around while zey were asleep. B-But if I don't tell zem z-z-zey might get caught off guard by a v-v-villain who found it…." he sighed a bit as he plopped down on his seat "I s-s-suppose I-I-I could s-s-start looking with Xavier and Vauhgn…. B-but X-X-Xavier seems like the type to let z-zat out and Vaughn p-p-p-probably vouldn't care…"

Aaron came back to his room to see most of the other guys on his team were still asleep. He slowly crawled into his bed and closed his eyes before there was a loud alarm noise "campers, come down to the drawbridge this instant!"
Aaron and most of the other guys groaned "a morning challenge already?" Oscar murmured into his pillow as he slowly pulled himself up.
"Don't worry guys, this'll totally be our day to turn it around" Vaughn smiled weakly as he followed the others outside.
Xavier smiled back to him "I'm happy you're in such a chipper mood this morning. After waking up early two days in a row most people would be really upset"
"I don't get angry very easily, don't worry about it" Vaughn smiled warmly at his trusted ally. However, that smile soon disappeared when he heard a ruckus in the room next to theirs.
"Your big head broke my game console!" the boys could hear through the walls. The boys turned over to the yelling and looked confused. The camera slowly shifted to the Jester girl's rooms.
Violet was standing in front of Claire with a small frown "I didn't break anything Claire. I woke up and it was smashed on the floor. I didn't do anyitng"
"It was obviously you! You were the only one in this group who would do something like that!"
"Really? I never gave two shits about your gaming or anything like that. I didn't break it and I had no intentions to do that"
Claire clenched her fistst before looking at the others. Vivian, Penny, and Mina had long left to leave the arguing to them as Harmonia smiled at the two.
"We have a challenge to get to ladies. At least wait until after we win to begin fighting like children. I'm sure Vincent and the others would greatly appreciate it"
"Please, like I would waste any of my time fighting a "pro gamer" like her'' Violet waved her hand dissmisvely. Claire scowled as Violet left the room before Harmonia placed a hand on her shoulder.
"Do not worry Claire. I believe you and understand your conflict. If it helps, it seems like everyone on the team is getting tired of her as well. I have your back"
Claire smiled a bit at her "thanks Harmonia, I really appreciate it." she grabbed her arm and started walking after the others.

After a few minutes the two made it to the drawbridge and entrance of the castle to see the others already down therel. Chris was standing on a box with a crown on his head, with Chef in a knight outfit to his right and a wizard to his left in a green robe.
"Contestants! I want you all to say hello to today's special guest before we get into our big challenge. Say hello to the most annoying wizard in all the lands, Leonard!"
"Salutations!" almost every single contestant groaned hearing the wizard speak to them.
"I must have rolled low on my charisma check…" Leonard murmured as he waved his wand around a little.
"Right, I'm sure that's it" Phoebi murmured as she rolled her eyes.
"Well campers, I don't feel like waiting around for this first challenge so I'll make this all very simple. Think fast!" He grabbed his crown and quickly threw it into the group of contestants. It banged off Dino's head and landed on Dylan's head. He quietly looked around.
"Well well, looks like the Peasants are going on the defensive!"
"Are you going to tell us what the hell we're supposed to do then?" Lucy tapped her foot impatiently.
"Ah, I shall explain that!" Leonard walked up to the group before lowering his head and bowing before Dylan "you shall be king lord Dylan, while the other team shall be invading marraders who are coming to pillage and… destroy your civialns"
"Can I ask why the "Wizard" had to explain that?" Phoebi asked dryly.
"Let him have this. He had to purchase a plane ticket here and then he's flying straight back to Canada" Chris waved his hand dissmisively "so, Jesters, you guys have to go outside. The Peasants have thirty minutes to make a strong defense. Then you guys can come in any one way you want. Once in, well, you just gotta take that crown from Dlyan's kingdom. You have until their entire team is either stuck somewhere or sent to the brig."
"You really needed a cameo for that challenge explanation?" Violet rolled her eyes at Chris.
"Nope! He has an even more special role! Leonard, can you get us our costumes?" Chris smirked to himself as Leoanrd pulled out a vast collection of lame larping costumes.
"I'm absolutely not dressing up as a dwarf" Penny quickly spoke up.
"Oh, do not worry, small companion! You can also be a gnome!" He smiled as he held up a small garden gnome costume.
Penny stared at it before slowly grabbing the dwarf costume and sighing "let's get this over with. Besides, Larping might be fun!" she chuckled weakly.
"That's right, now go get changing! We have a lot to do today and I don't want to be around for most of it. Once you're changed, you peasants, get out! You get a small prize for winning that last challenge too, so don't say I never give you anything." He pointed out of the drawbridge. Everyone just nodded to him and went to change.

After the quick change the Jesters were quietly sitting around the outside of the castle, staring up at the drawbridge that was already closed. Lester walked around, swinging his wooden sword around "I've always wanted to LARP on n-n-national tv. enguard" He smiled a bit as he pointed his sword at a quiet Dino.
"I… admit I felt a lot cooler winning my rejection badge than this" Dino murmured with a bashful smile as he turned away from Lester. He was lowering his head to not look anyone in the eye, however when he looked down he just saw more of his lame peasant costume.
"Oh please don't feel so down. Our costumes aren't so bad" Harmonia smiled at them, she was wearing a costume based on a mongolian horde "you two were slow and you must pay the consequences of not picking faster"
I know…" Lester and Dino sighed a little as they got back up.
"That's the spirit guys. We won the last challenge, we can do this one just fine…. Now do we know where our reward is?" Vincent started looking around confused, he was also dressed as a peasant.
"Always a chance Violet destroyed it" Claire shrugged, crossing her arms as she looked away.
"Oh will you stop with that already?" Violet scowled "I told you I didn't break your stupid game. It literally could've been anyone else!"
"Sorry, I have no interest in talking to you." Claire grumbled to herself "everyone on this team besides your brother is already getting sick of you and your attitude"
Violet scoffed "like what you people think matters to me. You could all want me dead and I couldn't give less of a shit"
"I'm happy everyone forgot about what I did yesterday" Mina mumbled with a small smile watching them fight. All three girls were dressed up as barbarians.
"I wouldn't say that" Mina turned to see Julia sitting next to her "speaking reasonably here… the team probably just has bigger problems with those two. Considering you almost lost a challenge you could be an easy scapegoat if one of our teammates wanted you out"
"Y-you think someone would target me…?" Mina sadly looked up to Julia, only to look confused when she saw Julia in a wizard costume and a fake beard like Leaonard.
"Well, it's possible. But, it's not too late to just try and coast by"
"Coast by?" Mina tilted her head and scooted slightly closer "what do you mean by that?"
"Think of it this way. If you do nothing and don't draw their attention. Why would anyone vote you out? You're not a threat and you're just doing what everyone else does."
Mina slowly nodded her head "that makes some sense… but that won't remove what I did"
"I honestly don't really care which way you decide to go with that. Just think of how Beth made the finale in Action when she didn't make any enemies besides Courtney. Time will help them forget as more drama piles up one some of the others." Julia got up, not changing her expression once as she went to look for their advantage.
Mina frowned to herself before getting up to look with her.

Vincent sighed a bit as he looked up to the drawbridge. He rubbed his chin before looking back down to the trench keeping them from scaling the tower wall.
"This really feels like an impossible challenge…." the team's unofficial leader mumbled as he started walking around before noticing some large wooden construct in the distance.
"Ok guy, who wants to go looking around the village to see where our reward might be, hu? It would be greatly appreciated"
"I would be happy to do that for you" Vivian bowed slightly as she spoke.
"What's she doing now?" Violet asked, obviously annoyed.
"Why, was the challenge not partially revolving around the LARPing? I thought that sounded like a pleasant time" Vivian smiled as she spoke in an old English accent.
"I'm all f-f-for going full larp. M'lady" He bowed slightly at Vivian "y-y-you do look splendid a-a-as well"
Vivian blushed a little as she took a step away "I-I guess we don't have to LARP if we don't want to…"
"If you're going to be mad at him for hitting on you you shouldn't have chosen to go full princess with your costume" Violet grumbled as she rolled her eyes.
"Princess costume? You must not get mideevil fashion at all. Vivian is dressed as one of those girls who would go and work at a Brothel" Harmonia mused next to her.
Vivian looked down at her costume with a mortified expression. Quickly turning away from everyone else.
"G-guys, that's not what we should be focusing on… at all honestly" Vincent chuckled awkwardly at his team not really paying any attention towards him. Vincent looked over at Dan with a small smile "do you mind helping her drag it back? You two seemed to get along fine last challenge and everyone else would either fight with her or would annoy each other"
"A-are you sure I have to do that? You could help her too" the large boy tapped his fingers together awkwardly.
"Come on Dan, it shouldn't be a problem should it? I have to babysit everyone else here" Vincent smiled at him as he quietly moved his head to point to Violet and Claire looking away from each other while Lester was basically trying to get Dino to play with him.
"O-ok" Dan nodded a bit and just followed Vivian as he looked down at the ground. Vincent smiled warmly as they walked away before sighing and huncing forward.
"I was really hoping our team was going to be more stable than this" he chuckled weakly as he looked over to Violet and Claire still turned away from each other.
"Oh, it's not all bad" Dino smiled as he put an arm around the team's dad "we still have us seven to keep our team together" he extended his hand to Penny, Mina, Lester, Harmonia, and Julia either chatting amongst themselves or just waiting for Dan and Vivian to get back.
Vincent smiled a little "yea, we definitely have some cool people on our team. And I'm glad you're on the team. I could always use some level headed people around" Dino smiled back at him.
"Y-y-y-you know I can hear you" Lester murmured as he looked up to them.
"Oh, I like the rest of you guys too!" Vincent smiled nervously "I have complete faith in all of us! We won the first challenge and that other team is a ticking time bomb of conflict and people targeting others. I promise to help us get as many people to the merge as possible, and I will stop any villanous ploy to get us out!"
Mina perked up a bit, smiling more confidently "right, we can totally do this!" She cheered as she quickly stood up.
"Yea… very inspirational" Penny murmured quietly. As she clapped her hands a little before stopping when she saw Violet staring over to the group.
Confessional: Vincent
Vincent smiled to himself as he rubbed his shoulder with a small blush "I really don't think my speech was that great. But if it motivated my team, hey, I can't really complain. Maybe now V will try to at least avoid Claire. But I won't get my hopes up too high"

In the castle, Dylan was quietly sitting on a makeshift thrown somewhat high in the castle. He held a septer in his hand as he quietly looked around to all of his teammates staring up at him. Dylan was dressed as a king while the rest of the team were either knights, princes, or princesses
"Do you all have to stare?" he softly spoke down to them as he tried getting comfortable.
"As long as we know you're safe we can win. They just need your crown. So, if they can't get past us then no problem" Olena just put her hands on her hips as she continued to look up at him.
"I could always create a force field for us," Leonard smiled at the group.
The entire team turned towards him, all looking annoyed or confused.
"Why's the wizard still here?" Xavier was the first to speak up as he tilted his head a bit.
"I-I-I don't zink he's a real v-v-vizard Xavier" Aaron whispered to his friend, raising up his helmet cover a little to peek over at him.
"He's not? Then why's he wearing that cool robe and beard?"
Vaughn slapped her forehead before trying to smile at the two "he's LARPing, he just likes to play pretend"
"Oooo! I love to play pretend! Can I do that too!?" Xavier's eyes widened in excitement.
Lester just smiled at the baker's excitement and happily nodded "of course young knight. My party needs a good tank and I have no doubt you could fit that role marvilously!"
Vaughn sighed a bit before Olena clapped her hands together "Xavier, Leonard, how about you two assist our chances and start setting up a trap for when they try to enter? You can take a team if you so wish"
Xavier and Leonard both smiled. Xavier quickly walked over to stand beside the wizard "who shall join our party to stop the evil invadors!?"
Xavier looked around the group, only for no one to really come with them. Xavier frowned as he looked down "n-n-no one wants to join us…?"
Oscar sighed a bit as he crossed his arms and walked over "I liked following you way more than Olena"
Xavier immediately perked up with a growing grin "thanks Oscar!" He quickly turned to the others for the same lack of a response.
Xavier started frowning almost immediately as he slowly walked up to Aaron and Vaughn. He looked up at the two with puppy dog eyes "p-please join us?"
Aaron blushed a bit and looked away "I-I suppose I could join you z-z-zree"
Xavier immediately turned to Vaughn, showing off the same look. Vaughn smiled and and rubbed the back of his head "alright, if it's to help the team I'll join you guys"
Xavier smiled and grabbed their arms, dragging them over to their searching team. Haden looked over at the group before side-eyeing Olena. The ice-queen nodded discreetly at him as he walked over to the group.
"Our fight today will be told for generations…" Leonard spoke with his eyes closed.
"Whatever you say Mr. wizard. Who here wants to take the lead with trapping?" Haden spoke, obviously apathetic to his current group.
"I could lead," Vaughn raised his hand with a smile. "I used to go hunting with my old man. Trapping is pretty much half the fun of those games"
"I've had to avoid my fair share of traps in my day so I can help you out with that" Oscar smiled as the group of guys started going downstairs.
Rosalina slowly started walking after them before getting cut off by Olena's hand "they have more than enough people. We have to stay here in case they fail their job and the Jesters make it up"
"Ohhhhhh, do I have to stay up here?" Rosalina groaned a little before slowly going back to a lewd smile "I guess I can just ask Xavier afterwords what kind of hijinks they get into"
Olena slowly shook her head "your obsession with boys confuse me so"
Rosalina just smiled and hugged her arm "I could totally show you some stuff after this challenge! Ooo oooo oooo, I always wanted someone to share comics with!"
Olena stared down at her for a few moments before slowly nodding "uh… sure…. Can you let me go then?"
Rosalina smiled before letting her go. She stood there for a few seconds before quickly walking over to Phoebi and Lucy who were quietly talking with each other. Phoebi immediately frowned seeing Rosalina come closer. Olena had a small smile watching them talk.
Confessional: Olena
"Well, it's good to know my team works better when they don't have to be around each other," she deadpanned, "but there are some positives here. Haden seems to really appreciate my leadership and wants to help deal with people like Oscar. Problem is, I need more loyal allies on this team in case some members of this team continue to result in our downfall. And I think the three left behind will be good loyal allies. Not necessarily because they are trustworthy but because a lot of the other people on the team are closer to each other. These three are more or less on their own. And I don't exactly see Dylan starting to speak out about our alliance"

Olena walked over to the group of three as Dylan quietly watched.
"Hello you three. I appreciate you sticking around"
Lucy shrugged a bit "they had enough people as is. Besides, Dylan would go crazy if it was just you three annoying him nonstop"
"Oh yea, Dylan is super lucky to have you watching him" Phoebi nodded.
Rosalina smiled a bit "Dylan likes me just fine! Right buddy?" she turned back to Dylan who gave her a thumbs up.
"Yea, but that's probably because he's too dense to realize you want him to smash faces with another guy" the braniac rolled her eyes.
"Oh come on, Dylan likes that part too! Right buddy?" she turned back to Dylan, who was too bored to pay attention to their conversation and just gave a thumbs up.
"Besides, it's way more fun to watch than your lesbo thing going on here" Rosalina pointed at Lucy and Phoebi with a cheeky grin. Lucy just glared at her with an annoyed expression.
"D-d-don't act like you know what's going on between us!" Phoebi blushed as she moved closer to her "we've barely been here long e-enough to know if we'll go that way!"
Lucy shrugged a bit as she leaned back "you two are seriously too loud"
"Yeah, we're definitely being too loud, we should quiet down" Phoebi immediately agreed.
Olena cleared her throat "not to interrupt, or rather I do, but thsi is hardly what we should be focusing on"
"Do you want us to focus on your amazing leadership skills instead?" Lucy quipped, getting a somewhat loud giggle from Phoebi.
"It's not that" Olena tried to hide her annoyance "I say we should form an alliance, just the four of us"
Lucy and Phoebi almost immediately looked over to Dylan, who was still more or less ignoring them. However, Rosalina was jumping in excitement.
"I would love an alliance! Us girls can totally make it to the end!" The Yaoi enthusiast was squeezing Olena in a hug.
"I see no reason to turn down this offer. It's a lot better than being out on my own. But maybe we don't call ourselves the girls alliance. In case a guy wants to join of course" Lucy nodded a bit.
"Well, considering Lucy is the brawn and beauty" she murmured the second part "I can be our group's brains. Because without me you'd definitely have none"
"I'm happy we could all agree" Olena didn't speak with much emotion as she nodded and tried to squirm out of Rosalina's tightening grip.

Dan and Vivan were walking close to the villaige, trying to find wherever Vincent was pointing out. They both just looked in awkward silence before Dan saw a large catapult hiding in an alleyway
"I'm guessing that's our prize," he murmured as he started walking towards it
"Sorry, what did you say?" Vivian leaned towards him as she walked along with him.
Dan turned to see how close she was, immediately panicking as he fell back on his butt "d-d-d-don't get too c-c-close" he murmured.
"O-oh, uh, sorry Dan… I didn't mean to… scare you?" Vivan yelled down to him.
Dan just looked up at her "oh y-yea, I'm fine. J-j-just surprised is all" He quickly got up and started speed walking away from her
"Oh, you're fine" Vivian smiled softly as she followed behind him. Dan held the back of the catapult
"I can push this all the way…" Dan mumbled as he started trying to push it. He groaned softly, a little surprised by how heavy it was.
"I-I can help if you want… I'm not really that strong but two is better than one…" Vivian smiled softly at him as she quietly watched him.
"Um… s-sure, I could use the help…" Dan smiled weakly as he scooted aside to give her more room. Vivian just quietly moved beside him and helped push it further, making sure to let him keep his space.
Confessional: Vivian
"I-I admit my social game isn't the best it could be… but I don't think I said anything wrong to Dan, right? I know I might have said something wrong to Dino, but I don't think I didn't anything bad with Dan…. unless he didn't want me puting on that bandage… s-should I not have done that? Should I apologize if I don't even know what I did?" Vivian rubbed her arm awkwardly "trying to make friends is harder than I thought…"

Dan and Vivian, eventually, pulled the catapult back to the team. Dan groaned as he dropped on his stomach while Vivian quietly wiped her brow "w-well we got it guys" VIvian smiled.
"A catapult?" Harmonia tilted her head "interesting choice for a reward… but I don't see how helpful it can be in all honesty"
"Well, catapults are for launching stuff right? We can just try to blast through the drawbridge!" Claire smiled "this is just like some midevil themed video game"
"Ooo, gamer reference. Bet you feel witty" Violet smirked a bit. Claire was about to say something when Vincent quietly stood in between them.
"Let's not argue anymore… please?" He smiled softly at his sister, getting a small smile.
"Yes, as a point I wonder is, what do we fling over? If we simply flind large objects and destroy part of the castle, that does not make it easier on us at getting in." Harominia quietly examined the catapult.
"We could always try launching ourselves into the castle. Like human cananonballs. But I don't know who would want to be launched" Dino smiled as he leaned on the catapult.
Everyone just stared at Dino, but his smile didn't disappear "what? Did someone want to go? Great! I appreciate our teamwork!"
The scene cut to an excited Dino sitting in the catapult. He gave them a thumbs up with a smile "let's do this guys! I'm getting my high flying badge!"
"That's the spirit we like Dino!" Vincent smiled up at his friend.
"Are we sure h-h-h-he should be launched into a hard wall…?" Lester looked concerned but wasn't acknowledge as Vincent flung the switch, sending Dino slamming into a wall with a weak groan.
"I suppose we could try another idea…" Harmonia mumbled, trying to hide her small giggling.

Meanwhile, with the trap group, they were all just quietly setting up traps on their own. Vaughn and Oscar were setting up traps pretty efficiently, not starting any arguments or anything. However, they were the only ones really doing anything. As Haden more or less just watched them work while Aaron tried to keep Xavier from setting off their own traps.
"X-xavier, can you please try to a-at least just s-s-stand in a corner until they set them off?" Aaron smiled to try and not come off as rude to his friend.
Xavier just smiled "you don't have to worry about me! I won't make a mistake like the last challenge!" As Xavier spoke he stepped over a tripwire, falling on his face with a small groan.
"Ok Xavier, maybe you should just sit out for a bit" Oscar helped the clumsy kid up.
"Nonsense! I say the young baker is fine! Every good party needs a jester!" The wannabe Wizard smiled.
"Yea, I don't want to be rude, Loanard, but that was kinda mean" Oscar mumbled a bit.
"What? It was a compliment! His clumbsiness is truly a fun way to pass the time while on a quest"
"Hey, Leonard, why don't you set up another trap?" Vaughn spoke up as he side eyed the group.
"Oh, of course!" Leonard smiled as he started waving his wand at a hallway.
"I-I can make us some refreshments… or I guess snacks at least, right?" the baker looked up to him, using his puppy dog eyes since that worked on the others.
Oscar smiled a little "of course you can! Just remember this is a challenge so, y'know, don't get too distracted or the ogre upstairs will get mad"
Xavier smiled and nodded, quickly running off to get his portable baking equipment. Vaughn was turned away from the others as he rolled his eyes, obviously annoyed by their dumb discussions.
Confessional: Haden
"Honestly, being Lena's secret agent or whatever isn't all that eventful" he rolled his eyes a little "all these guys are as deep as a koi pond. Xavier is just a clumsy idiot, Aaron's a shy idiot, and Oscar shows his disdain for everyone to see. Lena isn't going to believe I'm on her side if I just don't give her anything. Luckily, I can tell Vaughn was the one who set Strider up" Haden smirked a bit "it's so obvious really. The guy tripped Xavier in the first round, is it really hard to believe he'd do it for the second?" He slowly shakes his head "But I'll keep him around. Having an easy foil is more fun than being on a team full of complete idiots. But that's more an excuse to have an easy boot or scapegoat later"

It was a few moments later and Lester was dragging a rock over to the catapult "this… is the only other one close to here…" Lester groaned as he collapsed on the floor.
"Your contribution is appreciated Lester" Vincent smiled before launching the rock into the castle. It already had several holes in the building as it smashed through a window.
Vaughn looked around confused as he heard whooshing "does anyone else hear something…?" Vaughn looked up to see where it was coming form. His eyes slowly widened as the rock smashed down on him. He groaned loudly "where… the hell did that come from…?"
Vaughn stuck his head out from under the rock and glared at Aaron, Oscar, and Leonard. Who all just shook their heads "I promise Sir Bryn. I didn't cast any rock spells over here. It is likely the opponents found themselves a spell book."
Vaughn just growled at the three "Aaron, Oscar, would you two be a doll and go to see what the Jesters are doing… please?" He bared his teeth as he spoke. The two were too nervous to speak against him and just hurried to a window.

Both of them looked out a window to see the team standing around the catapult.
"I… may have gotten distracted… why were we throwing rocks out there again?" Dan asked as he slowly walked towards Vincent.
"Well, that's simple….. Harmonia, this was your idea right?"
Harmonia just smiled "I believe it was yours, but I have an idea where we could go next. But first, we need a volunteer." no one steps up "come on everyone, no need to be shy I won't bite"
Mina smiled a bit, and was about to step forward when she noticed Julia side eyeing her. Mina frowned but immediately froze in place and didn't do anything. Harmonia sighed a little before Penny stepped forward.
"We can't just keep waiting around while destroying Chris's stuff. If I have to do something for us to actually get somewhere, whatever. What do I gotta do?"
In just a second Penny was now the one sitting in the catapult "simple dear. All you have to do is aim for one of the holes we made. And since you're rather small it should be all the simpler for you"
"Hey, I'm not even that sma-" Penny was cut off when she was launched towards the castle by the catapult. Aaron and Oscar both jump in surprise as they run back to Vaughn.
"Vaughn! Vaughn! They're throwing themselves at us now!" Oscar yelled as they reached back to the main hall. Both guys immediately stopped seeing Vaughn ravenously try to pull himself out from under the rock. A few meters away from him, Leonard was smiling to himself as he put on a red cloak while sneaking towards an annoyed Penny. She had rubble all around her.
"She didn't have to mock me before launching me. It's not like I mock her clothing style…"
Penny stood up and turned around to see Leonard tiptoeing towards her, obviously avoiding some traps on the ground. Penny just looked confused while Aaron and Oscar facepalmed.

"I don't judge people for their interests. People can do whatever they want, it's not my problem. But…. well, I can understand why his team eliminated him so fast in his first season"

"What was I doing? It should be obvious! I was using my cloak of invisibility! I could push her into one of the traps while she was getting her barings and BAM! This team wins their first challenge all thanks to my magic" he waved his wand with a proud smile

Leonard sneaks up to her, raising his hands to push her over a tripwire when Penny simply side stepped him. She gave his back a small nudge, causing him to stumble over the tripwire and trip through all of their traps. Penny quietly cringed as she watched some fire light up off screen.
Penny walked over after the traps were set off and quietly walks past Leoanrd as she lowered the drawbridge "sorry about that…"
Once the bridge was all the way down the rest of her team ran inside. Most of them were pretty excited seeing Vaughn and Leonard down and out.
"Alright! We're already at a good start!" Claire cheered a bit "we won't have to vote for Violet just yet"
Violet didn't say anything, just quietly glaring before pushing Claire into a trap. "Alright, we're good to continue"
Vincent's eye twitched a little but he kept his smile up "alright, let's get going guys… Dino, do you and Harmonia mind sticking behind and helping Claire out?"
"No problem!" Dino smiled and gave a small salute. Harmonia just nodded and walked over to the trapped Claire to help her down.
Vincent nodded and ran off with the rest of the team. Aaron and Oscar just quietly hid behind the rock, sighing a little in relief.
"I-I-I hope zey don't find Xavier valking around…"
"Yea, that would be bad…" Oscar looked a little around the rock "wait, where the heck did Haden run off to? Wasn't he also here?"
Aaron looked around the rock as well, realizing it was basically just them plus Vaughn "z-z-zat's weird… where could he have gone?"

While the smaller group of Peasants continued to hide, the group of Jesters found a staircase, seeing no better place to look, they started running up the stairs.
"We're making great time team! Just a little further and we'll probably find them… wherever they're hiding"
As they went up the flight of steps, Lester stepped on a randomly wet step, slipping and sending Mina falling down the stairs with him.
"Woah, Lester!" Dan yelled in surprise as he turned around.
"Dan, we don't have time to get distracted by them!" Violet called in annoyance as they kept running.
"Lester's my friend, and you're the reason we can't lose any more members than we already did!" Dan called back in annoyance as he tried to run down to help the two contestants.
Most of the other contestants sighed a bit, just continuing up. They reached the top pretty quickly, only for the stairs to disappear, making it a slope. Dan was speed walking down the stairs when this happened. He tried to run up the slope, but ended up just sliding down. The entire team could hear his skin screech against the hard surface. Once at the bottom, he slammed into an annoyed Mina and a bashful Lester.
"S-sorry there guys…" Dan smiled weakly "but the help is here…" they were about to get up when the ground under them gave way, causing them to plummet.
Haden smirked to himself as he stood by some levers "was sure nice of Chris to make this builidng partly mechanical. I guess our host really knows how to learn his lesson. Then again, I can almost guarantee he doesn't even know that'' he couldn't help but laugh condescendingly.

The Jesters at the top of the stairs sighed in relief. Even as they realize their team was now just down to Violet, Julia, Vincent, and Penny.
"Ok guys, no more distractions. There is only four of us… and we don't even know where Dylan and his team could be hiding"
"Imagine they're not even hiding up these stairs…" Julia mumbled with a small groan.
"It seems like the final boss room to me" Penny turned from the stairs, looking up at a giant metal door.
"Problem is if they're gonna hide somewhere so obvious. I know their team is dumb but I can't imagine it's this bad" Violet deadpanned.
"Maybe that's their strategy" Vincent smiled as he went to the door and opened the door. Inside they just saw Phoebi scowling at Rosalina as she giggled to herself. Lucy meanwhile was napping while Olena tried her best to moderate between the two.
"Please you two, I just formed this alliance. Can we please not argue?"
"I'm just so sick of Rosalina talking about guys! We've been here for a handful of minutes and she just hasn't stopped trying to show off her drawings!"
"Come onnnnnn, I just want to Yaoi-pill youuuuuuu" Rosalina smiled as she held her notebook up with a cheeky smile.
"I swear, if you speak louder and wake Lucy I'm just going to get annoyed. It's enough that your stupidity is affecting my mind much less hers too"
"I never really took you for a simp Phoebi… Rosalina stated innocently "but It's always nice to see people finding love. Like Dylan with Vincent"
"Don't compare me to your stupid ship! I just treat people who deserve my atteniton well"
Violet clenched her fist, taking a deep breath to not go over and punch Rosalina. Penny on the other hand looked a little disappointed assuming Rosalina's ship had some truth, but she hid it pretty easily.
Julia quietly watched their argument and slinked over to Dylan, who was watching them purely out of boredom. Julia stood next to his mini-throne. Reaching her hands up slowly. Lucy slowly opened her eyes at their arguing, ready to yell at them for keeping her up when she saw Julia.
"Hey idiots, there's the damned enemies stealing the crown!"
The four Peasants quickly turned to Julia, who gulped before quickly pulling off the crown.
"We win"
The three other Jeasters looked shocked by her stealth but quickly started cheering for her. Julia had a small smug smirk.
Confessional: Julia
"Well well well. I guess I got myself a solid shot at the merge now." she twirled her crown, while she should be happy she didn't really show any excitement.

Olena slumped forward, bummed they failed, however, Phoebi couldn't help but keep up her smirk as Dylan softly laughed.
"What are you two laughing about?" Violet growled as she walked over.
"That wasn't our real crown you morons! Look at what you're holding, or would that take too many braincells?"
Julia looked down, immediately seeing it was basically made of tinfoil.
"W-what? Where's the real one?" Penny spoke up as she ran over to the group of five.
Dylan just zipped his lips shut. Olena looked a little miffed as she leaned towards Rosalina "guess you all did that when I took a restroom break?"
Rosalina smiled "Phoebi wanted to show off her intelligence to Lucy while she could do it"
"So where is it then?"
Deeper into the castle, Xavier was playing with the actual crown like it was a toy "this thing is really shiny…."
It cuts back to the small group.
"Well, we'll just go find it then" Violet smirked. However, as she spoke the alarm went off. Everyone looked surprised, and the Peasants actually looked bummed.
"And it looks like our Peasants win today's challenge!"
Everyone just looked more confused as Violet scowled at an announcement machine "what the hell? I thought we only lost when we got everyone on our team caught!?"
"I'm sure you're all annoyed… but we have a short run time and I get bored. But hey, if you want to complain more, we can always talk about the damage you guys did to the front of my castle! That'll take the interns at least a day to fix!"
That immediately shut the group up as they looked down. "Have fun at the elimination ceremony" Phoebi mocked as she and her team walked off.
"Gotta say Phoebi, you can be annoying but that was a pretty clever strategy" Lucy smiled a bit at her, which immediately turned her face beet red.
"G-glad you thought so. My brains are pretty much unmatched here"

It was now after the challenge, and Lester was sitting in a room with Dan and Dino. Both looked down as the door opened to reveal Vincent smiling at his friends "hey guys, you wanted to talk about voting?"
Dan rubbed the back of his neck as he sighed "yea….. We were kinda thinking of Violet…"
Vincent's eyes widened in surprise "y-you guys want to vote my sister out? I-I know she can be kinda mean but I don't know if she deserves tha-"
Lester raised his hand a little "we like you V-V-Vincent. You're one of the coolest guys we know…. B-b-but Violet has no team spirit to speak of… a-a-a-and sabotaged us a lot today too…"
"But" Dino quickly spoke up with a smile "I wouldn't mind getting to vote for someone else if you wanted! If… you can maybe get her to settle down on her behavior…"
Vincent smiled a little through his nervousness "of course, I can help her try to settle down. I promise I won't let you guys down!"
The three guys smiled at him "well, tell me who we wanna do before we vote. I don't really care for this part of the game" Dino smiled as he walked out. Dan smiled and nodded as he followed him out, patting Vincent's shoulder as he went.
Vincent was about to leave when Lester quietly grabbed his shoulder "e-e-excuse me Vincent… b-b-but I need to ask something of y-y-y-you"
Vincent looked down at his friend and nodded
"V-Violet isn't safe with just the four o-o-of us… I-I-If you promise to help m-m-me not get out next time I-I-I-I could try helping get more votes…"
"That would be great Lester! And don't worry, everyone on this team likes you. You're an honestly swell guy" Vincent extended his hand for a fist bump, which Lester returned. Even if it was rather sloppy.

The Jesters sat at the same graveyard as the Peasants before them. All of them looked pretty nervous about their current location.
"First loss of the season already. I was really hoping you guys would actually get to do well but oh well. You all kinda failed in your own way today, but first, let's go into who's safe. Julia, you're safe"
Julia sighed in relief as she grabbed hers out of mid air.
"Also safe are Vincent, Dan, and Lester" the first two caught their marshmallows with wide grins. While Lester's bounced off his glasses and onto the ground.
"Getting down there now aren't we? Harmonia and Dino are also safe for today" the two caught their marshmallows before turning to the last three contestants. Mina gulped as she looked around, genuinely terrified while Claire was holding up her broken game console and Violet rolled her eyes as she leaned back.
"One of you three will be out. And that contestant will be…

"Claire, sorry gamer girl, but you're goneso"
Claire just sighed "I guess I'm not surprised… I was really hoping I could've done better considering my competition" she side eyed Violet "but at least I wasn't first out overall!" she smiled a bit "I'm sure my fans will be happy to have seen me around for a bit"
Chris sighed "after you all destroyed my castle I was really hoping for a bigger explosion. I don't even know how you all did that much damage"
"You're the one who gave us the catapult" Violet deadpanned.
"Catapult!? You guys were supposed to use a jetski down in the moat!"
It cuts to a jetski with a fake dragon head attached to it slowly floating away in the mote.
"We had a secret route in the mote you were supposed to use to get in!"
"Oh… our bad" Vivian and Dan chuckled awkwardly.
"Whatever, later Claire, enjoy the lost forest with Strider!" Chris pulled a latch, causing a coffin to surround Claire and send her flying into the distance.
"Still don't get why she was so obsessed with thinking I broke it" Violet rolled her eyes.
"I mean, out of the girls you were the most obvious choice" Mina spoke up before immediately quieting up when she was glared at.
"You're just lucky we disliked Claire more than you. Don't push your luck foodie" Violet got up and left, soon being followed by most of the others, excluding Harmonia. Who had just been writing in her book since they got down to the final 3 contestants.
Confessional: Vivian
"I feel bad voting Claire… but Lester was…. I guess we can call it convincing."
The camera flashes back to Vivian in the girls room as Lester begged and cried at Vivian's feet "pleasseeeee Vivian! If Violet is eliminated Vincent will be devastated and that will devastate Dan tooooo!" Lester looked up to show his tears, followed closely behind by a snow bubble as he wailed
Vivian shuttered. "But hey, if Lester likes me maybe he can help me find out why Dan is always so nervous around me. I met shy guys who have trouble talking to me. But most don't scream when I near them"

AN: And we have our second loser. I do like Claire, she's a fun character generally speaking. I just had characters I wanted to do more with than her. So she got stuck being fodder for this first season. Hope no one is disappointed with that.
