"Anna, I just got the results from the DNA test you and Kristin took," Wade announced.

"Well, what are the results?" Kristin spoke up.

Wade took a deep breath, "There's a DNA match."

Anna and Kristin both went wide-eyed and said, "You mean…?"

"Yes," Wade said. "You two are biological twin sisters."

Anna and Kristin couldn't believe what they just heard.

"How can we be biological twin sisters?" Anna asked.

"Not that I'm complaining but there's gotta be some mistake," Kristin added.

Wade shook his head, "There's no mistake; you two are related by blood."

"So, I'm Norwegian? Not German?" Kristin asked.

"If it's true," Anna spoke as she turned to Kristin. "Then how did we end up separated at birth?"

Kristin sighed as she turned to Anna, "Maybe our biological parents gave me up for adoption."

Anna shook her head, "No, there's no way our biological parents would do that; they wanted to keep you so badly."

"Then how did you and I get separated at birth?" Kristin asked. A bad thought soon hit Kristin before she spoke. "You don't suppose I was…"

A bad thought soon struck Anna before she spoke, "Kidnapped?"

"But why would Wilhelm and Eva Müller kidnap me?" Kristin asked.

Anna looked back down at Wade, "Wade, I need you to do some digging on the two people Kristin just mentioned."

Wade nodded, "I'll get to it and let you know what I've found. Wade out."

After the screen went black, Kristin spoke, "I can't believe you and I are related."

"Me neither," Anna said as she turned back to Kristin. She then sighed. "But let's not lose sleep over this; we'll get to the bottom of this sitch."

It was the next morning at 7:00 am as Anna and Kristin sat down at a table in the dining hall with trays of breakfast.

"I wonder when Wade's gonna contact us," Kristin said.

Beep Beep Beep Beep

"Go, Wade," Anna answered her Annamunicator.

Wade appeared on the screen, "Anna, I've just finished doing research on Wilhelm and Eva Müller."

"What did you find?" Anna asked.

"It turns out Wilhelm Müller's father was a German scientist during the Second World War," Wade announced. "He worked at a top-secret lab in Norway and headed up a top-secret project there called, Project Chameleon."

"What's that?" Anna asked.

"According to my research," Wade continued. "It's an experimental plastic surgery created late during the war to give German spies the ability to impersonate Allied leaders and destroy the Allies from within. But a group of British commandos destroyed the lab, along with the project, foiling the plan. Also, during the raid, the leader of the commandos personally captured Müller's father."

Anna soon thought of something and said, "Wade, Project Chameleon sounds a lot like nanomorphing."

"That's because it is," Wade pointed out. "It turns out Dr. Beaufox wasn't the inventor of it."

"How did Dr. Beaufox get his hands on the project?" Anna asked in disbelief.

Wade took a breath before speaking, "Wanting to share the project with Japan, a copy of the project was snuck aboard a German U-boat bound for said country making a detour in Norway sometime before the commando raid. But long before the U-boat could make it to Japan, Germany surrendered. The U-boat later surrendered to the U.S. Navy and was escorted to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard."

"I know the story about that U-boat," Anna said. "It was carrying advanced German technology and half a ton of uranium oxide, the latter being a key ingredient for nuclear weapons production. The U-boat was called, U-234."

"So, after the U-boat's cargo was offloaded," Wade continued. "The copy of Project Chameleon mysteriously disappeared."

"How?" Anna asked.

Wade shook his head, "No one knows. However, shortly before the project disappeared, a dock worker resigned from the shipyard. Some believed he may have taken the copy of the project with him."

"Who was the name of the dock worker?" Anna asked.

"His name was Greg Beaufox," Wade replied. "It's highly likely he's the father of Dr. Beaufox."

"So, that's how Dr. Beaufox got his hands on the project," Anna said in disbelief. "And he lied about being the creator of it."

"I can't believe Camille Leon was the subject of an old Second World War experiment," Kristin groaned.

"Me neither," Anna groaned as she turned to Kristin. She soon thought of something and looked back down at Wade. "Wade, can you patch me through to, Jon Christiansen, in Miami?"

"Who's he?" Kristin asked as she turned to Anna.

Anna looked back up at Kristin, "He's my... I mean... our biological paternal-grandfather's cousin. He's a Norwegian who was a commando for the British during the Second World War. He currently resides at a beach house in Miami. My adoptive parents, honorary sister, and I celebrated Thanksgiving with him and my adoptive-mother's nana. I gave him a communicator so we could keep in touch."

"Why do you wanna contact him about, Project Chameleon?" Wade asked.

Anna and Kristin looked back down at Wade.

"Since he was a commando for the British," Anna spoke. "He might know more about the project and Wilhelm Müller."

"I'll patch you through to him," Wade announced as he Wade typed a few keys on his computer.

The screen then changed to show an elderly man with blue eyes, grey hair, fair skin and wearing a white collared-shirt with blue jeans, and white sneakers.

"Hey, Anna," The man waved.

"Hey, Jon," Anna waved back.

Jon then noticed Kristin and asked. "Anna, how come there's two of you?"

"Jon," Anna spoke. She then introduced Kristin. "This is Kristin, my twin-sister."

Jon couldn't believe it, "Your twin sister is alive?"

"She is," Anna said with a nod. "We believe she may have been kidnapped at birth by a man named Wilhelm Müller."

Jon gasped, "Are you referring to the son of the scientist I captured during the raid on his lab in Norway?"

"You were the one who led the mission to destroy Project Chameleon?" Anna asked in disbelief. She then added. "Wade told me about the mission."

"I did lead the mission," Jon replied to Anna's question. "Your grandfather's resistance group tipped off British Intelligence to the project and me and a few commandos were sent in to destroy it."

"Whatever happened to the scientist you captured?" Kristin asked.

"As soon as we brought him back to England with us, he was interrogated and imprisoned," Jon replied. "But soon after he was imprisoned, he died of heart failure. Even though he never put his twisted project through testing like he originally planned, he was hoping that it would work."

"Well, it works," Anna said, confusing Jon. "Because one of Team Possible's enemies happens to be the subject of it and using it to frame celebrities and become rich in the process."

"How?" Jon asked in disbelief.

Anna took a deep breath before speaking, "A copy of the project was snuck aboard a German U-boat bound for Japan before the commando raid. But during the U-boat's journey, Germany surrendered and the U-boat had to do the same. The copy of Project Chameleon survived, but it was stolen after it was offloaded from the U-boat."

Jon scowled, "I like to meet the person who stole the project, along with the Team Possible foe who was the subject of it."

"But right now," Kristin spoke up. "I think Anna and I should take a trip to Germany to confront my 'parents'."

"Do you want me to come on over and help?" Jon asked.

"Yes, please and thank you," Kristin replied.

"I'll have Wade get a ride to Munich ready for you," Anna announced.

Jon waved, "I'll meet you two in Munich."

The screen then changed back to Wade as he announced, "I already got rides ready for you three."

"Thanks, Wade," Anna said in appreciation.

Later, at a house in the suburbs of Munich, Germany a man with black hair, hazel eyes, and fair skin walked down the stairs and sat down in the living room.

He then noticed a rolled-up newspaper with a rubber band around it.

"I wonder what the London Times has in store," The man thought. "Always wanting to know what's going on where Kristin lives."

He then removed the rubber band, looked at the newpaper headlines and gasped.

Just then a woman with black hair, green eyes, and fair skin ran into the room and asked, "Wilhelm, what's wrong?"

"Eva, get a load of the headlines on, The London Times!" The man said to the woman.

Eva looked at the newspaper and saw a picture of Anna and Kristin tap dancing before reading the headlines aloud.

"Anna Stoppable Tap Dances With Doppelgänger Outside Buckingham Palace In London.

World-renowned tap dancer and hero, Anna Stoppable, was seen teaching tap dancing to a girl who looked exactly like her. The honorary British and Norwegian Royal Family member was in London as part of an exchange program she took part in and her guide was her German look-alike, Kristin Müller. The two quickly became friends and have been really hard to tell apart. In fact, the two went on a mission to rescue an aide to the British Prime Minister who was kidnapped and managed to confuse the aide's kidnappers into thinking that Anna was capable of moving from one place to another in a very short time. By the time the kidnappers found out they were up against twins, it was already too late for them and were arrested and the aide was freed. After the mission, Anna and Kristin decided to undergo a DNA test to see if they were biologically related."

"I can't believe this!" Wilhelm groaned.

"On thing's for sure they'll discover they're related and find out how they got separated at birth," Eva added.

Just then, the doorbell rang.

Wilhelm and Eva walked up to the door before the latter opened it to reveal two female identical twins. They both had blonde hair, blue eyes, and fair skin. What was different was that one of them was wearing a red shirt with the Norwegian Scandinavian cross and Coat of Arms, black pants with red stripes, grey gloves, grey shoes, and a red headband. The other wore a blue t-shirt with the letter K in white, blue jeans, white socks, black patent Mary Jane shoes, and a blue headband. Wilhelm and Eva recognized the two girls from the newspaper.

"Kristin and Anna?" Wilhelm asked.

"Hello, Wilhelm and Eva," The girl in the blue shirt snarled.

Wilhelm and Eva turned to the girl.

"You will address us as Dad and Mom," Wilhelm said.

"If you really are, Kristin," Eva added.

"I am Kristin," Kristin said. She then pointed to the girl next to her. "This is my biological twin sister, Anna."

"You have no sister," Wilhelm argued, even though he knew the truth.

"We took a DNA test and got a match," Anna spoke up. "We're related."

"Did you two really kidnap me at birth?" Kristin demanded. "If so, why?"

Wilhelm and Eva, realizing they've been exposed, both sighed.

Wilhelm then confessed, "We originally intended to kidnap both of you. But the doctor, whose father worked for my father, was only able to help me and Eva kidnap one of you."

"You were after both of us?" Anna gasped in disbelief.

"Yes," Wilhelm said.

Anna crossed her arms, "And I take it this was all a revenge thing since it was me and Kristin's paternal-grandfather's cousin who took your father prisoner and destroyed his handy work during World War Two?"

"You guessed right," Wilhelm said. "And I was sad when I heard that he died in captivity and from heart failure. He and I were really close and he inspired me to become a scientist."

"How were you able to get Eva on board with Kristin's kidnapping?" Anna demanded.

Eva soon spoke up, "As the daughter of people who were buried in the rubble of Dresden because of your barbaric Allied air forces, I've always supported my husband."

Wilhelm then spoke, "Now, since you both know about the kidnapping…" He then pulled a Lugar pistol out from his pants pocket with his right hand and pointed it at Anna. "Eva and I cannot let you two tell anyone."

Anna and Kristin smirked.

"What are you two smirking about?" Wilhelm demanded.

Suddenly, a gunshot was heard and Wilhelm felt the Lugar pistol get shot out of his hand from his right.

Everyone looked to where the gunshot sound came from to see an elderly man wearing a World War Two British Commando uniform and holding up a Colt M1911 pistol.

"Does that answer your question?" Kristin asked.

"Who are you?" Wilhelm asked the elderly man, angrily.

"I am Jon Christiansen," The man introduced himself. He then put his pistol in its holster. "I was the one who personally captured your father and destroyed his handy work."

Wilhelm then scowled, "My father and I were really close! You'll pay for kidnapping him!"

He then ran towards Jon.

Right when he got close, Wilhelm tried to punch Jon in the face, only for it to be blocked. After blocking the attack, Jon punched Wilhelm in the stomach. He then grabbed Wilhelm's right arm, turned around, and flipped him over his shoulder and sent him to the ground back first.

"Ow..." Wilhelm groaned. He then asked. "How were you able to do that?"

"I may be old," Jon said with a scowl. He then smirked. "But I still have plenty of fight left in me; once a commando, always a commando."

Anna then spoke, "Hey Wilhelm!"

Wilhelm got back up and turned to Anna, "What?"

Anna lifted her shirt, revealing recording equipment.

"I was able to record yours and Eva's confessions to Wade's computer back in the States," Anna said.

She then lowered her shirt just as German police cruisers arrived.

German police officers then climbed out and two of them handcuffed Wilhelm and Eva.

"Wilhelm and Eva Müller, you two are under arrest for kidnapping," The lead German policeman said to Wilhelm and Eva before they were put into the back of a police cruiser.

Just after the police cruiser with Wilhelm and Eva drove off, Anna and Kristin turned to Jon.

"Way to go, Jon!" Anna said with a smile.

"That was amazing!" Kristin commented with a smile.

"Thanks, Anna. Thanks, Kristin," Jon said with a smile.

Anna turned to Kristin, "Are you ready to meet your adoptive family?"

Kristin nodded, "I sure am."

To Be Concluded…

A/N: Now we know the truth about Anna and Kristin's separation at birth.

Now, those who kidnapped Kristin are finally behind bars.

Next up, the conclusion.

I decided to depict nanomorphing as having a more sinister origin and tying it into real-life historical events. There really was a U-boat called, U-234, that was on a mission to Japan. It was carrying German technology and uranium oxide (the latter a key ingredient for nuclear weapons production). But Germany surrendered before the U-boat could make it and the U-boat had to surrender as well.

The commando raid was inspired by all those raids British commandos pulled off to disrupt the German war effort during World War II.

The Allied aerial bombing of Dresden was considered one of the most controversial Allied bombing raids of World War II. The bombing was used to disrupt the German war effort, but many civilians were killed in the process. This led to a debate of whether the bombings were justified or a war crime.

This story was partially inspired by LuvPurple99's story, After All This Time (Both the original and the reboot).
