Parvati Patil
Draco left the hospital wing after he was given a clean bill of health and began strolling through the corridors looking for his arch-nemesis, Harry Potter, to take him down once and for all. The reason the Malfoy boy was in the hospital wing was because he was attacked by some kind of slicing charm, courtesy of Harry (who was in self-defence at the time of the incident) was almost put under the Cruciatus Curse. While he knew it, Draco was never going to acknowledge that and instead play victim. That worked (as usual) since Draco got off scot-free while Harry was unjustly punished with Saturday detention until the end of the year. Upon walking down an unspecified corridor, some kind of trap door opened underneath Draco and dumped him on a chute. After sliding on it for about five minutes, Draco slid off and fell onto the stone floor. The fall temporarily stunned him and upon coming to, Draco looked up and saw Harry looking down at him with a glare, with an indian girl doing the same. Draco knew it was one of the Patil twins but couldn't figure out which one because neither Parvati nor Padma had any noticeable differences (especially with this Patil twin wearing a brown short-sleeve t-shirt and a pair of white jeans).
"Your days of being a karma houdini are over, Malfoy!" Harry told him in a gleeful voice.
"I'm Parvati, Malfoy!" the indian girl growled. "I find it hard to believe that you tried to cast the Cruciatus Curse on Harry and get away with it scot-free while Harry ends up receiving disproportionate retribution just because he had every damn right to defend himself. I even found out from Harry that you even put Katie Bell under the Imperius Curse. That's also proof that you're incorrigible."
"Weren't you and Chang going to date, Potter?" asked Draco.
"Almost, but we decided to just stay friends," Harry explained. "Parvati and I have been secretly meeting with each other since the Yule Ball after I realized that she was fun to be around."
"Now's the time for you to get a proper punishment from us," Parvati told the Malfoy boy. "Since Snape not only defends your sorry arse regardless of how illogical your defences are, but McGonagall and Dumbledore are too chickenshit to properly punish the bullies while giving the victims disproportionate retribution. Because of that, Harry and I are gonna take this matter into our own hands."
"H-How will th-that happen?" asked Draco, his collywobbles leaking into his voice.
"Have a seat," said Harry politely, motioning with a hand. "Then we'll get started."
Draco got up onto his feet and walked towards the gold-coloured chair. As soon as he sat down, Draco felt himself getting electrocuted (he didn't pay attention to the chair that was connected to some batteries by an arc welder). Harry and Parvati were laughing themselves like crazy, with Harry down on all fours while Parvati rolling around on the floor while grasping her sides. Draco's electrocution caused his hair to stand up on it's ends as he flew forward. An invisible wall caused him to fall backward and back onto the chair, resulting in Draco getting electrocuted again. Then he flew off the chair by ten feet or so and fell on his front, with the rear part of his trousers smoking and smoldering because of the chair marks burnt in place. Draco farted and the methane gas coming from his rear resulted in some sparks flaring up for a few seconds. Draco attempted to get back onto his feet, but the electrocution left him all shaking and trembling.
"We punished you with something called the electric chair," Parvati told Draco. "It's a punishment in the United States for criminals who've been convicted of capital crimes. A death sentence is also known as Capital Punishment, something you should be aware of. All death eaters, especially the more dangerous ones deserve that kind of sentence. But Dumbledore just goes around promoting pacifism and lecturing the 'importance' of second chances. He won't acknowledge that the death eaters will take advantage of that by using deadly force."
Draco was trembling to the point where he fell over backwards due to still being under the effects of the electrocution. The force of the fall caused him to pass out, allowing Harry to call for Dobby and have him take Draco's out-cold body and putting it someplace so he would think the whole thing was a dream. When it was just the two of them, Harry grabbed one of Parvati's hands and led her over to a bedroom to have a make-out session as a way of celebrating the ferret's permanent downfall. With Draco finally dealt with, Harry was free from the ferret's tendencies to get a rise out of him. For once, luck was on Harry's side.
The End!
