A/N: And now, we see the next chapter with someone else taking the limelight in terms of hulking out, this time with another hulking out as well and another going through a sort of transformation that'd leave them in the similar form as Electro (from Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions) who has "become a being of pure energy ("Without Pants!")". This'll defintiely be surprising. Also, the apparent cause of Captain America's weakening state would be revealed, which raises the stakes more to make the mission all the more important. :)

Phineas and Ferb: Mission Marvel

Chapter 3: Super Transformations; An Approaching Climax

"Welcome back, faithful viewers! When last we left our handsome heroes, their fate hung in the balance in a cataclysmic cliffhanger.", the voice spoke before it showed Red Skull smirking about the victory.

"This was all too easy. The time for heroes is over. Now all will bow to us. For nothing will save you now.", Red Skull smirked before suddenly, a mysterious shadowed figure came down on a hoverboard into the destroyed glass ceiling, revealing it to be none other than Agent P, who was now wearing a superhero costume and mask, surprising the villain as his eyes were widened before Perry flew his hoverboard into M.O.D.O.K. and stepped on a pedal releasing some fog.

"Stop him!", Red Skull coughed before Perry stepped onto another pedal on the hoverboard and some ropes are released, grabbing Phineas, Ferb, and the heroes before he lifted them up to safety and took off, not knowing that Vanessa was watching.

"Phew. Thank goodness.", Vanessa sighed.

"I can't believe this. Saved by some kind of beaver..., duck... thing, or whatever it is.", Black Widow commented.

"I know. It's weird.", Ms. Marvel agreed.

"Not to mention humiliating. Still, thanks for the save.", Hawkeye added.

"Yeah, Duck Guy. Thanks for the rescue!", Ms. Marvel spoke before Spider-Man spoke to Iron Man.

"Do we tip him?", Spider-Man asked.

"He's not parking our car.", Iron Man responded.

"And do we even have one with us right now?", Black Widow asked.

"I just don't know the etiquette.", Spider-Man responded.

Meanwhile, Red Skull was curious as he wanted away the clearing smoke.

"Who was that masked...beaver...duck?!", Red Skull exclaimed.

"M.O.D.O.K. will exterminate all beaver-ducks!", M.O.D.O.K. proclaimed in frustration.

"Y'know, none of this would have happened if we had just gone out for ice cream like I suggested.", Doof spoke matter-of-factly.

At the backyard, Perry lowered Phineas, Ferb, and the heroes by S.H.E.D. before taking his leave in the air.

"Thank you, small but mighty friend!", Thor thanked.

"That was too close.", Captain America sighed.

"You know, he seemed vaguely familiar.", Phineas spoke.

"Ya think that was Howard the Duck?", Spider-Man asked jokingly.

"Time is of the essence. We've gotta... No, it wasn't Howard the Duck!", Iron Man retorted.

"What? I'm just sayin'.", Spider-Man responded.

"He did have a bill.", Hulk agreed.

"Anyway, we need to regroup and figure out a plan B.", Iron Man spoke before Captain America groaned and started to get visibly older.

"Cap! Are you okay?", Ms. Marvel asked.

"Well..., not exactly. I think when my powers got drained, the serum used to make me a super soldier started to degrade, too.", Captain America guessed.

"So, in other words, you're getting older and weaker?", Hawkeye guessed.

"But that means...", Ms. Marvel spoke before gasping.

"Oh, no! We can't let this happen!", Ms. Marvel exclaimed.

"Right! Back to S.H.E.D.-quarters!", Phineas agreed before it went to inside S.H.E.D., where Isabella was reading a comic book while Buford, Baljeet, and Candace were busy building something as Red She-Hulk, Stacy, and Captain Marvel supervised them.

"Hi, guys!", Phineas spoke.

"So, how'd it go?", Buford asked.

"We got our butts handed to us.", Iron Man responded before speaking to Spidey.

"How was Doc Ock able to overpower you when you had Hulk's strength?", Iron Man asked.

"I don't know. I'm...I'm not feeling it anymore.", Spider-Man responded.

"Wait, let me try something.", Thor spoke before he ran to the nearby wall and jumped up only to fall down.

"I did not stick.", Thor stated.

"What about me?", Ms. Marvel spoke before she then ran into a wall only to get stopped short by said wall.

"Nope. Didn't break through it...", Ms. Marvel muffled.

"I was afraid of that. The powers are not bonding with your cell structures.", Phineas guessed.

"Yes, my suit is getting heavier again. But at least having Thor's strength unlocked the joints so I could move.", Iron Man spoke.

"Perhaps we can give you a recharge, but, of course, this time with the correct powers. We have been working on rebuilding the machine.", Baljeet grinned.

"And we're helping!", Candace spoke up before Phineas took off the Beak's torso in puzzlement.

"You are?", Phineas asked.

"I'm redeeming myself.", Candace explained.

"Yeah, she insisted on it.", Stacy responded.

"Yes, and we are almost done with the first component.", Baljeet responded.

"Hulk's gamma-ray concentration beam. Brawn first, right, big guy?", Buford asked before Hulk hit his chest twice and pointed.

"That's great!", Phineas grinned.

"So have you done a base level particle acceleration yet?", Iron Man asked.

"I was just about to.", Baljeet responded.

"It's really important to make sure you start with a base level.", Iron Man advised just as Candace noticed the cord for the machine.

"Let me get this for you.", Candace spoke as she then plugged it in, causing the machine to power up.

"Oh, sure. Otherwise the gamma-ray inverters...", Phineas began as the machine started booting up.

"Whoa! Who plugged...?", Phineas asked before the machine then aimed at Candace.

"Huh?", Candace puzzled before the ray zapped Candace, making her exclaim in surprise before the ray finished and zapped another blast, which ricocheted at almost every metal wall before going out the open window.

"Okay, when did we have an open window here?", Phineas puzzled.

"Huh. That was tingly.", Candace spoke before she suddenly shuddered as her body suddenly shook a bit before her eyes glowed bright green.

"Uh-oh.", Baljeet spoke in worry before Candace's body started growing not just in height, but also in muscle mass, making her moan a bit in awe and surprise, but mostly the latter, as her skin turned green while her hair grew wild and turned almost black green.

"Oooh, I'm feeling good.", Candace moaned as the growth finished before her shirt and skirt got torn, although, only the straps of her shirt got torn to a point that they appear very small while her skirt tore halfway into a loincloth.

"Mmm... What a rush.", Candace grinned as most of the others looked in awe, especially Stacy.

"This isn't good.", Hulk spoke in somewhat of a worry for the new She-Hulk, who just started checking herself out.

"Oh, great. As if one Hulk wasn't enough. Now, we have another?", Hawkeye commented.

"Whoa! Did I just turn green and bulk up?", Candace asked.

"You did more than that, Candace. You just straight-up hulked out.", Stacy responded.

"Oh, I get it, because of what just happened, right?", She-Hulk Candace guessed before she turned and noticed Phineas' glaring expression with one eyebrow raised.

"What?", She-Hulk Candace puzzled.

"Really, Candace?", Phineas asked.

"I was just trying to help.", Candace explained.

"Well, your 'help' this morning messed us up so badly, we came this close to being wiped out at the mall! I thought you would've learned your lesson!", Phineas scolded.

"But...but I...", Candace began.

"But, no! You show up again to help and now, you've been hulkified! It's a miracle you didn't lose any sense of reason at this point.", Phineas interrupted.

"But...but...", Candace began before he interrupted again.

"This is just too important! Way more than it already is with Captain America getting weaker by the hour, and we can't afford any more setbacks!", Phineas interrupted.

"But at least the machine's still here. And the best part, it's not broken.", Candace assured.

"Huh. You may have a point, but, just to be safe, you might need to wait outside. At least until you can get a handle on your new powers.", Phineas suggested.

"Get a handle on them... Hey, you're right.", Candace realized with a grin as she came up with an idea and headed out.

"Candace? What are you...?", Phineas asked.

"I'm gonna take these powers out for a test drive.", Candace smirked.

"What? Candace, did you even know where to...", Stacy began before She-Hulk Candace then burst through the wall, and stopped near the Garcia-Shapiro house.

"Candhulk is out! Peace!", Candace responded before leaping up with a big jump.

"...go?", Stacy finished.

"I'm just gonna say it out loud. You shouldn't make Candace angry. You wouldn't like it when she's angry.", Buford commented.

"Yeah, but there was another blast from the machine. Who knows who that would hit?", Phineas spoke in slight worry.

"Yeah. We'd better go after her and make sure no one gets hurt.", Stacy responded.

"Sadly, there is no time! Our mission lies elsewhere!", Thor spoke.

"Well, I'll go after her then! She-Hulk or not, Candace is my friend.", Stacy responded.

"All right. But I'll warn you, it might get ugly.", Buford warned.

"Oh, please. I watched a whole marathon of Grievance movies. I think I can handle a little ugly.", Stacy retorted just before she inadvertently tripped on the plug for the machine and fell, but not without triggering another start-up for the machine, which then caused another part of the machine to start up and aim at Stacy as Captain Marvel noticed this.

"Stacy!", Captain Marvel shouted before the machine fired at Stacy, only it didn't hit her. Instead, it hit Captain Marvel, who was not only shielding her, but also absorbing the energy being blasted out from the machine.

"Captain Marvel?", Stacy spoke in awe.

"Don't worry. I'm okay.", Captain Marvel assured, not knowing that some of the energy she was absorbing leaked out of her and into Stacy before the blast finished with the machine shutting down.

"Captain Marvel. Are you sure you're all right?", Phineas asked.

"No. Better...", Captain Marvel responded as her eyes glowed blank with her body being covered in a thin, energy-like aura.

"Your powers... they actually came back!", Phineas spoke in surprise.

"Guess it's a good thing Candace made the 2nd compartment after all.", Stacy grinned.

"What was that?", Phineas puzzled just before Stacy felt a sudden tingle and groaned, puzzling, if not worrying the others.

"Whoa...", Stacy groaned.

"Are you okay, Stacy?", Isabella asked.

"I don't know...", Stacy responded before suddenly, her body started glowing blue while her eyes turned blank and her hair started floating up.

"Oh, I'm feeling good...", Stacy moaned as her clothes burned away, not only revealing her whole body, but also showing that her body is now completely coated in a sort of glowing metallic coating, smooth as it is.

"Ooooh, feels like something's lighting my fire!", Stacy spoke excitedly, her transformation complete.

"I'm so in love with her right now.", Buford spoke.

"What?", Stacy puzzled.

"Nothing.", Buford responded.

"Stacy, are you okay?", Phineas asked.

"I think so. But whatever just happened to me, it just made me feel even better. What did happen to me?", Stacy responded.

"If I had to guess, I'd say some of the energy blasted into Captain Marvel leaked into you.", Iron Man responded.

"But how?", Captain Marvel puzzled.

"Look, I'm sure we'll figure this out, but right now, I'd better find Candace.", Stacy urged.

"But Stacy, we don't know how your new powers could...", Phineas began before Stacy took off faster than expected.

"...work.", Phineas finished.

Meanwhile, Perry was flying above the Tri-State Area when his wristwatch communicator beeped.

"Greetings, Agent P! S.H.I.E.L.D. has gotten intel that the supervillains are holed up in downtown Danville in an oddly-shaped building with its own jingle. We need you to find out what they're up to!", Fury spoke before Perry's other wristwatch communicator beeped and showed Major Monogram, who was now now sporting an eyepatch and a goatee like Fury.

"And neutralize them if possible, Agent P!", Monogram added.

"Monogram! Seriously, the beard, too?!", Fury exclaimed.

"You're not the only one who can rock an awesome face mullet, Fury.", Monogram retorted before Perry arrived at D.E.I. just as Doofenshmirtz was now standing in front of an inator.

"And see, it takes four orbs of mundanium finite to power it. It would only take one orb of Pizzazium Infinionite but that's so hard to find. Oh, don't get me started. So we just lock the module in here and...Viola! Yeah, I know, it's a large violin. I-I don't know why people say that. Anyhoo, what did you guys need a second Power-Drain-inator for?",

"So we won't have to deal with your idiocy anymore!", Red Skull responded before he took out a remote and trapped Doof in a cage.

"Wait, that's not nice! I-I thought we were buds! We were amigos! We had...We had a song and everything!", Doof spoke.

"Your little musical interlude was a pleasant diversion at best! You see, we're not going to take over the Tri-State Area. We are going to completely destroy it and show what vill happen if anyone attempts to thwart our plan!", Red Skull responded.

"Did you just say, 'Swart our plan'?", Doof puzzled.

"No. Thwart! Thw- With a T-H! Thwart!", Red Skull responded.

"Oh, 'thwart'! Yeah, it makes more sense. I think that maybe you should go see a speech pathologist or a-a-a dialect coach or something.", Doof responded as Red Skull groaned.

"SILENCE! Once we've made our point, we will use our contraption to draw away the powers of all the superheroes on the planet! And take over the world!", Red Skull added.

"Wow, you guys really think big!", Doofenshmirtz spoke in surprise.

"But first, Venom? Squash our little fly on the ceiling!", Red Skull spoke as he pointed toward Perry, who widened his eyes in shock before Venom stretched his arm out with Perry dodging it and attempting to sneak away on the pipe only for Whiplash to whip it with Perry holding onto it, only for Venom to grab him with Perry getting trapped...again.

"Now, we go and send a little message to our handicapped heroes. Come! Schnell!", Red Skull urged as he and the other villains marched out.

"You're not very good at thwarting. I...I should hook you up with my nemesis Perry the Platypus for some pointers. It's an art form for him.", Doof spoke.

Meanwhile, at another part of Danville, Candhulk crashed into the pavement just near the car, which stopped before thousands of clowns escaped from said car.

"Okay, rude. But look how high I jumped! I still can't believe I made it all the way over here with just one jump.", Candhulk spoke in amazement before noticing Linda nearby and gasping.

"Oh, no! Mom! She can't see me like this!", Candhulk spoke worriedly before she ran and hid near the side of a building and peeped over only to notice what Linda was holding in her hand.

"Wait. Is that a mini-tape player?", Candhulk puzzled.

"The courtyard also features a statue of Franz the Elephant.", the tour guide spoke.

"Huh. Is that part of her walking tour?", Candhulk puzzled just before a blast zipped above her, passing by her.

"What's that?", Candhulk puzzled before she saw the blast in the air and looked down to see Vanessa.

"Hey, is that...?", Candhulk began before gasping in surprise.

"Vanessa!", Candhulk shouted as she ran over to her before Vanessa turned to see her.

"Candace? What happened to you?", Vanessa puzzled.

"Apparently, the same thing that's gonna happen to you if you don't get out of the way fast!", Candhulk urged.

"Wait, what?", Vanessa puzzled before the blast then quickly hit Vanessa, making her give an "eep!" in surprise.

Soon after, Vanessa groaned slightly before she started to grow taller with her muscle mass expanding while her skin turned green and her hair dark green with her boots, leggings and sleeves tearing off with the top part of her jacket tearing off slightly before the transformation was complete.

"Whoa! That really came out of nowhere. But just the same, that actually felt pretty good.", Vanessa responded.

"I know, right? I did try to tell you, though.", Candace responded just before Stacy arrived.

"Candace! Look out, I'm coming in hot!", Stacy spoke as she sped forward like a trail of light.

"Stacy?", Candace puzzled before Vanessa pulled her out of the way with Stacy then running into a sort of mattress store, the insulated mattresses stopping her before she popped up.

"Phew! That was close.", Stacy spoke.

"Stacy? What happened to you?", Candace asked.

"You have no idea. We'd better get back to S.H.E.D. fast and... wait. What happened to you?", Stacy puzzled to Vanessa.

"I wish I knew myself.", Vanessa replied before Candhulk noticed something going on in Danville City Hall nearby.

"Guys? Don't look now, but something big is going on.", Candhulk spoke.

"That's Red Skull. But I don't see Dad anywhere.", Vanessa spoke in worry.

"What do you mean?", Stacy puzzled.

"Well, it's kind of a long story.", Vanessa responded before meanwhile, at S.H.E.D. quarters, Phineas and Ferb were repairing the Beak suit when Red Skull's image appeared on a TV, laughing evilly.

"Uh, guys, you better come see this.", Phineas spoke.

"Citizens of Danville and the surrounding Tri-State Area, prepare for your imminent end! Unless the Avengers show up to face us, we will unleash a device a thousand times worse than the one that hit them! Thanks to M.O.D.O.K.'s modifications, our Power-Drain-inator doesn't merely drain power. It drains energy, matter, everything the target was! Observe.", Red Skull spoke as he pointed to the device behind him and pressed a key button before the inator activated the Excelsior! hot dog vendor from New York giving a hot dog when the inator beam blasted the stand, causing it to shrink into nonexistence altogether.

"Aw, man! And I just moved here from New York, 'cuz I thought it would be safer!", the vendor exclaimed in surprise.

"So, Avengers, either you come down here and face us, or we will unleash this weapon on the entire Tri-State Area!", Red Skull exclaimed before laughing evilly.

"Ah! The fiend!", Thor growled.

"I actually missed a lot of that with the accent, but I got that it's bad.", Spider-Man spoke.

"Oh, man. What're we gonna do? Stacy and Candace aren't even back yet.", Phineas spoke.

"What we have to.", Thor responded.

"But you have no powers.", Phineas spoke in worry.

"That doesn't matter. We've gotta fight back with whatever we've got left.", Captain America responded before groaning as he took a knee and got visibly older, worrying the others as they noticed.

"But how? You've been getting older and weaker by the hour since your powers were drained and without those superpowers from the serum all those years ago, you might not make it.", Phineas spoke in worry.

"Be that as it may, being a hero isn't the armor you wear. But the metal in your spirit and the steel in your resolve.", Thor responded before the heroes walked out the hole in the wall Candhulk left.

"Man, that was eloquent. All I ever do is quips. Like this one, for instance. And the one preceding it.", Spider-Man spoke.

"Can we please not kill the gravitas of this moment?", Black Widow asked.

"Sorry.", Spider-Man apologized.

A/N: So, what did you think? Pretty cool change of pace, huh? And now, the next chapter would possibly be either the last or second-to-last. But don't worry. The heroes won't give up easily, that much I can assure you.
