A/N: Hello. :) I have a couple Pokémon stories this month. One of which is requested by zakthebeast3 and the other known as "Pokémon: Indigo League". And this is one of them. It's called "My Life as a Snorlax". Now, I'll warn you. It might not have such a happy beginning. I'm not exactly happy with how it started either, myself. But that's what it calls for, sadly... Although, in the future, there may be somethings that explain why things happened the way they did. :) And apart from the beginning, you can enjoy the rest.
Pokémon: My Life as a Snorlax
Chapter 1: A Fateful Tragedy; Life as a Pokémon
It all started one day when a young girl was met with a young boy.
"Poliwag?", the boy asked before he looked at a little girl named Serena.
"Hey, are you alright?", the boy asked, puzzling her, shaking off her fright for the moment.
"Hi, I'm Ash. Who are you?", Ash greeted before noticing how sad the girl was.
"What's wrong?", Ash asked.
"I hurt my leg.", Serena responded, gesturing to it.
"Don't worry, see this? This will make it better.", Ash assured before he wrapped the handkerchief around Serena's injured knee.
"All done. Now watch this, feel better, feel better right away!", Ash shouted, somewhat puzzling Serena before she tried to stand up only to feel some pain and fall back down sadly.
"It still hurts, I can't stand up!", Serena spoke sadly.
"Don't give up, till it's over, okay? Come on.", Ash urged as he offered her his hand before Serena took it and she grabbed it, lifting her up.
"There you go. I think we should be getting back to the campsite, okay? Come on.", Ash advised before he and Serena walked over to the campsite.
Then, some time later, it showed Serena and her family in a plane soaring in the skies.
Narrator: This is the story of Serena, a young girl who one day met Ash Ketchum in Pallet Town. But this story takes a different turn as Serena and her family were headed to a far-off region in the skies.
"What are we going to do when we get there, Mommy?", Serena asked to her mother.
"I don't know, hon, but I have a feeling we'll meet lots of Pokémon there.", Serena's mother responded.
"I hear that one of the starter Pokémon there is a cute fox.", Serena's father added.
"Really?", Serena asked.
"Yep. And when you turn 10, you can pick that Pokémon as your partner.", Serena's father responded.
"Oh, Mom, Dad. I love you! You're the best parents ever!", Serena grinned.
"And you're the best daughter ever.", Serena's mother responded, making the little girl blush before Serena turned to the window.
"I wonder what it'd be like to actually be a Pokémon...", Serena puzzled before she quickly turned back, rebuffing the idea.
"But that could never happen. It just couldn't.", Serena spoke.
However, the plane was already crossing into dark, stormy skies.
"Attention, flight passengers, we're entering a stormy area in our airspace. Please note that we'll take measures to ensure safe travel the rest of the way until we arrive.", the flight attendant warned just as lightning struck around the plane, frightening Serena.
"It's okay, Serena. We're still here with you.", Serena's mother assured.
"And on another note, we're almost there.", Serena's father added, pointing to the region nearby.
"Wow... The Kalos region?", Serena asked.
"Yeah. And in a few minutes, we'll touch down on the region and set up a new home.", Serena's father assured.
But a few minutes wasn't enough time to avoid what was coming. A lightning bolt suddenly struck one of the plane's wings, causing the plane to go haywire with an alarm blaring out.
"Oh, no! What's happening?!", Serena exclaimed.
Then, the plane suddenly started descending downward and plummet down toward the region's forest with greater turbulence, sending most of the passengers in a panic.
"Mayday, mayday! This plane has been struck down and we're losing altitude!", the captain of the plane exclaimed.
"Mommy...? Daddy...? What's gonna happen?", Serena asked nervously.
"I don't know, sweetie...", Serena's mother responded.
"Listen. Hold onto this Poké ball until you're out of danger.", Serena's father urged.
"Daddy...?", Serena puzzled.
"It has Fletchling safe inside. Be sure to take good care of it. Got it?", Serena's father asked urgently, making her gasp a bit as he handed her said Poké Ball.
"G-Got it...", Serena spoke nervously.
"Good. Now, take this parachute with you and jump out with Fletchling. We'll jump out after you.", Serena's father responded as he opened the door.
"But Dad, are you sure we're gonna make it out all right?", Serena asked.
"Of course, I am. Now, hurry.", Serena's father urged before Serena nodded after a moment and then went for the door, not knowing that the crack on the plane was getting worse.
"Okay... One... Two...", Serena spoke, preparing to jump, scared as she was.
But before she could, the crack worsened and the back of the plane ripped off, not only splitting the plane apart, but also sucking both Serena and Fletchling, who was still inside the Poké ball, although the former held onto it tightly.
"Serena!", Serena's mother shouted.
"MOMMY!", Serena shouted as she and Fletchling fell.
But as luck would have it for her, the parachute pack had also fallen out and was falling right beside the falling girl, who noticed it.
"The parachute!", Serena gasped before she went for it as best she could and put it on when she did before grabbing the cord.
"Please work...!", Serena spoke fearfully before she did so, successfully releasing a parachute, slowing down her descent by a considerable margin.
"It worked...", Serena sighed before a Poké Ball suddenly opened up, releasing Fletchling.
"Fletch. Fletch. Ling. Ling.", Fletchling spoke as it fluttered its wings around Serena.
"Fletchling...?", Serena asked before turning to notice the other half of the plane heading straight toward the forest, much to her worry and Fletchling's.
"Mommy! Daddy!", Serena exclaimed.
Meanwhile, a herd of Snorlax were nearby when they heard a whooshing sound nearby and sleepily turned to see the flaming part of the plane come crashing down before it exploded, shocking the snorlax greatly, shocking them awake, mainly because of the impact of the crash. And among all the snorlaxes, one of them looked up to see Serena staring in shock over what has happened before she started to shed tears as she cried with Fletchling just as down-hearted.
"Mommy... Daddy... They're gone...! They're all gone...!", Serena sobbed before gently landing on the snorlax who looked up to see her, who stopped sobbing for a moment as she looked up at the snorlax before becoming scared of it.
"Ah! Please don't hurt me!", Serena spoke in fright, shaking.
But to assure her that it means no harm, the snorlax then picked her up gently, puzzling Serena at first before it then carried her all the way to its home.
After a while, the snorlax finally arrived at a big tree with leaves providing enough shade for the snorlax to rest on the bark as well as a small pile of berries nearby.
"Oh. Thank you so much...", Serena thanked to the Snorlax who carried her.
"Snor.", Snorlax responded as it put her down and then laid down on the bark with which to rest, but not before turning to see Serena laying down sadly, bundling herself up with Fletchling going over to her, trying to snap her out of her funk only to be shaken off with a slight shake.
"Fletch...?", Fletchling spoke worriedly.
"Just go away, Fletchling...", Serena only spoke sullenly before it gave a sad look to her and then flew away only to go on top of a branch in the same tree that the snorlax was leaning against with said snorlax giving a worried look for her.
Over the next couple of days, Serena laid down sullenly on the grass near the tree. And during those 2 days, the snorlax has collected some berries and stacked them all up into a growing pile near the little girl who had been through so much in so little time (although it still ate some of the berries it picked for itself to fill its daily quota while Fletchling would eat a few per day as necessary). But in spite of that, the girl refused to budge. Not even Fletchling could do anything to help as she had told it to leave her alone 5 more times since the first. As time passed with minutes turning into hours and hours turning into days with berry upon berry getting stacked up in a pile, for a while, it seemed like nothing could save the girl form her gloom-filled dread. That is, until one day when the storm that lasted 2 days had finally ceased, the rain slowing down to little drops and the clouds departing.
"Mommy, Daddy, I miss you...", Serena, now almost skin and bones, spoke sadly, shedding a tear, before her stomach growled.
"So... hungry...", Serena spoke weakly before noticing a pile of berries on the ground.
"Berries?", Serena puzzled before her stomach rumbled again.
"Well..., I guess one wouldn't hurt.", Serena guessed before she then ate one berry, instantly becoming tantalized with the taste as her eyes beamed brightly.
"Mmm...! That tastes good...!", Serena gasped excitedly before she then started to eat more and more berries.
As she did so, though, Fletchling woke up and was surprised to see that Serena had finally moved again, never mind started eating again, even more so than usual. Though, it was understandable considering that Serena went through two days without eating. nearly 20-30 minutes later, Serena's body was now in the shape of a practical Mini Snorlax.
"Yummy! That was so good. Though I'm all plump and chubby now.", Serena spoke in a bit of surprise as she noticed this.
"But that's okay because I'm full now.", Serena grinned patting her belly twice before turning to notice the clouds in the sky forming into the shape of what appeared to be her late parents, making her give a sad look before silently crying as she shed tears again as Fletchling flew over to her and perched on her shoulder.
"Fletchi...", Fletchling spoke in slight worry before Serena thought about what Ash told her.
"Don't give up, till it's over okay?", Ash's voice echoed before Serena then wiped away her tears and opened her eyes, now full of determination.
"Mommy... Daddy... I swear I'll keep Fletchling safe.", Serena vowed just before she overheard the awakening growl from nearby and noticed that the Snorlax was waking up.
Snorlax waking up from its sleep and turning to notice 2 different things. For one thing, there is no longer a pile of berries to be seen. And for another, Serena was no longer all skin and bones.
"Uh... Sorry about the berries?", Serena apologized.
"LAAAAX!", Snorlax shouted as it dashed toward Serena, surprising her before it picked her up and hugged her in joy.
"Wait. You're... happy that I got better...?", Serena puzzled before she was let down, surprising her by how quickly it let her down.
"But what about your berries?", Serena asked in worry.
"Snor.", Snorlax responded, gesturing for her to follow it before it stomped over elsewhere.
"Should we follow it, Fletchling?", Serena asked.
"Fletch.", Fletchling responded before the two cautiously followed it.
Later, when the two got there, they were now in a different cave altogether with its own pile of berries, which is 5 times bigger than the one Serena ate.
"Wow. That's a really big pile, Snorlax.", Serena spoke in awe before it then turned to Serena.
"Lax, lax.", Snorlax responded before it then ate some berries from its pile.
"Wow. Look at you go.", Serena grinned to it before it stopped after a bit and turned to her.
"Huh? Why'd you stop?", Serena puzzled.
"Snor, Snorlax.", Snorlax spoke as if it was asking her if she wanted to join it, puzzling her before Serena's belly growled.
"Well, I guess I could use a few more.", Serena blushed before she then waddled over to it. But just then, another Snorlax arrived, this time, more feminine.
"Snorlax.", the female snorlax spoke, astounding the little girl and Fletchling.
"Oh. Hi, there. Sorry to intrude on you like this.", Serena apologized.
"Lax Lax. Snor Snorlax.", the female Snorlax assured, gesturing to her that she join them as it and the male Snorlax then started eating from the bigger pile.
"Well, if you insist...", Serena spoke before she and the two Snorlax all started eating together.
Then, time passed as a year or 2 later, while Serena was out getting some more berries with the other Snorlax, her ears had turned pointy and very like those of the other Snorlax.
"Oh. Those berries look good.", Serena grinned as she picked the berries herself.
But no sooner had she done so that on her way back, she couldn't help but look at her reflection and see that her ears had changed.
"Huh? My ears... Why do they look so different?", Serena puzzled as she saw her now Snorlax-like ears.
"And for that matter, how are they so cute?", Serena added with a grin as the ears wiggled.
Then, another year passed and Serena was now 8 years old before she went down to the same reflection and noticed a small, cute fang that is now her tooth pointing out of her mouth.
"Huh? Since when did my tooth grow out like that?", Serena puzzled, gently pressing against the tip of it.
"Hmm. Looks a bit strange. But at the same time, it's kinda cute.", Serena grinned.
But slow-going as they were, the changes didn't stop there. For after another year passed with Serena now 9 years old as one day, as she ate more berries alongside the snorlax, Serena started to grow fur all over her body reminiscent to that of the other Snorlax around her. Only Fletchling and the two Snorlax eating with her noticed and got surprised by the sight.
"Wait. Why do I feel so warm...?", Serena puzzled as she ate berries before finally noticing the fur on her body.
"What the...? Is this fur?", Serena puzzled before she ran her hands through her fur in gentle strokes.
"Aw. It's so soft.", Serena grinned while the other Snorlax were quite puzzled over the fact that Serena was actually changing.
This only became more apparent, as a year later with Serena now 10, the age at which any kid gets a starter Pokémon, a Poké Dex and 6 Poké Balls, while she was out gathering more berries for her own pile (with Fletchling accompanying her this time), she had noticed her hands feeling funny.
"Huh? What's up with my hands?", Serena puzzled before her hands then puffed up slowly with her fingers turning into little claws.
"Whoa. My hands changed, too?", Serena puzzled before she took a look at her new hands in wonder.
"And here I didn't think they'd get any cuter this way.", Serena spoke as she squeezed one of her hands gently.
And so, another year passed soon after. This time, the next change was internal, which became clear as Serena finished the berries in her pile.
And then, all of a sudden, her body started to puff up more than usual, causing her clothes to be constrictive to it, even making a button burst out of her pants.
"I don't know why, but this feels so gooooorelax...", Serena moaned with her voice suddenly deepening as she briefly acted like a Snorlax before gasping at what she just said out loud, covering her mouth as her voice went back to normal as quickly as it had deepened.
"Did I say that?", Serena puzzled.
"Huh? Who said that?", Serena puzzled.
"I did.", one of the Snorlax responded, puzzling Serena.
"You sure were hungry, weren't you?", the Snorlax who answered Serena's query guessed.
"Yeah, I guess, but how are you speaking right now?", Serena puzzled.
"What are you talking about? We've always been able to speak.", the feminine Snorlax responded.
"Then why am I hearing you talk just now?", Serena puzzled.
Then, with a gasp, Serena realized something.
"Wait a minute. I think I'm starting to understand Pokémon as if they're people. But that's not possible, is it?", Serena pondered before she turned to Fletchling.
"Well, guess there's only one way to know for sure.", Serena said to herself as Fletchling perched onto her shoulder.
"Can you talk, too?", Serena asked.
"Of course, Serena.", Fletchling nodded, making her gasp.
"Then it's true. I am starting to understand Pokémon like they're people. This is great.", Serena spoke in amazement and wonder.
And now, a year later, one day when Serena, now 12 years old and especially fluent in Pokémon language, finished eating the berries, she gave a contented sigh.
"That sure hits the spot like always.", Serena grinned before her belly grumbled loudly.
"Oh, boy...", Serena spoke before suddenly, she started to grow bigger in size to a size very like the other Snorlax as her clothes stretched to the limit and started to rip out, starting with her shoes, which showed upon tearing off that her feet were now similar to the Snorlax's.
"Wow... Look at my feet. They're just so adorelax-able.", Serena spoke before the rest of her clothes started to rip out, leaving her only in a pink bra and pink underwear, and some snorlax fur on her body, which plumped up as her breasts and butt billowed out some in size.
"You knorlax, I'm orkay with this. I'm actually happy to become a Pokémon. It's like it's was meant to be lax. So I'm just happy that you took me in and raised me lax. So, you'erlax thelax borest Lax Snorlax Snor Lax Lax!", Serena spoke to the two Snorlax who took her in, her voice deepening with each time she spoke Snorlax as said changes happened before her transformation into a Snorlax herself was finally complete with the only things about her that are human left being her eyes and her honey blonde hair.
With that, the other Snorlax all became touched with Serena's transitioning words to the two Snorlax that took her in.
Since her transformation, Serena took quite a liking to her new form. Over time, she even learned deeply about their customs about herds and ranks, not to mention their preferences of berries and the like. She also learned about other Pokémon other than the Snorlax like herself now and Fletchling, such as Fennekin, Chespin, Froakie, Bunnelby, Litleo, Pyroar, and others, as well. But aside from all this, for over 6 years, Serena lived her life plainly as a Snorlax, her human life now far behind her.
6 years later, Serena was sleeping like a log when Fletchling went over to Serena and landed gently on her belly before proceeding to peck her only for her stomach to growl, prompting Fletchling to jump off her shaking belly before Serena then sat up slowly.
"Laaaaaaxxxx...", Serena yawned as she then stood up before turning to see Fletchling.
"Oh. Morning, Fletchling. Were you going to wake me up?", Serena greeted.
"Yes...", Fletchling responded just before Serena's stomach growled.
"Oooh. I feel so hungry already... Well, time for a big, hearty breakfast.", Serena grinned before she then proceeded over toward her pile of berries and happily sat down to eat as Fletchling caught up, not knowing that a sort of big berry with other berries clustered into it (albeit with a darker color and a dim, crimson glow around it) was in her pile before it was devoured much like the other berries with it before she finished, although Fletchling managed to get a few berries necessary for its own breakfast.
"That was delicious.", Serena grinned.
"I'll say.", Fletchling agreed before it finished the 3rd berry for the morning.
"You know, Fletchling, if you were trying to wake me up, you need to be a bit quicker on the draw. My belly usually wakes me up with this loud grumbling, anyway. Besides, I told you a million times not to wake me up like that.", Serena scolded.
"All right.", Fletchling responded before Serena then felt a weird rumbling in her belly.
"Huh? What's happening now?", Serena puzzled.
Then, all of a sudden, she started glowing the same crimson glow as the berry cluster she ate before she started to grow.
"I'm growing again...? Whoa!", Serena exclaimed as she grew bigger than before, her pink bra and underwear starting to stretch.
"Oh... So tight...!", Serena groaned before they finally ripped out of her growing (and thankfully furry) body.
"Ahhh... That's so much better...", Serena moaned with a grin just as the other Snorlax that were eating noticed what was going on when a big shadow loomed over them: Serena's shadow!
After a moment, Serena had finished growing and was now the size of a house.
"Wow...! Look how huge I am! I could really get used to this.", Serena grinned, checking herself out as she turned around and shook her butt a few times.
"And the fur's not too bad, either.", Serena grinned, moving her hands down her fur afterwards before Fletchling, surprised as it was for a time, flew off the ground and on top of Serena by the head.
"Aw. You look so cute, Fletchling.", Serena grinned before the Snorlaxes around her gave slight murmurs of surprise at her massive girth in surprise.
"Uh..., what's going on here?", Serena puzzled.
"Don't know.", Fletchling responded before the Snorlax finished murmuring and turned to Serena with one of the Snorlax marching to her and then kneeling.
"Huh? What are you kneeling for?", Serena asked.
"After a brief round of deliberation, we have decided to grant you the honorable role and rank of a leader.", the Snorlax responded, puzzling her.
"What? Me? A leader?", Serena puzzled before her belly growled.
"Oooh. I feel so hungry...", Serena groaned, patting her belly.
"Well, that just won't do, will it? Why don't you have some of mine?", one Snorlax offered.
"Wait. You really mean that?", Serena puzzled.
"No. Invest in my berries.", another added.
"No, have some of mine.", another argued before the snorlaxes, all except the two Snorlaxes who took Serena in (and are also currently a bit baffled), practically clamored about.
"Hey! Take it easy, guys. There's no need to fight over me. Besides, if you want, I could take half of each of your piles. Then, I'll go out to look for some more berries to eat for you that'll really stuff you.", Serena assured before the clamoring stopped.
"Very well!", the snorlaxes responded before they each lined up, holding each individual's half of their piles.
"Oh, boy...", Serena moaned with a nervous grin.
Then, sometime later, the human-turned-Snorlax and Fletchling were talking with the two Snorlax.
"Now, tell me again how you got bigger than all of us?", the male snorlax asked.
"Well, I was just eating breakfast one day, but then I saw a big berry clustered to other small ones and ate it.", Serena responded.
"A big berry with smaller berries clustered to it... I see. And was it glowing a crimson glow, by any chance?", the male Snorlax asked.
""Uh, yeah, actually. Why?", Serena asked.
"Because that berry was no ordinary berry. In fact, it's actually a Giganta Berry.", the male Snorlax responded.
"A Giganta Berry? What's that?", Serena puzzled.
"It's a berry said to be filled with Galar Particles that account for a special event called Dynamaxing.", the female Snorlax responded.
"Legend also has it that the berry you ate came from a region not like our own. That region is known as the Galar Region.", the male Snorlax responded.
"The Galar Region?", Fletchling puzzled.
"Not much about this particular berry is known. Save for one thing. Among the Snorlax community, any one of us who's lucky enough to find it, or in this case, eat it, is said to become leader of our people.", the male Snorlax responded.
"So, that's why those Snorlax wanted to give me their berries. I thought they were acting a bit chivalrous.", Serena responded.
"Well, that's just the way us Snorlax are.", the female Snorlax responded.
"And right now, it's a pretty good thing I'm heading out to get more than enough food to really stuff those Snorelax.", Serena smirked as she started heading out of the cave, but not before turning back to the Snorlax parents.
"Oh. And thanks, you two. For taking such good care of me.", Serena thanked.
"Oh, no. Thank you for coming into our lives.", the female Snorlax grinned.
"Oh. Well, you're welcome. You all can expect really big meals from me if and when we get back. Right, Fletchling?", Serena asked.
"Right.", Fletchling nodded.
"Well, I certainly hope so, Serena.", the male Snorlax grinned with a chuckle.
Sometime later, Serena and Fletchling were now on their way out.
"Thank you, everyone! I'm gonna go out and look for some more tasty treats for you!", Serena waved before the Snorlax waved goodbye to her.
Soon after, Serena and Fletchling had arrived at a sort of city.
"Wow. Look at that, Fletchling. We're in the city.", Serena grinned.
"And to think it's been a long while since we saw one like this.", Fletchling agreed.
"Well, let's go see what food they have down here.", Serena grinned.
But a moment later, after getting into the city, Serena and Fletchling both heard a shout from nearby.
"Pikachu!", Ash shouted, catching Serena and Fletchling's attention.
"Wait. Why did that voice sound familiar? And what could be going on?", Serena puzzled before she waddled over to the bushes where she watched in the shades as the source of the voice ran and grabbed Pikachu before he can crash land on the ground on a nasty fall.
The source turned out to be Ash!
"Hey, buddy, are you okay?", Ash asked.
"I'm okay...", Pikachu spoke a bit weakly.
"Poor, Pikachu.", Bonnie spoke sadly.
"Wait. That boy... Why does he look so familiar...?", Serena puzzled.
"Excellent, I give you an eleven!", Jessie grinned.
"Thank you.", Wobbuffet grinned.
"We'd better retreat! Using Mirror Coat reflects special attacks with double the power! We can't withstand that kind of strength!", Clemont advised.
"We've always stood up to them before and we always will. As long as Pikachu is okay. Long as Pikachu doesn't give up. Long as my friends are always here to help me. I'll be right here, battling to the end.", Ash responded, making Serena gasp as she remembered what he told her.
"Don't give up, till it's over, okay?", Young Ash spoke before it went back to the present.
"Now, I remember. It's that boy from all those years ago! I've gotta help him and his Pikachu out!", Serena urged as she went out.
"Serena, wait!", Fletchling urged.
"Now, Pikachu, Electro Ball!", Ash shouted before Pikachu jumped up and activated Electro Ball.
"We'll help you out, too! Bunnelby, use Mud Shot!", Clemont urged before Bunnelby jumped up and fired Mud shot by making mud balls from its ears and launching them toward Team Rocket.
"You're on, Wobbuffet!", Jessie urged before Wobbuffet dodged Mud shot.
"It dodged them all!", Clemont responded before an Electro Ball hit Wobbuffet, who used the Mirror Coat to bounce the Electro Ball right back at Pikachu.
"Uh-oh!", Ash spoke in worry.
Then, suddenly, without warning, Serena jumped up.
"LAAAAX!", Serena shouted before using Mirror Guard herself to bounce the repelled Electro Ball right back at Wobuffet, surprising it, Ash, Clemont, Bonnie, Pikachu (who said, "Pika?" in surprise), and Team Rocket before the Electro Ball finally hit Wobbuffet as Serena landed on the ground.
"Huh? Who's that Pokémon?", Clemont puzzled before Serena turned back to the others with an assuring grin.
"Lax, lax, Snorlax.", Serena assured in Snorlax speak.
"Huh?!", Meowth reacted in surprise.
"What's wrong?", Jessie puzzled.
"That's a Pokémon, all right, but that one's different. If anything, that one looks a bit more human than it should be.", Meowth responded.
"What are you saying, Meowth? That this Pokémon was once human?", James asked.
"Yeah, or maybe not.", Meowth responded, puzzling the two.
"Snoooorlax!", Serena shouted as she then stomped on the ground, sending out a big quake toward Team Rocket, causing them to be propelled up into the air.
"What, Meowth? Why the wilt?", Jessie asked.
"Because...", Meowth responded.
"Huh? What? Spill it.", James asked.
"But with how we're getting creamed by a human-turned-Pokémon, who cares?", Meowth responded.
"We're blasting off again!", Team Rocket shouted.
"Wobbuffet!", Wobbuffet shouted before a ding sound was heard as they lit up like a star for a moment.
"Wow! Awesome power!", Bonnie grinned.
"Thanks, everybody. You, too.", Ash spoke as he even turned to Serena.
"Lax?", Serena puzzled.
"Bunnelby, you were just great.", Clemont grinned.
"Fletch. Fletch.", Fletchling spoke as it then fluttered over to Serena.
"Huh? What Pokémon is that?", Ash asked.
"That's a Fletchling. As for who it came with, I'm not sure exactly. I think it could be a human that was turned into a Pokémon recently.", Clemont responded.
"Oh, no. Really? Don't worry. We'll figure something out. Is there a Pokemon Center?", Ash asked.
"Well, from here, I'm trying to think.", Clemont responded.
"I think it would be a lot quicker if we brought her to the Professor's lab instead!", Bonnie responded.
"The Professor?", Ash asked.
"Yeah, Professor Sycamore's Research lab. There's no doubt, he'll know how to help this woman! Alright, Bunnelby return!", Clemont spoke before Bunnelby returned to its Poké Ball.
"Thanks a lot, you really helped out.", Clemont spoke before the Poké Ball shook gently.
"Come on, Ash! This way!", Bonnie urged as she led the way.
"I'm coming, Bonnie!", Ash spoke.
"Just hang in there! You're gonna be feeling all better really soon!", Ash spoke before his stomach and Serena's belly both growled.
"And that'll make two of us after we grab a bite to eat.", Ash responded before Serena blushed a bit.
Narrator: A new region, new Pokemon, new friends! And this is only the beginning of Serena, Ash and Pikachu's exiting new adventures, as the journey continues!
A/N: So, what'd you think? That was unexpected, wasn't it? So, now, the next story will definitely be a rewrite of the first Pokémon season, albeit with some scenes from the beginning scenes of "Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You!". To help keep it real and more modern. :)
