Chapter Eleven: At the Stroke of Midnight
Ryder and Godwin continued to watch as Santa looked into the crystal. His face would change from surprised to worried a few times. He seemed to finish looking into the crystal and started turning away when something caught his eyes. Turning back to the crystal he gazed once again before his eyes widened to something. Santa finally turned away from the crystal and limped back to the two. Seeing that he was worried about something, Ryder asked, "What is it, Santa?"
"While I can't say too much…" Santa shook his head. He sighed when he said, "But I will say to enjoy the time that you have with Son Goku."
"About when he goes back home?" Ryder asked, knowing that it would be very hard to see the Saiyan go. Santa, though knowing that he couldn't reveal too much, gave a small shrug when he said, "More or less. But everything tonight seems to work out all right."
The three walked back out of the room. Though he was a little confused by what Santa said, Ryder didn't really question it as they walked.
When they came back into the factory portion of building, they saw that everyone was gathered around in the middle of the room looking up at a giant clock. Ryder saw the Pups, Wild Cat and Goku all standing in the middle of the room as the Saiyan removed the bag of toys from the sleigh. Ryder walked up to them and asked, "Ready to go, you guys?"
"Mm-hmm." All the Pups, Wild Cat and Goku nodded. Goku slung the bag of toys over his shoulder and said, "We've got all we need to get started."
"Just be careful, okay." Ryder said with a smile. Marshall waved his paw and said, "Don't worry, Ryder. We'll be super careful."
"I know." Ryder said as he was proud of his friends. The clock ticked closer to midnight and Santa walked up to them. Looking to each of them he said, "Ready, Chase?"
"Chase is on the Christmas case!" The German Shepherd said with a confident grin. Santa went to the next Pup, "Rubble?"
"Rubble is ready to stop some Christmas trouble!" The Bulldog said with a nod. Next Santa asked, "Zuma?"
"Let's dive into some chimneys!" The Chocolate Labrador barked with excitement. Next he asked, "Marshall?"
"Let's get ready for a red-hot Christmas!" The Dalmatian said. Santa chuckled and then said, "Skye?"
"Let's take to the Silent Nights!" The Cockapoo barked and did a flip. Santa looked to the next Pup, "Rocky?"
"Christmas green means go!" The Mixed-Breed wagged his tail. Looking to only feline of the group Santa asked, "Wild Cat?"
"Let's make this a purr-fect Christmas!" The orange cat said. Santa then looked to Goku and asked, "Are you up for this, Son Goku?"
"You bet!" Goku said and gave a thumbs-up to the jolly fat man. The clock's hands moved to where it was just a minute away from midnight. All seven animal Paw Patrol members held on to Goku as he prepared to leave. The Elves quickly placed the silver bells onto the group and they could feel
When the hand that counted the seconds reached the fiftieth marker, all the Elves counted down, "Ten. Nine. Eight."
Even Mayor Humdinger joined in, "Seven. Six. Five. Four. Three. Two.
"One!" Everyone shouted when the hand reached the stroke of midnight. All seven held on to Goku's legs and he used Instant Transmission to get started. Ryder looked to Santa and asked, "You think they'll be okay?"
"I do believe so." Santa nodded.

The group reappeared in a town before quickly grabbing out a package from the magic bag. When they could carry what they could, they moved to take the presents where they were supposed to go.

Thanks to the power of the silver bells, they were able to dive down into a chimney. When he came down his chimney, Goku carefully snuck into the house. He was impressed that his sneakers hardly made any noise like Ryder had said.

OWhat fun it is to ride
In a one-horse open sleigh
Marshall came down on of the chimneys and was covered in soot. It tickled his nose a little and he started to sneeze. But thankfully he was able to keep himself from sneezing as he covered his nose with his paw.
Drake Bell: Dashing through the snow (He's dashing!)

Laughing all the way
Chase was able to zip through the streets as he was able to deliver the gifts he had. He made sure to stay perfectly silent as he went about.
Drake Bell: Bells on bob-tail ring
Making spirits bright
Rocky was hopping from roof to roof while dropping Christmas presents down the chimney. When there was a window open, he would sneak in through there and leave a gift or two by the tree or a bed.
Drake Bell: What fun it is to ride
And sing
A sleighing song tonight
Zuma would stick by the waterways as he made his delivers. He made sure to keep the gifts from getting wet when he surfed over the surface.

Jingle all the way
As he left a gift in one of the houses, Rubble eyed a few Christmas cookies and helped himself to some. Then deciding to be nice he grabbed some for the others.

Presents swirled around Skye as she used her powers to fly across the town. She let the presents drop down the chimneys or through the open windows and placed them under a tree or by a bed.
Drake Bell: Jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
When they finished with the presents for this town, they regrouped and Goku was quick to whisk them off with Instant Transmission. They reappeared in another town and repeated their deliveries.

They would repeat the process in just about every town that they came across. Though in a city not too far from Adventure Bay, Chase seemed to stay much closer to the magic bag of toys.

When they left the big city, they soon found themselves in Adventure Bay. They quickly went to every house and left something for everyone. Up on Jake's Mountain, Marshall left something underneath Jake's tree and saw Everest sleeping next to the couch. The Dalmatian smiled before he quickly left.
Drake Bell: Over the fields we go
Laughing all the way
Rocky came to the desert hideout of the Ruff-Ruff Pack and placed a gift next to Dwayne. He could hardly believe that one of them was on the good list, but if it had to be any of them it would be Dwayne.
Drake Bell: Bells on bob-tail ring
Making spirits bright
The next town that they went too was Foggy Bottom. They were able to distribute all the gifts before moving on to the next town.

And sing
A sleighing song tonight
They continued distributing all the gifts with each town or location that they visited. The group stopped by Barkingburg, the Dino Wilds and Zuma made a small trip down to Puplantis as well.

Though they were able to deliver the presents in a decent time, it still took quite a while as hours passed by. In one of the towns, the group could see that the sun was starting to rise in the distance and knew that they didn't have a whole lot of time left.

They quickly finished the town they were in before moving on. When they got to the next town, they were quick to move out and distribute.

Jingle all the way
After distributing the gifts, they saw that the sack was out of gifts and they grinned to each other. They all braced themselves before disappearing just as the sun rose over the horizon.

Everyone up at the North Pole waited anxiously for the group to return. Suddenly, all eight of them returned in a heap on the floor just when the sunlight shone through the window.
Drake Bell: Jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
(End of song)
Everyone gathered around the group and saw the silver bells glow dim until they were once again ordinary bells. Ryder asked, "You guys okay?"
"Just peachy." Chase said as they all took deep breaths. Goku opened up the sack and said with a tired grin, "All the gifts were delivered."
Everyone else in the warehouse started to cheer for the success of group's efforts to save Christmas. Santa looked to each of them and said, "I thank you all for helping us."
"Hey, no worries." Goku said with a laugh. Santa looked over to a certain purple suited mayor and said, "I also thank you and your kittens, Henry."
"Oh, it was just a once in a life time opportunity." Mayor Humdinger played off. Goku and the Paw Patrol laughed a little before they let out slight yawns. Ryder chuckled and said, "Looks like I need to get them back home."
"I may be able to help out with that." Santa said. Turning to his right-hand Elf he asked, "Think you could fly them home in the Air Patroller?"
"Would it be alright if I took one of the reindeer back for the trip home?" Godwin asked. Santa nodded and said, "Of course."
"Then consider it done." Godwin said. Then looking to all of their guests he said, "If you would all follow me, please."
Ryder, Goku, Chase, Marshall, Skye, Rocky, Zuma, Rubble, Wild Cat, Mayor Humdinger and his kittens followed the Elf to the jet. Each of the Elves bid them goodbye as they walked.
Once they were all in the jet and seated, Godwin waited for one of the reindeer to come aboard. When the reindeer did as Prancer did and laid down on the floor between the seats, Godwin activated the Air Patroller and began to take off. While Ryder, Mayor Humdinger and the kittens were still wide awake, Goku, Wild Cat and the Pups started to doze off. From his seat in the pilot's chair, Godwin had a smile as he took off back to Adventure Bay.

Author's Note: I'm gonna start the next chapter with the group back in Adventure Bay. And while yes they're only going to have a few hours' worth of sleep, it's for a good reason. But this story is going to be drawing to a close soon. I look forward to reading your reviews.
