Opening my eyes, I gasped as I awoke. Sitting up, I looked around and saw that I was in the nurse's office. Throwing the covers off, I lifted the gown up and saw a bloody bandage where Tsukune had stabbed me. 'The hell happened, why did he attack me?' I thought as I put my gown down and got out of bed, where I started getting dressed for school, not sure how many days had passed.

"I see you are awake." A person called out, with me looking at them, seeing that it was a doctor. "You nearly died; you are lucky to be alive." He said, with me rubbing the back of my head.

"Well, it's not the first time I was close to death." I said while giving him a smile. "So, what's the damage?" I asked, with him looking at the chart.

"You lost your left kidney, as well as some damage to your lungs from the blood build up. You should have been dead before you got here." He said, with me whistling at that.

"Sounds bad, but I am ok, right?" I asked, with him staring at me. "Guess not, oh well, I have school so I'm just going to leave." I said, taking my leave, but he stepped in front of me.

"I can't let you leave, under orders of the headmaster, you are to stay here until you have healed up completely!" He said, shocking me.

"I am not a fan of hospitals; they make me feel like I am about to die." I said, rubbing the back of my head. "Tell you what, I'll go to the dorms and stay there to heal up, and you can send someone to come check up on me." I said, with him staring at me. "It's a win-win if you ask me." I said, making him sigh in annoyance.

"The only way I will allow this is if you have a student do this instead of one of my staff members." He said, where he wrote down something and passed it over. "This is a strict diet, workout, and bathing routine that you are going to have to follow. Whatever you do, do not remove the bandage on your own, have someone present because as soon as you start to bleed out, you are as good as dead." He said, making me shiver at his words.

"You have my word." I said, with me taking it and leaving.

Later

Stepping up to the pond, I picked up a rock and tossed it, with it skipping twice before stopping. 'Guess my power is lower as well.' I thought as I flexed my hand. 'If that is the case, then I must stay away from trouble.' I thought as I made a fist. 'Guess I should do what the doctor wants, speaking of.' I thought, turning around to face the way I came. "Mizore, is that you?" I asked, with me seeing said person step out from behind a tree and stare at me.

"Yes." She answered, keeping her distance.

"Here!" I said, holding a sheet out, with her walking over to me and taking it from me. "I won't be able to leave the dorms for a while, but right now, you are the only one that I trust." I said, with her looking at it and then me. 'Tsukune might come after me again, and who knows, maybe Moka as well. Kurumu is too stupid to take care of me and there is no way I would allow Yukari to take care of me.' I thought, with her nodding her head.

"I can understand why I am the only one you trust, seeing what happened to you and all." She said, looking at my side.

"So, you saw it?" I asked, with her nodding her head.

"Yes, we all did. When we got there, we watched as Tsukune thrusted his hand into you and ripped out your kidney." She said, making me shiver at the thought of it. "All of us tried taking him down, but it wasnt until Moka got serious that we were able to beat him, and she wanted to kill him." She said, with me gritting my teeth at the thought of her wanting to kill him. "Then the Headmaster showed up and settled everything, even made a seal to help him control his power." She informed, with me nodding at that.

"I see, thank you for telling me this." I said, rubbing her head. "I would hug you, but I don't want to risk the pain." I said, with her nodding her head. "Mind walking with me back to my room?" I asked, holding my arm out to her, with her taking it and leading me away.

One month, that's all this will take.
