KellHound270's Work

Hey, guys! I wanted to address the lists of Titans and their outposts that one of the guests provided. I'll let you know that I plan to create a similar story in the future, but with Godzilla, Pacific Rim, and Gamera. I'll use most of these Titans in that story.

That's all! Enjoy, and please R&R!

Chapter V

Outpost 54, 25 miles offshore of Bermuda

The King swam through the warm waters of the Equator. He had heard the call of his Queen coming from this location, and wanted to confirm that she and her children were OK.

He swam within a few hundred meters of the oil rig. He uttered a low groan to call out to Mothra Prime, and was answered by a whalelike moan. He raised his head out of the water and saw the beautiful sight of his Queen, flying a short distance away from the rig.

She landed on his back, her legs causing him no harm due to his thick hide. She nuzzled her cheek against his as a sign of affection, as her ancestress was Godzilla's surrogate mother after he lost his family.

The larvae crawled down the rig and into the ocean. Battra was worried about his mother, while Mothra wanted to meet her mother's friend.

Mothra Prime purred softly to reassure her children that it was safe to approach Godzilla. Mothra swam up to Godzilla's snout and touched her mandibles against his nose in a form of a kiss. Godzilla's eyes brightened and he gently licked Mothra's forehead.

Battra approached slowly, still wary of Godzilla. The King mimicked Mothra Prime's purr and inched slightly closer, eager to meet Mothra Prime's son. Battra swam alongside him and crawled on top of him cautiously. Mothra climbed on top of his head and next to her mother.

His back loaded with precious cargo, Godzilla slowly swam off. He knew of an island were they would be safe.

But it wouldn't happen anytime soon, as he heard a loud call from around the area of the island. He recognized the roar, from when he lost his father.

His brow furrowed in anger as he raised his head out of the water, returning the roar with ten times the ferocity, as a warning. He would see to it that his Queen and her children would be safe, even if he must follow his father to the ground.

"What was that?" Ken asked, hearing Godzilla's loud roar.

"He's upset," Serizawa said, taking note of the tone of the roar.

"Guys," Dr. Coleman called out, "you might wanna see this."

Coleman pulled up a live news feed on the main monitor. It showed a massive creature rampaging through Tokyo.

The creature possessed traits common to both arthropods and vertebrates. It's jaws were similar to a bird's, but it had two extra, smaller lower jaws. It had two glowing red lines along the sides of it's head, perhaps functioning as eyes. It's orange forelimbs were almost as big as it's armored body was. It's rearmost legs were muscular and digitigrade. It possessed two pairs of limbs on it's chest, one larger than the other.

"What the hell?" Barnes exclaimed.

"Recognize this one?" Romanoff asked.

"No," Graham answered. "This is entirely new to us."

"I got something," Stanton said. "That thing is sending out a signal. It's like it's calling out for something."

"If it's calling something, there must be a reply," Mark said.

"You're right, dude. I'm catching two higher-pitched signals that almost match the pattern to a T."

"Got a location?" Rogers asked.

"No, but I got general directions." He pulled up the signals and the directions they were coming from. "One is coming from the East, while the other is coming from the North and slightly to the West."

"East?" Serizawa asked. His eyes went wide with realization. "Oh, no."

"What is it, Sensei?" Graham asked.

"We need to send a team to Nevada," he said.

"What? Why?" asked Colonel Foster.

"It can't be!" Graham insisted, following Serizawa to the map. "It's impossible!"

"What's impossible?" Rogers asked.

"In 1999," Graham explained, "when we uncovered Dagon and the spores, we took them in for studying." She turned to Serizawa. "But we vivisected them. Ran every test on them for years. You said it yourself, they were dormant!"

"Maybe not anymore," Serizawa said, focusing on the Western United States.

"Where are the spores now, doctor?" Foster asked.

"They were highly radioactive," Graham answered. "We had them disposed of. The Americans, they took them."

"Where are they?" Rogers insisted.

Serizawa looked up at the growing crowd. He had a grim look on his face.

"Where you keep all your nuclear waste."
