Coran was unsure what had happened, Lance was once again in the pod and his wounds made no sense. Coran had shooed the paladins out after they explained what happened. Concerned as what was happening as far as he was aware the poison should not be causing physical harm like this. Using the pod's analysis, he discovered that the poison was no longer in his system but rather the druid magic running rampant. Which explained his brief recovery, Coran decided that he was gonna try a experiment in the pod Lance was currently in to see if he was right and dispel any remaining Druid magic. The video that number four and five found was helpful, but it didn't makes sense there had to be something else too.

After he finished, he went back to digging through their reports looking for when Lance could have come across the druid. He spent most of the past week looking into this and hadn't found anything yet. He selected the next file from 6 months ago and opened it.

Shiro woke up to banging on his door, he opened it and Coran was there looking excited.

"Whatever it is can it wait?" Shiro yawned, tired didn't begin to describe how he felt. Keith was a mess after finding Lance like that and Blue had taken some time to quiet down too.

"I found it; I found the files." This woke Shiro up a bit.

"What files?" Shiro questioned, he could then her the other Paladin doors opening.

"The ones that explain why Lance has Druid magic residue in his body. Six months go number three had been captured and tortured by the druids. That's why over the last four months it has been building, that's why even though the poison is no longer in his system he's still delirious; they're still torturing him. Prying the heart of Voltron away. The blade were the ones to locate and rescue him, which is why it didn't come to mind, it was a report they shared with us while he was recoving with them. The druids must have used his fears and insincerities, and with the residue of the magic in his system it must have been causing him to try and hide away more, which just amplified it towards the people he was hiding from. Then the poison interacted with it kicking it back into overdrive. That also means the brief moment of recovery was from the poison before the magic started working again. Hopefully the program I add to the pod will filter out the magic." Coran kept rambling as he left the file with Shiro and went to check on Lance. Shiro was attempting to absorb the information suddenly thrown at him and decided to read the file, he heard the others go back into their rooms and knew he couldn't do anything until they processed the information themselves. He sat down on his bed and opened the holopod as lance dubbed it.

There in black and white it described what records the blade found concerning what Lance had been through and how the magic had caused him to be delirious but also had really world effects. It also described the state they found him in and how long it took for the magic to wear off.

Shiro was reading the report right up until someone collected him for breakfast, which was as quiet as it had been as of late. Shiro still had the report open and was reading through out breakfast; Allura had been the one to break the silence.

"Shiro what are you reading?"

"The blade report Coran found, it's about Lance and when he was held captive by the druids. They included all the druid reports that were written up as well." At that moment he noticed all eyes on him, he looked at them and sighed.

"It's not pretty, Lance downplayed it. Which is most likely why none of us thought anything of it."
