bopdog111: Well in case if anyone's new to this, me, and Ulrich had created a large fic that lasted for several months to which it is our most popular fic, and still is.
Ulrich362: It was also a blast to work on. One of my personal favorite collaborations we've done.
bopdog111: The 'Daughter' Universe is our most worked on series. Started off as a fun idea grew into a big deal with 4 sequels worked on but doesn't work out, and our newest one Revisions of the Hive's Revenge is still alive. Well you might be wondering what's with this one, and that's simple. This came in as a request by a fellow author called Si3075, who suggested me, and Ulrich to remake Daughter but this time include Ace Akaba, an original character who was born after the events of the Dimension War, and the main protagonist of the sequels to be included in this version where he also experiences getting spilt into 5 like his parents, and sister.
Ulrich362: Exactly, and unlike "The Daughter of Zarc and Ray" this time we're including Ritual from the very beginning.
bopdog111: And if you had looking at the reviews, you would probably notice Ulrich leaving some reviews at the large amounts of mistakes we made in dueling. Well now, we're gonna be fixing those, and adding some new plot, and detail. The Daughter of Zarc, and Ray our most popular story with views of 250,000 is now being fixed from scratch into some new.
Ulrich362: It's going to be a blast. Oh, but one other minor thing to bring up... one of our minor stories will basically be absorbed into this one and possibly deleted. "Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V: A Duelist's Miracle!" will be incorporated into this story right Bopdog?
bopdog111: Yeah. So big thanks to Si3075 for helping us came up with this idea. And just like Daughter we will be working on this series till the end not stopping for anything.
Ulrich362: Exactly, the other stories will continue after this one but until then... enjoy this new take on an old fic. Enjoy the chapter.

A baby's crying filled a hospital room in Glen City's clinic while the expectant grandfather was outside with the father. The father's eyes widened hearing that as a nervous smile appeared on his face. "That... Mr. Akaba did you hear that?"
"Yes Zarc." the Grandfather known as Mr. Akaba answered before asking, "Go ahead, and take a look Zarc."
He nodded as he nervously walked to the recovery room where a woman was resting in a bed. "Ray? Are you alright?"
The woman was breathing before looking over tired but smiled taking his hand, "I'm... I'm wonderful Zarc... our baby's here. Did you see it?"
"No, the doctors were carrying our baby away before I got the chance." he admitted before swallowing nervously and tearing up. "I still can't believe it... we're parents."
Mr. Akaba walked in with a smile asking, "Ray, are you feeling okay?"
Ray turned to her father with a soft tear smile taking his hand, "I'm... I'm feeling incredible, Dad. I'm really a mommy."
"Here she is!" they turned to see the doctor walking over holding a pink blanket bundle.
Zarc's eyes widened as the doctor handed him the pink blanket as he started just crying. "She's right here Ray... our baby girl."
He started trembling as he handed the blanket to her.
"I've never been... so... happy in my entire life..." he choked out.
Ray stared at the face of their daughter who is a little pink, and breathing softly as Ray has some tears but smiles, "Oh my baby girl... Mommy, Daddy, and Grandpa loves you." Softly taking the blanket she kisses her daughter's forehead before handing her, "Here Dad."
The two smiled as the doctor then smiled, "Do we have a name?"
Ray at this smiled before saying, "Me, and Zarc... thought of Dawn.
The doctor smiled nodding writing it down, "You two must be proud."
"We are." Zarc answered with a tearing smile, "She's so beautiful, and I don't know-"
Ray suddenly screamed in agony startling everyone in the room.
"Ray!" Zarc cried in shock as he took her hand. "What's wrong, can I do anything?"
"It... it hurts!" Ray cried out squeezing his hand tight.
Checking to see the doctor widen her eyes, "Oh, we're not done here."
"What?" Mr. Akaba asked hearing that holding Dawn.
"Ray isn't done! We got another one here!" the doctor answered quickly at this.
"A... another..." Zarc started before kissing Ray's forehead. "I'm right here Ray, it's ok."
Ray grunted squeezing his hand before the doctor called, "Ray push!"
Ray hearing that takes a breath using her last amount of strength to push screaming a bit while the doctor watches on before she said again, "Push now!"
Soon after a few minutes another crying filled the room as Ray started to breath again with tears down her eyes. Zarc gently wiped her eyes and kissed her forehead again. "You're incredible Ray, the most amazing person in the world."
Ray breathed a bit looking at him smiling before the doctor looked up with a smile saying, "It's a boy." She stand up allowing the two to see their second baby crying his lungs out showing as a boy.
"A baby girl, and a baby boy." Zarc whispered before pausing. "Um... what should we name our son though?"
Ray takes his face as he turns to her before Ray gave a tearful smile saying, "You named our daughter, I named our son... Ace."
"Dawn and Ace." Zarc smiled. "Two perfect names for two perfect kids."
The doctor nodded before taking Ace to run a few tests just like she did with Dawn earlier.
Mr. Akaba at this turned to Zarc, "Zarc?" When he looked over he sees him giving him a look like he did when they learned Ray was pregnant, "Two children will be more of a responsibility like it would be with just one. Take good care of them, and Ray."
"Of course, I'll do everything I can for Ray and our kids." Zarc promised with a smile only to pause. "I... just hope my professional dueling career picks up so we can actually have the wedding we've talked about. I want that day to be just like we dreamed."
Just then the doctor walked over carrying a blue haired bundle giving Ace to Zarc. He held his son as Ray held Dawn and the two parents smiled looking at their sleeping twins.
The next few years passed by with Zarc, and Ray taking care of both Dawn, and Ace while their son was a huge fan of his father, and had also uses a Dragon Deck called Felgrand while Dawn was kind, and caring like her mother using the Burning Abyss Deck to be strong on her own. Zarc's Dueling Career has assist them in many needs, and nearly enough to wed until one day...
"Dad's so cool, and Odd-Eyes is awesome." Ace smiled as he watched Zarc in another duel along with his twins sister, mother, and grandfather.
Odd-Eyes then smacked a Ignition Beast Volcannon right towards Zarc's opponent crashing into him stopping everything while Zarc looks horrified as the opponent clutched his shoulder which is broken, and bleeding right now while the family watches just as shocked. But soon a sound filled the air:
Cheering.
"Huh? Mom what's going on?" Dawn asked hearing that as Ace's smile vanished and he looked horrified at what just happened.
"Daddy?" Ace asked in disbelief.
Zarc looks around shocked from the cheering but after a few seconds a smile slowly rose on his face before he asked the audience, "Is this what you all want?"
The crowd's cheers got even louder and more excited at that.
"Dad stop it!" Ace started crying. "Mom make him stop!"
Ray only watches in shock by what is happening while Zarc announces he will give them what they want. Over the last few months Zarc's style changes to a more brutal approach sadistically harming his opponents with every duel he goes through. Very soon no one was there to challenge him as everyone cheered as he takes the trophy as the number 1 Duelist in Glen City.
"More, show us more Zarc!" the crowd chanted in excitement as his family looked on in horror and fear at what their father/boyfriend/future son-in-law had become.
Zarc is calling out for more opponents as the crowd cheers. Soon he smirked calling, "If you won't come for me, then I'll come for you!" He summons his signature cards five different looking dragons; Odd-Eyes Dragon, Starving Venom Fusion Dragon, Clear Wing Synchro Dragon, Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon, and Forgotten Soul Ritual Dragon before he called, "ATTACK!"
From that simple order the five dragons started attacking everyone they see. The previously cheering crowd suddenly started screaming in terror and trying to run from the stadium. Zarc's family quickly moved to get away from the stadium, and the chaos. Very soon admist the chaos something astonishing happens. Zarc raised two cards, "Astrograph Sorcerer, and Chronograph Sorcerers, masters of times, and space I call on you to use your powers to shape us into a single unstoppable force!"
Two space based sorcerers appeared from the stars before meditating together forming a strong portal that Dark Rebellion, Starving Venom, Clear Wing, Odd-Eyes, Forgotten Soul, and Zarc himself got sucked into before a dark red, and black smoke emerged from the portal with red lightning before with a roar, and flap of a wing the smoke got blown off revealing what happened.
A huge black, and green glowing dragon was there with large red eyes as they hear Zarc's demonic voice, "The ultimate union of man, and monster! Tributes, Fusion, Xyz, Synchro, Ritual - all these powers are mine! With the mightiest force of the earth combined into one! Together we are Supreme King Z-ARC!"
The dragon roared loudly for everyone to hear.
"Mom... what do we do?" Dawn asked fearfully. "What's going on?"
"Daddy... please stop." Ace begged with tears. "Please... go back to normal."
Ray watched frustrated with tears in her eyes as Mr. Akaba looked around before widening his eyes, "Wait! I got an idea!"
"Grandpa?" Dawn asked hearing that.
"Take a look around." Mr. Akaba told them as they looked, "Even with the chaos, the wind still blows, the birds still sing, the flowers still bloom, the moon still shines bright, and the magic continues being bright. If we can manage to harness their power into special cards we can be able to stop this madness."
Hearing that Ray nodded as the four of them ran off while Zarc continued attacking the city. They traveled around looking to harness the power of Mother Nature carefully researching all together. Soon the cards are complete as Mr. Akaba carefully lifts the machine where they see five spell cards with the artwork shaped like glass window based artworks on those cards.
"These... these cards will bring dad back to normal?" Ace asked hopefully. "We'll go back to normal, right grandpa?"
Mr. Akaba had his eyes closed not turning around before saying, "Yes it will... but there is a price."
"Dad?" Ray asked hearing that. "What do you mean, what price?"
Mr. Akaba turned over with a small smile, "The power of these cards is too much for any of us to handle... But it was my Arc Technology what had made Zarc into this so I'll take responsibility... and end this madness by splitting myself, and Zarc apart with these cards."
"Grandpa you can't!" Dawn cried in shock.
"It's what I must do, Dawn. My design made monsters real as us, and this happened. Well I will right the wrongs of my past by taking responsibility, and ending this nightmare." Mr. Akaba smiled sadly before turning to take the cards.
Ray soon gained a look calling, "No!" She snatched the cards before running off.
"Ray, what are you doing?" Mr. Akaba questioned in shock seeing that only for Ace and Dawn to exchange a glance and start running after their mother.
"Kids!"
They ran after Ray before she turns over, "Dawn, Ace..."
"We can't let you do this by yourself, we want to help dad too." Dawn told her as Ace looked down.
"I... I have to help, it's my fault this happened." he whispered. "I asked dad to show me something really cool back the day he..."
Ace trailed off not wanting to think about that first accident that started the nightmare they were living in. Ray looked on before closing her eyes as a tear ran down her cheek before opening them nodding, "Alright! Let's go!"
Dawn and Ace both nodded as they ran with their mother towards Supreme King Z-ARC who was currently destroying more of the city as people fled in terror and tried to stay with their loved ones amidst the chaos.
Soon the ran up the closest ledge as Ray called, "Zarc!" Hearing that Supreme King Z-ARC turned over to were the trio were at before she called, "This ends right now!"
"Well Ray, I was wondering where you were." Zarc smirked as Z-ARC starts to fly to her.
She flinched slightly at that but stood her ground.
"Dawn, and Ace. You also stood with her." Zarc said upon noticing his twin children, "So you three think, you can stop me do you?"
"We're not trying to stop you dad, we want to help you go back to the way you were before." Dawn told him.
"Daddy... it's ok." Ace said nervously. "You don't have to show me cool duels anymore."
Z-ARC stared at them before Zarc stated to the three, "Then try to bring the old me back. I dare you."
Hearing that the three of them looked nervous before all activating their Duel Disks together.
Soon after several minutes, Mr. Akaba catch up where he finds Ray, Ace, and Dawn raising their arms where the cards are being activated glowing bright as Mr. Akaba's eyes widen, "No, stop! You three aren't gonna survive!"
"Ray, stop it!" Zarc roared at her.
"Zarc.../Daddy..." the three said before with a huge burst multicolored versions of the 5 split from there before a huge light enveloped the area while Mr. Akaba cried out being pushed back.
That was the beginning of this long journey. One that both Dawn, and Ace will continue on in 5 new separated forms.
Ulrich362: And that's how it begins again. Ace is still Dawn's younger brother like in the original... although this time they're twins instead of being eight years apart.
bopdog111: That's one change that we listed here. What other changes will there be?
Ulrich362: Only time will tell. Though next up its time to meet ten new faces, some familiar and some new right Bopdog?
bopdog111: Yup. Dawn's counterparts Stacy/Terri/Alex/Lilly/Kelly, and then Ace's own counterparts. Who will the boys be?
