It was a sunlight day in Paradise City where a young girl, and boy were walking together. The girl has pink hair wearing a small pink blouse while the boy with her also has pink hair, that has on a small yellow tank top with white shorts walking together to a small building. The boy was whistling and humming with a smile on his face. After stopping at the door the young girl softly knocked on the door.
After a few moments the door opened as a man in an orange track suit noticed them. "Oh, hello there."
"Hello sir." the girl smiled up to him, "Is this You Show Duel School?"
"That's right, my name's Skip Boyle. The principal of You Show, and who are you two?" the man asked curiously.
"My name is Stacy." the girl smiled before gesturing to the boy with her, "This is my brother, Mike."
"It's nice to meet you." Mike smiled happily.
"And we would like to enroll here." Stacy smiled.
Skip smiled. "That's wonderful, just let your parents know and we can fill out all the paperwork so you can attend You Show."
Stacy frowned before saying, "They can't know... cause their not on this world anymore."
Mike looked down sadly as Skip's eyes widened hearing that.
"Oh, I'm so sorry... I had no idea." he apologized. "Come inside you two."
With that both Stacy, and Mike walked inside. Skip led them through the building as they saw a boy with red and green hair laughing and talking with a pink-haired girl.
"Where's Yusho?" Stacy asked.
"Yusho and his wife Yoko are on a date right now. They should be back this afternoon though." Skip answered with a smile.
Stacy nodded with a smile before the two kids noticed them.
"Huh, hi." mentioned a red-haired girl as she waved at them causing the other three to look over.
"Dad, who are these two?" the pink-haired girl asked curiously.
"They are Stacy, and Mike. Our new students." Skip explained to the girl with a smile.
"It's nice to meet you." Mike smiled to her.
"Pleased to meet you." Stacy smiled to the boy.
They smiled at that.
"Well, I'm sure you two will love it here at You Show." the boy smiled.
"We will, and my brother already has a unique style planned." Stacy admitted to the two with a smile.
"Stacy." Mike pouted only to quickly smile again. "It isn't as cool as yours though."
"I am still working on it."
"What kind of style?" Skip asked curiously.
Stacy only smiled handing Mike a flute, "Show them Mikey."
Smiling he took the flute and closed his eyes before beginning to play a simple melody. The three watched impressed in awe of the music. After a few minutes Mike stopped only to blush. "I'm... not that good yet."
"He wants to be a Musician Duelist, and we know that being a Dueltainer can help with that." Stacy explained with that.
The boy smiled at this crossing his arms, "Musician Duelist... That sounds a bit like Zuzu."
"It does?" he asked looking at her. "You like music too?"
That made the girl blushed, "Not... really. My Deck is musical based."
"That's really cool." Mike smiled hearing that.
"So what Decks do you two used?" the boy asked them.
Stacy admitted to him, "I use a Dracoslayer, and Dracoverlord mix."
"I... well I'm trying to use Symphonic Warrior cards." Mike admitted.
"Symphonic Warriors... That's the Deck that the monsters are instrument themed monsters isn't it?" Zuzu asked Mike.
"Yeah... it is." Mike nodded showing her one of his cards, an effect monster called Symphonic Warrior Piaano.
Zuzu looks at it before blinking, "A Tuner?"
Mike frowned at her reaction before putting his cards away. "Yes..."
"She isn't saying it cause she didn't like it Mikey." Stacy assured him.
"I know, but... it embarrasses me a little, I still don't really get how they work." Mike pointed out.
"Actually... we don't know how it works either." the boy admitted.
"Well, maybe one day I'll figure it out..." Mike started only to pause as the boy realized he never introduced himself to them.
"Oh sorry, I'm Yuya Sakaki, the son of Yusho." the boy introduced with a smile.
"You're Yusho Sakaki's son?" Stacy asked in shock. "Wow."
"Welcome to You Show you two." Yuya grinned to them as they smiled back.
Meanwhile...
A young girl with long dark purple hair and pink eyes was walking along a path in a park with a boy her age and a slightly older boy as they smiled and were talking. When their passing by a park the girl notices something. Curious she walked over to what she saw as the boys blinked and followed her. They find two kids a boy, and a girl that are younger then them with black hair with the girl wearing a yellow dress, and the boy wearing a red shirt with black shorts caring for some of the animals.
"Gentle." the boy smiled as he tore pieces from a slice of bread and fed them to some birds only to smile. "They're really friendly today right Terri?"
"Yeah." Terri nodded with a smile as she wrapped some rolling bandages on the arm of a monkey, "Be careful when you use your arm okay?"
The monkey looked at its arm before seeming to nod at her before climbing up a nearby tree. The two smiled at this before they noticed the three were watching.
"Huh, oh... hi." the boy smiled.
"Hi there." Terri smiled bowing slight, "I am Terri, this is my brother Caleb."
"It's nice to meet you, my name's Lulu and this is my older brother Shay and our friend Yuto." the purple-hair girl smiled.
Yuto waves while Shay just stares.
"What brings you three here?" Terri asked them curiously.
"We were just enjoying a walk." Yuto answered. "It's a really nice day today."
"Yeah, it definitely is." Caleb agreed.
"What about you two?" Shay asked them.
Hearing that Terri answered, "Me, and my brother want to see how the animals are doing."
"That would explain all the animals around here." Yuto admitted.
"Well, Terri's always had a way with animals." Caleb admitted.
"What bout you?" Lulu asked him curiously.
"I like spending time with animals too but I'm not as good with them as Terri is." Caleb answered.
"So what kind of talent do you do?" Yuto asked him.
Terri answers that, "Believe it or not baking."
"Terri!" Caleb cried with a blush.
"Baking?" Lulu asked surprised, "So you make Cookies, Cakes, and stuff like that?"
Blushing more he nodded. "That... yes, I bake."
"Your parents must be proud." Yuto admitted.
Caleb and Terri looked down hearing that.
"There... not alive anymore." Terri told them sadly.
Hearing that Lulu gasped before hugging them both. "I'm so sorry."
They both hugged her back.
"Shay, if they don't have any parents..." Yuto started before whispering something to him.
Shay frowned before asking Lulu, "Lulu you feel alright if we bring them home?"
Lulu's eyes widened. "Do you two want to come live with me, Shay, and our parents?"
The two kids looked surprised before Terri smiled saying, "Yes we will!"
"This... you really mean that?" Caleb asked looking at Shay.
Shay only nodded as they walk off with Terri, and Caleb.
Meanwhile...
A blue haired boy was slowly raising his camera to take a picture of a green feathered bird before a girl popped behind him calling, "Hey, Chris!" That startled him that he screamed as the bird quickly flew off.
He turned and pouted. "Kelly! You ruined my picture."
Kelly was a blue haired girl wearing a small blue jacket with long black pants before she gave a smile giggling, "Sorry about that, I am just a bit excited about what I'm gonna tell ya."
Chris sighed at that. "Well, what is it Kelly? Don't keep in suspense."
"Someone has came to have fun with us at the orphanage!" Kelly answered with a excited smile taking his hand, "Come on this way!" She starts to run dragging the poor boy with her.
"Ack! Kelly... I can walk by myself!" Chris cried as she dragged him off.
Soon they arrived where they find a teenage blue haired boy with a blue haired girl his age leaning against the side of the building watching with a smile as the boy grinned lifting up his arm with one of the younger boy's hands on it raising him off the ground.
Seeing them Chris suddenly blushed and took a hesitant step back.
"Come on, little brother!" Kelly smiled continuing to pull him forward towards the young man.
"Kelly... wait, please." Chris argued as he was dragged towards the young man.
Soon after stopping the young man notices the two before he grinned waving, "Hey Kelly! Your back, so this your brother?"
"Yeah this is Chris." Kelly answered with a smile, "I found him doing what he does."
"You mentioned he liked taking pictures." the young man smiled as Chris blushed more. "And he's as shy as you said too."
"Yeah, he just likes his little 'comfort zone'." Kelly giggled a little.
The young man at this said to Chris, "Well nice to meet cha, the name's Yuki Muto!" He then gestured, "And that there is Gale. She always sticks with me."
Gale gave a wave to them. Kelly waved with a smile as Chris took a nervous step back and tried hiding behind Kelly. Seeing that Gale walked over kneeling to him, "It's okay. Me, and Yuki won't hurt you."
He blushed more at that.
"Sorry, Chris is really shy around other people." Kelly explained.
"Nothing wrong with that. We will give him some time." Gale smiled to her before saying, "And Chris, you want to see a good picture?"
Gale reached before showing Chris a picture of the same bird he tried taking a picture of flying in the air with a Robin beside it.
"Wow. That's really amazing." he smiled.
"It took me a few days to get this picture right." Gale smiled to him before adding, "Keep trying, and the pictures your getting will be just as good."
"Yeah... thanks." he smiled warmly at that.
"Hey guys!"
They looked over seeing a dirty blonde haired boy was walking over wearing a red blazer waving with a smile.
"Hey, Rocky!" Yuki grinned waving back, "What ya doing?"
Rocky answered with a smile, "Just walking around, and found you guys here." He turned seeing Kelly, and Chris, "Who are these two?"
"Orphans, this is Kelly and her brother Chris." Yuki answered.
Rocky kneeled to them smiling, "Well hi you two. The name's Rocky Farrow, it's nice to meet ya."
"Nice to meet you too." Kelly smiled back.
"You know, I have a sister too. So Chris be sure to always look after your sister." Rocky told the boy.
He nodded. "I will... Mr. Farrow."
Meanwhile...
In a limousine a man was talking on the phone as two little kids were sitting in the backseat having just been yelled out for being too loud and interrupting him. The boy softly takes the girl's hand with a smile as she smiled back before the limo was screeched to a halt stopping.
"Huh, what's going on?" the boy asked nervously.
"Driver why have we stopped!?" the man asked annoyed.
"Someone's blocking the road sir." the driver answered before after another second someone shot the driver in the head.
The man didn't had time to think before the window on his side was broken into before a homeless man holding a pistol started to yell, "Give me the money, give me your money right now!"
"What is this, do you have any idea who I am?" the man questioned. "I could have you sent Underground in one minute, now get out of my sight!"
"I said give me your money right now, do you want a bullet in between your eyes!?" the homeless man demanded again pointing his pistol at him.
Seeing that the boy's eyes widened before he unbuckled himself and his sister before opening the door. "Alex, run!"
The girl, Alex, only stood frozen in fear as the man kept arguing with the homeless man before...
SHOT!
The man collapsed in his seat having just been shot before the homeless man turned to the two pointing his pistol at them warning, "Move out of here, and you two won't be next! You will tell no-one about this!"
The boy's eyes widened in horror before grabbing Alex's hand as they ran out into the street and away from the car. They continued entering the bottom area where the Commons are. The boy turned to Alex. "Don't worry... I'll protect you no matter what."
"S-Steve..." Alex slowly started shaking while having tears in her eyes.
He tightened his grip as they ran through the streets. After making their way on the street they stopped for a catch of breath before hearing humming seeing someone in a Duel Runner heading over before Alex screamed thinking it's Sector Security trying to run but tripped, and accidentally knocking down Steve with her as who it was stopped in front of them.
Seeing the tire Steve moved to protect Alex as the two of them nervously looked up to see who found them.
"Oh man, hey you two alright?" the rider asked nervously who was a white suited man wearing a helmet.
The two of them looked scared and shook their heads.
"Uh, sorry about scaring you two. I'm Yugo." he introduced himself.
"It... it's nice to meet you." Alex stammered nervously. "My name's... Alex."
Steve frowned and moved between Yugo and Alex which he noticed.
"You two close?" Yugo asked them.
"We... we're twins." Alex answered. "Steve is my brother and... he always protects me."
Yugo hearing that smiled, "Well, that's great. Maybe by making up with you two for scaring you is giving you two a ride home?"
"No!" Steve said quickly before frowning. "I mean... we don't have a home."
Yugo widen his eyes before saying, "Oh, I'm so sorry... Maybe perhaps you two can be with me, and my friend Rin?"
"We... we'd hate to be a burden." Alex whispered.
"No, nonsense, your both more then welcomed." Yugo assured with a smile.
Steve blinked and turned to Alex. "What do you think?"
Alex looked before slowly nodding to her brother. He nodded taking her hand reassuringly. "Ok, thank you."
Alex, and Steve slowly got on Yugo's Duel Runner as he smiled to them before riding off going slow enough to not scare them. "Can it hold all of us?" Steve asked hesitantly.
"Oh don't worry, me, and Rinrin always tested it." Yugo assures.
He nodded but made sure to hold Alex's hand tightly. They soon arrived at a real small house as Yugo hopped off, "Rinrin come out here!"
A young woman with green hair and orange eyes walked out only to blink. "Yugo, who are these two?"
"There Alex, and Steve... I encountered them on the road, their brother, and sister." Yugo explained to her as Steve gets off before helping Alex off.
"Are you ok Alex?" Steve asked her.
"Yeah, Steve I'm okay." Alex assures her brother with a smile.
He nodded as the two of them turned to Yugo and Rin before the four of them walked into the house.
"So... my name is Rin, and you two are welcomed to stay as long as you want." Rin smiled to the kids, "We don't have much but it's a roof over our heads."
"You... you mean that don't you?" Steve asked.
Rin nodded with a smile. Hearing that Steve and Alex started tearing up but had smiles on their faces. Noticing Decks in their pockets, Yugo asked them, "Hey, you two duelists?"
"No... our dad never let us practice since we were being too loud when he was on the phone." Steve admitted.
"I mean... we kinda are but don't use them a lot." Alex admitted to them.
Rin frowned before smiling, "Me, and Yugo will help you two practice."
Steve and Alex both looked shocked before tearing up and smiling at that. Rin hugged them both as they both hugged her back crying before they both fell asleep in her arms as Rin looked before turning to Yugo who said, "All four of us will make things right together, right Rinrin?"
"Yeah, we will." she nodded with a small smile.
The two carried them to a small futon laying them down before Alex mumbled in her sleep, "M-Mommy?"
Rin gasped hearing that before turning to Yugo. "Did... did she just call me mommy?"
Yugo also looked shocked turning to her before answering slowly, "Uh... yeah. I think she did."
Rin turned to the sleeping twins before smiled softly. Yugo stood beside her as they stared at them.
Meanwhile...
A purple haired girl with a twin purple haired boy both wearing red blazers were walking together to a large door. The boy suddenly paused. "Lilly wait a second."
Hearing that the girl turned to him, "What is it, Will?"
"Maybe this is a bad idea." Will admitted uncertainly.
Lilly softly takes his hand, "It'll be okay, Will. We will see what the Professor wants us for, and head back to our room."
Will looked down. "You didn't fail the last test though..."
Lilly kisses his cheek softly patting his back. He sighed slowly before nodding as Lilly knocked on the door.
"Enter." a voice answered.
The two of them slowly walked into the room before kneeling respectfully. A purple suited man with a red lens was there before turning around saying, "William, Lilly... you both came after my message."
"Yes Professor." Lilly nodded.
"I called you both for something important." the Professor said before saying, "You two can come now."
A brown haired teen with a blue haired teen walked over. Will's eyes widened and he gasped. "Lilly... those two are..."
"J-Jaden, and Jesse." Lilly said shocked.
The Professor explained to the two, "With how exceptional both your talents are, I had decided for both Jaden, and Jesse to help train you two."
The two of them looked stunned hearing that. The Professor turned to the two teens saying to them, "Now Jaden, Jesse these two should not be lightly trained. Make sure both of them are trained to the best of their abilities. Understand?"
They nodded as the blue-haired teen smiled. "So, which one do you want Jay?"
Jaden only smiled looking before saying, "I'll be training the sister. She certainly looks like, my type of duelist to look after."
"Then her brother's mine." the blue-haired boy smiled.
Noticing something the Professor says, "Ah, Yuri, Celina glad to see you two came."
Shocked everyone turned to the door to see a purple-haired boy wearing a red cape along with a indigo-haired girl tied up with a yellow ribbon and the Slifer red uniform walking in.
As they passed them the boy gave a small smirking stare to the two kids in slow motion before turning his attention to the Professor both kneeling down, "You called for us Professor?"
"Yes. But first, something to address to Celina." the Professor answered.
"Professor?" the girl, Celina, asked curiously before her eyes widened. "Of course, which Dimension am I being sent to? Synchro, Standard maybe?"
The Professor looked at her before answering, "None of them."
She looked stunned. "That... what?"
"Don't get me wrong, your results, and your skills are unquestionable. But I'm afraid, I can't allow you to any of the Dimensions. You have a special task here." the Professor told her.
Everyone there could see the obvious disappointment on her face. "That... I understand Professor."
With that she turned and walked out of the room clearly incredibly angry and frustrated with what she'd heard. The Professor stared before turning to Yuri, "As for you Yuri..."
"Professor?" he inquired calmly.
"I have 1 very important mission for you. Something that can't take lightly." the Professor told him before saying, "In any of the other Dimensions, I want you to find the Key to the Utopia: Girls that are alike to Celina."
"Girls like her?" Yuri inquired. "Interesting."
"Once you find them, bring them back here no matter what. You also have permission to signal Obelisk Force if you need too." the Professor told him.
"Of course Professor." Yuri smirked before bowing and leaving the room.
The Professor stares on before seeing Lilly, and Will before saying, "For now on until I have decide on a mission, you two will train with Jaden, and Jesse. Your their responsibility now."
"Well let's go. What'd ya two say me, and Jess see what you two are?" Jaden grinned to them.
"Huh?" Will asked hearing that. "What do you mean?"
"He means we want to see what kind of Duelists you are." Jesse answered with a smile.
"You mean... duel us?" Lilly asked in surprise.
"Yeah. Come on, let's take a look at yeah both." Jaden smiled before waving, "Professor."
With that the four exited as the Professor stared before sighing, 'Dawn, Ace be alright where the rest of your counterparts are.'
bopdog111: Well second chapter in a row that involves no Dueling, but chapter ain't short.
Ulrich362: Admittedly, I'm starting to think this one is building up a bit slower but hopefully that changes relatively soon.
bopdog111: Well next up we will see some dueling along with the pairings Ace's counterparts will be. All of Dawn's counterparts will still have the same relationship though.
