Chapter 19

Proving Your Worth

My class and I began the final exam. We found out that we had to fight the teachers to pass the practical part of the final exam. The first match was between my classmates, Tatsumi and Maruto, against my big sister, Haruka, aka Speed Girl. The next match was Usagi and Miru versus Present Mic. Right after that, it was between Eli with Ai and Thirteen. Everyone passed so far, and now the fourth match was about to begin.

"So the next fight is Felicia and Makoto's turn," Tatsumi said.

"Yeah," Arisa nodded. "Though, I wonder if they will do well. They are facing against Mr. Aizawa."

While talking, a door opened automatically, and a familiar lad came in. "Yo, what's up, dude and dudette."

"Oh hey, Eli," Arisa greeted. "Congratulations on your pass with Ai."

"Thanks," Eli smiled as he turned to the monitor. "So, who's next?"

"It is Felicia and Makoto," Kai answered.

"And they are facing against Mr. Aizawa, the Class 1-A's homeroom teacher," Tatsumi added.

"Ah," Eli nodded. "Teach Eraser Head. Yeah, I heard he's tough."

"Team Marvell and Tachimukai. Ready, go!" The computer's voice system announced. The four members of Class 1-L watched quietly for now as the fourth match had begun.

- My Hero Academia –

Felicia and Makoto were in the suburban landscape area. All of the houses are made, minus the people. There were only them and their opponent in this realistic-built town.

They were carefully looking at every corner they turn to check if their opponent is near or not.

"It seems like the ghost is clear," Makoto said.

"Fortunately, we have this little birdie to help us if Mr. Aizawa comes close to us," Felicia stated as a painted yellow canary laid carefully yet gently on her shoulder.

"Tweet, tweet," it cried.

"Good thinking on your part, Felicia. Painting a canary at the beginning of the exam was a good idea. That way, if Eraser Head comes to us, we will know," Makoto said.

"Indeed," she nodded as they carefully maneuvered through the street.

However, little did they know that Eraser Head was watching over them nearby from the rooftop of a house.

"Tweet, tweet, tweet!" The canary started crying loudly.

"He's here!" Felicia exclaimed.

Makoto and Felicia started running as fast as possible.

"Not so fast!" Eraser Head jumped high, using his binding cloth at the girls. It caught Felicia by her right leg.

"Kyah!" She gasped.

Makoto glanced and gasped. "Felicia!"

"Got you!" Eraser Head claimed.

"Dice…"

"No, Makoto! Just go on ahead and take my bird with you!" Felicia exclaimed as she was pulled away by Aizawa's binding cloth.

"But… OK!" She ran off with the bird flying beside her, leaving Felicia to her capture.

"Tch! So, one got away," Aizawa said. "Well, at least I caught one. The lesser problem for me."

He tied Felicia on the streetlight, hanging from it, and left some caltrops just below her.

"Caltrop? That's plain dirty!" Felicia complained.

"Not really," Aizawa said. "Any villains would do this if they came prepared. Don't expect they will play clean."

Eraser Head ran off to chase after Makoto while leaving Felicia hanging.

'Makoto…' She thought.

Meanwhile, the other members watched as Eraser Head went after Makoto while Felicia was trapped, hanging on the streetlight with caltrop below her.

"Oh no. Felicia," Arisa said, looking sad and afraid for her friend.

"Geez, he is not just tough. He's one cruel bro," Eli stated.

"Cruel, yet effective," Tatsumi commented.

Just then, the door opened, and another student came in.

"Hey, guys!" Usagi joined in. "What's going on… HOLY CARROT! Why is Felicia hanging? And is that a caltrop below her?! What's going on?"

"Calm down and just stay quiet, will ya?" Recovery Girl scolded her.

"Sorry," she apologized with a cheeky smile.

Recovery Girl sighed. "If you want to know, your classmates are now facing against Eraser Head. He caught the girl, Felicia, and now he's chasing after Makoto."

"Holy Carrot. I hope they can pass!" Usagi hoped.

"I don't know, Usagi. That Teach Aizawa is coming in hot!" Eli pointed out as the monitor indeed showed Aizawa was moving faster, coming closer and closer to where Makoto was currently.

Makoto was running as fast as she could to the gate back in the field, but it was like a labyrinth due to how the area was a town.

'I got to do something to keep him away from me!' Makoto thought as she knew that he was behind her.

"Dice Roll!" She yelled, betting on whatever Quirk she gets. Suddenly, some ice formed on her right arms and summoned a vast glacier-sized spiky ice wall.

Eraser Head backed away as he looked disgruntled. "Damn! Not this again."

Her classmates looked relieved.

"Holy Carrot! Makoto-chan saved herself!" Usagi exclaimed. "She used one of Todoroki's moves!"

"Yeah!" Arisa nodded. "She used her Quirk and got Shoto's, Ice Quirk."

"If she got Cool Flame's Half Hot Half Cold Quirk, then she should also be able to use the fire side too," Eli noted.

"Right," Tatsumi nodded in agreement.

Kai watched silently.

"Though her Quirk is very random, it looks like it's paying her well. Now the question is, what will she do next," Recovery Girl said.

Makoto had summoned a wall of ice, which gave her some time to rest and think of her next move.

"OK. Lucky that I got Todoroki's Quirk," she said as she checked her hands. She summoned icy power on her right hand and flame on her left hand. "With this, I can defend myself, but now what to do next? The moment I meet Eraser Head again, he can just erase my Quirk, and even if I get away from him, I don't think I have enough time to reach the goal. The only logical option is to fight him, but I cannot do this alone. I have to go back and help Felicia!"

"Tweet, tweet." She turned around to see the bird that Felicia painted was still with her.

"Right!" she decided.

Somewhere else, Aizawa moved to other places where he can see more areas.

Then, a flame popped out of nowhere as he dodged away from it. It was Makoto.

Back in the monitor room, they were surprised.

"Holy Carrot! Makoto-chan is fighting Eraser Head!" Usagi gasped as everyone was surprised, too.

"Is she going for the offense?" Eli asked.

"I have no idea, but it seems that way!" Tatsumi stated.

"So you have decided to fight? Very well!" Aizawa proclaimed as he attacked back with his binding cloth.

Makoto used her flames to counterattack. Aizawa's eyes glowed in red, turning off the fire in time. Makoto gasped as she got wrapped by his binding cloth.

"Hmph, now that you are a trap, you both fail… Ah!" Aizawa looked around and noticed that the buzzer didn't sound yet, meaning the exam was still going. "The buzzer didn't sound! That means!"

Suddenly, the buzzer sounded. "Team Marvell and Tachimukai have passed!"

"What?" Aizawa gasped, looking a bit shock.

"Alright!" Her classmates cheered in the monitor room.

"But how though?" Usagi asked, making them stop cheering for a bit and questioned themselves about that.

"Hmph, it looks like you two passed instead. How did you both do it?" Aizawa asked as he helped to take the binding cloth off from her.

"Right before we started the exam, Felicia came up with a plan," Makoto revealed.

- Flashback –

Felicia and Makoto were at the starting point, where the latter watched her partner painting something on the ground.

"What are you painting, Felicia?" Makoto asked.

"Myself, and few other things," she answered, which made Makoto wondered what she meant.

Suddenly, her paintings came alive. One was a yellow canary, another one was a falcon, and the last one, surprisingly, was herself.

"Woah!" Makoto gasped. "It, she looks exactly like you, Felicia!"

"The canary will be with us, and it will let us know when he is near. The falcon here will help to find the escape gate," Felicia explained. "The painted clone of myself will stay as close as we are but kept hidden from Mr. Aizawa's eyes so that he won't notice. If either of us gets captured, the other has to run as far as possible, not fighting back. Then, my painted clone of mine will help the captured one, and then one of us will go to the escape gate by the time this falcon found it."

- Flashback Ends –

"I see. So, this was all just a diversion from the start," Aizawa said as he closed his eyes. "I am quite impressed. I guess Speed Girl taught her class well for a new teacher."

At the escape gate, Felicia huffed and puffed from the running. After she was helped by her painted clone of herself, the falcon just found the escape gate and led her to it. She ran as fast as possible before the timer runs out or Aizawa noticed their plan. She had made it just in time as the timer showed two and half minutes left.

"I hope that Makoto is alright, but at least we have passed," Felicia said, catching her breath.

Everyone else in the monitor room cheered and clapped for Team Felica and Makoto. Arisa was glad.

"Alright! That's two down and six more to go!" Usagi exclaimed.

"Right," Tatsumi nodded. "Maybe there is a chance that our entire class will pass."

"Yeah! Let's go, Class 1-L!" Eli cheered.

Kai just smiled with them.

'These kids are surprisingly doing well,' Recovery Girl thought as she watched the kids, but then looked over to Arisa, who she noticed was shaking a bit. 'I wonder if this girl is ready.'

"Team Aimi and Onimaru, please come to your exam location," the system announced.

"It's Ahikiko and Haia next," Usagi pointed out.

"Oh then, I better go now," Arisa said as she turned towards the door.

"Huh? Where are you going, Arisa? It's not your turn yet," Usagi stated.

Arisa smiled as she looked over her shoulder at them. "I know, but I have to get ready. I will see you all later."

"Alright. We'll cheer you and your partner from here when you guys are up," Eli said, giving her a thumb-up.

"Good luck, Arisa," Tatsumi said.

She smiled and nodded before she left the room.

Kai looked indifferent as he turned back to the monitor when the next match began.

- My Hero Academia –

The area was a rough, rocky environment. Akihiko and Haia stood side by side, but they were cautious as their opponent was none other than Power Loader.

Name: Higari Majima. Pro Hero Name: Power Loader. Quirk: Iron Claws. Borne with metal claws on the tip of his fingers, he can use them to dig through the ground quickly. He rides on a large steel appliance with a pair of sizeable metal arms. He may be short, but he packs a punch!

"Who do you think you're calling short!" Power Loader yelled at no one, seemingly as he was digging through the ground underneath.

"What are we going to do, Haia? Power Loader's preventing us from reaching the exit! If we move, then we will fall right into one of his trap holes!" Akihiko stated.

"Get on my back quick! I will make a run for it!" Haia ordered.

Akihiko didn't question her back. He climbed onto his cousin's back and began running as fast as possible, but be cautious of where she's running on to avoid the trap holes.

Suddenly, something came out of the ground in front of them.

"You think that's easy!" Power Loader jumped out.

Haia threw her cousin as Akihiko jumped over her and Power Loader. He began running towards the escape gate.

"Oh no, you won't!" Power Loader turned around, but he stopped by Haia, who fights back.

Haia's fingers suddenly extended and turned solid. She began slicing at Power Loader, using her fingers like a sword, which slightly cut the cable part on one of Power Loader's metal arms, which disabled it.

"I will not let you pass!" Haia blocked Power Loader's path to escaping Akihiko.

Name: Haia Onimaru. Quirk: Sharpen. She can make any parts of her arms and legs as sharp as a sword! She can also make a sharp blade made from her bone and bone marrow, and it will come out of her palm. However, if she does this, it will make her bleed a bit, and if the bone sword is damaged, she will feel extreme pain!

"However, I still have my other arm!" Power Loader shouted as he grabbed Haia with his left metal arm.

Haia screamed in pain as Power Loader squeezed her.

Her classmates in the monitor room watched in horror as the teacher squeezed Haia.

"Holy Carrot! Haia is going to be squished into a jelly!" Usagi exclaimed in horror.

"I can't watch!" Tatsumi covered his eyes partially.

Akihiko got closed to the escape gate until he stopped when he heard his cousin screaming in pain.

"Haia!" He turned back around as he ran back to help his cousin.

"What is he doing? He was very close to the gate!" Eli argued.

With only a few minutes left, Akihiko made his move quickly.

"Haia!" Akihiko screamed, jumping in midair as Power Loader and Haia looked towards him.

"Akihiko?!" Haia gasped.

"You're just wasting your time!" Power Loader exclaimed as he tried to move his left metal arm but remembered that it was damaged due to Haia. "Come on! Move!"

"Sorry to do this, sir, but!" Akihiko said as he landed in front of Power Loader.

"What is he going to do?" Usagi asked.

Then, the unexpected happened. He kissed Power Loader on the cheek.

Everyone stared at just what happened.

"EEEEEEEHHHHHH!" Everyone gasped.

Then, the buzzer sounded. "Team Aimi and Onimaru have passed!"

"Yo, they passed!" Eli exclaimed. "They have passed!"

"Holy Carrot! They did it, but how?" Usagi questioned.

"Look!" Tatsumi pointed to Power Loader's hand. "Mr. Power Loader is handcuffed!"

"You are right, but why did he kiss… Oh," Kai said, noticing something.

"What's wrong, Kai?" Usagi asked as she looked back at the monitor, and her face reddened. "Holy Carrot! M-M-Mr. Power Loader, he. He. He!"

Back in the field, Power Loader released Haia, but he was facing the other way.

"Wh-Wh-What did you to me?!" Power Loader cried as he sounded like a woman. He had become a woman.

Power Loader was still wearing his costume, but he covered his chest area with his working metal arms, so nobody sees it.

"What happened to me?!" Power Loader cried.

"Sorry, sir, but I turned you into a woman to distract you so that I can put the handcuff on your wrist," Akihiko revealed. "That's my Quirk's power!"

Name: Akihiko Aimi. Quirk: Gender Kiss. The kissed person's gender changes to their opposite counterpart when Akihiko kisses on their physical skin directly. The effect lasts for up to 30 minutes, depending on how long he kissed the person, but she can turn the affected person back to their original gender by kissing them again. That is why Power Loader is now a short, sexy lady!

"This feels too weird! Please turn me back to normal!" Power Loader demanded.

"I can do that, but I have to take Haia here to the nurse's office first," Akihiko said, excusing herself while carrying Haia. "Don't worry, though. The effect will last several minutes. Like maybe five to ten minutes."

"Five to ten minutes?!" Power Loader gasped. "I can't go back to my class, looking like this!"

Everyone else in the monitor room sweat-dropped. Though, they couldn't help but giggled a bit about the situation.

"OK. I admit. This is kind of funny," Eli said, chuckling.

"I know, right! If anything, I am willing to give Mr. or rather Miss Power Loader an extra bra if he needs it!" Usagi joked, causing the boys to laugh aloud.

Recovery Girl also found it to be amusing. Somewhere else, the other teachers at U.A. High were also watching from a secondary monitor room. The teachers who watched the exam battles were Midnight, Ectoplasm, Cementoss, Snipe, and Principal Nezu, including Speed Girl and Present Mic, who had fought in the exam for 1-L students.

They were laughing hard at Power Loader's loss, too.

"My, my, I say Power Loader looks kind of cute with his or rather her new look," Midnight commented as she licked her lips.

- My Hero Academia -

Meanwhile, Arisa was in the changing room. She heard the announcement that her other classmates have passed.

"Good for Akihiko and Haia," Arisa said, then turning back to the mirror.

She just finished her makeup. "OK, Arisa. It is your turn next. Time to get my game on, but I hope it won't be too hard."

She quickly headed to her exam location. She arrived at her exam location, which was a normal landscape area with some rocky pillars around. Some of the pillars were taller than the others, but all of them had a flat surface, so they acted like a platform to stand on. Surprisingly, her partner, Junko Neru, was already at present, sleeping in a sitting position.

"Oh, Junko! You're already here?" She gasped.

"Zzzzzz…" She slept peacefully as Arisa sweat-dropped in response.

For Junko's costume, she wore a sleeveless black skintight suit with a pair of skintight long, dark pants and shoes. She also wore a pair of dark red gloves.

"Well, at least you are here, but how would you fight while sleeping like that, though?" Arisa thought aloud.

"Team Kawasaki and Neru. Ready, go!" The buzzer sounded as the system announced the match to begin.

Arisa noticed it hesitantly.

"Ah ah! It already started!" Arisa quickly grabbed Junko and put her on her back. "We got to move!"

She ran into the field of rocky pillars. She headed towards the escape gate, but as she was running there, a big ball of lave hit the ground near the front of her.

She stopped when it almost hit her.

"What the?!" She gasped.

In the monitor room, her classmates watched, with Felicia now in the group.

They could see Arisa and Junko in a different rocky landscape area, but this one had several rocky pillars around, standing tall.

"Holy Carrot! A monster!" Usagi gasped at Arisa's face, or rather her makeup.

"Relax. It is just her makeup. Though, what is up with it?" Kai said, looking a bit surprised and confused to see her makeup. It made her look like a Kabuki performer.

"I talked with Arisa about it before," Felicia admitted. "She added the face paint to her hero costume design, so that she can look intimidating enough."

"Intimidating? What, to scare off villains? I guess that makes sense," Eli noted.

Tatsumi nodded. "I guess so, too. Though, it doesn't look that intimidating, yet it surprised Usagi."

"I see. By the way, Arisa is facing against who again?" Usagi said.

"She and Junko are facing against Mr. Honzo," Kai answered.

"Oh yeah! Um, but does anyone know who he is?" Usagi asked. "I mean, I remember he came to our class when we were making up our hero name, but I don't see him too much around the school."

"Me neither," Tatsumi admitted.

"Now that you have mentioned it, I don't either," Felicia said.

"Mr. Honzo." Everyone turned to Recovery Girl. "He is a P.E. teacher for the second and third-year students, so you first-year don't see him too much around the first-year classes. However, you may have seen him at the front gate."

"Oh yeah! I do!" Usagi remembered. "He kind of looks super scary whenever I see him in the morning whenever I come to school, so I just ignore him and pass by."

"I have seen him before, too, with Arisa whenever we come to school in the morning every day," Felicia said. "We even greet him, and he greets us in return. I don't think he is scary, but I do admit that he looks a bit intimidating to others."

"Yeah. What is this Teach's deal anyway?" Eli asked.

Recovery Girl grinned a bit, but at the same time, looking a bit serious and sad. "Well, Mr. Honzo has been working at this school for almost ten years, after he was unfortunately retired from Pro Hero world."

Her words caught the students' interest.

"Unfortunately?" Kai repeated.

"Miss Recovery Girl, what do you mean by he was unfortunately retired?" Felica asked.

"Honzo Kazan was a Pro Hero when he was young. He was a member, and the leader of a team of Pro Heroes called the Elemengers," Recovery Girl admitted, looking sadder with the smile.

The students gasped. They heard about the team of superheroes Recovery Girl just mentioned.

"The Elemengers?! Wait, you said Teach Honzo was the captain, so that means he's!" Eli exclaimed.

"Is he the Lava Man?" Kai asked.

"Holy Carrot! I know him! All the kids, including Sister Koko and the other nuns, know him and the Elemengers!" Usagi hopped around. "They were like the famous team of pro heroes with a different elemental superpower, right?"

Tatsumi nodded. "That's right! Each member represents a different element of nature; fire; water, wind, ice, lightning, earth, and metal."

"I expect you kids knew about the Elemengers well, but yes, Honzo-kun was the captain of the team," Recovery Girl said with a grin. "They fought many powerful, dangerous villains and rescued many people in natural disaster incidents across all over the world."

"Blimey! That's amazing. I only have read tales about them in the newspaper and saw them on T.V. before, but from what I remember, the team was disbanded due to the, um, well… the accident, correct?"

"Yes," Recovery Girl sadly said. "And it was that accident that made Honzo-kun quit the Elemengers and retired from Pro Hero work. His retirement caused the disbanding of the team, and the members went on their separate ways."

"What was the accident about?" Usagi asked.

"It's… Not a very pretty thing to talk about, Usagi," Felica said, looking a bit unsure to say it. "One of their members…."

"Kyah!" They turned their attention back at the monitor, where Team Arisa's was still going on.

Back in the field, somehow, Arisa, still carrying Junko on her back, was standing on one of the rocky pillars. The ground level was covered entirely with lava.

She could see the cause of the flowing lava. She saw not too far from a distance, her opponent, Mr. Honzo standing on the other rocky pillar, gushing out lava from the sore of his feet. The lava pouring from his feet fell to the ground like a waterfall and covered the base with lava.

Name: Honzo Kazan. Quirk: Lava. He can secrete lava from his body. He can melt anything his lava touches. Whenever he gets upset or angry, he can get out of control sometimes, causing lava to secrete from his skin and burning anything it touches. What a hothead!

Mr. Honzo could see Arisa. He formed a ball of lava in his left hand and then threw it at her.

"Woah!" She jumped onto the other pillar next to her. The lava ball hit the pillar that she was previously on, melting the flat surface.

She shook in fear. If she stayed there, she and Junko would've melted.

"Fight me, Arisa!" He shouted at her. "If you don't, you will just run of places to run, and you will never reach the escape gate!"

The term 'Fight me, Arisa' triggered an memory of her. It made her motionless as her face darkened a bit. She couldn't move a muscle.

Kai noticed her motionless and blank expression.

'What is wrong with her? Is she afraid to move or something?' Kai thought.

The escape gate was on the ground just behind Mr. Honzo, where the ground wasn't covered in lava. It was only the ground between her and him was in lava.

'What am I going to do?! I… I can't fight him! I am too afraid, and even if I fight him, I will just get burned by his lava or worse!' Arisa thought.

Her classmates watched anxiously. Some of them were sweating as if they were feeling how Arisa was feeling right now.

"Arisa is in a hot situation," Eli said. "No pun intended."

"What is she going to do? If she doesn't do something, she and Junko will fail!" Usagi stated.

"She had to fight back! Junko can't help since she's sleeping, and she can't protect her! She got to fight back!" Tatsumi said.

"I don't think she could." They looked at Kai. "She is too afraid."

"Afraid? Afraid of what?" Usagi asked. "She has been training for this. She should be ready!"

"To be quite honest with you all," Felicia spoke up. "I agree with Kai."

The others gasped at Felicia's words. "While I want to believe in Arisa, I've been noticing that she's been shaking lately. I am not quite sure if it was out of nervousness or fear, but I definitely felt that she wasn't sure of herself."

"All the teachers assigned to face each of you," Recovery Girl said, catching their attention. "They are assigned to fight you all to force you to work on your weaknesses."

"Our weaknesses?" Usagi said.

Recovery Girl nodded in return. "For Arisa Kawasaki, her weakness is the basic thing that all Pro Heroes to do; fighting or, more specifically, fighting offensively."

"But Arisa knows how to fight back. I saw her because I was with her, Kai, and that guy Snap, in our team for the human cavalry battle in the sports festival!" Usagi argued.

"No, Usagi." She turned to Kai. "At that time, she was fighting defensively. What Recovery Girl is saying that her weakness is fighting offensively."

"Oh," Usagi understood.

"I saw how she fought in the sports festival, too, and believe me. She is a good fighter, but only in the defensive and supportive roles, perhaps. However, in this situation, she cannot play that kind of role. She has to play the role opposite to what she does the most, and what she lacks in," Recovery Girl analyzed. "Not only just that, but she also have to protect her partner."

Her classmates watched with a worried look.

Arisa laid down Junko on the platform and turned back to face her opponent.

'I got to think now! That's the only way to do it! I have to think of a plan in how to pass this or how to handcuff Mr. Honzo!' Arisa thought as she posed defensively.

"If you stand around, then I will just continue with my attack!" Mr. Honzo shouted as more lava balls were thrown at her.

As the lava balls threw towards her, the balls into smaller chunks, becoming into a rain of molten rocks in a smaller size.

Arisa reacted to this as she created a barrier of aura to block the incoming molten rocks. Even without touching it, she could feel the intense heat each time the molten rock pieces hit her barrier.

While she was distracted, Mr. Honzo created a much more giant ball of lava. Arisa saw what he was doing, and her eyes widened.

"This is the end for you and your friend," Mr. Honzo declared. "Sun of Destruction!"

He threw the giant ball of lava up into the air, and then it came down over Arisa.

Arisa created a much more significant barrier as the giant ball of lava collided with the barrier. It made a powerful shock wave that echoed through the test field. She could feel the intense pressure from it.

"Grrrr! I. Got. To. Hold. On!" She held on, but the pressure was getting to her.

The giant ball of lava was too heavy as the barrier started cracking. Soon it will break.

"It seems that I will have to report your teacher your failure," Mr. Honzo said, turning around and began walking away, thinking that there was no use in staying around.

"No! I can't! We can't fail! I don't want to fail!" The ball of lava was too strong as the barrier cracked, and it crashed the rocky pillar she was standing on. It also smashed the other five rocky pillars around it.

Her classmates gasped, thinking that the lava ball consumed Arisa and Junko.

"Holy Carrot! Arisa! Junko!" Usagi cried.

Mr. Honzo walked away but then stopped for a moment, sensing something wasn't right.

He turned back around quickly, and his eyes widened.

On the same surface as him, a young girl with pink pigtails carried an unconscious Arisa in her arms.

"Good grief. She could've just tried to wake me up, but she thought I would be completely unhelpful. Well, I wouldn't blame her, but you don't have to worry now, Arisa." Her partner put her down, then turned to face their opponent.

"Everything's fine. Why? Because I am here," Junko stated firmly.

"Holy Carrot! Junko is awake!" Usagi exclaimed.

"Yeah! Now the thing is going to get interesting!" Eli said with a fist bump.

"This is astounding! I got to write this all down in my note!" Tatsumi declared as he had his notebook out already.

"Junko," Felica said with a smile.

Mr. Honzo stood to face the new opponent. "With only a minute left now, what can you do? With my Quirk, you won't be able to lay a finger on me, and even if you try, your finger will burn or melt!"

"Then, I will use my Sleep Touch without touching you," Junko replied as she posed.

They stared at each other. A drop of lava fell from Mr. Honzo's arm. As that droplet of lava was slowly falling to the ground, they didn't make any move. The droplet touched, and they suddenly moved, running towards each other.

Mr. Honzo had his fist made up of molten lava ready, while Junko had only her right palm opened. They shouted at each other.

"This is the end of the line!" Mr. Honzo said, with the timer showing 10 seconds left.

"Sleep Touch Style, Air Force Palm!" She shouted as the right palm collided on his lava-covered right punch.

The lava part was blown away by the impact of her palm, leaving only the exposed arm. Her palm hit his right fist, sending a shock wave through his vein and to his brain.

"I hit your nerve point on your knuckles. Your brain will now feel the effect, and you will sleep in five seconds. You are already lost." As she said that, Mr. Honzo's eyes turned white as he collapsed on the ground after five seconds passed, and then the buzzer sounded, stopping the timer at one second.

"Team Kawasaki and Neru have passed," the system announced, causing her classmates in the monitor room to cheer.

Junko turned around. Just then, Arisa started to open her eyes, regaining her consciousness.

"Wh-Where am I?" she said.

"Wake up, Arisa. We have passed," Junko said as she offered her hand for help.

"Junko? When were you awake, and what happened to Mr. Honzo?" Arisa asked.

She grinned. "I put him to sleep. He needed the rest. Let's go and see the others."

Arisa liked that idea. She accepted her hand, which accidentally triggered her Quirk, and put Arisa to sleep. Her hair landed on Junko's chest.

"Oops. I touched her hand, so that made her go to sleep," Junko said but grinned. "Oh well. She needs the rest, too. You fought well today, Arisa Kawasaki."

She carried Arisa in her arms like a princess as she jumped down from the flat surface of the rocky pillar and then walked past the escape gate.

Twelve of the 14 students in Class 1-L have passed. There were only two left, and they will face against the most challenging and most vigorous teacher of them all; the Number 1 Hero and Symbol of Peace himself, All Might.

Hello, everyone! Here is another update for the second day of the three-day weekend.

We are very close to finish the Final Exam Arc. Tomorrow will be the finale for the final exam arc, but season 2 will continue on for the coming months. Probably for the rest of this year. You will see.
