The doctors panic by immediately putting Damian on respiratory aid and trying to stop the internal bleeding, while the scientists come to present the radios to Doctor Ziggourat, and what he sees exceeds all the years of scientific study that he has taken. he has known in his life. Inside Damian's body there is a menacing black form with the appearance of a human shadow holding each of Damian's damaged organs, red eyes glowing in the shadows watches them with a big smile on their lips, and inside his stomach is the Cursed Bey spreading this filthy black mass.
A good part of the people having seen this abomination start to scream in terror or even vomit, and this is the case of Jack who vomits in horror at seeing the state of his friend's body.

I see Helen plunging her hand into Damian's bowels to pull out something all black that turns out to be his stomach.
- Well that's dead, we can't fix it so we throw it away. Helen declares without the slightest sign of disgust, throwing the rotten stomach into a blue box across the room.

- Mmh, Spandel, can you go see if we have any spare organs ? She suddenly asks her companion while removing Damian's liver ; we're going to need a new stomach, a liver, and a lot of intestines. Helen gives him a kiss in thanks then she opens the box to see the state of the organs, according to her they are perfectly healthy and would work for sure, she will also look for blood bags from the same group as Damian's, then she purifies all the blood and the inside of Damian to remove all the poison from him, then with her powers and her spinning bey, she heals the other sick organs easily and in just a few minutes then sets up the new stomach, liver and intestines to bind them to Damian's body and prevent rejection.
- There, everything is in place. We can close everything. Declares Helen, her companion comes to help her and once Damian is closed, Spandel sticks a needle in his arm to connect to a blood bag.
Damian is out of danger now.
Suddenly I hear some kind of weird noise in the blue crate where Helen threw the rotten organs, Helen and Spandel hear it too, Helen walks up to the crate to look inside, I see her tampering with it and out of the horrible dark matter, a pocket watch in solid gold giving off a very menacing aura.
- Ohh ... What a horror. Spandel moaned.
- Spandel ... Go tell Kirron and Valerian, we're going to need those two idiots. Helen orders, wrapping the watch in a white handkerchief. When I look at this watch, I have a feeling of rejection, I run outside to go and throw up, it's horrible, I taste like blood in my mouth.
