Anyways on with the chapter.
It's been a day since Patamon digivolved to Magna Angemon and two major thing have happened.
The first thing to happen was Natsumi was able to discover that Terrick, one of Demiyah's brothers, was living in Shinjuku.
The second thing to happen was Wizardmon revealing that Hikari Kamiya is the Eighth Child. Thankfully Demiyah managed to stop Gatomon and Wizardmon from going after the Crest of Light at the time so she can go with them at a later time.
This brings us to the current situation. A confrontation with the Kamiya parents.
We find the Digidestined, their parents, Demiyah, Kimberly, Tommy, Natsumi, Kari and the Digimon on their way to the Kamiya's apartment.
When they get there the first thing that happens is Yuuko and Susumu try to pull Tyson inside and scold him for running away.
This is stopped by Sharon and Rocky, who are not too happy with them and reveal they are Tyson's biological parents
This leads to the Kamiya's stating they had legal custody of Tyson. Showing a custody paper with a signature on it
This however, is shut down by Demiyah revealing some important information.
"No, you don't. There was a missing persons case filed. Add the fact that it was in a Ranger city, the case should have gone international and any adoption agency would have called the Power Rangers Emergency Line. Not to mention that signature on that custody paper isn't Rocky's. He was assisting in setting up an animal adoption event. The signature doesn't match either." Demiyah says stating the facts.
This leads to Yuuko snapping and revealing the truth.
"So what if we paid Xehanort to take a child? His biological parents were too young to take care of him!"
Yuuko then turns to Tyson.
"I should've left you in an orphanage!" Yuuko snarled, prepared to leave with her husband. Only to be stopped by Natsumi.
"You're not going anywhere. Tyson's father usually works for SPD in the Black Ops/Interworld Rescue division and his mother works in Aero Rescue at Lightspeed Rescue. So you just admitted your crimes to a cop." Natsumi says with a hard look on her face and uses her powers to conjure a pair of handcuffs for both Yuuko and Susumu.
The mothers of the other Digidestined have to be held back by their husbands. Well in Natsuko's case it's her ex-husband. Sharon and Rocky are held back by Tommy and Kimberly. Demiyah is hugging Tyson and the other Digidestined are surrounding him with their eyes glowing the color of their crests.
Unknown to anyone however Demiyah's eyes are faintly glowing gold.
A little while later. After Susumu and Yuuko are taken away by the police, we see Natsumi and Demiyah heading to where the Matsuki's live.
Once there Demiyah and Natsumi meet Mie and Takehiro Matsuki, who run a bakery.
"Hello, you must be Natsumi and Demiyah. I'm Mie and this is my husband Takehiro." Mie says introducing them to Natsumi and Demiyah.
After introductions were made Mie went upstairs to get Terrick, or as the Matsuki family called him, Takato.
They then hear a cry of alarm from upstairs and rush up to investigate.
When they get upstairs they are met with a surprising sight.
Terrick/Takato is clutching his sides in pain while deep red energy surrounds his body.
Demiyah immediately rushes over to Terrick/Takato and hugs him while beginning to glow a golden color.
After a few moments the glowing began to die down and Terrick/Takato and Deniyah collapsed.
Natsumi immediately contacted Tommy and Kimberly to let them know what had happened.
Both children are taken to a Silver Guardians medical facility where the Doctors tried to figure out what happened.
"Our best guess is that it was some sort of power. We can tell it's not an X-Gene, Meta-gene or Z-Wave power." The Doctor admits puzzled as to what kind of power it could have been.
This left the adults puzzled and concerned.
Eventually Demiyah and Terrick/Takato wake up, with Terrick/Takato being confused and Demiyah seeming to realize something.
"Demiyah, are you alright?" Asks Tommy.
"Yeah, but I think I know what caused those lights." Demiyah admits warily.
That gets Tommy, Kimberly, Natsumi, Mie, and Takehiro's attention.
"What do you think caused it?" Asks Kimberly.
"Well, the story begins with the Digital World and the Silver Millennium. Back then the Golden Kingdom opened up its research facilities to the Silver Alliance. There, the brightest minds created powerful magic, objects, or helpful items. Such as the Golden Digimentals and by proxy the Golden Radiance. The Golden Radiance is what created Miracles and grew stronger with faith. However, it was unbalanced. To fix this, the brilliant minds created the Digital Hazard. While the Golden Radiance could heal and create, the Digital Hazard could harm and destroy. But there was still no balance, so the brilliant minds gathered one last time and created the Harmonic Light. A power that could heal or destroy. Create or harm. It serves as the middle ground. When the powers came together they created the first Trinity Burst. The Powers are almost always reincarnated into siblings. Though there have been trios who aren't related at all." Demiyah explains, recalling her memories from the Silver Millennium.
Tommy, Kimberly and Natsumi nod their heads knowing about the Silver Millenium while Mie,Takehiro and Terrick/Takato seemed flabbergasted and confused.
Knowing that they need answers Demiyah tells them about the Silver Millennium, Golden Alliance and what happened to all of it.
Needless to say, they were shocked.
After being discharged from the hospital the group heads back to the Matsuki's bakery to discuss what they had learned.
"So there's a chance that Michael has the Harmonic Light?" Asks Natsumi.
Demiyah nods her head.
"More than likely. That's why I want to find him as soon as possible. If he has the same reaction as Terrick/Takato he'll need some help controlling it." Admits Demiyah.
After talking for a while, the Matsuki's agree to let Terrick/Takato visit his birth mother and father once they find Kasai/Ryo.
After getting home Demiyah lets her parents know that she planned on getting the Crest of Light from Myotismon's lair with Wizardmon and Gatomons help.
They then help her pick out the necessary equipment for the mission.
Once she's ready, the three of them head to Myotismon's lair where the Original Crest of Light is located.
"Where is it?" Asks Demiyah as they check the coffin where Myotismon sleeps.
"Looking for something?" A taunting voice says from behind them.
The trio turn around and come face to face with Myotismon who's holding the Crest of Light.
"So you're the eighth child?" Myotismon says, looking at Demiyah with intrigue.
Demiyah, recognizing a chance to stall for time, takes a chance.
"If I am?" Demiyah says challengingly.
Myotismon chuckles darkly.
"Well, then this is where you meet your end!" Myotismon says as he prepares to use his Crimson Lightning attack.
Only for Demiyah to throw a fire ball at him.
The attack knocks Myotismon down and causes him to drop the Crest.
Gatomon grabs the Crest and the three of them flee.
"You won't escape that easily!" Myotismon shouts as he gives chase to them.
Eventually they get outside the lair and manage to escape Myotismon.
Demiyah then uses her communicator to contact Tyson.
"We need to meet up tommorow and discuss our strategy for dealing with Myotismon." Demiyah says urgently.
