PART FOUR - THE USJ

It was the best morning ever, at least Harry thought so. It wasn't because the sun was shining softly onto him. It wasn't because birds were chirping. It wasn't even because he could smell the blueberry pancakes his dad was making in the kitchen of the UA housing facility they lived in.

No, Harry was of the thought that this was the best morning ever, because this morning he had woken up with his girlfriend's naked body cuddling into his side.

It had been three months since the first day of classes and the lead-up to this event had occurred the day before. The class had been taken into the training facilities and told they were doing team battles. Two students would work together as heroes, while two others would be villains trying to stall for time to detonate a nuclear warhead.

They were all supposed to be wearing their designed hero uniforms but Harry's hadn't been finished yet so he'd been wearing the regular gym outfit.

Things had been pretty straightforward for Harry. He'd been teamed with Izuku which worked out fantastically. After all, they'd spent the past few months training together to help Izuku get a handle on his strength without hurting himself. As a hero in training that had issues of his own with strength fluctuation, it was the perfect match. Together they'd worked to draw out the defenders, Bakugo and Kirishima, before collapsing rooms and walls on both sides of them. Effectively trapping them both between tons of rock while they went to collect the bomb.

Needless to say they'd passed.

The interesting part of the training, and what led to his current morning position, was what happened in the next round.

The names were called, teams were assigned, and Momo found herself teamed up with the pink skinned fountain of positivity named Mina Ashido. They were facing off against Tenya Lida and Aoyama.

There weren't microphones inside the building but there were cameras. So everyone including Harry himself got see Mina constantly moving her lips, striking large muscle poses, gesturing her hands slowly farther apart, and making her partner go progressively redder in the face until finally the taller girl pushed her into the wall and held her. From what Harry had seen she was breathing heavily and staring the shorter girl down.

Eventually she seemed to come back to herself and dropped her partner without saying anything else. Though there was a pensive look on her face that no one but her boyfriend noticed. Her knew her face too well to miss it.

From there the match was decided in minutes. Since all the heroes needed to do to win was put their hands on the bomb they split up. Mina went to the floor directly under the item before starting to apply acid to the ceiling beneath it. Momo went higher and started dropping quirk formed flash bombs onto Lida and Aoyama from the rafters while blaring noise from quirk made airhorns.

As a distraction it might have been rather crude, but it served its purpose. The two 'villains' were so distracted by the light and noise that they never noticed the floor around their bomb beginning to bubble. They did notice however when it finally crashed into the floor below, and Mina's hands, and the bell announcing the heroes victory started ringing.

The matches continued for the rest of the afternoon and Harry constantly tried to get Momo to tell him what had happened, but she just insisted she would tell him later. That later came upon them as they were finally released for the day. He'd started to head toward the main gate, intent on walking his girlfriend home, but she'd stopped him with a hand on his arm.

When he turned back to her she was looking down with a red tinge in her cheeks. He went to ask what was wrong but she suddenly looked into his eyes with blazing intensity.

"You told me once that if I was lacking confidence of my own I could borrow some of yours right?"

Wordlessly he nodded. Harry wasn't sure what his girlfriend was going through, but he thought if he stayed silent she might tell him.

It was a bit of a shock however when instead of speaking verbally she pushed him into the nearest wall, gripped his groin in a firm hand and started making out with him.

Harry was shocked! Momo was beautiful, sexy, and by the gods did he desire her, but he had never tried to pressure her to do anything more than kiss, and she had never been this forceful before.

Finally she pulled her mouth off of his, but didn't remove her hand, or lessen the grip.

"I'm using some of your confidence now babe," She took a deep breath and continued, "to tell you that I want to go further. With you I mean. Physically." She was getting a little flustered towards the end but managed to reign herself in after a moment. "I- I'm not ready for sex. I don't think I will be for a while." Her hand squeezed him again, "But I want to feel this for real. I want us to explore and experiment a bit."

By now the confidence was starting to wear out and a nervous look was starting to come into her eyes as she stared into his face for a reaction. "Is that something you want too? Are you okay with that?"

By now Harry was so worked up he couldn't answer verbally. Instead he groaned with desire and pulled her into a crushing hug that she eagerly returned. Finally, after a few minutes of calming his pulse he found the words.

"I want that very much Momo. But I don't want to pressure you. Are you really ready?"

She nodded and, taking his hand, started dragging him across the school grounds to the housing section. She'd been to the house he shared with Present Mic many times and knew the way.

What followed was the most incredible night of Harry's and Momo's young lives. They may not have gone all the way, but they'd at least tried everything else they could think of. By the end they were so exhausted they couldn't even be bothered to put their underwear back on before falling asleep.

Now in the light of early morning, with the sun slowly giving him strength, looking down at the young woman in his arms Harry knew. He was in love. He was in love with Momo Yaoyorozu.

A smile pulled at his lips and he tightened his hold on her beneath the covers; the action causing her to slowly open her eyes and stretch like a cat before giving him a quick good morning kiss and snuggling into his warmth.

Now that she was awake he couldn't stop himself from saying, "I love you Momo."

The comment caused her to stiffen against him and he hurried to reassure her.

"I don't expect you to say it back, or be ready to yet. That's just how I feel about you. I think it's how I've felt for a while and after last night… I just needed to say it."

Chuckling was not what he thought he'd hear after that. The dainty sound of joy rising into the air like a song from his beautiful girlfriend.

"You big idiot." She sighed after she finally got herself under control. "I love you too. Do you think I would have done any of what we did last night with someone I didn't love?"

"I wasn't saying anything of the sort." His gaze became downcast for a moment. "I'm a very large man Momo. I know that people tend to find me intimidating. It's one of the reasons I try to be so jovial with Izuku and the others. I just never want you to feel intimidated by me, or pressured to do or say things you don't want to or mean. I only want to make you happy."

At those words Momo kissed him again. "I know that babe. And I want to do the same for you. I tend to like moving fast through life, but if I'm ever moving at a pace that you don't feel comfortable with I want you to tell me."

"I promise." Harry's smile was back now. She could say what she wanted about going too fast, but he couldn't imagine a world that he didn't want to give her anything she asked for.

His thought's were interrupted suddenly however as Momo escaped his arms to leave the bed and start searching around the floor for her clothing. Once she had it all in her arms she turned to find his eyes glued to her and blushed all over again.

Her mother had been right she supposed. There truly was something flattering and powerful about knowing how much your partner desired you. When she'd called her after her turn as the hero and told her she planned to stay the night with her boyfriend she'd expected a tirade or at least a guilt trip. What she hadn't expected was the woman asking her to make sure she knew the chemical composition of condom latex. Luckily her emotional scarring in that conversation had ended when she made it clear she had no intention of going all the way with him.

When she'd asked her mother why she seemed so okay with what she was planning to do she'd been touched. She had said that she remembered what it had been like to be a teenager with her own boyfriend, and she was just glad that her daughter trusted her enough to let her know where she was and what she was doing. By the end of the call Momo realized that had never felt closer to her mother.

Now all that remained was getting dressed so that she and her boyfriend could break the news to his father that he was getting physically active. Harry had been hesitant of course but she was being honest with her parents and refused to let him be dishonest with his own.

So when she was finally clothed again, and Harry had managed to wake up from the state she'd 'inadvertently' put him in, the two made their way down to the kitchen.

What followed was a scene that Momo found hilarious, and Harry mortifying.

When Present Mic saw them coming down from his son's room he froze for a solid ten seconds before he started booming off rapid fire questions in constantly changing volumes, tones, octaves, and frequencies. He wanted to know if Momo was okay, if everything was consensual, did her parents know where she was, were they both feeling okay mentally and emotionally, did they have protection? All of these questions and more until Harry finally stepped forward and pulled his dad into a hug.

In a much more reasonable and quiet tone of voice he answered all of his dad's questions and more. He told him he was fine, that she was fine, and that they had mutually agreed they were in the right place in their relationship to experiment.

Finally Hizashi managed to pull himself together and address the two. "As long as you are both consenting, aware of the risks, and have let her parents know as well, then I can't really complain. Additionally I would rather you do these things safely in our home or hers rather than sneaking around. To that end, thank you for being honest with me son. I know it can be nerve wracking to talk to your old dad about these kinds of things."

By the end of his speech Harry was floored. In all the years he had known his father the man had never spoken for this long without giving a loud exclamation to hype up his words. He was being one hundred percent serious here.

Without another word he and his dad embraced to the tune of much manly back thumping for a few moments before separating.

Unable to contain it any longer Hizashi shouted, "Yeah! Now we're gonna have some pancakes before school Yahl!" The teenagers in the room just laughed and sat down to be dished their plates.

Class 1A

"Alright brats settle down." Aizawa called to his rowdy bunch of students. "Today we're going to be doing something a little different."

Immediately Tenya Lida started waving his hand ecstatically. "Sensei I must protest! No class deviations were recorded in the syllabus!"

"That's why they are called deviations Lida. Calm down and shut up and maybe you'll learn something.

The studious boy sat down immediately with a look as if he'd been slapped. "Yes sensei." was the only response he could muster.

Panning his gaze around the class to see if he had any other dissenters in the group Aizawa appeared almost as a hawk for a few moments. Finally he relented and moved his desk to reveal several briefcases with UA engravings.

"Today we are going to be traveling to an offsite location to train in negative conditions. You'll need to suit up before the ride so here are your suits. Harry, yours was finished this morning. Here." He tossed a rather large case to the muscular teenager and nodded. He was looking forward to seeing how the final piece turned out after all.

"You each have five minutes to change and then the bus is leaving, weather you are on it or not."

At those words the room flurried into motion. By unspoken agreement the boys left the room first as they knew the girls would take the longest to get ready. Then, with only three minutes remaining they entered the classroom for mad dash dressing. Everything was so rushed that no one noticed what harry was wearing until they were lined up to board the bus! But when they did…

"Dude!" Kirishima had stars in his eyes at the sight before him. "That is the single most manly thing I have ever seen!" No one else could disagree. Not even a not so quietly fuming Bakugo.

Harry was wearing a suit of gold coated scale armor from his shoulders to his feet. Covering his shoulders were twin blue kite shields emblazoned with images of the sun. He was also carrying what looked like an oversized fire axe that had a series of vents along the haft and blade. Clearly it had been upgraded by the design teams.

Aizawa gave the ensemble a critical look. "Harry, power up for a second so I can see if the armor will grow with you."

The boy nodded and a moment later he stood three inches taller and twice as large. The armor expanded as he did without seeming to hamper his movement or cause discomfort. The teacher nodded.

"You can power down now. The suit looks like it works just fine. Remind me to thank Hatsume later for thinking of including your hair in the design."

Harry nodded and without another word stepped onto the bus and sat beside his girlfriend. Partly because he loved spending time with her, but also because he adored seeing her in her costume.

The bus ride consisted of conversations about plans for the weekend, complements for each others costumes (Kirishima was practically vibrating with 'manly' pride), and the entire bus working to keep Harry from murdering Mineta when he made a comment about Momo's chest. Although if a couple of the short boys fingers found themselves broken by some of the girls in the bus that took offense, no one appeared to notice.

Finally they arrived and Izuku's eyes grew wide as saucers. When they exited the bus they almost exploded. Waiting for them at the USJ was one of the top ranked heroes in the nation, Thirteen, and the green haired boy was having a mini freak out over meeting one of his idols. She efficiently led them inside, closed the doors, and demonstrated some of the effects of the room before addressing the students.

"Who can tell me why it's important for heroes to train in every kind of emergency response?"

Tsuyu Asui answered, "To make sure we're capable of saving people in all situations, and knowing which conditions will put us at the greatest disadvantage."

The hero nodded. "Very good Ms. Asui. It's important to know which disasters will make your quirks useful or a hindrance. But tell me, why would you need to learn how to save someone in a sandstorm in Japan?"

This time it was Momo that answered, "Because heroes from Japan are sent all over the world to help train heroes in other countries that do not have our advanced facilities or training methods. Some of them are bound to have natural disasters that we do not."

"Very good again!" Thirteen praised, and turned to Aizawa. "You told me your class was full of lazy good-for-nothings."

Paying no head to the death glares his students were giving him, the dry eyed hero addressed his coworker, "They are, but occasionally they have their good moments. Now we are going to-" Suddenly the lights went out. A couple of students screamed but before anyone could say anything the lighting returned and the strobing warning lights announcing the lockdown of the facility began flashing. In the center of the large chamber a group of what had to be over a hundred mean looking men and women had gathered.

Aizawa turned to Thirteen, his wrappings loose and ready for combat. "Get the students out-" a purple mist came to life around the two pro heroes and before anyone could act they were gone. Standing in their place was a man wearing a tuxedo. He was made of mist, except for what appeared to be metal cylinder where his neck would have been.

"Greetings children." his voice was smooth and cultured, yet altogether menacing. "I'm afraid you won't be leaving just yet. We are the League of Villains and-"

That was as far as he got before an oversized axe blade bit into the metal at his neck. The curve of metal seemed be writhing in living flame as it bit clean through the protections of the villain before them.

Said monster promptly fell to the floor. The barest hint of metal still holding it onto his body. He seemed to be unconscious.

Having dealt with his current adversary Harry glanced down to the crowd below and saw that they had remained remarkably still. The doors were locked after all, they were probably waiting for the children to come to them.

He turned next to Momo. "Momo I need you to make a few pounds of C4. Remember we went over its composition last month?" She nodded in ascent. "Once you have it I want you place the lining in key points at the door and blow it out. Once the door is free lead the rest of the students to the bus and run."

"What about you?" She asked fearfully.

"I'll hold them until help can arrive. You know my strength, and you know my armor. I'll be alright. Trust in me, and in the sun."

At that reminder the girl jumped and looked at her watch. Sure enough noon wasn't far away at all. Somewhat relieved at the revelation she gave a stalwart nod and turned to gather up all of her classmates.

"Lida!" Harry grabbed the spectacled boy's shoulder, "You're the fastest of us. When the door opens I want you to run as fast and hard as you can to the teachers lounge and get whatever heroes you can to make their way here."

"I should stay and fight with you Harry. I'm here to be a hero the same as you."

For an answer Harry grabbed his classmate's shoulder and turned him to face the rest of the class. They were all huddled around Momo, watching her create the means of their escape.

"I know that Lida. But being a hero in this case means using your strengths for others. That means getting help. If any of these villains get past me they'll be right on our classmates tails. Getting the heroes help is the most important job of all and I'm trusting it to you. Do you understand?"

Lida nodded and ran back to the group. Meanwhile Harry was doing some last minute checks on his axe as two others approached.

"We're ready when you are." Shoto Todoroki said as he and Bakugo arrived.

"Good." Harry raised the haft of the axe to his shoulder. "That means you're ready to defend our classmates on the retreat."

Shoto frowned but Bakugo exploded. Literally.

"The fuck you say muscle brain?" The blond Chihuahua growled.

Shoto nodded his agreement.

"I know my own strength, abilities, and limitations. I know where I'm useful and effective. I do not know that about either of you. If you fight with me I could end up splitting my focus trying to protect you."

"You protect me? Don't make me laugh."

Bakugo hadn't learned to deal with his temper apparently. Emerald eyes pinned him in place as a large hand lifted him up by his shirt.

"In case you didn't get the memo in the classroom before, I'm stronger than you. I'm stronger than all of you. So at least for now listen to what I'm saying."

Any further words of wisdom were denied however as the mist villain seemed to awaken with a second wind. With a grunt of exertion he waved his hand and Mina disappeared.

Harry turned to villain that was still lying on the ground. Intent on making him tell him were he had sent his pink skinned classmate. He needn't have bothered however as a loud scream from above announced it for him.

Looking skyward Harry saw Mina falling straight down from the height of the ceiling and didn't even stop to think. He launched himself as high as he could with the muscle of his legs, and when that wasn't enough he twitched a button on his wrist guards. With a hiss of steam all of the heat that his armor had been collecting up to that point began a pressurized release underneath him, sending his body higher.

When it seemed like he was about to run out of steam (literally) mina's descent finally met his ascent and he pulled the hysterical girl into his arms.

With the victim safe he didn't need to focus on rising higher anymore so he instead directed his propulsion to instead slow his fall, all the while he hugged the girl close and whispered words of encouragement and support until they finally touched back down on the ground.

Immediately Tsuyu and Ochako rushed up to take her from him. A task that took a couple seconds as Mina didn't seem to want to let him go.

But eventually they succeeded and he finally became aware of a startling lack of mist covered villains in their midst."

"Where's the teleporter?" He asked with a level of calm he did not feel.

Lida answered him with an uncharacteristically stoic look on his face. "He somehow warped through the floor after you went to help Mina. There was nothing we could do."

Harry nodded. "Makes sense." He placed a large hand on the man he hoped to call a friend's shoulder. "You know what to do. Make sure everyone gets out and run for help."

Not waiting to see if his orders were being followed Harry dropped his hand and launched himself into the air. He landed on the bodies of two men with shark heads amongst the crowd of invaders. Perhaps they were twins? Regardless several of their bones were shattered by the impact.

Immediately a space opened around him with only a single man brave enough stand across from the six plus foot tall mountain of golden armor. He wore a blue ad grey outfit covered in what appeared to be severed hands. The villain was even wearing one over his face!

"Greetings." The stranger spoke in a raspy tone of voice. "My name is Shigaraki Tomura, and the League of Villains thanks you for coming down to meet us. It's easier than hunting you down after all."

Harry looked around for a moment, taking in the situation. "Before I deal with you lot, why are you here exactly? And for that matter where did you send the teachers?"

The villain's eyebrow twitched. "Deal with us will you? We'll see about that. By the end of this day you and all your fellow students will be crushed into the dirt and begging for death. Whatever worthless strength you have will not matter! We're here to show the world the fallacy of heroes by killing their next generation!" He visibly inhaled to end his tirade before it got out of hand. "We sent your teachers… somewhere else. Wouldn't want them getting in the way of our fun right?"

As the villain began to wheeze in some distorted approximation of a laugh, a dark look began to build on the young heroes' face. The mood that was building however was broken by an explosion across the room and a flash of light. Momo had succeeded in blowing the door open.

The hand villain whirled to face the escaping students and screeched, "They're getting away? After them!"

The crowd began to rush toward the fleeing targets but before they could get more than a few feet a massive wall of crimson flame burst to life before them. The runners tried to stop, but in the end the back rows pushed them all forward enough that several ended up with severe third degree burns. A quick examination showed that the wall wall of fire extended into a giant ring. They were trapped.

Shigaraki turned back to the student that he'd been ranting at and saw something that made him shudder. The boy had grown. He wasn't sure how much, but he was definitely larger than he'd been mere seconds ago. A golden light seemed to be pulsing off of him and his armor was hissing steam.

"My fellow students and I will be crushed into the dirt?" His voice boomed off the walls in a cavernous baritone. "Who decided that?"

He took a step toward the villain's leader and the ground cracked beneath him. "We'll be begging for death. Who decided that?" Another step, and the ground shook.

"My strength will not matter. Who decided that?"

He raised the giant axe in his hand over his head, and the blade was writhing with the same crimson fire that was blocking the attackers.

"I am the one who decides, and I have decided that your attack ends here! Sky Fall!"

The axe came down and the earth ruptured inside the circle of fire. Rocks flew in every direction, villains were knocked unconscious from the concussive force of the strike and buried under fresh rubble, and Shigaraki was sent skidding on the ground. He would have ended up burning in the wall of fire if a large, black, hand had not halted his momentum.

He looked up and the nomu was standing in all eight feet of its lab created brilliance. In spite of the trauma caused by the crippling attack that had knocked out all of his forces in a single blow, the villain smiled.

"Nomu." He rasped as he pointed at the attacker, "Kill him."

Without a word the beast launched itself at the boy and threw an uppercut hard enough to launch him into the ceiling. Shigaraki had hope for a moment that it had been enough to end this unexpected threat to his mission. His spies had told him nothing of a student with this much power existing in the class. He was destined for disappointment.

The first clue that the attack hadn't ended the hero was that the ring of fire had not abated, the second and far more obvious however was the miniature sun that was forming above them.

Tomura Shigaraki covered the majority of his eyes with a hand and tried to make out what was happening. The boy was falling slowly from the cracked ceiling he had impacted with, the steam from his armor almost seeming to propel him. His axe was held aloft and it seemed to be the origin of the aforementioned light.

"Nomu!" the villain screeched, terrified of what would happen if that attack hit him, "Go! Kill him before that attack can land!"

Again the beast gave no sound before jumping toward his foe. And again Shigaraki had hope that the monstrous creation of his teacher would win out against some upstart first year hero student. He was destined to be disappointed twice.

Moments before the nomu could land its hit Harry swung the axe and intoned, "Wrath of The Heavens!"

The world went white. Shockwaves shook the entire structure, and heat shredded Shigaraki's clothes while lightly burning his skin after the fact. Dimly he wondered about how hot the attack was at the point of impact if it was this damaging hundreds of feet below it.

Finally it ended. The natural color of the world returned, the heat mercifully waned, and the hero landed on the ground before him.

The villain expected a monologue about truth, justice, and the Japanese way. He only received silence and a stare.

"No. No. no. nononononononono!" Shigaraki ranted. "This isn't how the game was supposed to end! You weren't the boss fight we came for! That's cheating!"

Harry shrugged and reached out his hand to capture his foe… only to have said foe blown away by an explosion.

Harry's head whipped to the side and there was Katsuki Bakugo with a shit eating grin on his face. Miniature explosions were crackling in his hands as he walked up.

The taller hero looked to his ring of fire and surmised that the boy must have launched himself over it. It was a good thing that none of the other villains had thought to try the same thing.

"You've earned enough glory today Muscle Head. I'm taking the leader!" Bakugo spat at the man he perceived as his rival.

Before anything more could be said a pool of purple smoke arose beneath the hand covered villain and a clearly shaking warp villain dragged him through.

Everything was quiet for several moments before a giant fist caught Bakugo in the face, knocking him out.

Then, as if the gods had a sense of humor with timing, the front doors exploded for the second time that day revealing All Might, Present Mic, Principal Nezu, and a rather scuffed up looking Aizawa.

Each of them stopped to stare at the devastation presented to their eyes. Over one hundred villains in varying stages of injury and duress, an unconscious student, and a resolute Harry Yamada towering over it all. Clad in golden armor and a wielding a massive axe he looked like an avenging god.

"Young Harry," All Might boomed as he approached with the rest, "what happened here?"

With concise statements the boy summed up the situation as he had seen and experienced it for the teachers and then stepped aside as they moved in to acquire and arrest the villainous crowd. The police arrived not long after and took them off the school's hands. A single ambulance also rolled out with Bakugo in its care. He had whiplash from the much larger student's blow.

By that point Harry had returned to his classmates and was currently having the stuffing hugged out of him by his worried girlfriend and surprisingly enough, Mina.

Meanwhile the teachers were all gathered in the faculty office discussing all that had happened.

Cementoss was currently providing his thoughts. "The ease with which these villains took control of the USJ's security systems and infiltrated the campus speaks to only one possibility. There is a mole somewhere in UA."

Outraged speculation and arguments erupted around the large table before Nezu slammed a rather oversized gavel onto the wood for silence.

"I have to agree with Cementoss. However I don't believe for one second that it's one of the faculty. Each member has been vetted too extensively to have missed any villainous connections. That leaves the students. One of them must be the leak."

Silence fell at that statement. No one wanted to believe that someone with the potential for great heroism would aid villains in acts of terror.

Finally Aizawa spoke up, "We'll need to keep closer eyes on our classes then and document any strange behavior. If we're lucky the culprit will make a mistake." He looked at Nezu, "On that note, I want Katsuki Bakugo expelled."

This came as a shock to the rest of the faculty. No student in the history of UA had ever been expelled. Sure students had flunked out or been suspended, but this was unprecedented.

"Harry had the situation handled. He was seconds away from apprehending the villains leader Shigaraki, and Bakugo fucked up the entire thing after he'd been instructed to leave with the others. If his intentions had been truly heroic, such as backing up an outnumbered classmate I might be able to overlook it, but he distinctly said he wanted the glory of taking the leader himself. That boy is not a hero, nor does he embody any heroic aspects. I won't have his attitude poison those of my other students."

He finished with a glare at All Might. He just knew the man was going to be the first to object.

"I must object!"

He was right.

"Young Bakugo is still an adolescent. We have time to help him curb his impulses. Besides, he would hardly be the first hero to have a less than stellar attitude." The number one hero reasoned.

This time it was Midnight who countered, "So you would like us to knowingly help teach another Endeavor? I think we have enough family beating monsters that the Hero Association is too afraid to bring up on charges!"

That shut everyone up.

"Those accusations have never been proven." All Might defended his colleague weakly.

"Because the Hero Association refuses to lift his Hero License Immunity to allow an investigation. If he was found guilty like we all know he would be then it would reflect back on them for placing him so high in their ranks." Present Mic huffed while crossing his arms. "He's protected by bureaucrats looking after their own skins and you're defending the argument to allow someone else like him to be trained? I'm with Aiwzawa. My vote is for expulsion."

"We can't just give up on these kids." All Might defended his point.

Nezu stood up in his chair so everyone could see him. "This is not a democracy people. I am the principal and as such I will make the decision." He pointed to Aizawa, "Your request and argument have been noted. But I also agree we can't just give up on him, so here is what is going to happen. Katsuki Bakugo will be suspended for three weeks. During that time he will be required to meet with a counselor every day. If he misses a single meeting he will be expelled. If he acts out in your class again he will be expelled. If his attitude does not change for the better by the end of the year he will be expelled. Is that understood?"

The hero known as Eraserhead didn't look pleased but he nodded his ascent nevertheless.

For his part All Might looked just as upset. He gave one last objection. "You can't expect someone to just change their entire attitude that quickly Principal Nezu."

"I can and I do. He was warned about the circumstances of his enrollment upon arrival and since then has not made a single move to change or even work on his behavior. He became a danger to his classmates today and the faculty's fears of another Endeavor are justified. We need to think about the quality of heroes that we train and expose to the world. Right now even I can't say that Bakugo would be one that we should be proud to claim as an alumni. He get's his act together or we let him go."

"Now let's get back to the topic of tightened security. The sports festival is coming on us quick. I want suggestions on how we can be more secure."

The meeting went on until several hours into the night.
