Hermione woke to the birds twittering outside her window. She went down for breakfast, to find Lucius at his desk. She took her plate out to the garden table.
'Tinky can you bring my knitting.' pop Tinky appeared with her knitting.
'Miss, here is your pretty scarf'
'Tinky do you knit?' as Tinky nodded. 'Do you have time to knit with me?'
'Yes miss.' as she popped out and back with her knitting. So they spent the morning and most of the afternoon knitting and talking.
'Oh there you are, sorry the paperwork longer than I expected. Are you ready for that picnic?' offering his hand. They walked down to the pond, to find a table and sandwiches waiting for them. They walked back by the gardens as an owl flew by with a letter tried to his leg.
'Sorry Hermione I need to get this.' as he walked off with the letter. She went to the library to find a few books to keep her occupied for the rest of the day. She took dinner on her balcony as Lucius didn't come looking for her.
