She woke just before Lucius's normal time to leave, she went into the bath room and started the shower so she wouldn't hear him knock. She decided she was not going to put off her work any longer. She went down to the library. Hermione got back to work she had a vast collection of books to use might as well use the time wisely. Tinky brought snacks and drinks thru out the day. About 7 o'clock Lucius came looking for her.
'There you are.'
'Oh yes, I got lost in my work as I had nothing else to today.' she said bitterly. 'And yes I know you're sorry work has been a nightmare. You know I took time off of my research to spend time with you to get to know you and see if we could be more. I'm not some pureblood aristocrat that was brought up to entertain herself, while her husband spends all of his time in his study working. I am not some piece of art on your arm at balls and ministry functions. In the last 5 days you have hardly spent any time getting to know me, and all that I know about you is you were a death eater, you are rich beyond belief, you work way too much and … you can let mudblood roll off your tongue with ease and …' she started to cry. 'My only companion this week has been house elves, thank merlin for them! At least I have them to look forward to!' she turned and ran to her room.
