Running to the end zone on day twenty-four.

The sound of beeping filled the air and filled the pink-haired soldier with anxiety as she kept watch on the man on life support.
Ken Marinaris wanted to do something, anything, that would help speed things along so Dingo would finally wake up.
"Please don't die on me, Dingo," said the woman to herself, remembering how the man before her needed a new heart and lungs when she found him.
It would be a miracle if he survived.
The fear she held grew and she wrapped her arms around herself as a way to try and keep her nerves in check.
"If you die I will find a way to drag you back from the after life. Do you hear me, Dingo?" she growled out, but the tears that were forming in her eyes showed the sadness she felt at the thought of losing him.
She continued to listen to the beeping of Dingo's life support, since that was all she could do right now. She knew the others would try and coax her out of the room, at least to get something to eat, but she couldn't stand the idea of not being there for Dingo.
"He's done so much for us, it's time someone was there for him."
And that's exactly what she did. She didn't care about her own wellbeing at the moment. The only thing that was important right now was Dingo and she would be damned if anyone, aside from the doctors, got between her and him.
She just prayed that the next time the doctors checked on him they would have good news.

Not much to say about Zone of the Enders. The only thing I really know about it is that it's a mech game made by Hideo Kojima…so it'll probably have a lot of weird shit in it like every other game he makes.
