Summary: Ella is mistaken for a heinous criminal in Hidden City.
The Lotus Ninjas, Saldana, and Angel looked at the map of the Hidden City as they planned to explore together for the first time.
"Let's try Battle Nexus." Ella suggested.
"Ooh, there's a luxury resort!" Lee gushed.
"We can go to the festival." Ellie proposed.
"How about Witch Town?" Donna asked.
"Alright, girls, how about we each do our own thing? Just to make our whole day in the Hidden City much easier." Saldana said.
"Okay." Ella, Lee, Ellie, Donna, and Angel said.
Ella walked away and looked at the tourists section as she placed her hands on her hips.
"Police ride-along?" Ella said. She held the brochure in her hand and stared at it. "Ride side-by-side with the Hidden City Police as they conquer crime in the world. Oh, you get to keep one confiscated item. Sounds like fun."
Ella walked up to the Hidden City Police Station, where she wasn't aware about the wanted posters above the statue. As she walked inside the station, every mutant police officer gasped somewhat frighteningly at her presence. Ella glanced at the staring police officers with a confuse eyebrow as she kept strolling forward after the door closed behind her.
"Okay, their strange stares are starting to freak me out." Ella said to herself.
Two of the mutant police officers looked at the posters that was set side-by-side as they noticed the female wererat that looked strongly similar to Ella.
Every nearby mutant police officers started pointing their weapons at Ella, who placed her hands on her hips.
"Uh, excuse me? I have no idea why you're aiming your weapon at me, but I'm only here for your ride-along program." Ella said as she pointed her finger to the brochure.
"Huh?" The two police officers behind Ella said.
The two police officers exchanged confuse glances as they looked between Ella and the wanted poster in front of them.
"Oh, that's right." The male lion police officer said with a wide smile. "Right this way!"
The lion police officer and his male cheetah officer partner took Ella away as they escorted her to a prison van.
"So, why would a beautiful lady such as yourself be interested in crime?" The cheetah police officer asked casually.
"Well, I'm just interested for the fun and thrill of it." Ella smiled. "But kicking butt has always been my number one priority in crime these days."
Then suddenly, Ella was pushed inside the prison van.
"What the?!" Ella exclaimed.
"Have fun in prison, Beatrix!" The lion police officer shouted.
The police officers closed the door and walked around to enter the vehicle before driving.
"Dude, I can't believe Beatrix walked right into our station!" The cheetah police officer said with a laugh. "She's all brawn like Heinous Green, but I thought she has at least more brain than that!"
Ella glanced around the van and noticed three werecat yokais sitting around in front of her. One werecat yokai has a curvaceous body with a tall, slender built. She has pale blue fur, long black hair that stops past her lower back, sapphire blue catlike eyes, a blue catlike nose, short cat ears on her head above her hair, and a long pale blue tail. She wore a tight-fitting emerald green leotard with quarter length puff sleeves that are wrapped around the elbow with a hoodie and emerald green knee-high, high-heeled boots. Another werecat yokai has a thin body stature with an extremely slender figure. She has pale purple fur, shoulder-length brown hair, brownish red catlike eyes, an purple catlike nose, short cat ears on her head above her hair, and a long pale purple tail. She wore a tight-fitting brownish green leotard with quarter length puff sleeves that are wrapped around the elbow with a hoodie and brownish green ankle-high boots. And the last werecat yokai has a slender figure with a slightly more pudgy body. She has pale orange fur, midback-length blonde hair tied up in pigtails clipped down by dark orange star-shaped hair clips, baby blue catlike eyes, an orange catlike nose, short cat ears on her head above her hair, and a long pale orange tail. She wore a tight-fitting light green leotard with quarter length puff sleeves that are wrapped around the elbow with a hoodie and light green ankle-high boots.
Ella raised an eyebrow as she was beginning to feel uncomfortable by the glaring stares.
"Enjoy your ride back there, Beatrix!" The lion police officer shouted as he showed the wanted poster behind Ella.
Ella turned around to look at the wanted posters.
"Beatrix?!" The werecats yokai exclaimed in shock.
"Huh?!" Ella exclaimed in shock. "That's not me! You got the wrong girl!"
"Yeah, tell that to the judge!" The cheetah police officer said.
The cheetah police officer closed the access point, making Ella growl in a mix of annoyance and frustration.
"Oh, is that you, Beatrix?" The blue werecat yokai spoke as she and the other two werecats stared at Ella. "I don't know what you did with your disguise, but it suits you."
Okay, Ella. You're trapped in a van full of werecat crooks who believe you are some crook Beatrix. Ella thought. I'll play along until I figured this whole thing out.
Ella took a deep breath and turned around to face the werecats.
"Yes, it's me. Beatrix." Ella said.
The three werecats gave out praising smiles at Ella.
"Oh, yeah, our legendary sister!" The orange werecat smiled. "Even though you were caught like the rest of us, you're still our proud leader! Isn't that right, Alyssa?"
"Couldn't agree more, Cecilia." The purple werecat concurred.
"Maybe, but the blue gal is always the leader of every four member group." The blue werecat said as she pointed her thumb to herself.
"Regina, suck it up." Cecilia said. She then turned back to Ella. "So, what's the plan, Beatrix?"
"Plan? Uh, well, um..." Ella said anxiously. "As your leader, I say we, uh, let's bust out of this snail jail!"
"And that's why you're our leader." Cecilia smiled, putting her arm around Ella's shoulders. "Let's do this."
"Yeah, that should be a piece of cake!" Alyssa grinned widely.
Ella cracked her knuckles and ignited an explosion with her fire magic, knocking the snail off its course to crash to a large rock.
Ella, Regina, Cecilia, and Alyssa swiftly somersaulted out of the snail.
"Halt, criminals!" One of the police officers shouted as they sprinted after the girls.
"If any of you girls got an escape plan away with the police, now's the time!" Ella said to the wererats.
"Now that you mention it!" Cecilia said.
Cecilia took out a small violet round-edged ring out from her tail. She threw the ring and it opened up to call forth a portal to a flying airship. As they ran into the airship, the portal disappeared right before the police officers had their chance.
In the flying airship, Ella and the werecat sisters gathered together in the living room.
"Home Sweet Home." Regina said. "Now that we're free, let's do something exciting! Something that screams the time of our lives!"
"Yeah! It's gonna be something better than robbing a train or a bank." Cecilia grinned. She looked at Ella. "What do you think, Beatrix?"
Ella stared at the werecats in desperation, but she quickly got a clever idea.
"Oh, I've got something alright." Ella said with an evil smile.
Ella and the werecats arrived at the Hidden City Police Station.
"Let me get this straight. You want us to rob a police station?" Regina asked in disbelief.
"I know it's stupid, but think about it. When they catch the robbers, all that stolen money goes to this station." Ella explained. "Which it's always open for the taking."
Regina, Alyssa, and Cecilia exchanged confuse faces, but they shrugged their shoulders in agreement.
"Make sense." Regina, Alyssa, and Cecilia said.
"Here's the plan: you three will need disguises." Ella said.
Ella twisted her hand into a fist and opened it in the air as she magically disguised the werecats in T-shirts that says "I am a criminal".
"Listen closely. Alyssa will create a diversion by confessing a crime to the police. Then, Cecilia can bash music as a distraction and Regina dances her way into the evidence room." Ella explained. "And I'll just gonna stand guard in case anything goes wrong out here."
The werecat sisters nodded their heads and strolled off into the police station.
"No way this is gonna fail." Ella said to herself. "Once the cops catch those felines, I'll be on my way to be Beatrix free once and for all!"
Unfortunately, the werecats came out of the police station. They walked up to Ella with money bags in their hands.
"Your plan worked!" The werecats grinned widely in unison.
"What?!" Ella exclaimed. She quickly changed her tone with a thumb-up. "I mean, great job!"
"So, where are we gonna stash this loot?" Cecilia asked.
"Uh, I mean, it's been a while, but what do you girls have in mind?" Ella asked.
"Glad you asked. Because I know just the place!" Regina grinned. "Ladies, we're going to Big Mama."
"Big Mama?" Ella asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Wait, tell me you never heard of her?" Cecilia gasped with wide eyes.
"Big Mama. Battle Nexus owner, Hotelier, Auction house owner, Demolition derby owner, and Train station owner. Not to mention the most organized crime boss in the entire world of Yokais?" Cecilia said. "You'll know along the way. Let's go."
Ella and the werecats arrived in a raised seating platform at the Battle Nexus. They saw a female humanoid yokai looking at her black compact mirror with a smile. She has a petite, curvaceous figure with dark pink skin, silver hair styled in a updo with part of her side bangs covering some of her face, black eyes with thick eyelashes and purple eye-shadow, and red lips. She wore a long dark purple tailcoat with seafoam green fur trim over a magenta dress with frilly sleeves and large magenta jabot that supported a gold trimmed red jewel, a pair of specks with crystal blue lens, and purple high-heeled boots that goes up to her thighs.
The female yokai looked over her shoulder and closed her compact mirror.
"Well, what brings you kitty darlings to Big Mama?" The female yokai spoke in a friendly tone.
"We pulled off a great score that you wouldn't believe." Regina informed.
"That's right! We robbed the police station!" Cecilia smiled as she threw a large bag of loot in front of Big Mama.
"That's funny! Because we just robbed the police station too!"
A large bag of loot was being thrown in front of Big Mama.
Ella and the werecats turned around to see three male yokais walking up behind them. One yokai was a tall, skinny ogre with dark blue hair and black eyes as he wore a torn gang outfit, a blue bandana, and a pair of Japanese-made geta on his feet. Another yokai was a tall, skinny rat as he wore an all-purple gangster outfit. And the third yokai was an skinny eel as he wore a long-sleeved dark brown shirt under a short-sleeved orange shirt with a yellow that has two X-shaped eyes and a zigzag mouth as a face on it. They aren't aware that there is a large mutant turtle hiding the yokais.
"Whoa..." Loathsome Leonard said to Regina with heart-shaped eyes.
"Hellooo, gorgeous." Dastardly Danny said to Alyssa with a wink.
"What's sup, baby?" Malicious Mickey said to Cecilia with a smirk.
Cecilia, Regina, and Alyssa giggled with blushes.
"Scramdiffydoo! How did you do that?" Big Mama asked curiously?
"With the help of the greatest criminal mastermind in the Hidden City: Heinous Green!" Leonard replied.
"And your brilliant mastermind of a sister: Beatrix!" Regina added.
"Hmm, that doesn't sound like Heinous Green. He's more brawn than brains." Big Mama said in thought. "And as for Beatrix, she may have both brains and brawn, but I didn't think she can pull something like this off."
"You saying this guy ain't a genius?" Leonard questioned as he pulled a mutant turtle in front of Big Mama.
"And trust me, if it weren't for her, we would never pull that scheme off." Regina said as she pushed Ella forward with one hand.
"Raph?!" Ella exclaimed.
"Ella?!" Raph exclaimed.
"What are you doing here?" Ella and Raph asked as they pointed their fingers at each other.
Ella and Raph slowly turned their heads to Big Mama, who looked at them with a small smirk.
"H-Hi, Big Mama." Raph said with a nervous chuckle.
"Hello, turtley-boo." Big Mama said as she wiggled her fingers at Raph. She turned her head at Ella. "Oh, what do we have here? Is she your girlfriend or something?"
"As a matter of fact, I am." Ella replied as she placed her hands on her hips. "The name's Rafaela."
"I can see that you're a mystic new to the city." Big Mama said. "Allow me to myself. I'm Big Mama."
"Oh, so you're Big Mama." Ella said. "I heard you're a black widow yokai. You have quite the reputation. And I've gotta say, I'm really impressed."
"Oh, I like her." Big Mama said to Raph. She looked back at the yokais. "Ladies, gentlemen, this is not Heinous Green or Beatrix." She pointed her finger behind the yokais. "Those are Heinous Green and Beatrix."
"What?!" The yokais exclaimed in shock.
As the yokais turned around, a giant turtle yokai and a female werecat stood in front of them. The turtle yokai looked strikingly similar to Raph as he has red hair sweeping up from behind his ears and wore a dark grey keikogi shirt with red obi tucked into his waist, dark red shorts, and white wraps around his arms and legs. The female werecat also looked strikingly resemble to Ella. She has an athletic figure with sturdier build and broad muscles on her shoulders. She has pale red fur, long red hair tied into a ponytail with a large dark red band, emerald green catlike eyes, a red catlike nose, short cat ears on her head above her hair, and a long pale red tail. She wore a tight-fitting kelly green leotard with quarter length puff sleeves that are wrapped around the elbow with a hoodie and kelly green high-heeled boots that goes just past her ankles.
The six yokais turned to Raph and Ella with angry looks.
"Our bad." Raph smiled anxiously.
"Alright, we do owe you guys an apology." Ella said with a nervous chuckle.
"Yeah, this has been one big misunderstanding." Raph agreed.
"Yes, yes." Big Mama said as she transformed into her huge spider form. "Amusing cases of mistaken identity. Destroy them."
The six yokais lunged forward at Raph and Ella. But Raph and Ella quickly ducked down, causing the yokais to crash into Big Mama and fall off the raised balcony.
Then, Raph and Ella found themselves face-to-face with Heinous Green and Beatrix.
"You know what to do, Greeny." Beatrix said to Heinous Green.
Beatrix kissed Heinous Green on the cheek. Heinous Green nodded his head and started growing larger muscles.
Raph quickly grabbed Ella's arm and ran off. He carried Ella in his arms and jumped out of the Battle Nexus.
Heinous Green jumped out and roared wildly as Beatrix rode on her boyfriend's shoulder with a devious smirk.
Raph kept running hurriedly into the lined market area.
"I can't believe that Beatrix has the same face as me!" Ella said in shock. "I mean, talk about alternate counterparts."
"But she's not as blazingly hot as you, my fiery blossom." Raph smiled.
"Aww, Raphie." Ella smiled back.
Raph then halted and saw a booth full of dragons drinking water. He and Ella hopped onto each dragon before snapping the reins.
Only Raph started screaming when he took flight with an untamed dragon. But Ella was able to steer the dragon without any problem and flew after Raph. They soared past the large water fountain, where Mikey was playing in the water and Splinter was sitting on a bench. They also soared past the circus-like festival that Ellie, Saldana, Raven, and Azalea were entering.
Heinous Green and Beatrix continued chasing Raph and Ella from behind. They flew right past the market area, where Raph broke various wooden planks along the way while Ella evaded them. As Raph crashed right into an old yokai's cart, he held onto the tail end of the dragon that directed him to ride down on the halfway ramp with a hollering scream.
Before Ella could stay on Raph's tail, Beatrix jumped off her boyfriend and tackled Ella off the dragon.
"Ella!" Raph screamed.
Ella and Beatrix fell down from the air before landing to the ground far away from Raph and Heinous Green. They quickly stood up in fighting stances.
"Listen, Beatrix. I'm sorry for impersonating you." Ella apologized. "I mean, we have some similarities and all, but..."
"But nothing!" Beatrix shouted. "Let's just have some fun!"
Beatrix sent out a dark red energy blast at Ella, who quickly jumped out of the way. She then created a large number of dark red energized bolts and directed them to attack Ella all at once. But Ella backflipped away into the air to avoid the attack and landed on the ground.
"My turn!" Ella grinned.
Ella sprang high in the air above Beatrix and gathered magical fire into a large fireball with one hand. Beatrix looked up at the fireball with a nervous expression.
"You're going down...Dragoness style!" Ella hollered.
Ella threw the fireball down into Beatrix, hitting and burning the werecat yokai to the ground in a large explosion.
Later on, Ella carried an unconscious Beatrix over her shoulder until she spotted Raph standing in front of the two yokai police officers.
"Yo, officers!" Ella called out. She walked up to Raph. "Look what I've got!"
Ella dropped Beatrix next to the defeated Heinous Green.
"Now, you see we're not Heinous Green and Beatrix?" Raph said to the officers.
"Okay, it looks like there was a justifiable case of mistaken identity here." The female gorilla yokai admitted.
"You two are free to go." The winged lion yokai said.
"Oh, we will." Raph said as he and Ella crossed his arms. "And if you want the bozos who robbed the police station, they're hiding out in the prison! Raph and Ella out."
With that, Raph and Ella walked off.
"Wait a second." The winged lion yokai spoke up to his partner. "You know who looks just like that guy, but doesn't have a mustache?"
The winged lion yokai held up a small poster of a large bird yokai who has the same shell as Raph, but it was entirely made of shiny emeralds.
"Evil Emerald!" The winged lion yokai exclaimed.
"And you know who looks just like that girl." The gorilla yokai added. She held up a small poster of a snow fox yokai who has the same body figure and attire as Ella, except she was also wearing shiny ruby-colored arm gauntlets. "Empress Ruby!"
Raph and Ella looked back at the police officers.
"You have got to be kidding me." Ella muttered with narrow eyes.
"Aw, snagcakes!" Raph said as he sagged his arms.
In a prison, Raph and Ella got thrown into a jail cell.
Raph groaned irritatedly.
"Worst. Day. Ever." Ella said.
