Summary: The Lotus Ninjas get into a heated argument over their possessions and go their separate ways.
Ella slowly woke up with a groan. She blinked when she found herself in an empty cubic room. The room has large grassy vines with no windows and no doors.
Ella got up from the floor and looked around the room.
"Hey, what is this? Where am I?" Ella questioned.
Suddenly, several flytraps appeared from the ground. They turned their attention to Ella and started shooting black glowing seeds at her.
"Are you kidding me?!" Ella exclaimed in panic. She evaded the glowing seeds that exploded on the ground upon contact with side jumps and backflips. "If this is Donna's way of payback, this is not funny!"
Ella kept trying to avoid the glowing seeds as fast as she can.
"But more importantly, how in the world did I even get here?" Ella wondered in confusion.
Two hours earlier, the Lotus Ninjas searched frantically around every room inside the Crete Fortress.
"What?! Where can it be?!" Ella, Lee, Donna, and Ellie yelled as they zoomed through every room around the fortress. "Not here! Not here! Not here!" They screamed angrily at the top of their lungs. "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!"
Ella, Lee, Donna, and Ellie instantly sped into the living room, where Angel sat on the couch while texting on her phone.
"Where do you do with it?!" Ella, Lee, Donna, and Ellie demanded angrily as they pointed their accusing fingers at each other. "Me? I know it was you! Stop that!"
"Okay, calm down. What's going on?" Angel asked, looking up from her phone.
"My studded choker necklace is gone! You heard me? G.O.N.E! Gone!" Ella yelled. "It's special ordered from my Stylish Arcane and it was a limited edition!"
"Well, my opera cake is gone!" Lee snapped. "I've ordered it from my favorite café and has a five-week waiting list!"
"My Osiria Rose is gone if you all ever care!" Donna shouted. "I don't know what happened, but it was with me all night yesterday and now I can't find it!"
"My Space Patrol Bellatrix is gone!" Ellie cried angrily. "I've looked everywhere around my room and the fortress, and my action figure is nowhere to be found!"
"Now, tell me where you put it!" Ella, Lee, Donna, and Ellie hollered furiously as they pointed accusing fingers at each other.
Ella, Lee, Donna, and Ellie summoned their magical energy from their hands and aimed their blazing hands at each other. Ella aimed at Ellie, Donna aimed at Ella, Lee aimed at Donna, and Ellie aimed at Lee.
"Or else!" Ella, Lee, Donna, and Ellie shrieked.
Then, Saldana stepped into the living room that caused her daughters to turn their heads to her. Ella, Lee, Donna, and Ellie made no move to get away from each other.
"I'm going to ignore what's going on and get right to the point." Saldana said. She gestured to the letter in her hand. "Raven had invited us to her new garden at the temple. And I think it would be very generous if..."
Lee, Ella, Angel, Ellie, and Donna glanced to each other.
"You heard mom!" Ella said. "Last one standing gets to go to Grandma Raven's Garden!"
"Oh boy." Angel said slowly.
Angel quickly moved out of the way. The Lotus Ninjas lashed each other into a magic blasting tussle, making Angel and Saldana stare at her with annoyed faces.
Once the smoke cleared, the Lotus Ninjas fell on the floor with dizzy eyes in a dog pile.
"Actually, you're all going." Saldana said.
"Yay, magic temple trip!" Angel cheered as she jumped and sat on Lee's back.
Inside the temple, Raven watered her floral garden from the watering can with her magic. Her beautiful garden was magically protected by a large glass dome-like greenhouse.
Saldana, Angel, and the Lotus Ninjas jumped safely out of the glowing white portal in front of the entrance doors. Raven noticed their arrival and landed the watering can to the ground.
"Oh, I'm glad you made it." Raven said with a smile. "How do you like my garden?"
"Wow." Angel said with awestruck eyes. "Your garden is amazing."
"Why, thank you." Raven smiled back. She looked over to the Damask Rose bush. "My Damask Rose has always been my favorite since the moment I saw them in my childhood. But after awhile, I learned to love amd enjoy all the flowers around the world."
Raven's smile dropped when she noticed the visible tension within the Lotus Ninjas.
"Uh, do I need to know what's wrong with them?" Raven asked as she walked up to Saldana.
"Don't worry, Raven. It's fine. I'll handle this." Saldana said. She turned to her daughters, who are facing away from each other with their arms crossed over their chest. "Alright, this is the part where you girls are supposed to comment your great-grandmother's garden right about now."
"Yeah, that's not gonna happen." Angel said. "They are mad at each other because they each believe one of them took each other's stuff that treasured so preciously."
"You can't be serious." Saldana sighed frustratingly.
"Who cares?! I'm not saying anything to that sorry excuse of a ninja dropout!" Ella, Donna, Lee, and Ellie shouted in unison as they stared at each other angrily. "Who the heck are you calling a ninja dropout?! Hey, shut up, pinhead! I'm so done with you! Quit copying me! I'm serious!"
"Forget this. I'm out." Ella snapped.
"Fine. I don't need you girls anyway." Ellie countered.
"Yeah, that's fine by me." Donna retorted.
"I don't need none of you either." Lee retaliated.
With that, the Lotus Ninjas walked separate ways.
"Well, there you have it." Angel said to Raven. "They ain't gonna stop acting like this until who knows how many hours."
"Luckily for you, I have ways for them to sort their issues out." Raven said with a small, mischievous smile.
Raven extended her arm out with glowing magical energy, releasing a raspberry red sparkling powder throughout the air from her hand. The sparkling powder traveled around Ella, Donna, Lee, and Ellie as the dark spell instantly placed them into a deep sleep.
"It's impressive, Raven." Saldana said.
"Something I've created to help Alisa during her nap time." Raven said. "Now, time for the fun part."
Raven knelt on her knees and placed her hands to the ground. Her dark magic flowed out of her hands as her garden began to grow and distort into a large maze-like structure.
"Wow! So cool!" Angel squealed.
"How long will it take for your creature to reach my daughters?" Saldana asked Raven.
"Give it a minute." Raven said. "I've got one more trick of my sleeve."
Two hours later, Ella put on a deadpan look on her face.
"Oh, right." Ella said with a groan.
"Rise and shine, ladies."
Ella quickly startled as she searched around for that voice coming from the unseen speakers.
At the center of the maze, Raven was standing towards four large lined black cubes floating next to each other. She, Angel, and Saldana watched the Lotus Ninjas in their individual room from the holographic screens.
"Glad you're awake." Raven announced. She was performing a voice-changing spell to prevent her teenage descendants from knowing her voice. "Each of you has been placed inside an impenetrable cube." She turned to Ella. "Rafaela, the cube designed a perfect room just for you. I'm sure you'll be waking up and smell the flowers."
As the flytraps continued firing glowing seeds at Ella in rapid speed, she quickly created a red dome of magical energy around herself for protection.
Raven, Angel, and Saldana shifted their stare onto the next holographic screen, where Lee knelt on the floor and found herself inside a cubic room that has hard stone walls without no windows and no doors.
"Greetings, Leona." Raven spoke. "If you want to escape the cube, dodge while you can because it's time to crank up the heat."
The stone walls of the cubic room started cracking itself into fissures that caught Lee's alerting attention, filling the walls with molten fire and shooting out fireballs one by one. Lee panicked as she evaded each fireball coming in her direction.
Raven, Angel, and Saldana shifted their stare onto the third holographic screen, where Donna was standing a cumulonimbus cloud at the clear sky area while staring up at several metallic saucers floating from above with no windows and no doors in sight.
"Hello, Donatella. Let's see if you're smart enough to beat the Air Smasher." Raven said. "Avoid the saucers as quick as you can. If you get hit many times, let's just say they'll take you for a spin."
Donna immediately ran away from the charging saucers, but one saucer suddenly came in front of her and immobilized her with a green energy ray. It generated a large tornado that lifted Donna and spun her around with great force.
Raven, Angel, and Saldana shifted their stare onto the final holographic screen, where Ellie was trapped inside of a steel cage hanging over a large whirlpool in the middle of the cell. She frantically looked around to see no windows and no doors at sight within the brick walls.
"And last, we have Michelle." Raven said. "The cube specifically created this dropping cage underneath a raging whirlpool. Let's just say once the cage slowly descends straight down, you'll under the sea. Literally."
Ellie looked around to see the cage starting to descend itself towards the whirlpool in a slow pace.
"Okay, not funny, Lee! I like to get out of here like right now!" Ellie screamed.
Raven, Angel, and Saldana sat on the folding chairs with popcorns as they watched the holographic screens with enjoyment. The holographic screens showed Ella holding up the energy dome with all of her strength, Lee evading the rapid tossing of fireballs, Donna being whirled by the saucers, and Ellie trying to escape out of the plunging cage.
"Whoa, Raven. I heard about you being dark, but you're wicked on so many levels." Angel said with a smile.
"It's a gift." Raven smiled proudly.
Meanwhile, the Lotus Ninjas kept focusing on finding their way out of the cubic traps.
Then, the sound of Lee's frantic screaming caught Ella's attention.
"Lee! Is that you?" Ella shouted.
"Yeah, it's me!" Lee shouted back.
Lee quickly heard Donna's screaming that was coming from the right side of the cubic room.
"Donna!" Lee gasped.
"Lee!" Donna gasped back. "I can hear you through the walls! I don't need to use my scientific brain to know we're some kind of cleverly designed trap!"
"Speak for yourselves!" Ellie hollered. "There's a crazy whirlpool under me and I'm struck in an unbreakable cage! I don't know how we're gonna get out of this!"
Ella, Lee, Donna, and Ellie felt the cubic rooms shaking that made them startle from their positions. The cubes levitated themselves in mid-air and started rotating around.
"Listen, let's push our possession drama aside and focus on getting out of here!" Ella shouted. "Donna, we could use your scientific brain right about now!"
"How can I think of anything if I'm struck in the middle of a giant cloud?" Donna shouted back as she sprinted away from the charging saucers. "If I can't rid of these UFOs, I'm gonna get another big whirlwind."
"And I'm going to get barbeque!" Lee yelled.
"And I'm gonna get flushed!" Ellie hollered. "Get me out of here!"
"And I'm gonna become plant food!" Ellie retorted as she got down her knees.
Donna's eyes widened in realization.
"Hey, girls, listen up!" Donna shouted. "I've figured it out! The cubes have trapped us inside based on the opposite of our magical elements!"
"That's right!" Ellie cried. "Air beats water!"
"Water beats fire!" Lee yelled.
"Earth beats air!" Donna shouted.
"And fire beats earth! You know what to do, girls!" Ella ordered.
"Roger that!" Lee, Donna, and Ellie nodded.
Ella dropped the energy dome and quickly sprang high into the air. Her body then engulfed in a blazing fiery aura and she dove to the ground with great speed, scorching the flytraps and the entire cubic room into ashy crisps.
Lee jumped into the air and created multiple blue orbs all around her. She then spun herself around and fired watery beam of blue energy from all orb at the entire cubic room in rapid speed.
Donna cracked her knuckles and her hands glowed in purple light. She placed her hands on the cloud and summoned up a series of incandescent sharp stones coated with glowing bright purple energy, piercing all of the saucers through the stones and triggering an explosion that destroyed them all at once.
Ellie created an orange force field of air energy that expanded rapidly from her body and exploded the entire cubic room on contact, transforming the large whirlpool in solid ice just as the cage lowered on the icy water.
"I'm glad that's over." Ellie said with a relived sigh.
Suddenly, the simulations within the cubes began to face away. The cube slowly fused themselves into a large cube and placed the Lotus Ninjas inside together. The cube has green gridded walls that are convex in a circular look and blue gridded floor.
"Wait a minute. I thought we're done and we're still trapped here." Lee said.
"At least, we're together now and that's all that really matters." Ellie said.
"That's true." Donna agreed.
"Hey, before we can come up with a plan, I just wanted to say...I took your action figure, Ellie." Ella confessed.
"What? Why?" Ellie said in surprise.
"Because I've found it broken on the floor in your room under the bed." Ella explained. "So, I took it and fixed it good as new."
"Well, if we're all being honest here, I found Ella's choker necklace broken in the spa room." Donna said. "Not only I fixed back in place, but I also added some skulls to make it look more wicked."
"And I baked Lee's opera cake." Ellie said. "I caught mom eating four slices of it earlier, so I looked up the recipe and made another one."
"And I took care of Donna's Osiria Rose when I found withering." Lee said.
Hearing each other's confession made the mystic sisters blink in surprise.
"I'm sorry!" The Lotus Ninjas exclaimed happily as they hugged each other. "Thanks for taking care of my prized possession! I will never accuse you again!"
"Unless it's my invention. Agreed?" Donna warned.
"Agreed." Ella, Lee, and Ellie concurred.
Suddenly, the cube vanished out of sight that dropped the Lotus Ninjas to the ground with surprise looks on their faces.
"Uh...what just happened?" Ellie asked in confusion.
Raven, Angel, and Saldana walked up to the confused Lotus Ninjas. Raven snapped her fingers that transformed the maze back into a regular garden.
"Are you kidding me?!" Ella, Lee, Donna, and Ellie exclaimed.
"First, our secret about Cassia being gone and now this?!" Donna hollered angrily.
"Oh, that was so much fun to watch." Angel smiled. "I should've recording the whole thing."
"At least, you finally made up and realized what really happened to your possession that you four were mad about." Raven said.
"But mom ate my opera cake!" Lee shouted as she pointed her accusing finger at Saldana.
"Well, you're not the only one with a sweet tooth." Saldana said with a shrug. "You did get it from me, after all."
"That's no excuse for pulling this stunt and you know it!" Lee retorted as she glared at Saldana with her sisters.
