Chapter 26

Beginning of the Internships (Felicia's POV)

Today is the first day of everyone's internships.

At the Emerald Shade, I changed into my school uniform and made sure I had everything in my backpack. Then I checked the suitcase with my hero costume, and everything was alright.

As I got out of my room, Arisa and I walked together to the Tatooin Station, where we met with Speed Girl and the rest of our classmates. From there, we'd get on the train to where each of us has to go to.

"OK, everyone!" Speed Girl said to us presently. "I wish you all good luck and be kind to your mentor, and most importantly, do your best!"

"Yes, Sensei!" Everyone said.

After that, Speed Girl left her class, trusting everyone would be on their way to their internships. As time went on, most of Class 1-L boarded their trains. The only ones left were Arisa, Kai, Eli, Usagi, Yuki, Tatsumi, and me.

I was with Arisa, Eli, and Usagi while waiting for my train. Tatsumi was talking with Kai, and Yuki was sitting on a bench.

"I'm so excited to start my internship!" Usagi hopped with joy.

"Me too. I think it's gonna be great," Eli agreed.

"I hope the same for my internship," I stated.

"Same here," Arisa said.

Then Usagi and Eli looked up at the train departure board.

"Holy Carrot! My train is here so I gotta go," Usagi got her stuff.

"Yeah, I'm heading out too," Eli got his stuff too.

"Okay. See you two in a week," Arisa said.

"Safe travels," I told them.

Usagi and Eli left the group to get on the escalators to their platforms. After that, I saw on the train departure board that my train wouldn't be here for a little while longer. Then I saw Arisa looking at Kai, and I figured she wanted to talk to him.

"You can go talk to Kai if you want," Arisa heard me say as she turned to me.

"Are you sure?" Arisa wondered.

"Yes, I'll be fine," I assured her with a smile.

"Okay. See you in a week," Arisa got her stuff.

"Safe travels," I said.

While Arisa went off to talk to Kai, I saw that Yuki was still here. Since my train wasn't here yet, I decided to go talk to Yuki.

I went up to the bench, sat down, and said, "Hello, Yuki."

He looked at me and replied, "Hello, Felicia."

"Still waiting for your train?" I questioned him.

"Yes," he nodded.

"I am too. It must be nice to intern with a pro hero who is in your family," I said.

"I guess so. Where are you interning at?" Yuki asked.

"The Uwabami Hero Office," I admitted.

"The Snake Hero? That sounds nice," he commented.

"Thank you. So how do you feel about making at a friend at your internship?" I inquired.

"I feel unsure if I can say the right things to the interns or keep up a good conversation," Yuki admitted calmly.

"Don't worry. You just have to be nice to them, and remember to eat properly. If you do that, I think you'll be fine," I assured him. "Just text or call me if you have any questions, and I'll reply when I can."

"Okay," he nodded.

Then I saw on the train departure board that my train was here.

"Blimey! My train is here," I said, getting up from the bench and getting my stuff.

"So is mine," Yuki also stood up from the bench with his stuff in hand.

"I guess I will see you in a week. Good luck at you internship, Yuki," I told him.

"Same to you," he responded.

The both of us got onto the escalator and boarded our respective trains.

-My Hero Academia-

After riding the train for a little over an hour, I arrived at the Yokohama Station and got off the train. Once out of the station, I saw Yokohama City to be a big and lively place because of the many people and moving cars on the street.

I used the Joogle Map App on my phone and found my way to the Uwabami Hero Office.

It was a tall, silver, and purple building with a large, fancy sign that read "Uwabami Hero Office" in front of it and with a large poster of Uwabami on it.

'Blimey! This hero office is almost as tall and lovely as Big Ben from back home,' I thought.

I entered the building and saw some charismatic male and female heroes in the lobby talking to each other. The lobby had a white wall, a checkered black and white floor with a fancy red carpet on it, a fancy chandelier on the ceiling, and some big plants in pots. There were also a large receptionist desk with three receptionists at it, fancy tables with a vase of flowers on them and nice chairs around them, and some wonderful paintings on the wall.

I went to the receptionist desk and talked to one of the receptionists.

"Excuse me. I'm here to see Uwabami. I'm one of the students here for the internship," I explained.

As soon as the receptionist and I saw each other, we recognized each other right away. The receptionist was a woman with long pink hair in a bun, brown eyes, and light skin. She wore a brown business suit.

"Blimey! Karen Tsuji?" I was surprised.

"Yes, and you," Karen pointed to me. "You're one of the girls who helped bring my little sister Mariko back to me. Felicia, right?"

"Yes, that's me," I smiled. "I remembered Mariko told me you work at a hero agency, but I'm surprised that you work here."

"Yeah. Strange coincidence, huh?" She commented.

"Indeed," I agreed.

"That accent of yours. Are you from England?" Karen questioned.

"Yes, I am," I responded.

"I would like to go there sometime. I hear it's great there. Anyway, you're here to see Miss Uwabami right?" Karen got back on topic.

"Yes, for the internship," I nodded.

"Okay. She's on the third floor. You can take one of the elevators up there," She pointed to one of the elevators down the hall. "Also, two other girls are here for the internship. So you'll have some company."

"Thank you, Karen. It was splendid seeing you again," I told her.

"It was nice to see you too," She answered.

Then I made my way to one of the elevators and rode it to the third floor.

'I can't believe Mariko's sister Karen works here at Uwabami's Hero Office. I can't wait to tell Arisa when we see each other again,' I thought.

When the elevator reached the third floor, I got off and searched for Uwabami's office.

The hall was well decorated with black and white tiles on the floors, walls, and ceilings, and fancy white and black doors, most of which had pro heroes doing their job. At the end of the hall, I found Uwabami's office, which had two huge black and white doors in front of it.

I approached the door and was about to knock, but a woman's voice from the other side of it spoke "You can come in."

I was surprised at first, but I did as I was told and opened the door.

Inside, I saw a big room, which was larger than the average room. First, the back center room looked a living room, given. Next, the left side looked like a kitchen because. Last, the right side of the room looked a dining room, with a fancy table, chairs, and chandelier on the ceiling. There were also three doors in the living room area, two on the sides of the wall and one in the center.

In the center of the room, I saw the Snake Hero: Uwabami. She is a tall, attractive, and curvaceous woman with golden eyes, long blonde hair in curly locks in the front and folded curls in the back pressed by a gold plate. She wears a maroon dress, matching color shoes and choker, and golden snake-like bracelets on her arms and legs. Her most distinguishing feature is the three snakes (a purple rattlesnake, a yellow King cobra snake, and a green Japanese rat snake) that are seen protruding from her hair.

"I'm glad you've arrived. Now all the interns are," Uwabami said.

Once I entered the room, I went to Uwabami in the living room section. When I got there, I saw the other two interns, who Karen mentioned, sitting on the sofa.

One of them was Momo Yaoyorozu from Class 1-A. She is a tall teenager with a rather mature physique. She has long black hair that is normally tied into a spiky ponytail with a large strand hanging on the right side of her face. Her eyes are onyx, thin and sharp.

The other was Itsuka Kendo from Class 1-B. She is of medium height and has a slim build. She has teal eyes and long orange hair that she typically wears tied into a high ponytail on the left side of her head. Her bangs are split into three clumps around her eyes, and some of her hair sticks up in large tufts at the top of her head.

I then stood in front of Uwabami, who had a calm look and a smile on her face.

"Hello. I'm the Snake Hero Uwabami," she introduced herself to me.

"Salutations. I'm Felicia Marvell," I introduced myself.

"Wonderful to meet you. Please take a seat on the sofa," Uwabami responded.

I followed her words and sat next to Kendo.

"With all three of you here, your internship can begin. First, you should change into your hero costumes. You can use the dressing room over there," Uwabami pointed to the door on the right. "I'll wait here for you girls."

"Okay," the three of us nodded.

We went to the dressing room to get changed.

"Wow," we were amazed once we entered.

The dressing room was enormous and it felt like a walk-in closet. It had many dressers, shelves, and racks that had clothes, dresses, and shoes. They were also a chandelier on the ceiling and some comfortable seats.

After looking around for a bit, we put down our backpacks and suitcases, and got changed into our hero costumes.

We talked to each other while we were changing.

"It's a quite to a surprise to see you two here," Momo started.

"Same here," Kendo commented.

"Indeed," I agreed. "It's nice to see you both, Momo and Kendo. I remember seeing you two from the Sports Festival, the day before the Sports Festival started, and around school a bit."

"Yes. I think it's going to be wonderful working alongside some friendly faces," Momo stated.

"It'll definitely be interesting," Kendo added.

Once I finished putting on my hero costume, I saw how the others looked like in their costumes.

Momo's hero costume is a high-collared, sleeveless crimson leotard with silver lines at her waist and around her arms, which is open to expose her skin from her neck to just below her navel. She sports calf-length red boots with heels, which dip sharply down in the center, and two gold utility belts around her waist, and another, thinner one around the top portion of her chest, below her shoulders. Attached to her utility belts is a metal piece that holds two or three books.

Kendo's costume is a turquoise knee-length qipao, over which she has a black double-breasted corset, ending just below her breasts. She also sports black short pants under the qipao. She wears a loose brown utility belt around her hips with a satchel attached at the back; a thin black domino mask around her eyes and white-heeled navy blue boots with wide vamps that reach down to her toes, filled in with white slips.

"Blimey. Kendo, you look splendid in your hero costume," I complimented her.

"Thanks. You hero costume is pretty and cool," Kendo told me.

When I saw how Momo's costume exposed her a bit, I got a little worried for her.

"Momo, your hero costume is great, but why is your chest and stomach a little revealed?" I was curious.

"It's just to provide more room to use my Quirk. Also, if my costume gets a little ripped, I can just make a new one," Momo explained calmly.

"Oh," Kendo and I sweat-dropped from her response.

"That aside, your costume looks well, Marvell," Momo complimented. "The rainbow pattern and symbol on your paint suit, the butterfly mask, and beret are a cute touch."

"It sure does, and it compliments your Quirk," Kendo added.

"That's very nice of you both to say," I smiled.

We exited the dressing room with our stuff and found Uwabami on the sofa, looking at her phone, and then she noticed us.

"My, you three look astounding in your hero costumes," she complimented us.

"Thank you," We said at the same time.

"Now that you three are ready, come with me," Uwabami stood up and headed for the door.

We followed her out of her room and to the elevator, and we took it down to the second floor. As we exited the elevator, we saw this floor was a hallway of rooms. It had the same designs at the third floor.

"This is living quarters of the agency. Since you three are going to intern here, you should pick your rooms now," Uwabami instructed us.

"Yes," we nodded.

"I'll be waiting on the first floor," Uwabami took the elevator down.

After that, the three of us began to choose our rooms. Once I picked mine, I went inside and I was amazed by what I saw.

The furniture around me, such as the dressers, bed, and night stand, was very fancy, and the light was a fancy chandelier. Even the closet and bathroom were fancy.

Then I got focused and put down my suitcase and backpack. I put my clothes in the drawers and my suitcase and backpack, which had my sketchbook and pencils, in the closet.

With that done, I met up with Momo and Kendo in the hallway and we took the elevator down to the first floor. We found Uwabami talking to some of the pro heroes while waiting for us.

When she noticed us, she left the pro heroes to talk to us.

"My, you girls got settled in quickly. We have a busy day today so let's go. The limo is right outside," Uwabami said.

"Limo?" We were confused.

-My Hero Academia-

Once we got outside, Momo, Kendo, and I were surprised to see a black limo with many windows, and a male chauffeur standing in front of the car door. He was a familiar man with white hair and dark sunglasses, and he wore white gloves, and a black suit, tie, shoes, and driver cap.

'We're going in a limo?' the three of us thought.

"So miss, you ready to go?" the chauffeur Stan Lee asked the Snake Hero.

"Yes, and these girls will be accompanying me for the week," Uwabami gestured to us.

"Alright," he nodded and opened the door for us.

"Thank you," Uwabami told him as she got in the limo.

Momo, Kendo, and I followed her in, and the chauffer closed the door.

"Wow," Momo and Kendo were surprised.

"Blimey," I was surprised too.

The inside of the limo was amazing. It had long and comfortable black seats, and there was mini bar full of snacks and drinks.

Uwabami sat at a seat across from us. Kendo was in between Momo and me.

"I take it this is your first time in a limo," the Snake Hero assumed, and we nodded in agreement.

"This is just one of the perks of being a Pro Hero. You girls will get used to it during the week, which will help when you three become heroes," Uwabami told us.

"Okay," we sweat-dropped from her statement.

The partition, the tinted window that separates the driver and the passengers, went down as the chauffeur appeared in the driver seat.

"Where to, miss?" he asked the Snake Hero.

"To the TV station, please" she kindly requested.

"Right away," the chauffeur nodded as the partition went back up.

We heard him start the engine, and he started driving the limo.

'I can't help feel like that limo driver looks familiar to me,' I thought.

"So ladies," Uwabami started, which snapped me out of my thought. "You can enjoy some of the snacks and drinks if you like."

She gestured to the bar full of drinks and snacks.

"Thank you, but I'm not hungry," Momo politely declined.

"I'm good," Kendo joined in.

"Perhaps later," I suggested.

"That's fine," Uwabami had her calm look.

"Miss Uwabami, why are we going to the TV station?" Momo questioned.

"I have some important business to do there, and the three of you can help with that," she answered. "I'll explain about that when we get to the station. For now, I'll tell you girls about my agency."

We nodded as Uwabami continued.

"It focuses on mainly rescues because of how Quirks work. Other agencies would focus on either rescue, evacuation, or combat. Some would even do a combination of some of those aspects," she explained.

"Okay," the three of us said.

"In fact, it's because of my Quirk that I knew you were coming to my room, Marvell," the Snake Hero mentioned as the snakes in her hair hissed.

Pro Hero: Uwabami. Quirk: Serpentress. The trio of live snakes growing from her head have acute senses, allowing her to locate hidden criminals and disaster victims. Nothing gets by those snakes.

"That's good to know," I commented.

"Usually, things here in Yokohama are peaceful so there's not a lot of crime to stop. Occasionally, some of the other pro heroes at my hero office can handle any situations that arise. That leaves me with plenty of time to focus on my modeling. Though if the situation calls for it, I will go to help out," she continued.

"Oh," we sweat-dropped from that news.

'I guess we might not do a lot of hero work then,' I thought.

"Now with that done, how about I get to know you girls a little. What are your hero names and Quirks?" Uwabami inquired to us.

Momo was the first of us to start.

"My hero name is the Everything Hero: Creati. My quirk is Creation, and it uses the lipids in my body to create any non-living object from my exposed skin. However, I have to understand the molecular structure of the object, and my quirk burns the calories in body," Momo explained.

"My hero name is Battle Fist. My quirk is Big Fist, and it lets me make my hands huge," Kendo said.

"My hero name is Paint Hero: Artista. My quirk is Life Paint, and it makes anything I paint come to life, but water destroys my painting and I need a hard surface to paint on," I stated.

"Ah, yes. I remember seeing you three use your Quirks at the Sports Festival. Also, your hero names are great and they go well with your Quirks and hero costumes," the Snake Hero commented.

"Thank you," We responded.

"For you, Yaoyorozu, your costume has exposure so you can use your Quirk effectively. Kendo, your costume shows how you're ready for combat with your Quirk. Marvell, your costume suits you and your Quirk," Uwabami told us.

"Yes, that's correct," Momo replied.

"You're right about that," Kendo said.

"Um, thank you," I sweat-dropped.

"Also, I think it's a fun coincidence that you all have ponytails," the Snake Hero added.

"Huh?" We were confused at first.

Then we looked at each other for a moment and realized what she said was true.

"Blimey, she's right," I was surprised.

"What a coincidence," Momo commented.

"You can say that again," Kendo said.

Suddenly, the limo stopped, and the partition went down.

"Miss, we're here at the TV station," Stan Lee told the Snake Hero.

"Thank you. Just wait here for us," Uwabami smiled.

"No problem," the chauffeur replied as the partition went up.

A moment later, he opened the door as we all got out of the limo and went to the TV station.

It was a tall, blue building with many windows on the side and satellite dishes on top.

As soon as we got inside, many people surrounded Uwabami, asking her for help or complimenting her. We noticed because we were behind her, and getting crowded together because of the people. The three of us could hardly move.

"This is a bit much," Momo said.

"Yeah," Kendo agreed.

"Indeed," I joined in.

A minute later, Uwabami had the crowd disperse and the three of us were relieved to move again.

The Snake Hero turned around with a smile to tell us, "Sorry. I should have told you three that people tend to surround me when I go into buildings."

"No, it's fine," Momo responded while Kendo and I nodded.

"Alright. I'll tell you girls more about heroes when we get to the make-up room," Uwabami led the way.

"Okay," we responded.

The three of us followed her as we walked to the make-up room, which was on the first floor.

We entered, and saw the room was big as it had tables, mirrors, couches, cushion chairs, and make-up products on the tables.

'This room is pretty nice,' I thought.

Once inside, Uwabami sat on a cushion chair and faced three of us as we stood waiting for her.

"I told you three about what my agency does, and the work it and other hero agencies do, right?" She asked.

"You did," Momo answered, and Kendo and I agreed with a nod.

"Good. You should know that Pro Heroes receive payment for doing their job. When we stop a crime, we wait for the police to arrest the villains. We also assist the police with their work, such as fighting villains and rescuing people. Then we file a report on what've done to help and get paid based on it. If you do well at being a Pro Hero, the government can allow certain benefits, like having a side job," the Snake Hero explained.

'Blimey. There's more to being a Pro Hero than what I heard in school,' I thought.

"Now, there were some criticisms about allowing heroes to have a side job, but that ended thanks to our popularity and public demand," Uwabami said before she turned to the mirror to put on her make-up. "So now, I'm about to film a commercial. Stick around, okay?"

Kendo looked a bit indifferent and surprised. "I wanted to experience something more hero-like, though..."

"I was thinking the same thing," I admitted

"No!" Kendo and I looked at Momo in shock. "This is not something you can avoid to become a pro! Besides, she is the one who fell for pathetic little me..."

"What do you mean by that?" I asked.

"I will learn as much as I can!" Momo looked determined, though ignoring what I said to her.

"She's going all out, isn't she," Kendo said to me.

"Yes, she is," I agreed. "Though, all we can do while you're filming is watch right?"

I asked the question to Uwabami, which caught her attention. The Pro Hero stood up and smiled. "Do you know why I chose you three?"

I wondered about the question. Before I could answer, Momo stepped in. "Isn't it because you fell for our qualifications as heroes?"

"Of course! But that's not all." Uwabami started, which surprised us a bit. "It's also because you're all cute."

Momo, Kendo, and I were very dumbfounded.

"Huh?" We said at the same time.

"The commercial I'm filming needs come cute girls for it. The director tried auditioning for some, but they weren't quite cute enough. Once I showed him you three were going to be interns via your pictures, he immediately wanted to you girls to be in it," Uwabami explained.

"Oh," We realized and sweat-dropped that we were going to be in a commercial.

"What do you girls say? Do you want to do it?" the Snake Hero asked us.

I was about to respond, but Momo beat me to it again.

"If this kind of work is what comes with being a pro, then I will do it!" Momo immediately answered with determination.

"I guess I can do it too," Kendo responded.

"I will also join," I agreed with them.

"Wonderful. Let's get to the studio stage," Uwabami led the way as we followed her.

We walked out of the make-up room and down the hallway to the studio stage.

It was a huge room, full of cameras, backdrops, lights, and props. We saw how busy it was with many people moving about and getting ready for work.

"Welcome girls, to the studio stage," Uwabami announced.

"It's quite nice," Momo commented.

"Kind of cool," Kendo agreed.

"Very charming," I joined in.

"Uwabami, there you are," we heard a voice.

It was a man with light-skin, a black goatee, red eyes. He wore a black shirt and cap, brown pants and shoes, and brown vest. He wore a director's viewfinder hanging on his neck.

"Girls, this is the director Akira Reelsberg," the Snake Hero introduced him.

"Nice to meet you girls. Have to say, you three look cuter in person, which is just what the commercial needs," Akira said.

"Thanks," We smiled and sweat-dropped.

"What is the commercial about?" I asked him.

"It's for Uneri Hair Spray. It makes girls' hair curly and beautiful," the director explained.

"Doesn't that sound great?" Uwabami questioned.

Though the three of us sweat-dropped that the commercial was about hair spray.

"Um, yes," Momo said.

"Sure does," Kendo commented.

"Indeed," I agreed.

"Great. Uwabami, I need your help for the voice-over part," Akira pointed to the pro hero and then us. "You three, the make-up girls will help you get ready for the commercial."

"Huh?" The three of us were confused.

Suddenly, three women appeared next to the director.

"Chop chop people. We've got a commercial to film," Akira shouted to the crew.

He and Uwabami went in one direction, and the make-up women led Momo, Kendo, and I in another direction.

We arrived at a make-up station, which simply had a table full of make-up and a large mirror, along with a chair. There the women gave us Uneri Hair Spray. They helped and showed us how to apply it to our hair.

A few minutes later, we saw in the mirror that our hair changed. The ponytails of Kendo and me became pretty and curly. The same thing happened to Momo's ponytail and single bang.

"I got to say, our hair does look great," Kendo commented with a smile.

"Indeed it does," I agreed. "What about you Momo?"

"This is all part of being a pro," Momo mumbled to herself.

"Are you okay?" I asked.

Suddenly, the make-up women showed up, smiled, and gave us thumbs-up for how we looked. Then they told us that we were needed on set.

Once there, we saw the stage was set up with a pretty backdrop, fancy decorations, and nice platforms. There we saw Uwabami and Akira waiting for us.

"You three look wonderful," the Snake Hero commented.

"You girls are just right for the commercial," Akira joined in. "Now let's get filming."

Uwabami told us that the four of us were going to individual shots first and then the group shot.

We got on our specified platforms and the director told us to play with our hair and to make it look cute and beautiful. After that, we did the group shot of us holding the Uneri Hair Spray cans in sync.

"Cut. That was fantastic. Uwabami, you and your interns did a terrific job," Akira stated as the workers moved about.

"Thank you, Akira. I hope the commercial turns out well," the Snake Hero approached him and we followed her.

"Trust me. It's gonna be fantastic," Akira replied.

"That's good to hear. Well, my interns and I have to be off for another appointment," Uwabami gestured to us.

"No problem. I have to do another shooting in a little bit. Have a great day," Akira waved to us as he left.

"So girls, ready to go?" the Snake Hero asked us.

"Yeah, but we could get the hair spray out of our hair?" Kendo asked for us.

"Are you sure? You three look so pretty. You can get some great attention with those curls," Uwabami stated.

The three of us remembered back to when we and Uwabami were crowded when we entered the TV station.

"I think we're sure," I answered and Kendo and Momo nodded in agreement.

"Alright then," the Snake Hero said.

With help from Uwabami and the make-up women, our hair was back to normal in a few minutes. Then the four of us went to the limo to continue the day. For our lunch, we had some of the food and drinks in the limo.

We went to two more places, a nice coffee shop and a beauty parlor. There Uwabami did some photoshoots, and Momo, Kendo, and I just watched her from afar.

After that, Uwabami's job for the day was done as it was nearly evening, and the limo took us back to Uwabami's Hero Office.

"You girls did a great job today," the Snake Hero said as we entered the building. "I'm sure you girls are going to like what we're going to do for the rest of week."

"Right," We agreed with a sweat-drop.

-My Hero Academia-

Then we went to the cafeteria on the first floor and ate some dinner with Uwabami and the other pro heroes.

The cafeteria, like the rest of the building, was very fancy. The tables had table clothes, the chairs looked well made, and the the food was served in a food bar on special trays and plate, like those in a restaurant. There was also some flat-screens tvs around to watch the news.

After we ate, the four of us took the elevator to third floor and we went to our rooms.

I immediately took a shower, changed into my pajamas, and lied down on the bed.

'Well, today wasn't exactly what I thought we would do, but it's just the first day. I'm sure things will get better,' I thought. 'I wonder how Arisa is doing with her internship.'

I grabbed my phone and texted her.

FM: Hi Arisa. How are you?

AK: I'm fine. You?

FM: Splendid. How's the internship?

AK: It's good. How about you?

FM: My internship is good too.

AK: I'm glad. Thanks for asking.

FM: You're welcome. Hope to hear from you soon.

AK: Same here.

'Well, good to know that Arisa's having a good time at her internship. I wonder how Yuki is doing at his internship and with making a friend,' I decided to text him next.

Suddenly, I got a call from him and I answered it.

"Hello?" I started.

"Hello, Felicia," Yuki said.

"Yuki, what a coincidence. I was just about to contact you. How is your internship?" I inquired.

"It's good. I've been busy with keeping people safe while Ryuku, her sidekicks, and the other intern fight the villains. What about you?" he asked.

"My internship is off to a nice start. The other interns here are Momo Yaoyorozu from Class 1-A and Itsuka Kendo from Class 1-B. We haven't done any hero work yet, but hopefully that will change soon," I told him, but then I realized something. "Wait, there's an intern with you?"

"Yes," Yuki answered calmly.

"Well, who is it?" I was curious to know.

"The intern is Nejire Hado. She is a third-year upperclassman from UA High and a member of the Big 3," he revealed.

'Blimey! The intern is a girl? I think it might be a bit hard for him to make friends with her,' I thought with concern.

"The Big 3? What is that?" I asked him.

"According to Hado, she and two other guys are the most powerful third-year students at UA High," Yuki explained.

"Blimey! That's pretty interesting," I admitted. "Did you try talking to her?"

"Actually, she did most of the talking. When we met, she asked me questions about my scales, tail, horns, and Quirk. I answered those questions just as we and Ryuku were called to stop some crooks. After we did that, I asked her some questions about her Quirk and her time as a third-year student. Also, she has her Provisional License so she was able to help stop the crooks while I kept the people safe," he further explained.

"Okay. So, what is she like?" I was curious.

"From what I've seen, Hado is very kind, curious, cheery, and a little childish. She reminds me of our homeroom teacher Speed Girl. Also, some of the people at the agency say Hado is cute, but I don't see it," Yuki responded.

"Oh. Well, that's great," I sweat-dropped at him not understanding a girl's appearance. "Do you think she might be a good friend to have?"

"It's possible, but I don't know for certain," he wasn't sure.

"You're doing good so far with answering her questions and asking her about her time at UA High. Next, you can ask her about her hobbies and interests and see if you like the same things. Try to get know her a bit more, and remember to text or call me if you have questions and the time to do it," I advised him.

"Very well. I will do that. Thank you, Felicia, and good night," Yuki was about to end the call.

"Good night, Yuki," I said as the call ended.

Then I got into bed, ready to sleep.

'I'm glad Yuki is also doing well as his internship, especially with stopping some criminals. It's good that he's trying to become friends with the other intern Nejire Hado. Though I was hoping it would be a guy so it would be easier for him. Yuki becoming friends with a girl might be hard, considering how we became friends. I hope that sometime during my internship, Momo, Kendo, and I can do some hero work,' I thought as I fell asleep.

-My Hero Academia-

The next morning, I woke up and changed into my hero costume. In the hallway, I met up with Momo and Kendo.

"Good morning, Momo and Kendo," I greeted them.

"Good morning," they greeted back.

We took the elevator to the first floor and went to the cafeteria. We stood in line together, got our breakfast, and sat at the same table.

"So, how did you two sleep last night?" I questioned.

"It was pretty good," Kendo commented with a smile.

"Yes, it was comfortable," Momo said.

"I feel the same way," I agreed with them.

"Good morning, ladies," We saw Uwabami approach us with her breakfast in hand.

"Good morning," We greeted her.

"How are you three today?" She asked us as she sat down.

"We're good," I responded as Momo and Kendo nodded in agreement.

"That's great to hear. I hope you three enjoy your breakfast because we have a busy day today," Uwabami began eating.

"Yes. We will," Momo replied determinedly as she began eating.

Kendo and I looked at her with a sweat-drop as we also started eating.

Once we were done, we headed to the limo and Uwabami began speaking when we got inside.

"Since today is a busy day, I need one of you to hold onto my schedule book and keep track of where we're going. Any volunteers?" She asked us with a black book in hand.

"I will do it," Momo spoke up.

"Alright then," Uwabami handed her the schedule book. "Where are we going first?"

Momo opened the book and checked the Snake Hero's schedule. "The first task is a couple of photoshoots in downtown."

Uwabami pressed a nearby button and the partition went down, revealing the chauffeur waiting for his order.

"Chauffeur, please drive us downtown," the Snake Hero kindly asked.

"Sure thing," Stan Lee complied as the partition went up and he drove the limo.

"Miss Uwabami, do you think we might get to do some hero work this week?" Kendo asked.

"Well, that depends on if a situation arises that is too great for the other pro heroes to handle or if it requires more help. Usually, the other pro heroes have it covered so we will just have to wait and see," She answered.

"Okay," Kendo nodded.

"Actually, there's something I've been meaning to ask since yesterday," Uwabami said as she looked at us and then at me. "Marvell, based on your hero costume, do you like to do art?"

"Yes, I do," I nodded.

"That's great. What is it that you do?" the Snake Hero questioned.

"I mainly draw in a sketchbook because my Quirk would bring my paintings to life," I explained.

"So what do you draw?" Kendo asked.

"I draw just about anything. People, animals, places, objects, and so on," I said.

"That sounds like a nice hobby," Momo commented.

"Thank you," I smiled.

"I've always admired the art because of how beautiful it is, and the artists that make them are wonderful. For example, Leonardo Da Vinci, Raphael, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Bob Ross," Uwabami stated.

"Yes, I agree," I nodded.

Though Momo and Kendo looked indifferent.

"Really?" Momo asked.

"Bob Ross?" Kendo was confused.

After that, we reached downtown and got out of the limo once the chauffeur parked it. We met up with the photographers at the park, the first photo shoot location.

Momo, Kendo, and I just watched as Uwabami posed in front of a water fountain and on a bench for some photos.

Then we went to the next location, a flower shop. We watched as the Snake Hero posed along with the various types of flowers.

Finally, we went inside a building to a room with some furniture, the final photo shoot location. Currently, Momo, Kendo, and I stood from afar, watching Uwabami pose for the cameras.

"Momo, what is next after this?" I asked her.

"After this photoshoot, she'll be a guest on a radio show and a magazine interview," Momo read aloud from the schedule book.

"We're basically just her entourage," Kendo commented.

"Indeed," I agreed.

Momo closed the book, which grabbed the attention of Kendo and myself.

"I think this is a necessary part of being a hero, as well," Momo stated. "I'm sure there is something to learn here."

As soon as we saw Uwabami doing a pose with a rose in her mouth, we sweat-dropped.

"I'm sure...Probably?..." Momo wasn't sure.

"She doesn't want to accept it," Kendo told me.

"I think she might be in denial," I commented.

Suddenly, I got a text on my phone.

"Excuse me. I think I should take this," I took out my phone.

"Okay," Kendo said.

"Yes, but just be quick," Momo advised.

I nodded as I went to a corner of the room. I checked my phone to see the text was from Yuki.

YD: Felicia, is it okay if I tell Hado and Ryukyu about you?

'He wants to tell them about me? I guess there's no harm in that,' I thought.

FM: Sure thing.

YD: Thank you.

FM: No problem.

With the text done, I went back to Momo and Kendo as the photoshoot was just about done.

"Wow. That was quick," Kendo commented.

"Who was it?" Momo asked.

"A friend just needed some help," I told them.

Then we saw Uwabami come towards us as she said, "Okay girls, we're done here. Let's go to the next job."

"Okay," We nodded as we followed her back to the limo, which was parked right outside the building.

Soon, the limo brought us to a radio station, and we met with the radio presenter Asaka Shindo. She was a woman with light-skin, medium dark-blue hair in a bun, and brown eyes. She wore a red shirt, white jacket, brown shorts, and black shoes.

Then she took us to a room with a sound booth. Momo, Kendo, and I sat on a couch in the room while Uwabami and Asaka went inside the sound booth to begin the interview. Luckily, there were speakers outside the booth so we can listen to the interview.

"Welcome folks to the Afternoon Edition radio show. I'm your host Asaka Shindo. With me today is the Snake Hero Uwabami for the Hero Chat segment," the radio presenter started.

"Thank you Asaka. It's great to be here," the Snake Hero said.

"Now, I'm sure you've heard about the Hero Killer Stain going after various pro heroes. Are you concerned he might go after you or the other pro heroes in Yokohama next?" Aska asked.

I got worried when the Hero Killer Stain was brought up. So were Momo and Kendo by the looks on their faces. I remember hearing on the news about him going after many pro heroes in the cities. I really hoped Uwabami wasn't his next target.

"No, not really," the Snake Hero answered, which surprised the three of us. "My hero office has some great pro heroes working there. Should he come after me or them, he will be stopped by all of us."

We smiled when Uwabami gave a strong answer. The interview continued with questions about Uwabami herself, her hero office, and other current events.

After that, we went to a coffee shop called Hero Coffee Haven for Uwabami's magazine interview for Heropolitan. It's a popular magazine that focuses on famous female pro heroes.

The coffee shop was a medium-size store with some table and chairs inside and some outside seating.

We met with the interviewer outside the shop, and he and the Snake Hero sat at one of the outside tables. Momo, Kendo, and I sat at the table next to them to watch.

The interviewer asked Uwabami questions about herself, her hero office, the pro heroes there, and her side jobs. During the interview, the Snake Hero had a latte and a cheesecake. For us, Momo and I had some tea and cookies, and Kendo had some black coffee and a donut.

When the interview was over, that was the final job for the day. We arrived at the hero office near the evening, went to the cafeteria to have dinner together, and then we went to our rooms.

After showering and changing to my pajamas, I got my sketchbook and pencils from my backpack in the closet to sketch for a bit. As I sat on my bed sketching in my book, I began thinking about today.

'Though we didn't get to do any hero work again, accompanying Uwabami to the photoshoots and interviews was pretty good. I do wonder if the commercial that Momo, Kendo, and I helped with yesterday will be on the telly,' I thought.

Suddenly, my phone rang and I put down my stuff to check who was calling. It was Yuki, but this time it was for FaceChat.

'I wonder why he's calling on FaceChat' I wondered as I answered the call.

"Hello Yuki," I started.

"Hello Felicia," he had his calm look as always.

I saw that he was wearing his hero costume: a black jacket with a fur hood and ripped jeans.

"Are you working right now?" I asked.

"No, we just finished stopping some crooks," Yuki said.

"That's good for you. Is there a reason you're calling on FaceChat?" I questioned.

"Yes. The other intern I told you about wants to talk to you," he explained.

Yuki moved his phone a bit to show the other intern Nejire Hado.

She has fair-skin, average height, wide and curious eyes, long and thick eyelashes, and royal blue eyes. Her hair is periwinkle, and it reaches all the way down to her knees, twisting around itself at her waist and curving inwards around her legs. She has side-swept bangs, tucked behind her ears on the right and hanging just over her eyes on the left, and two short clumps of hair on either side of her face, curved towards her face on the right and behind it, under her ear on the left.

She was wearing her hero costume, which consisted of a royal blue skin-tight bodysuit with a high black collar, pale mint green markings covering her torso from over her shoulders to between her legs, framed with turquoise, a matching stripe of the same two colors around both of her upper arms. On her feet, she wears a pair of knee-high boots, a thinning flap buttoned on each thigh, with turquoise spirals around her ankles, matching the thicker ones above her yellow gauntlets and wrist-guards. She has a black strap around the top of each thigh, two small satchels attached, and two spiraling horns of hair protruding from behind her ears.

"Hi there. I'm Nejire Hado. It's so nice to meet you, Felicia Marvell," she waved and smiled at me.

"Salutations, Hado. It's nice to meet you too," I responded.

"Wow. You're just as nice and polite as Drago said, but he didn't say that you're pretty. I remember watching you at the Sports Festival. The giant bird you painted was so cool," she commented.

"Oh. Thank you," I smiled.

"So what's life in London, England? Is it different here than in London? Do you like it at UA High? Can you paint anything with your Quirk?" She bombarded me with so many questions.

Before I can answer, she looked towards something else for a moment and then back to me.

"Awww," Hado looked sad. "Sorry, but Ryukyu needs me for something. I hope to talk to you again sometime."

"Okay," I said.

With that, Hado left and Yuki was back on the screen.

"She seems like a nice girl," I told him.

"Yes, but sometimes the questions can be a bit much," he said.

"Yuki, why did you want to tell Ryukyu and Hado about me?" I was curious.

"My aunt noticed me acting a bit different with trying to talk to Hado. They both wanted to know why, and I told them about you as my friend. Ryukyu was surprised, but happy, and Hado wanted to talk to you because she wanted to know what you were like," he explained.

"Well, it's alright if you told them about me. It's good to see you're doing some hero work at your internship," I told him.

"What about you?" Yuki asked.

"So far, I've been mostly accompanying Uwabami to her photoshoots and interviews, along with Momo and Kendo," I revealed.

"That doesn't sound good," he commented.

"It's still early in the week. I'm sure we'll do some hero work later on," I remained confident.

"Hopefully you will," Yuki said.

"Thanks. Also, can you give Hado my phone number if she wants to talk more?" I inquired.

"Okay. I will do that," he nodded.

"Thank you. Well, it's late now so I should be getting some sleep now. Good night, Yuki," I told him.

"Yes. Good night, Felicia," he ended the call.

Just as I put the phone down and was about to sleep, I got some texts. One of them was a greeting and the others were just questions about me. I realized they must be from Nejire Hado, so I answered them quickly and added her to my contacts list.

Suddenly, I got another text. However, this one was from my classmate and friend Kai Uno, but it was just his location in Hosu City for some reason.

'Why would he send just his location? Is he is in trouble or is it just a mistake or accident?' I thought.

I used the Joogle Map App on my phone to see that to get to Hosu City from where I am would take an hour or two by train.

'If Kai's in trouble, and even if Uwabami, Momo, Kendo, and I leave now, we might not make it in time. Perhaps this is just a mistake and there's no problem at all, so there might be no need to worry and I should just rest,' I decided.

After that, I lied down in bed and went to sleep. Though, I had a terrible feeling that the strange message might not have been a mistake.

A/N: Sorry for the long wait, my friend johannvanguard and I were busy doing important and unrelated stuff. Additionally, I recently had my vaccine last Tuesday and had to rest my arm for 2 days. Thank you for being patient with me.
