AN: In all of the Harry is a Malfoy fics, it is Harry who was stolen at birth but what if it was Draco that was stolen instead? I have no set schedule for uploads but will finish and upload as I write. And the one-shots are in no particular order storyline wise.

(Malfoy Manor: July 30,1981)
Sirius Black was a man on a mission, he had heard that his cousin Narcissa had recently had a pair of male twins. He had of course visited her, as per tradition, to see and give blessing to the new children with Black blood in them. He knew that he had to save one of them, lest they turn into a death eater and serve you-know-who one day. To him he was doing one of them a favor by stealing them, and plus James was rendered infertile after a particular curse. He managed to sneak past Narcissa who was just finishing checking on the babies before no doubt going to bed. Luckily, Lucius was out probably torturing muggles or attacking helpless wizards. He entered the room and carefully checked for any kind of charms and did find one that would alert if one of the babies was picked up by someone who didn't have permission. He saw that both babies were sleeping as one woke up and stared at him, with blue eyes.
"Shh, go back to sleep" Stated Sirius as the baby closes it eyes and went back to sleep as Sirius stared at them, deciding which one to save.
"Hmmm" Stated Sirius as he looked at both, there wasn't too much difference at this age and was going for the blue-eyed baby but instead reached for the other, before casting a silencing charm on the other baby.
"This one" Stated Sirius as he picked up the sleeping baby, not knowing how his decision would change history. He then put back on the invisibility cloak he had, borrowed, from James before carefully making his way out of the manor.
(Malfoy Manor – a hour later)
Narcissa Malfoy was doing some light reading in the library, when she heard screaming coming from the nursery, she quickly hurried to the nursery and opened the door and rushed inside. She gasped at the sight before her, as she frantically went to her baby.
"Shhh, it is okay. Dobby" Stated Narcissa as she comforted her one crying baby
"Yes, Mistress" Stated Dobby
"Tell Lucius, to come home now it is an emergency" Ordered Narcissa as she put down the baby and cast as many charms as she could to identity what happened as Lucius came running in
"I had just returned, what happened?" asked Lucius concerned
"Someone stole Draco" Whispered Narcissa
"What? When?" demanded Lucius
"I had just put them down an hour ago, they were both here. I had heard screaming and crying so I rushed here to see that Draco was missing. I swear" Explained Narcissa
"I believe you … I I don't feel him inside the Wards. I shall contact the Aurors" admitted Lucius
"I will watch over Aurelius" Stated Narcissa
"Whoever did this shall pay, I promise you that Cissy" Stated Lucius
"I know" Whispered Narcissa
(Potter Manor)
"Hey Padfoot, what are you doing here? And why do you have a baby?" Asked James confused as Sirius had shown up in the middle of the night, with a baby of all things
"Can I come in?" asked Sirius as James let him in
"He isn't yours, is he?" asked James
"No, he is your" Stated Sirius
"Really funny joke" Stated James as he laughed
"I was being serious" admitted Sirius
"What is going on? It is the middle of the night" Stated Lily as she came downstairs
"Sirius, who trusted you with a baby?" asked Lily
"I am plenty responsible" Defended Sirius
"Right" Retorted Lily
"And it is not mine, it is James" Restated Sirus
"No, I would know if I had a baby" Defended James as Lily glared at him
"Explain" demanded Lily
"Well, I remember how James said he was having … difficulties. A friend of mine's wife passed away and he did not want the child, I thought you might want to adopt him" Lied Sirius
"Then why didn't you say that" Stated James sighing as Sirius shrugged
"Let me see him" Stated Lily as Sirius handed him over
"He is cute, are you sure that his father doesn't want him?" asked Lily
"I swear" Lied Sirius
"What do you think, James?" asked Lily
"He is magical right?" asked James
"No doubt about that" admitted Sirius
"I wouldn't mind adopting him, we need an heir anyway" Admitted James
"Are you sure, James? We can try again" Stated Lily
"We both know that it is not going to work, that is what the Healer said. And here is a chance to adopt an unwanted child" Stated James
"Alright, we will need to come with a story." Stated Sirius
"Why?" demanded Lily
"Well, adopting an heir means that the magical line is weak. It would ruin a lot of things" admitted Sirius
"He is right, we can just say that you were wearing charms for your protection" Stated James
"Fine, he does need a name" Stated Lily sighing
"Henry, after my uncle" Stated James
