(Tomura)Searching for these two was going to be tough, Musutafu city, where they lived was one of the most populated cities in japan. Not only that but since they were on the run, it was likely they're trying to stay hidden as well.

Despite this, i decided i was going to spend a few hours over there, looking all over the place for them. Unfortunatley since i couldn't use Kurogiri in this challenge, i had to go by train.

The walk was a bit lengthy but nothing more. When i got to the train station i had to wait for a bit. I was impatient and the longer i had to wait the more i dreaded looking for these two...

When the train arrived, i got on and had to ride for a few hours just to get to Musutafu. I got off and briefly looked over the area, a slight itching sensation building up around my neck, the impulse to scratch said itch very well present.

I pulled a hand up to where the feeling resided and began scratching ever so slightly while continuing to look around, with the itch only becoming more and more irritating.

Though, i stopped scratching when i saw two very recognizable faces, that of Izuku Midoriya, and the hero killer Stain.

I felt a grin creep upon my face as i was surprised at how easy it was to find them. What were they doing in this train station anyways? Maybe they were planning to move cities? Whatever the case was didn't matter to me, all that mattered was convincing them to join!

I began slowly walking towards them, with my grin faltering into a simple friendly smile. It would be best to approach them with a friendly and casual additude to ease them into talking more so about what i wanted to talk about.

"Hey! How're you two doing?"

I asked, not necessarily caring, but that was the only way i knew how to be casual, and more normal to the

Having to leave home hurt, a lot. I knew i couldn't go back though, my face was plastered all over the news, and i couldn't even imagine the horror on my mom's face when she becomes aware, that her son has pretty much fallen into the world of crime.

I was in a way less cheery state, i hardly talked, i didn't smile, all i did was obey to Stain's commands and nod to whatever he asked. I pretty much cried all night, and hardly got a wink of sleep, and i was starting to feel the effects of that, as my eyelids stung and my limbs felt really heavy.

Stain had proposed the idea that we would get out of the city, and go to the one right beside it. It was supposedly the easiest way of getting the heat off our butts for the time being. I obliged, knowing that i wasn't going to be able to return home anyways.

We both stood patiently in the train station, neither of us talking to one another. I'm sure Stain had a good understanding as to why i wasn't talking really and so he never questioned it.

I was at least a bit happy to see the train arrive at last, but unfortunately we had to wait before the crowd of people waiting to go inside. So we had to wait a tiny bit longer.

My attention was briefly grabbed by the raspy voice of another person who was unfamiliar to me, and likely Stain as well. He had a black hood draped over his head to cover his eyes, all i could see was his cracked and scarred lips which were formed into a friendly smile, as well as the several greyish blue clumps of hair that stuck out in all directions. He was a bit intimidating, which mostly came from his overall appearence, as well as his overall air of mystery.

I heard his question and felt a bit obligated to answer, and opened my mouth to do so, but Stain beat me to it and said something of his own.

"We're doing fine, though i don't see why that info would benefit you in any way. So screw off will ya?"

The hero killer asked bluntly as ever, giving the taller male with blue hair a sharp, cold glare, that would likely make the average joe cower in fear, yet this indivisual stood his ground and didn't move an inch. Though, he did loose his smile, that was a bit concerning.

Either he was pissed that we didn't answer his question in a friendly tone back, or his friendly act was all a facade, and he was about to become a bit more serious. I thought the latter option, though the other one was also a possibility.

perspective shift(Tomura)

Ugh, this wasn't going quite as planned.. Stain had put up a tough wall that would be hard to break down if i wanted to get him under my thumb.

Midoriya seemed like he was about to speak, but didn't. It made me wonder what the hell he was thinking. I had just hoped he wasn't as tricky as Stain.

But now was the real question, should i just back off and leave them be, and find another recruit, should i continue pushing with this friendly facade, or should i simply cut to the chase and take my chances?

As opposed as i was to all of those ideas, as they all had their disadvantages, i thought the last one was my best bet. And so I'll be cutting to the chase!

"Look, i know you two are on the run... And currently I'm looking for people to join my league of villains..."

I spoke, whispering so the other people nearby wouldn't hear, since i didn't think Stain and Midoriya would like their presences known.

They were both quiet, like they were pushing me to elaborate, and so i decided to mention the league's main goal...

"The league of villains may not be very big right now, but we've got big aspirstions. We plan to put and end to hero society, by killing All Might. Simple as that. So, are you in or are you not?"

perspective shift(Izuku)

I was confused to say the least when i heard this mystery man's proposal. Killing All Might was not something i was on board with in the slightest, while i have lost a lot of respect for him, for crushing my dreams and simply shrugging me off like i didn't exist, he was still the symbol of peace, he lowered crime rates drastically, and everybody believed in him.

I guess killing him would in theory topple the balance society has maintained for years at this point, though, why would this man want to destroy society in the first place? Was it so crime would be easier to commit once more? Was it because he had issues about how society worked in general? I was curious, but not necessarily on board.

"Why would you want to destroy hero society?"

I asked, but Stain soon interjected with his own question.

"So.. All you strive for is destruction? I was expecting you to have something way more interesting in mind, but if all you want to do is cause chaos, for no rhyme or reason then I'm out!"

He said, his words laced with venom. Despite the scary tone he took, the mystery man still held his ground and didn't move an inch.

"I want to destroy society because i see a lot wrong with it... Since heroes are so famous everybody relies on them to get the job done instead of doing it themselves... This leaves a lot more cracks and flaws in the system... And so i want to get rid of the hero of all heroes, All Might... So i can spread the message... Only then will society be perfect..."

The man spoke, and judging by his voice, he was likely suppressing anger, probably from what Stain had said.

His explanation did kind of peak my interest though. Back when i was getting so severley bullied, nobody stepped in, or even cared for that matter. All they did was stand by and let it happen as the people with higher power, like Kacchan got their way and had little to no consequences for their actions. I could kind of see why this was a big issue, and now that he mentioned it, i could see how this even applied to me.

This entire time i had thought everybody was just afraid to step in, but in reality, they were just lazy, and so the people high in the power hierarchy got to do whatever without consequences, while the weak like me had to suffer, without the slightest chances of getting any help.

Despite me being able to relate with this idea, i still wasn't fully on board, as the idea of killing All Might just didn't sit right with me...

"So are you really planning to kill All Might? Or is there something I'm not understanding?"

I then asked, and the blue haired male responsed immediately.

"I guess i should've went deeper into detail... What i meant by killing All Might was less so by killing the person, but the hero, the thing that's most significant to people. I want to drag his name through the mud and show everybody that they shouldn't rely on heroes to do everything for them, and that they should do the work themselves if they want a truly strong society..."

He spoke, pulling his hoodie off, revealing his face in its entirety. He had a pair of sharp red eyes, simular in color to Kacchan's, as well as a scar over his right eye and a patch of dried up, sorta gnarled seeming skin that formed accross his eyes and ran up his forehead, which could barley be seen through some of the thinner hairs that made up his bangs. He was seemingly doing this to come off as more sincere, and honestly it worked at least for me.

Stain let out a drawn out sigh before speaking.

"Well, i guess that's a start, and i guess since I'm interested in your growth, I'll hold off on killing you... Though, I'm still not joining your league of villains, I've still got my own objectives that I'd much rather prioritise. Plus, this league of villains thing still seems awfully fishy..."

He said, in a lot calmer of a voice, then looking down at me as he was seemingly curious as to what i would say.

"I'll... I'll give it a shot... I'm interested in helping... But that's only because i can relate, and i can see this as a major flaw. And so I've decided, that this is what i want to go out and change about the world! We'll take down All Might, and rebuild the world into one where everybody has a fighting chance! One where everybody is willing to help out and keep the world in check, instead of relying on the heroes to solve everything! So i, Izuku Midoriya will join your league of villains, as long as you in return stay true to your convictions and continue to prosper towards this goal."

I said, holding out a fist, hoping this would be the thing to seal the deal. This was something i was fine doing, and while i didn't like the idea of being in an organisation called the league of villains, i knew we weren't doing anything inherently bad, and that it would all be for a brighter future.

The man grinned in satisfaction and fist bumped me back, before facing the train.

"You have a hideout don't you? If so then we should head to where that's located."

I suggested, a faint smile appearing on my face as i was filled with child like determination, as i finally had my goals settled.

The blue haired male nodded and since the three of us had places to be, we all got onto the train and headed to our respective places.

I had said my goodbyes to Stain as this would be us parting ways, since where he decided to take refuge in was a completley different city from the one me and this blue haired man were headed.

Me and the league of villains member got off the train and began walking down the streets for a bit, before venturing into some alleyways, and then ending up at a hidden bar.

I looked around once we entered inside and immediatley noticed a tall man with a body made of dark purple, almost black smoke, with glowing golden eyes. He wore a grey tuxedo and black dress pants, and had an odd metal peice around his neck, though i wasn't sure why he had that on.

The setting was like that of any bar, except without all the tables and chairs all over, all there was was a bar counter with an alignment of stools in front of it, an array of various drinks located on the wall behind the misty man, likely ment for serving.

There was also a jukebox in the corner that was dead silent, a couch, and an odd footage recorder that was held up on a tv stand, the only thing that didn't make sense to me. There was also a hallway in the distance that lead into different rooms presumably.

The lighting was dim, as bars usually tended to be, and the floor was made up of nice, red wood that was so clean that i could see my own reflection, even with the limmited amount of lighting. The place was oddly nice to say the least and i felt quite at home already.

The well dressed folk behind the counter turned towards me and the blue haired man, placing the cup that he was cleaning down on the counter that he was surrounded by.

"Is this your new teammate Tomura?"

He asked, his voice deep and a bit intimidating, though i knew i wasn't in any danger, at least i didn't think so. And hey! I finally got a name from this guy, who's name i hadn't known beforehand. Tomura.

It sounded a bit like a play on the word Tomurau, meaning to mourn. It was questionable but i still quite liked it, the name was interesting and i was a bit curious to know why his parents named him that. Though, that was personal info that i doubt he would be willing to give, and so i simply kept my mouth shut and listened to Tomura's answer.

"Yeah, his name is Izuku Midoriya. Midoriya, this is Kurogiri."

Tomura introduced me to the man apperantly named Kurogiri. He gave me a nod of acknowledgment and began speaking.

"Would you like something to drink? I'm sure you must be parched after your long walk here."

Kurogiri offered, and i gladly nodded.

"Yes please, ice water is fine, though honestly I'd take anything you have or feel fine with making at the moment!"

I said, thankful for the offer as my lips were indeed parched, as i hadn't had anything to really drink since leaving home last night.

Plus, it was nice to see how accepting they were to me.

A few seconds went by and Kurogiri slid me my glass of ice water, which even though i could down the entire thing and probably more in a second, i wanted to come off as polite, and so i just took long sips.

"So Tomura, why did you choose him? What made him so intriguing to you that made you want him as your teammate?"

Kurogiri asked Tomura, looking over at him. The blue haired male sat down on a seat one chair over from where i sat, so he wasn't exactly beside me, but not completley on the other side of the counter. Kind of expected behaviour as even though we had come to an agreement and met eye to eye, we still weren't exactly buddies with one another yet.

"Well, he wasn't the only one i wanted, i was actually shooting for two... Him and the hero killer Stain. Though, Stain had his own goals in mind and decided not to join, plus, we didn't really meet eye to eye. Midoriya here was quite the opposite though, he didn't have any goals before hand really, and since ours sort of related to his past, he decided that he'd follow to our cause and was willing to join... Why i wanted them initially was because they standed out, they managed to kill off a pretty strong hero in tandem, and still manage to get away. That feat isn't exactly easy, especially from a teenager."

Tomura mentioned, and i listened, not saying much as this was a more so conversation that i didn't have much of a part in aside from being the main topic.

Suddenly, the footage recorder turned on by itself and began playing, but only with audio and no actual footage.

"Tomura! I'm glad to hear you've gotten a new recruit! I am happy to tell you that this is yet another step further to completing your goals!"

Someone spoke over the audio, i was a bit confused, but figured they were another member of the league of villains.

The man over the audio seemed very proud of Tomura, like a father seeing his son win his first baseball game or mastering how to ride a bike for the first time.

"Yeah, i guess so, now you can shut up about me finding a new recruit finally..."

Tomura said with a prideful smirk plastered on his face as he talked to the man over the audio.

"Hah, i suppose so, i really am proud of you though, Tomura. I'd also like to get to know this boy you've chosen, young man, please introduce yourself."

The man insisted of me. I was a little hesitant but proceeded regardless.

"My name is Izuku Midoriya, i've joined the league of villains because i heard you were doing it for a good cause in the end. I could relate with the ideas and that is what compelled me to join, i hope that's okay with you sir! I may be quirkless but I've got lots of info on a lot of heroes that i hope you'll be able to make good use of! I'm still training in combat and am trying to get physically stronger, but despite that and my inexperience, i still believe i can help you towards your goals with what i do have!"

I said, with the man over the audio laughing in amusement.

"Such passion, i like that! You said you were quirkless, right? Wouldn't you like one? I have the ability to give you a quirk actually, with my quirk, All For One, which allows me to give and take quirks at the touch of a hand. We'd have to meet in person but other than that, it wouldn't be much of a hassle at all! Plus, there's several quirks i have in mind that i think would suit you quite nicely!"

The man offered, my eyes widening with intrigue. Never have i ever heard of such a quirk, one that i could imagine had the power to change the world if the user so desired. These were the powers... Of a god! Though, did i want a quirk? No, i wanted to show the world that even somebody without a quirk could become a hero, or the closest thing to it. So saying yes would completley contradict that!

"No thank you! You see, i want to show everybody that i can change the world, and make a difference even without a quirk, and i figured that this was the right way to do that! Maybe if i was still living a normal life, with none of this on the run stuff, i would've accepted that offer, but not now, as i have an ambition, one that doesn't need a quirk to be fufilled!"

I spoke, another laugh could be heard over the audio.

"Alright then, well it's nice to know you have such interesting character, I'm excited to see how you grow boy. That's all i have to say though, for now, so until next time."

The audio suddenly cut out and the screen turned off on its own. I didn't question it though since i figured that he probably had control over the device one way or another.

"Hey who was that anyways?"

I asked, looking over at Tomura, expecting him to be the one to answer.

"He's our master, boss if you will, he's stronger than any hero out there, probably even more so than All Might..."

Tomura explained, rather calmly. I was a bit shocked by this statement though as I've never heard of a single indivisual actually strong enough to take down All Might.

It could very well be Tomura simply hyping him up, but hearing the explanation to his power gave me the impression he was very capable of at least holding his own with the hero!

"Dang, no wonder why he's the boss!"

I responded, though Tomura didn't say anything back to me, instead choosing to demand Kurogiri for a glass of alcohol.

"No Tomura, you know how bad that is for you."

Kurogiri simply responded, with Tomura pointing a finger at the well dressed man before him.

"Well i completed my mission so i think i deserve a drink, so gimme!"

Tomura demanded, suddenly becoming really childish. I initially thought this guy was rather calm, collected and mature, but in reality he was seemingly quite the opposite, unless he was just bipolar.

Kurogiri let out a sigh and made a drink that he claimed to be spiked with alcohol. Tomura gladly fell for this lie and began drinking.

"S-so, any hobbies you two have?"

I asked, desperately trying to start a friendly conversation, so why not start with the most basic of basic topics, hobbies.

"Games... I play games..."

Tomura answered, a slightly skeptical look on his face as he looked down at his drink.

"I clean, if that counts as a hobby."

Kurigiri replied, with Tomura suddenly looking pissed as he grabbed the glass in his hand with all five of his fingers, the cup completley shattering and the liquid from the cup getting all over the table, with some dripping off and onto the floor.

I jumped out of shock from the sudden outburst, scooting back about an inch while looking at the mess on the table.

It got me a bit curious, as to what his quirk was. Did it give him a superhuman grip or something? All i could do was speculate for now as asking him in this very moment was practically a death wish as Tomura was filled with rage.

"This... Isn't spiked with shit! You just mixed water and sprite and hoped that i would buy it!"

Tomura shouted.

Kurogiri let out an audible sigh facepalming at the mess, before getting a small broom and dust pan to pick up the disintegrated glass, then getting a rag to clean up his own concoction.

"Fine, I'll give you some alcohol Tomura, just continue to keep in mind that this'll probably be your downfall when you get older..."

Kurogiri said, trying to warn Tomura in an attempt to make him think twice about drinking. Though, Tomura didn't, and just continued to be persistent. Honestly, his persistence was almost admirable...

Kurogiri handed Tomura an entire bottle of whiskey, with the blue haired manchild beginning to down the substance held within the glass bottle, ingesting it like it was water.

After that, the night sort of went on, Tomura got drunk and passed out on the table, and i soon went to bed, falling asleep on the couch.

End of chapter

Author's note: Man, this was pretty quick! I'm glad i was able to make this one so fast in comparison to the other chapters! I don't have much to really say, though it's nice to have more characters to work with, being Tomura, Kurogiri and All For One. As I'm sure you've predicted, this is going to lead into the USJ arc, and I'm pretty excited to start writing that as it's the first major arc in the story! Other than that, i hope you stay tuned for the next chapter.
