Kaya was looking at the stuff and did come to cross the pictures as she smiled softly looking at one of the pictures. Then Kira drops the stuff on the table. Both Tommy and Kaya looked at Kira.
"No offense, Dr. O, but you need some serious improvement when it comes to organization," Kira said looking at Tommy's stuff.
"That's why you're here," Tommy said as he put his hand on Kira's shoulder, "Thanks for helping me out."
"What is all this stuff, anyway?" Kira asked.
"Odds and ends. Mostly from before I joined up with Mercer. I thought, as long as I'm stuck in my Ranger form, I may as well put the time to good use," Tommy explained.
Kira saw the picture of the younger Tommy in his long hair. Kaya glanced at the picture and smiled softly.
"Wow. Nice hair," Kira commented.
"Hey, it was in the style back then," Tommy said.
"Tommy's right. I even braided his hair," Kara smirked remembering how Tommy always complaining.
"Sis!" Tommy whined.
"Is that true you braided his hair?" Kira asked as she was surprised to hear that.
"Mhm," Kaya said.
Tommy whined in embarrassment as he took the picture of his friends and himself in the helmetless ranger suits. Kira giggled softly before seeing another picture of Tommy, Anton, and the man.
"Is this who I think it is?" Kira asked.
Tommy looked at the picture.
"Man, that seems like a lifetime ago. This picture was taken at our first dig," Tommy said.
"So who's that guy?" Kaya asked as she looked at the picture.
"His name's Terrence Smith. Everyone called him Smitty," Tommy said.
Kaya got a weird feeling that Smitty is someone they know but for some reason, she couldn't think who and why it seems familiar to her.
"What happened to him?" Kira asked.
"It's kind of sad, really. He and I were up for the same job at Anton Mercer Industries. Anton chose me, so Smitty went to work for another company. Then there was this accident," Tommy said.
"Not really a happy family memento," Kira said.
"I'm not even sure where it came from. Just put it over there in that trash pile," Tommy said pointing at the pile of stuff that is going to be in the trash.
"Ok," Kira said as she put the picture into the pile of trash.
Kira, Tommy, and Kaya continued cleaning up the stuff before Kira left for the school. Kaya didn't go into the school as she is staying with Tommy and doing some chores like cleaning and buying some groceries. It would be in the afternoon when Connor came in as Kaya was putting the food away. Connor sees Kaya in the kitchen and decided to grabs some snacks. Kaya turns around to see Connor was about to take the snack.
"CONNOR MCKNIGHT DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT TAKING THE SNACK!" Kaya growled.
Connor froze and steps away from the angry Kaya and ran to the Dino Lab. Kaya smirked seeing that Connor is afraid to get on her bad side so she grabs a snack and went to the Dino Lab. Tommy has heard Kaya yelling at Connor and sees his student ran in.
"Dr. O, your sister is one mean female," Connor said.
"I heard that Connor," Kaya said as she walked down the steps.
Connor gulped as Tommy shakes his head.
"She can be mean if she wants to. I guess I forgot to tell you not to take the snack in front of Kaya whenever she brought some food from the store or she would yell at you," Tommy said.
"You could've warned us," Connor complained.
Kaya chuckled softly. Connor remembers something and told the story to Tommy about what happened and Zeltrax is calling him and Kaya out. Kaya and Tommy looked at each other. Connor was confused and realized that they are going to do it.
"You're going? Isn't that walking right into his hands?" Connor asked.
"Maybe. But he's not gonna stop pushing us around until someone stands up to him," Kaya said.
"Let's go see what Zeltrax is up to. Come on," Tommy said before three of them leaves the Dino Lab and headed to the location that Zeltrax told them to come to.
When they arrived at the warehouse that they were supposed to meet Zeltrax. Connor looked around as Kaya and Tommy were being cautious.
"Where is that hunk of junk?" Connor asked.
"Stay focused," Kaya said.
"I've got a bad feeling about this," Tommy replied.
They were keeping an eye out for any trouble then saw the monster come out of the hiding place. Kaya groaned softly.
"You really are suckers for punishment," the monster laughed.
"Should've known that the monsters always appear first before the generals," Kaya complained.
Kaya, Connor, and Tommy were in their fighting stances and went to attack the monster. Three of them were getting beaten by the monster after was on the ground. Ethan and Kira show up to see them on the ground. Ethan and Kira hurried over to them and help them to get up as the monster known as Termitetron laughed.
"I thought you were supposed to meet Zeltrax," Kira frowned.
"I guess he was afraid to face us in person," Tommy shrugged.
"Unless he was planning that to keep us weak for him to fight us," Kaya said.
"He'll be here," Termitetron told them, "I'm just the welcoming party."
Kaya glared at Termitetron.
"I guess we better change into our costumes, then," Connor growled, "Ready?"
"Ready!"
"DINO THUNDER POWER UP! HA!"
"DINO POWER!" the Rangers said as they morphed.
The Red Dino Ranger kicked the monster back.
"You posers are no match for me! Bug Bombs!" Termitetron said.
The monster attacked them with buzzing insects, which swarmed the Rangers and attacked them repeatedly. Kaya managing to get away and called out on her blaster to destroy the buys quickly. Kaya shuddered seeing so many bugs.
"Hey, those are my babies!" Termitetron cried out.
"Feel this baby," Kaya yelled as she ran at the monster with her Raptor bow, "Raptor Bow!"
Kaya shoots at the monster and kicked Termitetron repeatedly. Termitetron tries to block the attack but Kaya was too fast. The Rangers called out their weapons and turn them into Z-Rex Blaster to shoot at the monster. The monster was destroyed by the Z-Rex Blaster and the next thing they knew the monster grew. The Rangers ran out of the warehouse as the monster grew to be big.
"I'm a big, bad bug!" Termitetron laughed.
"You guys ready?" Tommy asked.
Before any of them could respond, Zeltrax appears through the portal. Kaya groaned seeing Zeltrax. The Rangers see Zeltrax and ran over by the Oliver twins' sides.
"Rangers," Zeltrax said.
"Better late than never," Tommy and Kaya growled.
"I'd say my timing is perfect. Give up and I call him off or take your chances with me," Zeltrax told them as he pointed his sword at them.
"You know what I choose guys?" Tommy looked at the other Rangers who nodded, "Brachio!"
The Rangers ran off to fight Termitetron as Kaya and Tommy glared at Zeltrax. Kaya and Tommy got their weapons out and fight Zeltrax before Kaya and Tommy looked at Zeltrax.
"I'm getting pretty sick of meeting like this," Tommy said.
"I wish you'd just tell us what it is with you having against my twin brother," Kaya said.
"Does the name Terrence Smith mean anything to you?" Zeltrax asked.
Kaya's eyes were wide as she gasped softly. Zeltrax went to attack Tommy as he was distracted. Kaya managed to avoid the attack as soon as Tommy was hit by Zeltrax.
"There is no way you are Smitty," Kaya said.
"But you were lost in that accident," Tommy murmured.
"I was on the verge of a breakthrough when it all went wrong. Mesogog found and put me back together again. He's a genius with cybernetic reconstruction," Zeltrax told the story about what happened to him.
"Oh, man... Smitty," Tommy mumbled as he and his sister heard the story.
Zeltrax attacks them again as Kaya and Tommy block the attacks.
"Genius or not, he's the enemy! You shouldn't be fighting for him!" Kaya exclaimed.
"He gave me life. The life your brother stole from me and now you both will repay him with your own!" Zeltrax said.
Zeltrax pushed Kaya away from the fight as he focused on Tommy.
"Don't do this, Smitty! Revenge is never the answer!" Tommy said.
"It is all that has kept me going! Revenge is mine," Zeltrax said as he kicks Tommy back.
"My advice is to find another hobby," Kaya called out.
"Give it up, Zeltrax," Tommy said.
"Never," Zeltrax said.
Tommy sighed softly and did the Dino Energy Orb on Zeltrax. Kaya shakes her head as Zeltrax leaves. Tommy looked down.
"Smitty. Man..." Tommy mumbled.
Kaya walked to Tommy and hugs him.
"I'm sorry but Smitty is no longer human. He is a robot now," Kaya said, "Also, that explains why Smitty felt familiar after sawing the picture of you, Anton, and him in the dig site."
Tommy nodded and hugs his sister back.
"I know, little sister," Tommy murmured.
Tommy and Kaya looked up to see that the Rangers took care of the monster before they left for another business. Kaya and Tommy walked back to the house after the fight was over.
