It's been 4 years since Naruto had last seen Ruby, and during that time he's been able to get back on his feet and sleep in peace again.

Yes he does work mainly as your average office worker from 9-5, but on the weekends or when he has free time in general, he's been working on movie editing for reviews on his YouTube channel.

Eventually Naruto had learned that money was to be made on YouTube, and seeing this as a mainly a side hustle than anything else, he continued to make videos on a weekly basis.

To his surprise however he was able to amount himself a subscriber count over a million by the end of his 2nd year, and had considered heavily to quit his day job, but stuck around because of the health benefits.

Otherwise while his parents were indeed disappointed in him quitting his job without finding a new one first, they were none the less glad to see their son again.

Currently he was going through his mail right now hoping to either find himself a coupon for either Taco Bell or hoping that his Amazon package came in already.

Instead he found himself a letter addressed to him with red lipstick on it as this instantly got his attention.

Opening up the letter, he instantly recognized the handwriting upon reading the first sentence and also felt a ticket and a backstage pass behind it.

'To Naruto, how are you doing, I know you have your own YouTube channel now to comment and review movies, also loved your review series on the Evil Dead movies. I've been doing well, my parents had took me back in help me to not only cure my drug addiction, something I'm certain you were aware about, but also letting me prepare myself to become the current rockstar I dreamt on becoming. As such I actually have an opening gig here in LA for a band called LINKIN PARK, which funny enough they were the band my sister took me to all those years and inspired me to pursue my life as a musician, so if you like to come see me perform and to catch up later on in person, I'd really love that. With love Ruby Rose of Crescent Rose, and yes that is my bands name'.

Once he finished reading the letter, Naruto could only smile as he began to pull out his phone to see when the LINKIN PARK show will start, and his eyes nearly popped out to see that he had only an hour and a half to prepare himself.

After changing into something more comfortable, he left the house with the door locked, and both locks below the window, before closing the blinds to turn away.

He made a quick stop at the local store to grab some gifts to give to Ruby as he began to drive towards where the concert was at, which as expected was packed with traffic, but he didn't care.

Once he got in, the bouncers lead Naruto to the backstage and in the direction of Ruby's dressing room as she was tuning her bass next to her band mates.

Upon opening the door, the little redhead saw the blonde who had helped her out of her situation and got her life back on track as he began to laydown the cards and flowers by the 1 way window.

"Hey Ruby" greeted Naruto as she began to set her bass aside and ran up to hug Naruto.

"Hey boo, so glad you could make it" said Ruby as she looked up to see how little Naruto's grown, "Hey I am your number one fan remember, I wouldn't dare miss your shows for anything" said Naruto as Ruby gave him a smile.

"Hey sorry for leaving you like that all those years" said Ruby as she still felt bad that she had to say goodbye to him the most coward like way possible.

"It's alright, if you didn't you wouldn't be here today, and besides didn't LINKIN PARK said once that 'Sometimes goodbye's the only way'" said Naruto as this got a chuckle out of Ruby.

"Yeah, I guess your right, which by the way you got to meet them since he and the rest of the band are not only awesome but really nice guys, oh but first you should meet my bandmates" said Ruby as they both turned their heads to see the members of Crescent Rose.

"On lead guitar is Lie Ren, and on drums his girlfriend Nora" introduced Ruby as Ren gave a nod and Nora made an impromptu drum solo on the coffee table.

"And finally on rhythm guitar is Jaune" said Ruby as the other blonde in the room gave Naruto a timid wave at him.

"They all seem like nice people" said Naruto as he was happy Ruby was living her dreams with some people she could call her friends.

"They are and I wouldn't trade them for the world" said Ruby as she began to wrap her hands around Naruto and look at him with eyes of happiness.

"So what happens now" asked Naruto as he knew the answer as he and Ruby were leaning for a kiss, but stopped at the last second when they heard some knocking on the door.

"Crescent Rose, you guys are on in 5 minutes" called someone on the other side of the door, and completely ruining the moment.

"We should get ready" said Ruby as he band mates grabbed her equipment and one by one they began to leave the room and head their way towards the stage.

"I'll see you after the last encore" said Ruby as she turn to grab her bass and was about to jet out the door, but stopped in her tracks to turn back and give Naruto a quick kiss on the lips.

"And I'll be waiting you front stage cheering for you louder than anyone else" said Naruto as both began to leave the room and go to their respective places and make this a night they soon won't forget.

And boy was it a night they didn't forget, with fans asking Crescent Rose to play 3 encore songs, Ruby having snuck her way into the crowd to join Naruto to see LINKIN PARK perform, resulting in Chester and Mike asking her to sing along with them for a few songs, before enjoying a post show after party, which really helped boost Naruto and Ruby's fame respectively.

In the years to come, they would continue to date till one day, Naruto got down on his knee's and asked Ruby to marry him, to which she gladly accepted.

There you guys go, another short fic of mine completed and done, granted it's not one of my best works out there, since I was personally limited to like 5-6 songs to turn into chapters which believe it or not is not that easy especially from my approach.

Overall I want to thank you guys for being loyal and following me through this, which honestly I'm not certain if I would do something like this again, and even if I did maybe I'll choose a different medium property to tell the story, crossover or not, but I will promise that nothing will be rushed nor will words be minced, or hell who knows maybe I'll use a different band instead.
