The Dragonlance series as a whole is brilliant. R.A. Salvatore's many trilogies involving Drizzt are also a favorite of mine (Forgotten Realms). Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling, The Chronicles of Vladmir Todd series by Heather Brewer are Brilliant as well and Ive reread them 3 or four times.
