I decided to make Naruto ten years old and he'll be six years older than than the Rookie 9. So when the main story beings. Naruto will be Twenty and the rookies will be Fourteen.

*Land of Whirlpools*
A ten year old boy with red hair and azure blue eyes watches as his everything burns, his home, his village, his country but most of all his family. They came through the blackness and slaughtered them all, all because they refused to join a brewing war. A war that didn't concern their island nation but war came and erased them. The boy was staring as the burning remains of his home, his hands seared attempting to save his family.
"Look there's one left" a voice sneers. The boy doesn't register as several men and women approach with various weapons.
"Isn't that the male kid of the Uzumaki Head.. You know the fiery redhead" one says.
"Yeah those chains were a bitch.. Good Konoha gave us the means to stop them" another says. Konoha or Konohagakure no Sato their ally, their ally had betrayed them and sent these agents of death.
"Should we kill him.. We could sell him to Konoha for a price" a third says.
"Naw... He's not pure" a fourth says.
"Then we shouldn't have killed the Clan Head or even burned those little girls" a fifth says.
"You're right.. We could've cut off her arms and legs after we sealed her chakra" the first says. Rage starts to build in the boy as these monsters mocked his family, his clan but his kind mother and innocent sisters. One of the women reaches for the boy but her eyes wide, "Look at his eyes" she shouts. The boy slowly rises to his feet as his eyes come into view, they no longer azure blue but completely purple with several rings in a rippled pattern.
"W-what?!" one exclaims, as the boy suddenly explodes with power and blows them back as a mangled mess of bodies. The stress of awakening this power turns the boy's hair a stark white as he collapses in exhaustion. A tall man with blond hair with jaw length bangs and the same azure blue eyes reaches the massacre, his left arm dangling and lifeless.
"Kami!... Naruto?!... Naruto?!" he shouts, finding the white hair boy. The man turns his son over and pulls him to his chest, "Damn it" he says, seeing his burned hands.
"Come one Minato.. This is foolish" a voice says and the blond sees the man he once called sensei.
"No Jiraiya.. Foolishness is Konoha committing such acts" minato shouts. Jiraiya stares at his fool of a student and wearing standard Anbu attire, "The village Always comes first.. I taught you that... These islanders seem to not understand that" he says. It consists of black outfit with grey chest, forearm and shin guards.
"These islanders as you call them were our allies!" minato starts but coughs up some blood but builds up his chakra.
"Somehow... Some way.. Konoha will pay for this" minato adds, vanishing in a flash.
"Kukuku it won't matter.. My Poison will do him in" a sultry voice says and jiraiya sees his lover Orochimaru. She has long black hair and pale skin with snake like yellow eyes, wearing Anbu attire.
"Even so.. If he talks.. Well Sensei won't be happy" jiraiya says.
"And No one will hear.. He'll be labeled a traitor.. Now we need to leave or this will be for naught" orochimaru says and both vanish in a swirl of leaves.

Minato breathes heavily as he lays naruto down, "Damn it I need to hurry.. I need to hide Naruto before Konoha attempts to find him" he thought. The blond inscribes a seal on the ground with his blood as naruto lays in the center.
"They'll guide him and make him strong" minato thought and inscribes a seal on naruto's chest, pouring his chakra into it.
"I'll see you again and guide you... Live my precious son.. Your Mother.. Sisters and I will always be in your heart" minato whispers and naruto vanishes. Minato falls on his butt with a weak look as several kumo ninja break in but before they could boast. The building explodes and takes a thirty foot chunk out of the area.

News soon spreads of the massacre of the uzumaki, konoha's ancient ally and the cries of war would begin to echo. The war would last three years and would end with konoha's victory but the price was high. Kiri would be the first to bow out as civil war began between those with a Kekkei Genkai and those without. Iwa was next as Wicked Eye Fugaku Uchiha turned their Jinchuriki against them, forcing iwa out of the war. The Sandaime Tsuchikage nearly giving his life to kill both jinchuriki with his destructive Jinton. Kumo the staunchest in the war would lose their Sandaime Raikage as Ay died to ten thousand soldiers.
Konoha was the victor with their ally Suna but sees the end of the Senju clan, save Tsunade Senju having left to wander before the war even began. However konoha's plan to use minato and his upgraded Hiraishin for a swift victory, died with him and he was labeled a traitor. Jiraiya attempted to find naruto but that proved fruitless and that would yield a bitter harvest. The Sandaime Hokage would step down as Hokage and named fugaku Yondaime but would drip honeyed poison to push him to expand. However this too would yield a bitter harvest.
*Ten Years Later - Post Uzumaki Massacre*
The faces of the dead continue to haunt the son of minato and kushina but soon they would satiated. Naruto Uzumaki or under his alias Hajime Illig slowly opens his Rinnegan eyes, his nightmares slowly ebbing into the ether of his memories. Naruto sits up and reveals numerous scars and wounds but the most serious was mangled looking right arm, courtesy of fighting the mad monk containing the Ichibi Shukaku. A pair of slender arms wrap around his waist and a head rests on his back.
"I wish I could cure you of these dreams" a voice says, the owner being named Konan Tenko and his partner.
"Only when all of them pay.. Only then will my family and clan be able to rest" naruto says. Konan sighs with sadness in her amber eyes, "You've killed the Sandaime Tsuchikage by making it look like old age.. The Yondaime Raikage through Poison and blaming a random sex slave.. Personally fought and killed the Mizukage the Perfect Jinchuriki.. Thus ending a civil war" she says. Naruto touches konan's hands with a sigh, "The world will never know but that is fine" he says, getting up and stretching.
"Only Konoha remains and Lord Ieyasu will help in that regard" konan says.
"Only because he learned the truth from Tsunade and my words" naruto says, heading into the bathroom. He takes a shower, brushes his teeth and stares into the mirror with Rinnegan staring back at him.
"The power of the Rikudou Sennin" naruto thought. These eyes were the reason for his white hair and loss of his father's eyes. Naruto leaves the bathroom as konan was sitting on the bed, "When is this over.. Will you settle down and have a family" she asks. Naruto closes the gap and konan places her head on his stomach, "We'll go back to Iron and play in the forests outside of Titania castle" he says and konan smiles.
"Sensei will not like that" konan said and naruto chuckles.
"True... I should get ready" naruto says and konan rises to her feet, giving him a kiss.
"I am with you Hajime" konan said and naruto nods.
"To Hell and Back Eris" naruto says.

Naruto makes his way through the capital of fire country with his Rinnegan hidden behind a pair of special goggles. He wears black hybrid hakama-ninja pants with black boots made fo riding horses. A black double breasted tailcoat with four tails, two in front of a black color and two in the back of a red color, also having a beaked hood. Underneath the coat is a white high-collar button-up vest and short sleeve mesh armor shirt with a pair of black gloves. On his left hip was a special katana made from chakra metal and his chakra rods. It has black sheath with a white tip, the sword itself having a spiral guard to represent his clan. The hilt is black and purple with a black corded ribbon and purple tassel. Naruto reaches the palace and makes his way inside with several guards, one holding his sword.
"Tokugawa-sama will see you now" one guard said, opening the doors of a study. It was pretty spartan but befitting a noble, at the desk sits tokugawa ieyasu. He is man in his early thirties with a fit physique, brown hair and grey eyes. He wears a black and gold hakama, a long sleeve black shirt and a gold-black kimono jacket.
"Thank you for coming on short notice Kiryu" ieyasu said and naruto bows at the waist.
"I live to serve you" naruto says, as ieyasu dismisses the guards. Naruto channels chakra to boot and activates a seal array, sealing the room from interference.
"Konoha will be expecting you at the end of the week" ieyasu starts.
"Rules of Engagement" naruto asks.
"Reveal your identity to them.. Gauge their response on the matter" ieyasu continues.
"Is that wise... Though I welcome the chance to make them suffer for their crimes" naruto says.
"As do I but through Legal means.. You in the dark is not needed.. Konoha's Sins must be dragged into the light.. For you.. For you mentor and the Dead" ieyasu says.
"We speak for the dead" naruto thought, his sensei's words.
"They will attempt to covet me once they see my Rinnegan or is that the hook" naruto says and ieyasu smirks.
"Their lust for bloodlines rivals the former Yondaime Raikage.. You are the bait.. Once they learn you are my eyes and ears.. Our mutual enemies will move" ieyasu said.
"Hiruzen Sarutobi the puppet master behind Fugaku" naruto says and ieyasu nods.
"He supported my brother from the shadows to appear neutral but he bet wrong and my brother is dead.. However my brother was meticulous and paranoid" ieyasu said and tosses naruto a journal, "Everything to nail Konoha.. Every sick experiment.. Every communication between them.. Every damn word" he adds.
"Konan will accompany me" naruto says and ieyasu nods, dismissing the Rinnegan user. Naruto excuses himself and makes his way out of the palace, retrieving his sword and making his way to brothel called High Moon.
"How may we serve you" a man says.
"Is Lady Gaga in" naruto asks, flashing money.
"Oh yes Sir.. Follow me" the man says, taking the money. Naruto hands over his sword and follows behind the man as women leer and men glare but he ignores them.
"Here you are Sir" the man says, sliding open the door. Inside is beautiful woman with long black hair and ruby red eyes, having an additional ring in them and purple eyeshadow along with light makeup. Naruto steps in as the man slides the door closed as gaga smiles, "Welcome Goshujin-sama" gaga greets, bowing with her hands on the floor. Naruto slips off his coat and takes a seat, "The winds blow the leaf" he says and gaga's mood shifts. Gaga suddenly weaves hand-signs to ram, "We're clear" she says.
"Enjoying being pampered Kurenai" naruto says and gaga or kurenai sighs.
"Luckily I haven't gone all the way... So mission is a go" kurenai says.
"Yes.. Konan and I will be heading to Konoha by the end of the week" naruto says.
"I will send word to Sensei.. I'll contact Anko as well.. She's in Konoha as a member of their T&I department" kurenai says.
"She managed to get such position" naruto says and kurenai nods, pouring him some sake.
"She caught the attention Ibiki Morino and her personality was interesting" kurenai explains. Naruto down the sake in thought as kurenai pours him another drink, "Tell her I need information on the Jinchuriki and her clan.. Their betrayal will be meted out" he says.
"I'll contact her tomorrow.. Also Jiraiya frequents here and has taken a shine to me" kurenai says.
"Orochimaru can't satisfy him no longer Hah.. Or has she grown tired of him" naruto says.
"A little of both as Orochimaru prefers younger men and Jiraiya has a very wandering eye" kurenai explains.
"Continue to observe him and consult Sensei" naruto says, handing her some money. Kurenai slips the money between the valley of her breasts, "Careful in Konoha" she says and naruto nods, stepping out and retrieving his blade. Naruto returns to his home and konan was gone to her cover as a seamstress. He strips off his coat and boots, before laying on the sofa and closes his eyes.
*Flashback*
Naruto stares blankly at the wall, his eyes empty and bloodshot from lack of sleep. The doors of his room open and a young woman of about eighteen enters with straight blue hair, "My name is Konan and Sensei wants to see you" she says and naruto doesn't answer. Konan narrows her amber eyes and pulls naruto to his feet, dragging him to another room. Inside the room was a man with shaggy black hair and his eye patch over his right eye, along with x-shape scar on his chin. He wears all black and his right sleeve is empty.
"I've brought him Sensei" konan said, bringing naruto and sitting him down.
"Thank you Konan... Return your duties" the man says and konan bows, excusing herself.
"Did your father or mother speak of me" the man starts but naruto shakes his head, "I am Danzo Shimura and I taught your mother but also I had marital status with the Uzumaki clan" he adds and naruto looks up.
"Minato sent you to me with the last of his strength before the fall of Uzushio" danzo continues and naruto remains unmoving.
"It has been a week since the fall and war has begun... Konoha is taking advantage of your clans sacrifice" danzo said and caught a spark of anger in naruto's Rinnegan eyes.
"I will train you Naruto.. You will become a member of my Kurai Hogosha and work from the shadows.. From there the ones responsible for your clans demise will brought to justice" danzo said and the young boy before him would bring about konoha's fall.
*End Flashback - Konohagakure no Sato*
Fugaku uchiha sits at a oval shape table with the various clan heads and his advisors, "The Daimyo is sending a representative.. They will joining our ninja Corp temporarily" he says. He has a stern face with charcoal eyes and black hair. He wears the standard jonin attire of a long dark blue shirt and matching pants with a olive flak vest but adds a front open apron with white diamonds.
"Do we know them" Hisashi Hyuga asks. He has long brown hair and his clan's white Byakugan, wearing a white kimono and brown haori.
"The message was vague but they expected to given the rank of Jonin" fugaku says.
"Given Jonin rank?!" Tsume Inuzuka shouts. She has wild brown hair and sharp eyes. She wears the standard attire but her shirt is black.
"The new Daimyo may be testing us" Shikaku Nara comments. He has black hair in a pineapple like ponytail with black eyes, several scars and wearing standard attire.
"Perhaps" muses Hiruzen Sarutobi and former Hokage. He has grey hair and several liver spots, dark eyes and wearing formal clothes.
"Why should we tested?!" screeches Mebuki Haruno, branch family of the massacred uzumaki. She has long pink hair with green eyes, wearing a white qipao dress with pink pants and black boots.
"Calm yourself.. The Daimyo wishes to reaffirm our loyalty" fugaku says and the council murmurs.
"When will they arrive" shikaku asks.
"By the end of the week.. They will shadow the Jonin captains of Team-7.. Team-8 and Team-9 and Team-10" fugaku replies and dismisses the council.
"Does the Daimyo suspect we supported his brother" fugaku says, once the council was gone. Hiruzen takes a puff of his pipe in thought, "It is plausible.. Signs pointed to Lord Odakatsu winning but Lord Ieyasu proved formidable and resilient" he says.
"Then we'll need to be cautious for the time being and give nothing for the Daimyo to use" fugaku says. News would soon spread due to gossip from certain individuals and the village was bracing.

Naruto sits with his arms folded and his eyes closed as konan sits across from him in a carriage bound for konoha. He wears black hybrid hakama-ninja pants with black boots made for riding horses. A double breasted coat with two tails in the back, underneath is a white high-collar button-up vest and long sleeve mesh armor shirt with a pair of black gloves. The blue hair angel wears black hybrid hakama-ninja pants with medical tap around her calves with high heel kunoichi boots. A lavender short sleeve kimono blouse adorned with snow flakes and a white obi, a long black cloak with nose length collar and lavender lining.
"How do expect Konoha to react" konan asks. Naruto opens to reveal blue eyes with dark tear line down his eyes, a seal made to hide his Rinnegan.
"They will see me as the Traitor's son but once I reveal my Rinnegan.. They will change" naruto says.
"Even more when they learn you serve Lord Ieyasu" konan says.
"Let them see me as they wish.. Judgment will come for them... Konoha will feel as my clan and so many others felt due to their unfettered arrogance" naruto says. Konan slowly reaches to grasp his hands, "And I will be your beacon" she says and naruto softly nods. The pair soon fall back into silence as the carriage nears their destination. At the main gate of konoha two chunin named Izumo and Kotetsu were watching the gate.
"Didn't Hokage-sama tell us to expect someone from the capital" izumo says. Kotetsu yawns with a smack of his lips but sees a carriage approaching, "That must be them" he says. The carriage comes to a halt as people gawk and the door opens, allowing naruto and konan to exit. The pair approach the guard shack, "Welcome to Konohagakure" izumo says. Kotetsu pushes the log-in sheet for them to sign but naruto and konan enter the village.
"Hey" kotetsu shouts but naruto looks back.
"Tell me.. Does the Daimyo have to sign in" naruto says and both shake their heads.
"Then you have your answer" naruto says, as several Anbu appear.
"We are to escort you to the Hokage Tower" one codename Wolf says.
"Lead the way" konan says and the Anbu grasp their shoulders, vanishing in a swirl of leaves. The group reappear in front of the hokage tower and the Anbu lead them to highest level of the tower, where the yondaime and former sandaime were waiting for them.
"Greeting I am Fugaku Uchiha the Yondaime Hokage" fugaku says, extending his hand and naruto gives him a firm handshake. Hiruzen was looking over naruto and his companion but something touches his memories and it was not good.
"I am Sarutobi Hiruzen the former Sandaime Hokage and Fugaku's advisor" hiruzen says and naruto shakes his hand.
"Your exploits precede you both and I'm sure you have been informed of the situation" naruto says and reaches into his coat, giving fugaku a scroll with the wax seal of ieyasu. Fugaku opens the the seal and opens the scroll to read the contents, outlining naruto and konan were practically immune and could what they wished. The pair would observe konoha's infrastructure, ninja and villagers but if any stepped out of line to attack them. Naruto and konan would have the authority to kill them without reprisal.
"Why would someone attack you" fugaku says, as hiruzen reads over the scroll. Naruto reaches for his goggles and lifts to show his closed eyes, "Allow me to properly introduce myself.. I am Naruto Uzumaki-Namikaze.. Son of Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki" he says, revealing his Rinnegan. Fugaku's breath hitches in shock but for hiruzen it was fear as there in front of them was a survivor of the uzumaki but their son.
"I-I see" fugaku says, shocked to know a survivor of the uzumaki massacre was here.
"I am Eris Balor and I am Naruto-sama right hand" konan says, bowing. Fugaku clears his throat with a look at naruto's eyes, "I thought the Rinnegan was a myth" he says.
"Yet here they are.. Yondaime-sama... Eris and I have had a long trip.. We will retire to Lord Ieyasu's satellite residence" naruto says.
"Yes.. That is fine.. I will convene a Council meeting tomorrow morning at eight.. I will introduce you to the Council but I should warn you.. Your father's name leaves a bitter taste in some" fugaku says.
"Then I will simply have to endure it but I should warn you.. If some feel need to inflict harm on me for it.. Then they will be Dealt with" naruto says and bows, before excusing himself with konan following him. Once naruto was gone fugaku slams his fist on his desk, "I thought you said he was dead" he says.
"Jiraiya has been searching for him and has been impossible to find" hiruzen says.
"Well he's appeared and represents the Daimyo.. You read the letter.. He's untouchable and worse he has the eyes of Legend" fugaku says.
"Indeed he does but worse.. He's knows what happened on Uzushio.. That makes him even more dangerous" hiruzen says.
"Then what can we do" fugaku says.
"We'll need to find a way for him to lose face with the Daimyo.. Show him the strength of Konoha" hiruzen says and a person came to mind.
"We'll use Orochimaru's apprentice Kimimaro.. He's around the same age and one of our stronger young talents" hiruzen adds.
"We'll need Uzumaki look like the villain.. Which shouldn't be too hard as his father is a known traitor.. Once word spreads of this he'll be ostracized but we can't look bad to him either" fugaku says and both men would plot and scheme but all this would be for naught.

A/N-2: I'm gonna stop here and test the waters. This is all I have and unless there is a large call for this story. This will be all and I'll take it down and relegate it to the unfinished. Things to note going forward as certain people were not born such as Nagato, Itachi, Shisui and Obito. The Haruno are the Branch side of the Uzumaki and Sakura is the Kyubi Jinchuriki. Konoha and Fire country will kind of be the main focus with the other countries in the background. Thank you for support and as always Stay Frosty.
