An Enslaved Rabbit

Prologue

Orario, the center of the world. The only place to host a dungeon, the home and powerhouse of monsters. A wealthy city, whose economy mostly relies on the magic stones it receives from the adventurers of the city obtained by killing monsters in the dungeon.

Eight years have passed since the defeat of the Zeus and Hera Familia. The two strongest Familias that were heeded as the strongest for nearly a thousand years since the fall of Albert Waldenstein. The two Familias defeated the King of the Land, Behemoth and the Ruler of the Sea, Leviathan. However, they met their downfall by the claws of the One-Eyed Black Dragon. The last monster of the Three Great Quests came on top wiping out the two mighty Familias overnight.

The defeat and exile of the two Familias plunged Orario in its darkest age, the city became a dangerous one. Crime and evil surged in every district and corner. The few Familias that were left standing with enough power to defend themselves were the Ganesha, Astraea, Apollo, Hephaestus, Ishtar, Loki and Freya Familias. They took over as the strongest Familias, but when compared to the two previous strongest, the strength of Orario looked weak. No level sevens, eights or nines were left, having been annihilated by the Black Dragon.

Even through the combined strength of the five strongest Familias and the Guild chaos, death, danger and crime raised in the city. One organization grew from this incident, Evilus. They sought to bring destruction to Gekai and Orario. Without the Zeus and Hera Familias around, Evilus unleashed itself on Orario, causing death and destruction to reign over the city.

Every day, the Guild and the five strongest Familias, worked to fight back this horrendous age and bring Evilus to its knees. However, Orario didn't have a chance to strike back, having lost most of its strength along the fall of the two Familias. Orario still had lots of adventurers but the number of first class adventurers had decreased dramatically. It now had less than twenty first class adventurers, with only four level six adventurers.

Little did Orario expect what was going to be happening soon enough. Evilus had gathered its forces ready to strike the city. With a multitude of level ones, twos, threes and fours, at least a dozen level fives and two level sevens, as well as a massive amount of monsters and unblessed people, they prepared to storm the city.

Erebus looked at the prison cell where a broken white haired boy laid. It pained his heart to see him like that. He just hoped that this would work, and that it would end soon. The horn of battle was sounded and Erebus opened the cell.

"Come on, this is the last push. I promise to save you, after this, Bell."

He turned around and frowned.

'Evilus, you swine's, if Silence and Gluttony don't find you first once this is finished, I'll make sure you pay for breaking the boy, personally.'

The God growled mentally.
