It took a long time for Evelyn to find out who the boys that she apparently had sex with were. Most of the schools didn't talk to her and were currently shunning her. So, it wasn't until Evelyn ran into Kiera Mantis, a Slytherin who had a big mouth, that ended up telling Evelyn everything. In less than a minute, Evelyn got the names of the boys and the houses they were all in.

Seven boys were saying that she slept with them. All seven of them were older than her. There were three seventh-years and four sixth-years. Between these two boys, only two were in a relationship. Brandon McGregor was with Lola from the club while Heymans Entwhistle was with Tiara. However, between the two of them, it was Brandon who was talking more about this. According to Keira, he never shut up about it despite having a girlfriend.

So, after finishing all of her classes on a Thursday, Evelyn tried to find Brandon McGregor at the Entrance Hall. To her unfortunate, the whole hall was packed with people that day. Of course, that didn't stop Evelyn from going to talk to him.

As she approached McGregor, she scoffed. From the first look, Evelyn knew that she would never hook up with him. First of all, he was blond and she didn't like blond men, especially if they had blue eyes. She always had thought that they reminded her of many members of her family. She always had preferred dark-haired men. Even her crushes when she had been a young girl had been on dark-haired men.

Evelyn cleared her throat. She noticed one of McGregor's friend's eyes widen when he spotted her. He whispered something to McGregor and the older boy turned to her.

She pressed her lips when he noticed that he had blue eyes. She had to hold a scowl at the sight of them. "Hi, Eve." He greeted her.

"Only people that know me well, call me Eve. It's Evelyn to you." Her shoulders stiffened as she looked up at him.

McGregor chuckled. "After that night, I would have thought that I know you well."

Evelyn puckered her lips. She had to restrain herself when she looked at him. The desire to punch him was too high for her liking. "What night?" She questioned him and he frowned. "What night are you talking about? Because I don't remember ever talking to you and let alone..." She trailed off when she noticed that people were looking at her. "...having sex with you."

He laughed and she tensed even more. "How can you not remember? Hallowe'en night." Her jaw fell and she took a step back. Her heart started to beat so fast that she could hear the drums of it in her ear. "Remember we both didn't attend the feast?" She blinked a few times. She hadn't attended the feast. In her five years in this school, she had attended that feast only once. This year's feast she had spent it with Rabastan in the Room of Requirement. They had sex that night, although, Evelyn didn't remember it because she had been drunk. "You saw me in the corridor walking and you started to talk to me." Her hands began to shake as she started to realize what was happening. She couldn't believe this. She couldn't believe that he would do this. "You threw yourself at me."

Evelyn's heart started to beat so loudly that she couldn't hear McGregor anymore. All she could hear were her heartbeats. Her heartbeats were so erratic, so fast and so loud. Her heartbeats somehow were taking the breath out of her lungs.

She snapped out of her thoughts when she heard McGregor and two of his friends laugh. She blinked a few times and looked up at McGregor. The older boy laughed so much that tears were coming out of his eyes.

His laugh made Evelyn focus on the matter at hand. She was facing McGregor, not the person who was behind all of this. If she cracked McGregor, maybe she could get to him too.

"If we had sex as you said you did," McGregor turned to look at her. "can you tell me where my birthmark is?"

McGregor's laugh stopped. His eyes went wide and his body stilled. "What? What are you talking about?"

"I have a birthmark on my body. Since you had sex with me, you can easily tell me where it is, can't you?" She looked around. She noticed that even more people had gathered around them. They were all listening. "Come on, tell me where it is."

He scoffed at her. "How am I supposed to know? Everything happened so fast."

"It's hard to miss, McGregor." She crossed her arms. "People can notice it even when I'm wearing a tank top."

McGregor pursued his lips. He looked around and his friends all looked away. Evelyn stood before him and she waited. She waited for the answer that could help her tell the whole school the truth.

"It's on your back. Upperside of it." He responded as his eyes darted to the floor.

"My upper back, huh?" She questioned him before letting out a scoff. "I'm sorry to disappoint you, but my birthmark isn't on my upper back. It's not anywhere on my body because I don't have one." She pulled out two photos that she had in her robes. There were of a summer of two years ago. She had been on the beach with her dad and her siblings. In the photos, she was wearing a two-piece bikini. "See?" She showed him a photo. "In this one, you can see my front and as you see there's no birthmark." She saw as McGregor's face fell. "And in this one, you can see my back and there still is no birthmark. How could you make such a big mistake, McGregor?"

"You tricked me." He snapped at her and took a step forward.

Evelyn took a step back and gulped down. "No, you tried to trick the whole school, but I didn't let you." She shot back at him. She turned around and met the eyes of many students. They were all looking at her with wide eyes. She ignored them as she left the Entrance Hall.

"I thought I had it in the bag. I proved that McGregor had been lying with that birthmark trick, but it seemed like the whole school still thinks I'm a hag." Evelyn fidgeted with the buttons of her robe. "Some people are not believing the rumours after what happened with McGregor. Some people think that I might not have shagged McGregor, but I shagged the other guys. Most of them believe that I tricked poor McGregor and I'm the worst hag in the world."

Her cousin let out a sigh. The two of them were doing their prefect rounds. It was their last prefect round together for this term since the term would end in a few days.

"You should just ignore them." Her cousin advised her.

"No, no, that won't do any good." Evelyn shook her head. "Not after I know who did it."

Elena stopped in her tracks. Her lips parted as she looked at Evelyn. "You know who did it?"

Of course, she knew. She had suspected before that he had been behind this. It was McGregor who had given her a confirmation with his story. He had spoken about how Evelyn had been with him in Hallowe'en. Of course, Evelyn hadn't been with him. She had been with Rabastan.

"It's him, Elena." Evelyn didn't let herself say his name out loud. She feared that people were in the corridor. Although, from the sight of it, the corridor was empty but for them. "McGregor told me that we had sex in Hallowe'en. I was with him that night. The whole night."

Her cousin blinked a few times. "I can't believe him." Evelyn didn't say anything. If someone had told her in October that Rabastan would manage to do this, she wouldn't have believed them. However, after finally opening her eyes and after their breakup, Evelyn could see Rabastan for who he was. "He's still messing with you even after you broke up."

"He's deliberately doing this because we broke up," Evelyn informed Elena. "He wants to do this as revenge or..." To win her back, Evelyn thought to herself. There was a chance that Rabastan was doing this to win her back. He wanted to tell her that if she continue not being with him, her whole reputation would be ruined. If he was doing this a month after the break-up, what would he do later on? He had already ruined so many things for her. What else could he do?

"Or?"

Evelyn turned to look at Elena. "Doesn't matter." She muttered. She didn't want Elena to know what she was thinking.

"Are you going to face him?"

"No, no way," Evelyn responded. She realized that she did it too fast. "After what he did when I was breaking up with him, I think I should just avoid him." She mumbled.

The truth was that Evelyn didn't want to face him. There had been a moment that night where she wanted to take everything back. She wanted to tell him that she wanted to stay with him. She had been afraid that she had been hurting him by leaving him.

Because of that, Evelyn was afraid that if she faced him, her resolve would crumble. She was afraid that she would be with him in no time.

"So, what are you going to do?"

"Just try to finish this year," Evelyn responded to Elena's question. "Try to get all Os in my OWLs, do my prefect duties and maybe even try to get in the club again."

Elena pressed her lips. "I don't think that's going to happen, Evelyn. The club kicked you out."

"Did everyone vote me out?" Evelyn questioned. Her hands began to shake. She expected that some people didn't She expected her close friends didn't do it. She didn't think Diana, Christina, Gabriela and Marlene would ever believe these rumours.

"Yes," Elena responded.

Evelyn's stomach dropped. Her heart clenched and her face grew cold. "Even-even my friends?"

Her cousin bit her lip and looked away. "I'm sorry, Evelyn. Everyone voted you out."

She couldn't believe this. She had hoped that she would be able to redeem her friendships. She hadn't expected to go back as they had been before. After all, she had hurt them and they had hurt her. Yet she wanted to be on speaking terms with them. She wanted to have a few more memories with them before she headed to Ilvermorny.

That wasn't possible anymore. Despite everything, she didn't like that her friends did that. She hated that they had done that. She knew that they weren't friends, but this was bad. This told her that not only did they believe the rumours, but they also supported it too despite knowing the truth. Despite knowing that she had been with Rabastan at that time. She was willing to forgive Christina for writing that letter to Don and the others supporting that, but this had just been pouring more gasoline into the fire.

Maybe she already doomed their friendship, but they had doomed it further.

"I can't believe it," Evelyn murmured. She ran a hand through her hair and let out a sigh. "I can't believe them."

"I'm so sorry..." Elena whimpered.

Evelyn turned to her. "There's nothing to apologize for Elena." She assured her cousin. "You did nothing wrong." Elena gave her a curt nod. "I don't even know why I even thought about getting in the club again though. Not only am I not welcomed there, but I'm leaving for Ilvermorny next year too."

"You're certain about that?" She had told Elena about her plans a few days ago. To say her cousin was shocked would be an understatement. Although, it seemed like Elena had gotten over the shock of that news.

Evelyn hummed. "Yes, there's nothing I've been more certain about." Her blue eyes moved to the window and stared at one of the turrets of the castle. "It seems like my time in Hogwarts has come to an end." She mumbled as she kept her eyes focused on the turret.

Evelyn opened her History of Magic book after she sat on the desk. The class had yet to start, so she put her things on the table. Just like in many other classes, apart from Potions where she sat with Amos, Evelyn was sitting alone. A few weeks ago, she sat with Remus. When she had returned from her dad's, she had noticed that Marauders were back together, so he sat in this class with his friends.

When she had seen that Sirius and Remus were on speaking terms, Evelyn had found some glimmer of hope for herself. If Remus could forgive what Sirius did, she thought that her friend could forgive her too. When Elena had told her that her friends had voted her out of the club, she had scratched that out. Besides, she didn't think that she could forgive Christina for what she did. She had written to Don, not letting Evelyn explain her side of the story to him. Because of her, Don wasn't talking to her. There was no way that Evelyn could forgive that.

"I don't know why people are so surprised." She heard Vera McLaggen say from behind her. Her body immediately stilled as she knew what they were talking about. "She always give me the impression that she was with a hag, especially when she started to wear that lipstick."

Evelyn touched her lips. She hadn't put on her red lipstick today. In fact, she hadn't put it on for weeks now. The last time she did that was on Hallowe'en night. She didn't get thought why her red lipstick made her a hag though. It was just makeup, right?

"And that thing with McGregor?" Courtney from Gryffindor scoffed. "Maybe she didn't sleep with him, but she did with the others. There's a reason why her friends aren't talking about."

Evelyn glanced at her friends. They were all sitting in the other row. She gulped down when she noticed Edrick, Carter and Diana laugh with one another. There had been a time where she would be there with them. That was over though. It was never going to happen again. She didn't want to happen again.

"They probably realized that she was just a hag like her mum."

Every time they mentioned her mum, Evelyn wanted to scream. She wanted to scream so loud that she wanted to turn everyone deaf. She wanted to curse and insult anyone who said anything bad about her mum. She understood their resentment of her to a degree, but she didn't understand what her mum had done to deserve this.

Not being able to listen to this conversation anymore, she packed her things and left the class. She decided to skip it. It was better to skip the class rather than stand that conversation. If she stayed one minute longer, she was going to lose her mind.

Evelyn ended up in an alcove on the second floor. She stopped before it and decided to sit down when she saw what was happening outside. It was snowing. A little, but it was snowing nevertheless. The snow reminded her that it was December. It reminded her that in two days, she would be home. She would be with her mum. As long as she was with her mum, Evelyn knew everything would be better.

"Shouldn't you be in class, Evelyn?"

Evelyn gasped when she heard the familiar voice. She turned her head and saw the old headmaster standing there. Of all people she could be caught for skipping class, she was being caught by the headmaster himself.

"I'm sorry, sir." She got up from the alcove and bowed her head. "I-I couldn't stay in-in the class..."

Dumbledore took a step forward. "Why not?"

"I didn't feel welcomed there." She sniffed as she responded to him. Seeing as Dumbledore knew about Rabastan, she thought that he probably knew about the rumours too. She wondered if he believed them too.

"By your friends?"

Evelyn shuddered at the mention of them. "No, not by them." She whispered. "But I don't think that they like me enough to be welcoming either. They probably hate me."

Dumbledore smiled at her as he moved closer to her. "Your friends don't hate you. They're mad at you, but they don't hate you." She didn't say anything about it. Dumbledore had no idea what he was talking about, she thought to herself. He didn't know them enough to say that. "One day, they will forgive you."

"How can you know that?" Her voice cracked as she asked him that question.

"Because someone like you deserves a second chance." He responded. Her heart fluttered at his words. "If you can prove to your friends that you can be honest with them, they'd give you a second chance."

Honesty. If Evelyn was honest, she needed to tell her friends everything. She needed to tell them everything Rabastan did to her, she needed to tell them that she had been lying for years about who she was, she needed to tell about Hart and she needed to tell them about other lies too.

What if they didn't accept her? What if they found disgusting how long she had lied? What if they would be put off by her perfect persona farce? What if they wouldn't even hear her out? What if she was unable to forgive them for the hurt she caused?

Evelyn reminded herself that it would be futile. She would be leaving for Ilvermorny next year. She would leave all of this life behind her.

"I doubt that they'll give me a second chance." She murmured. "Second chances aren't that easy to give."

"I'm giving you one right now." Evelyn frowned at him. "I'm giving you a second chance by not giving you detention for skipping class."

Evelyn let out a sigh of relief. "Thank you so much, professor."

"Don't miss your next class, Evelyn." He told her and she nodded. "Even if you feel unwelcomed in them."

"Of course." She mumbled. She needed to remind herself to sit away from the blabbermouths of her year.

Dumbledore smiled at her. "Good. You also should remember what I said about second chances." His voice was low and almost soft. "You understand, Evelyn?"

She wrapped her arms around herself and nodded. She did understand him. She knew that she could get a second chance, but not in this school. The best second chance for her was to start fresh in Ilvermorny.

The silence was deafening. It was understandable as it was past midnight, but it was still deafening. It made her skin crawl. It made her shiver so much despite the dorm being warm. It made her remember how alone she was. Despite being in a dorm with three other girls and Sabrina, Evelyn felt alone. Alone as she had never felt before.

She looked at the clock on the wall. A sigh escaped her as she saw that it was past midnight. She was supposed to be in bed at the moment. She had a long day tomorrow. She was finally heading home which meant that she was going to be in the Hogwarts Express for hours. Alone as she was tonight.

Unable to stand the silence anymore, Evelyn got up from her bed. She grabbed her boots and a cloak. After putting them on, she left the dorm as quiet as she could.

Without thinking, Evelyn exited the Ravenclaw tower as well. Maybe for the first time in her life, she left her legs to do the thinking rather than her brain. Her legs ended up starting to climb the stairs that led to the Astronomy tower. Evelyn didn't understand why. Either way, she went along with it.

Since it was past midnight, the classes in the Astronomy Tower were already over. The place was empty and she was glad of that. As she stepped out to the balcony of the tower, Evelyn saw the stars.

Don.

Her stairs had brought her to Don's favourite place. Away from the ground, closer to the stars. That was how Don liked to be.

She walked towards the railing and looked up at the stars. She remembered all the nights that she and Don had spent looking at the stars. They would climb trees, roofs or anything higher than the ground just to see the stars. He would teach her everything about Astronomy and she would listen to him. She had never cared much about Astronomy, but she loved the class because Don did.

A small smile crossed her face. She remembered what Don had told her when they were ten years old.

"One of my ancestors believed that if you looked at the stars and wished upon it, your wish would be granted."

Evelyn had never believed that. Neither had Don. He had said that his ancestors had just been universe fanatic that believed that stars controlled people. She only believed that wishes came true if you worked hard for them. She never believed that a miracle would happen if you wished upon a star.

Yet Evelyn found herself looking at the stars. She guessed that she had become desperate as she found herself closing her eyes and wishing.

She wished for a glimmer of hope. A sign, an omen or any of that sort that would tell her that everything would be okay. Something that would tell her that her hope had yet time to live on rather than die.

A gust of wind blew around her. She held onto her cloak tight as it moved with the wind. She let out a shiver, but she stayed there.

Suddenly, the door of the tower opened. Evelyn wanted to hit herself. She had been caught by Dumbledore a day ago. Why did she think being in the Astronomy tower in the middle of the night was a good idea?

"Lynn?"

Her eyes widened at the sound of her nickname. When she turned around, she didn't see any of the faculty members or Filch. Standing in front of the door with a cigarette in his fingers, was Sirius.

Evelyn relaxed at first. She didn't have to worry, especially since she was Sirius. She tensed when she remembered that she was a prefect. "What are you doing here so late in the night?

Sirius lit his cigarette with his wand. "I can ask you the same question." He put his wand in his pocket.

"I'm a prefect."

Sirius raised an eyebrow as he walked towards her. "You can't fool me, Lynn. It's the middle of the night. Prefects never do rounds this late They never do rounds in the Astronomy tower."

"You know a lot about the prefect schedule?"

He leaned against the railings next to her. She noticed that he looked better than he had done before she left for her dad's. His eyes weren't that sunken and his face had a normal colour to it. "It's my job as the resident troublemaker."

At the mention of the word 'troublemaker, Evelyn thought back to what Remus told her. She knew that Sirius loved to have fun more than the normal person, but she didn't think he would take it that far. She had been shocked when she heard about it. Remus had told her that Sirius had done it for his amusement. Evelyn had thought so too, but thinking about it, she didn't think that was it.

She turned her face away from Sirius and looked at the stars again. Her eyes lingered on the brightest ones way more than the others.

"Moony told me that he told you about what I did." Sirius broke the silence between them.

"He did a few weeks ago." She mumbled. "I also noticed that you two are friends again."

"We are." That was all Sirius said.

She heard him take a drag of his cigarette and before blowing smoke in the other direction. She gripped the railings and pressed her lips together.

"Why did you do it?"

"Huh?"

Evelyn turned to face him. Sirius kept his attention directed to the stars. "Why did you sent Snape to be killed by Remus?"

"Didn't Remus tell you that I did it for my amusement?"

Evelyn's jaw clenched. Was there a chance that was true? Did Sirius do that for his amusement? "I thought he was saying that because he was just mad at you." She responded to him. Sirius spared a look from the corner of his left eye. "Besides, I held you in a higher regard than that."

"Like you did with Lestrange?"

At the mention of him, Evelyn clenched her fists. "Remus told you about my breakup with him."

"Yep, I heard it was quite eventful." He put his cigarette between his teeth. "You shouldn't hold me in a high regard, Lynn, especially after what I did."

"I don't. I honestly think that you messed up with what you did." She told him and he blew his smoke. "However, I don't think you did it for your amusement. My best guess was lack of impulse control."

Sirius let out a scoff. He looked away and he let out another scoff.

At his lack of response, Evelyn breathed out. "So, I was right."

"You must love that." He retorted.

"Not as much as I would have done before." She remarked as she looked at the stars again. "I'm glad that Remus forgave you though."

He scowled. "Most people would say that he was foolish to do that."

"You made a mistake, but that doesn't mean you can't get a second chance." She repeated the words that Dumbledore had told her one day ago.

"Second chances, huh?" Sirius snorted. "Believe it or not, someone spoke to me about second chances a few weeks ago as well. At the time, I thought that Remus wouldn't even look at me and let alone talk."

Evelyn furrowed her eyebrows. "Who did you talk with?"

Before Sirius could answer, the door of the Astronomy Tower opened. Both of them became alert as they realized they got caught. When they turned around, they relaxed when they saw James coming in.

"Padfoot, I was looking for you-" James stopped himself from talking. Evelyn, on the other hand, frowned at the nickname. She found it quite odd. "Oh, Lynn. I didn't expect to see you here."

Evelyn turned her whole body. "Yeah, Sirius and I ran into each other here." Unlike her, Sirius didn't even move from his place. He continued to smoke his cigarettes and even looked at the stars again. "I think it's better if I leave now."

"You don't have to," James told her.

She shook her head. "No, no, I think it's better. I only came here for some fresh air." She would prefer to stay. She just believed that, with both James and Sirius there, the Astronomy Tower was a bit too crowded for her liking. "I'll see you around, boys."

"You too," James answered her.

Evelyn faked a small smile before she left the Astronomy Tower.

Evelyn exited the bathroom of the Hogwarts Express. She closed the door behind her and let out a sigh. Only one hour had passed and she was already tired of this trip. Usually, time would pass by so fast during the train ride. She guessed that being alone in a compartment made time move slower.

As she walked the corridor of the Hogwarts Express, she spotted Mortice and Emily. As soon as they saw her, the two of them started to giggle. Evelyn knew that they would make a comment when she passed them. So, she braced herself and held her head right.

"I wonder who the next boy will be," Mortice said loud enough for her to hear. "She probably has them lined up."

At this point, Evelyn was done trying to correct people or shutting them up. All she wanted was to go back to her house and sleep. Plus, at the start of the new school year, Evelyn would be in Ilvermorny. All of this would be forgotten when she went there.

So, she passed them without bothering to correct them. A few steps ahead, Evelyn heard Mortice scream. She turned to see what happened. A gasp escaped her when she saw that Mortice's neck had been transformed into a peacock's neck. Evelyn covered her mouth with her hand as she saw the neck grow and turn blue.

Mortice burst into tears and hurried towards the bathroom. Emily followed her, trying to console her friend.

Evelyn looked around to see who had hexed her. She saw no one around her was suspicious enough. The people around her were third years and below. None of them would know how to pull a spell like this.

Seeing as she couldn't find the person. Evelyn decided to head to her compartment. She had chosen the first compartment of the train. People usually avoided it as the engine of the train made a lot of noise. The noise was so loud and overwhelming that Evelyn couldn't hear her thoughts. If she was being honest, she preferred not to hear her thoughts. Her mind didn't let her rest or even sleep. She could take a bit of a break from it.

A few hours later which were too long for Evelyn's liking, she saw the train approach the station. She immediately got her trunk alongside Sabrina's and Caterpillar's cages. It was a bit hard to manage. Usually, someone would help her out with them, but now, she had no friends to do that.

With difficulty, Evelyn exited the train. Her eyes immediately sought her mum. Her breathing turned rag as her body started to shake. However, it didn't shake in fear or stress, it shook in anticipation.

She found her mum standing a few feet away from her. She was on her tiptoes, trying to spot Evelyn.

Evelyn rushed towards her mum. The sound of her footsteps made her mum turn around. Her mum smiled at her when she saw her. It made Evelyn's heart swell in her chest.

"Hi, Sunshine."

She put the trunk and the cages down. After that, she flung herself at her mother and wrapped her arms around her tight. She squeezed her eyes shut and rested her head on her mum's shoulders. Tears gathered in her eyes and she tried her best not to break into sobs.

"Are you okay?" Her mum whispered in her ear.

"Now, I am," Evelyn mumbled before she hugged her mum tighter.

So, here is the next chapter, I updated faster this time. Got struck with some inspiration this time and this chapter came out of it. I hope you enjoy the chapter that I wrote. I quite liked this one (for no reason though as it's not that special)

The upcoming chapters would be all about the winter holidays. Despite being the winter holidays, a lot of things are going to happen, so prepare for all of that.

Lulu111: It was a very big step for Evelyn, especially how hard is to get out of these abusive relationships. As for the club, yeah, it was pretty unfair for what they did to Evelyn. They all decided to judge her without even bothering to hear her side of the story. As for her friends, the situation has been complicated even more because of Elena's lies and Evelyn's pride.

Next up, Spitting It All Out
