Alex had planned on grabbing Seth and slipping away from the others, she really needed to speak with him, but her plan failed mainly because everyone wanted answers. Annabeth and Percy pulled her aside wanting to know what Artemis had wanted but, on this Alex only shrugged, as she looked around the others and remembered seeing their deaths.

"Are you seriously not going to tell us?" Percy asked

"I attacked two Greeks, it seems you have powerful friends." Alex replied it was half truths and had hoped this would suffice, Percy seemed to accept it, but it was Annabeth that pushed it.

"That is not the only reason, you're holding something back."

"I am not." Alex began to retort

"You did not really attack me, I merely distracted you away from the vampires." Annabeth pointed out, Jasper had tried to step in to stop the fight using his talents but it did not work, had Annabeth not stepped in Alex would have beheaded him. "So…" Annabeth let the sentence hang hoping she would share.

"Something personal, this is not the first time I have come across her." Alex retorted heading into the kitchen her head was sore.

"Something has you worried." Annabeth stated hoping to hide her disappointment as Alex grabbed a glass of water.

"Could be nothing." Alex shrugged Annabeth could tell that she did not want to talk about it but there was something in her eyes that had Annabeth knowing that she should know what was going on. Her eyes changed again this time because she was staring at Seth. "I need to talk to him, you can help the others with the wedding planning. Renee is coming over again." Alex stated she had her drink then went to walk over to Seth but Annabeth placed her hand on her arm stopping her. The others were in the room all looking at them expectantly. Alex sighed "She asked a couple of questions and I answered them." Alex stated

"She didn't ask you to…" Annabeth left the question hanging but Alex figured what she was meaning.

"To join her? No, besides I would not be able to, I already serve Lupa." Alex pointed out once again her eyes trailed over to Seth.

The others looked towards the door as they heard tyres on their drive at the mention of Renee Esme looked torn, she knew why she was here but this development with Alex had her wanting to stay with her. "I will talk to you later, right now I need to go…" Alex stated not looking at her foster family she stayed focused on Seth. Not helping the flashbacks of the dream, not for the first time she was happy that Edward could not read her mind. She moved swiftly over to Seth the others looked like they wanted to protest, she knew they still had a lot of questions, hell she had her own questions but right now she needed time to talk to Seth. Renee's voice stopped all other conversation as they heard her talking to someone.

"It's Sally too." Carlisle stated looking at Percy who looked up at the mention of his mothers name, she had come for the wedding with Paul and Estelle. Percy had informed her of what was going on in Forks, he hardly kept things from her anymore mainly to stop her from worrying about him. (like it made any difference she would always worry) Percy looked away from the door back to Alex only to find her and Seth gone. He looked at Annabeth part of him wanted to follow her and demand answers, but Annabeth gave a small shake of her head. So instead, he went with Esme to go and greet his mother. Although after their greetings he left because they were once again talking weddings. Percy ended up taking Annabeth for a walk through the forest promising the others they wouldn't go too far, but Percy wanted to train so they were far enough away that the others would not be able to hear them.

Things were moving quickly the Cullen's agreed to focus on the wedding now once that was done, they would confront the issue of Greek gods. Annabeth was worried, Alex had once again started pushing everyone away she spent most of her time with Seth in La Push. Sally was staying with her at her place with Paul and Estelle, Percy loved spending time with his family, but Sally could tell that something was bothering him. They had just had dinner with Charlie and Renee and were back at the house when she stopped them from going to their room.

"Okay out with it." She stated stopping them in their tracks.

"Out with what?" Percy tried but his mother gave her a pointed look that had him looking down.

"You're not leaving again, are you?" Sally asked thinking back to his experience the last time he left and how much it had changed him, not for the better.

"No, we are here for the wedding then we will go to New Rome for college, that plan has not changed." Percy stated looking from his mother to Annabeth who nodded. This was their plan, Reyna and Jason had already arranged an apartment for them.

"Then what has you both so…concerned?" Sally asked choosing her words carefully.

"The situation here…"

"Are you referring the wedding? Or the…" She couldn't say the word.

"No, not them. The wedding…well it's a wedding and the other issue is not an issue as far as I am concerned the Cullen's are great."

"Does this have something to do with Alex then? I have noticed the tension between you." Sally pointed out she just never knew how to bring it up. "Her and the Seth boy, it reminds me a lot of how you two…" She stopped seeing the look on both Annabeth and Percy's face. "Did you have a fight?" Sally asked changing the subject.

"Not exactly, she just won't talk to us. It's like she doesn't trust us." Percy stated in frustrations.

"I don't think that Percy, not from what I have seen." Sally replied

"Then why won't she talk to us?" Percy asked

"Perhaps she does not know how to say it. Whatever is going on I am sure she will tell you in time." Sally stated Percy felt Annabeth place her hand in his and give it a gentle squeeze for support.

"The wedding is tomorrow we should all get some sleep." Paul stated entering the room he had already put Estelle to bed and came over to Sally. They all agreed, Sally could see from the look in her sons eyes that this was not the end of it and that he would get his answers.

Meanwhile the Cullen's were getting the final touches ready for the ceremony tomorrow Alice was keeping them all busy with the final touches making sure everything was perfect. When a scream was heard from inside making them all freeze.

AN: So what do you think? Does Percy get his answers? I decided to bring in Sally after all she would probably be there for her niece's wedding, I also decided that Percy would share what the Cullen's were, not necessarily at first but I figured Sally would figure something was off with them so he would tell her.
