Chapter Four
Two figures were fighting in a near death battle, the boy with black hair knew he couldn't win so he did the only thing he could have done even though his pride doesn't want him to.
He backed away from the redhead, "I SURRENDER!!!" shouted the last Uchiha in the village. The proctor quickly said Gaara as the winner, the angry redhead knew he couldn't finish the job yet so he backed down.
The proctor sighed in relief that the redhead was calmed, "now will Naruto Uzumaki come down here" he said authoritative. All the Genin looked at the blonde with worry on their faces, he smiled brightly and walked towards the arena.
He was about to arrive when Sasuke spoke up after passing by him, "you better not lose Dobe" he said plainly. Naruto looked at him and only held a tiny bit of resentment towards the Uchiha, "thanks Teme but I plan on winning" he said with a smirk which made Sasuke snort and walk away while he arrived at the center of the stadium.
The proctor looked at the two contestants, "alright this is the last round of the Chunin exams get ready... START!!" he shouted at the end.
Gaara looked at Naruto with a sadistic smile and had sand plow at him, the blonde looked at him with no emotions until golden chains came out of his back and went through the sand which rapped around the redhead.
The sand coming at the Uzumaki fell to the ground while the sand shinobi panicked when the chains rapped around him, he was trying to take them off but he felt his chakra quickly leave him.
The third Hokage looked at naruto in shock while the Kazekage seethed in the inside, 'the brat's dangerous, I better start it now' he thought while making a motion.
Feathers started falling from the sky as soon as the motion was made, but it was too late. All the chakra in the boy was drained, getting closer he put his palm on his seal and replaced it.
Now the seal was a simple one which had the tailed beast behind a proper cage and not being able to influence the host by cutting off it's chakra, 'sorry Shukaku but you aren't stable now, I'll tell you what is happening after this invasion' he thought after looking at the seal.
'it's a good thing mom and dad left all their knowledge in the book where I could learn them in my sleep' he thought relieved. Naruto looked at the battling shinobi's and frowned, 'this is going to cost me about a three fifths of my chakra' he thought with furrowed eyebrows.
He made a single hand sign and muttered, "Shadow Clone Jutsu". Thousands of clones appeared, "you all know what to do" he said with a slight pant.
The clones nodded in confirmation and took off, seeing them leave the Uzumaki took off towards the huge barrier on top of the Kage Stands.
Arriving he appeared next to a couple of Anbu's which made them look at him cautiously after he narrowed his eyes, "why aren't you helping the Hokage?" he asked with clear annoyance.
The Anbu in command shrugged, "they're behind a barrier so we can't get to them" he said while looking at the epic fight. Naruto frowned, "have you thought of digging from below" he said now clearly more annoyed.
The Anbu smacked the front of their masks, the group quickly left and started digging. After sometime the group finished and got into the battlefield, the Uzumaki saw the old man was about to use the hand signs that he saw in his fathers notes and knew its outcome.
Running as fast as a Chunin leveled person could go he managed to interrupt him before he finished the last seal, "you know with me here I can seal them right?" he said with a smile.
Hiruzen's eyes became wide, "N-NARUTO WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE??!!" he shouted in a worried voice. The two previous Hokage's looked at the blonde with curiosity, "oh who is this Hiruzen?" the two asked at the same time.
Naruto smirked, "I'M NARUTO UZUMAKI AND I'LL BE THE FIFTH HOKAGE!!!" he shouted proudly. The two blinked, "Uzumaki? like Mito?" asked the brown-haired man.
The blonde nodded, "I assume so since it was my given name at birth though if you wonder about the Senju, Uchiha, and Uzumaki clans then you will be disappointed since Tsunade Senju, Sasuke and Itachi Uchiha, Karin and myself are the last of our clans that we know of" he said a tiny bit sad at the end.
The two Hokage's eyes widen and became sad, "so everyone is dying out" the second Hokage muttered out sadly for the three clans.
Hiruzen looked down in shame, 'it's mostly my fault but I'll fix that' he thought with conviction. Naruto shrugged and had his chains wrap around the two when they were distracted, he walked up to them and put a seal on the seal Orochimaru put on them.
He smiled at them, "now you're not under his control" he said which made everyone get into shock. Naruto smiled hesitantly, 'it's a good thing I took a look at those seals during the war' he thought relieved.
Everyone turned and glared at Orochimaru, the man backed up slowly with wide eyes and quickly dispersed the Reanimation Jutsu.
The first Hokage furrowed his brows but smiled, "it seems the leaf will have a bright future if we make kids of this caliber" he said happily which his brother agreed.
The duo disappeared in flaps of paper, the third Hokage turned back to the snake man to only see him leave with a reversal summoning.
Naruto frowed, "coward" he said a little bitterly. The older man nodded sadly but became serious, "now mind telling me where you got all your skills" he said looking at the toung boy in contemplation.
Naruto looked at him and remembered the plan, "I was trained by Jiraiya the Toad Sage though I have actually trained secretly in Fuinjutsu" he said with the half truth.
The Hokage eyes became wide at knowing Jiraiya was in the village but became interested in his Fuinjutsu knowledge, "what level are you at?" he asked curious.
Naruto shrugged, "I'm barely at the level which lets me barely lets me make a good enough seal to hold the one tails" he said honestly.
The man blinked but nodded, "level four is a pretty high level to be at in Fuinjutsu" he said telling him his level. Naruto smiled at the praise, "sooo what do I do now?" he asked unsure.
Hiruzen shrugged, "go and help people around" he said while leaving with the Anbu. Naruto frowned but listened, he walked off and used almost the rest of his chakra to create clones to help out.
With the Hokage who arrived at his office saw many Jonin standing at attention, "Report!" he said authoritative. Shikaku Nara walked forward, "in the battle against the sand and sound we only lost a total of twenty troops thanks to the contribution of the clones of Naruto Uzumaki, I would recommend him for Chunin if you haven't considered it for his battle prowess" he said calmly while others agreed.
The Jonin gained his attention after remembering what he did, "why do you believe he should be a Chunin?" he asked with a raised eyebrow.
The man rubbed his chin, "in the battlefield it was reported that around ten thousand clones have been assisting fellow shinobi's in battle while being able to take down many Chunin's and mid level Jonin's" he said exactly as remembered from the reports of others and from himself.
Earlier
The clones acknowledge their orders and took off, a group of clones arrived in a street full of shinobi's. The ninja's who were fighting stopped and looked where they heard thousands of foot steps, everyone froze at the sheer amount of clones but realized it was from the leaf.
The leaf Shinobi shouted out in happiness for reinforcements while the sound and sand ninja's coward, "REMEMBER OUR ORDERS!!! SPARE THE SAND AND ELIMINATE THE SOUND SHINOBI'S!!!" a clone shouted which all agreed.
Upon hearing these words everyone's eyes became wide, the sound were about to retreat when clones flanked them and started slaughtering them with waves of kunai's raining down on them or dying to elemental Jutsu's they threw.
With the sand ninja's they were all captured with the blondes chains and had their chakra drained, the leaf captured the alive sand shinobi's and put them in the main prison quickly.
The streets were filled with blood and gore from the sound nins, many clones puked when the battle finished and then started to help anyone nearby.
Present
The older man felt bad for the young boy since the shadow clone brings their memories to the original, "I was already considering it but thanks to his contributions it solidified his new position" he said in his great Hokage voice.
