Lincoln is still in the hospital, and Luna Loud has to be ready for when her brother returns, and stuff is gonna go down in the Louds House, the Elementary School and the High School. Things are gonna turn sorta spicy and possibly a spark of a new conflict or ordeal, so enjoy reading this everyone.

"Luna's forgotten promise."

(The Loud House.)

The morning has come and all the louds don't feel like going to school and yet they have to. Luan wakes up and she leaves her bedroom, but then she stops and she goes back inside and checks the top bunk and sees Luna is missing. "What the heck?" Luan then leaves the room and she looks around.

Then she sees the bedroom of Lincoln open, and coming out is Luna, and she doesn't look too good. "Luna?" The other sisters also come out and see Luna. "What the heck were you doing in Lincoln's bedroom? You're grounded from leaving..."

"What are you gonna do, ground me eve further?" Luna responds with such a spiteful tone in her voice, and this startles the others. "Go ahead and rat me out, you don't know what kind of bloody hell that I have been through, Luan." she then goes into the bathroom and gets ready for the day.

All of them didn't see that coming, and then Lori speaks. "Everyone, it seems best that we steer clear of Luna and her ordeal. Now, we know she is in trouble and grounded, and she seems to be accepting it. But I think with Lincoln not being here and her current state, seems to be making her into an aggressive person, so nobody push her to asking questions. I don't wanna see her turn violent."

Leni nods and speaks. "Remember what we saw from the surveillance footage?"

They all recall that, the way Luna marched and was super angry at Sam for what she spoke, they can all tell that this is a Luna Loud they don't wanna mess with and even Lynn Jr and Lola are scared to see Luna when she is full on angry mode.

Lisa then speaks. "Chances that Luna will be less of an angry person and more into concern and care by the time our brother returns and the lift is still waiting for him, I also intend to run a few more checkups to make sure this is a well-made creation of mine."

Lana is confused. "Wait, Lisa I thought you said this won't fail and..."

"I know what I said, Lana." Lisa sighs. "But, I wanna be safe. By the time school is over, I need to do some more tests and make sure this won't break down and do damage to our brother when he uses it. I don't want him to be hurt even further through my actions, also Luna might hate me if he does get hurt."

"Not wrong there" replied Lucy. "With Luna's head now back on track with what she had lost and forgotten back then, I believe that by the time Lincoln comes back, she will be in a defensive mode and do her part to continue helping Lincoln with his needs, and we should be careful around her before she goes off like a vampire without blood for two months."

They all had no clue why Lucy mentioned that vampire thing, then Lola speaks. "We should go about our day when Linky does return and off some help, but not too much or Luna will freak out." She then looks towards Lori and Leni. "When do you two plan to get a car?"

Lori sighs. "We're gonna get them soon, possibly this week. We're not gonna have much important stuff, and I need to talk with my coach about what went down and how I feel responsible for not picking them up... But if I do get a ride of my own, then chances we won't need to use vanzilla all the time."

Leni nods. "Yeah, I can pick some of you up from your events, but if Lincoln goes off somewhere to spend time and have fun, then he is top priority for pickup so he doesn't get hurt further, are we clear on that one?" The others all agree, and they fall in line to the bathroom.

Then something comes into Lori's head. 'Luna is 15, and she's going through bad memories and bringing back lost bonds. Chances she might end up asking for driver's lessons, and a car. Well, on the plus side to this... No loud music blaring through the house.'

(Later.)

Everyone is enjoying the breakfast that Lynn Sr made, but they noticed that someone is not with them and that someone is Luna, so Rita looks to Luan and she asks. "Luan, where the heck is Luna?"

Luan also looks around. Then she recalls. "Right, well Luna was kinda occupied going through her side of the closet and she was picking out some clothes to wear for today, and she didn't seem to bother talking to me, and she was giving me the silent treatment, I got no pun for that."

Lynn Jr then asks. "Wait, does that mean I can have her plate of bacon and eggs?"

Lynn Sr takes the plate away. "Nope, not gonna happen LJ." They then see Luna, and the new attire she is wearing seems to surprise them all.

Luna's new attire: A Dark purple jacket with no logo on the back and she has a light purple shirt with some white lines on the collar. Black jeans and a white belt, purple boots and her bracelets are now silver and musical note earrings.

"Whoa. Luna, you look different" replied Leni. "Are those the clothes you got from the mall yesterday?"

Luna didn't like hearing that. "Mind those words, Leni. You're not stupid and less than dumb to mention the place where it all went down!" Luna then grabs her lunch and then she drinks a glass of milk. "I'm getting breakfast at the school, don't bother getting me." She then makes it outside and she takes the bike she kept in the garage and never bothered to use.

All of them are surprised to hear this, and Leni feels hurt from those words and she wipes some tears. "I didn't mean to... I was just..." Lori places an arm around her sister and hugs her, they can all tell that the whole ordeal where Lincoln got hit ah struck a major blow onto Luna and she doesn't seem friendly anymore.

Lynn Sr and Rita did not see this coming, and they don't know what'll happen when Lincoln finally comes back home.

(Royal Woods Elementary School.)

A lot of the students are talking about what had gone down with Lincoln and how he saved Luna who was responsible for the whole ordeal, and everyone is talking about the one man who has ran away from the ordeal, Flip and where is he now? Let's hear what the friends of Lincoln have to say.

Stella is the one who speaks after she gets her book from her locker. "From what the news said, the cops surrounded Flip's, and they couldn't find him inside and then they got hit by some traps that didn't even hurt them, they were mostly getting hit by corn chips and a whole lot of expired Flippie juices, gross!"

Then Liam speaks. "The cops did go to the garage in the back and they almost got run over when Flip came through on his wheels with a snow plow, the guy is crazy trying to escape the law!"

"A one hour chase around town and he even wrecked some local business trying to evade the cops, and even almost hit some old ladies and Scoots" replied Rusty. "Also, I think he tried to leave the town, but ran into the Hazeltucky cops?"

Zach nods. "He did dude, and they chased him in their town and then he drove towards Beaverton and got chased by cops there, and then he ended up in Great Lakes City, and he lost control and fell into the waters, and tried to swim for it."

Jordan then shows up. "And that is where the coast guards took him down, I think the Louds should file a law suit and have him locked up, we don't need some psycho who hits people around the town anymore."

"What do you think Clyde?" asked Stella, they see Clyde looking into his locker. "Clyde?" They all come over and see him looking at the photos of himself and Lincoln and all of them know what this is about.

"Dude, Lincoln is changing and you gotta learn to deal with it man" replied Rusty. "He can't always be the same kind of kid you knew for a long, long time."

"Middle School is gonna be the biggest thing for us and you're gonna be all over this new change like a fly on cow pie" relied Liam.

Clyde then looks to all of them. "You guys don't get it, I am the best friend of Lincoln Loud and the one and most important thing I have come to know from Lincoln is that our friendship means something and I am not gonna let the times we had together die out like that, I have to find some way to..."

"Oh for the love of Polar Bears!" yelled Jordan. "Stop it, Lincoln has been through a lot and he needs the company of his sister who caused all of this, so why aren't you trying to just be supportive with his choices of change, I mean... His sister has finally come to realize the meaning of reality and for some reason you're tied with the past times that got you and Lincoln into trouble."

"She is not wrong there dude" replied Zach. "Lincoln has to grow up and same with us, we can't always be the same old guys around here. Though, some of our hobbies remain." He then sees someone. "Hey, it's Tabby."

Tabby ignores them, but then Liam confronts her. "Hey Tabby, been a while and I was wondering..."

"Not now, Liam" replied Tabby as she looks upset. "After what I heard, I doubt I can even be friends with Luna Loud anymore, there is no way am I gonna consort with such a bloke like her. Leave me alone, mates." She then walks away and this surprises Liam and he likes her.

Stella sighs. "Wow. Looks like Luna Loud has left some bad tastes for everyone around here, mostly Tabby." She then goes back to Clyde. "Clyde, the best thing you can do is give Lincoln some space, and allow his family to handle this, and also get some good advice to at least learn to accept change, have you even spoken to Dr. Lopez about this?"

Clyde nods and looks panicked. "I did and she gave me advice that didn't make sense to me! She once told me to take it nice and slow and accept the chances that come as time goes on, she said nothing about change coming now and after an accident! This doesn't make sense to me, and I wanna see the Lincoln Loud I have come to know and call my best friend, and why didn't he tell me that Luna was his first best friend?! She's his sister!"

Jordan and the others are getting annoyed by this. "This is getting super ridiculous, McBride." then they see someone they all deem annoying and a total bully. "What the heck do you want, Chandler?'

The Popular kid and his goons, Dennis and Patrick go over to the group. "Heard what happened, would've been much fun if that Larry was sent flying farther, I mean Flip sucks at..." Then Jordan lands a punch to his face. "What the heck?! Girl Jordan?!"

They all look to the girl and she is fuming angry. "His name is Lincoln Loud, and my name if Jordan Rosato, because Boy Jordan moved two weeks ago, you jerk! Also, disrespecting someone who was in an accident is wrong and dang rude and dark!"

Chandler then gets back up with the help from his goons. "What the heck has happened to you?! That is Larry Loud, the weakest and pathetic kid around the school, and why do you care about that loser? He should've been lights out and never come back from what I see it and same with that dumb sister..."

Jordan then kicks Chandler in the shin and then she lands another punch to his face, and he hits the locker and falls to the ground. Dennis and Patrick look to Jordan, but they see her mean glare and how dangerous and fiery her eyes are hearing this. They back away in fear, but Chandler gets back up.

Jordan growls. "I am not gonna let you talk that way about Lincoln Loud! He's just someone who hasn't done anything to you and this is how you treat him?! What kind of selfish and pathetic monster are you do say those words?!"

Rusty then recalls something. "Yeah, and from what I do recall. Chandler, when Flip was racing away from the cops, I recall the news said that your dad's car hot sideswiped and he also crashed a hole through your house and drove off."

All of the students look towards Chandler and whisper about his wrecked home, and his room which has lost its floor from the crash that Flip made.

Chandler didn't like this and he looked to Jordan and the others in anger. "Yeah, well... I am gonna be honest, I don't think Larry Loud is a kid who deserves to be in this school and doesn't deserve to even be around! The best thing about what happened, is that he got hit and can't walk anymore! Also, the world would've been a better place if Larry Loud was never even around from the beginning!"

"What was that young man?!" The students all see Principal Huggins, Mrs. Johnson, Coach Pokawski, Sheryl and Nurse Patti, and the students all have their cellphones and recorded everything. Chandler looks around and sees that he is in deep trouble for his words.

"You are in deep trouble, and what everyone recorded might as well be on social media, your parents will hear about this!" Principal Huggins then grabs Chandler by his arm and he tries to escape, and so do his friends, but Coach Pokawski grabs them and they drag them to the principal's office to deal with this and chances the loud parents will be there soon.

Everyone then whispers about Chandler not being himself and now seeing how much of a big jerk he truly is. Jordan sighs in relief and then she gets hugged by Lola and Lana, and she sees Lisa and Lucy approach her. "Thanks for standing up for our brother, Jordan" replied Lucy.

"We didn't expect anyone to be standing up for the current state of our brother" replied Lisa. "Unlike someone else." She glares at Clyde and the McBride boy is confused by what is going on and he leaves them all alone and heads to the boy's restroom.

All of them are happy at what Jordan did and she returns the embrace on the loud twins, but Stella can see something else is going on. 'Wait, does Jordan Rosato have a thing for Lincoln Loud? Whoa!'

(Royal Woods High School.)

Luna Loud is walking down the halls and she doesn't even bother with the other students all whispering about what had gone down, and all of them don't wanna bother with her. Carol on the other hand is concerned, and same with Dana, Becky, Teri and Whitney. They were told about how it all went down and the aftermath from Lori, Leni, Jackie and Mandee.

Luna doesn't wanna talk to anyone, and she even passes by Lori and Leni who arrived to the school, and even Luan notices this and she is concerned for Luna, she then sees Benny, Maggie and Ruby and she speaks with them about what had happened and how Lincoln is doing, and it seems like some of them wanna see how he's doing.

Luna then goes to her locker, and she sees the note left on it by some students and it says. "Brother Hater." Luna growls and she rips it apart and then she opens her locker to grab her things, she closes it and then she sees Sam. "Hey, Luna. Are you doing alright?"

Luna sighs. "Not in the mood to deal with everyone else and not even bothering to handle those I call family. The only thing I gotta focus on is how Lincoln is doing, and what I can do to help him by the time he comes out, and I am gonna visit him today and see how he's been doing."

Sam nods. "That's good to know, and hey... Don't let everyone else get to ya, alright Lunes? They're just miffed and don't understand how it all went down with the aftermath of the hit, and I also told Sully and Mazzy about what had happened and at least they understand... Everyone else, I am not so sure. At least not everyone is against you, Luna."

Luna scoffs. "What does it matter? Let them hate me for all I care, I just wanna focus on being there for my brother and I have a plan on how I can keep track of him when he does go back to school, I just need Lisa to help me with that and I just... I don't wanna watch him get into trouble again. It makes me feel like the promises I have sworn to not break and forget are gonna be torn down again."

Sam nods. "I get it Lunes, and I understand. You think I can tag along and see how Lincoln is doing? I mean, I would bring Simon along, but mom and dad promised to bring him to a gaming convention today, located at the Royal Woods Performance Building and..."

Luna then grabs her face and she speaks with shock and panic. "Wait, say that again Sam!"

Sam is confused. "I wanna tag along and see Lincoln?"

"No not that!"

"Ummm, my brother is gonna be going to a gaming convention today at the Royal Woods Performance center?"

"That!" Luna then let's go of Sam's face. "That's the one. I wanna tag along with you, and then I can get some things Lincoln might like, and I think I can handle that. I got a lot of cash and then after that I will need to drop off the new stuff I got for him, or I can just show them to him when we visit the hospital!"

Sam is amazed to hear this. "Wow. Good plan, but wait... Didn't you have a plan already when you visit Lincoln? What the heck was it?"

Luna smiles, and so the two girls walk down the hallway to the band room. "Well, we both know that hospital food can be really bad to the taste, and Lincoln is not gonna be chill with the food there, so I am gonna bring him something delicious to munch on."

Sam smirks and she kisses Luna on the cheek. "Wow. Talk about a plan, wait... Am I hearing this right? Luna, are you the reason why Lincoln Loud tends to call himself the man-with-the-plan?"

Luna speaks, but then she stops and she realizes this. "Huh, I guess I am. Well, I know one thing... Lincoln is gonna be super excited when he sees what I have to bring for him." They continue their way to the band room, and then Luna recalls why she is good with planning.

'Back when I wasn't the rock n' roll psycho, I would at times be very observant and recall things going around me, and then come up with some kind of plan to make sure things don't turn from bad to worse. Holy smokes on the water, I am the reason why Lincoln calls himself the man-with-the-plan!'

(Royal Woods General Hospital.)

We now see Lincoln Loud, the afternoon has struck and he is getting bored and tired of reading the same Ace Savvy comics and he looks to the ceiling and seems less than pleased about being here. 'Two more days and soon I'll be outta this place and be on the wheel chair. This is so boring and food here is terrible, well it's not as worse as dad and some of his cooking.'

Then he hears a knock on the door and then he sees Jordan, Stella and Liam. "Guys? What the heck are you doing here?"

Liam then places some books, along with Stella and Jordan. "Well, we chose to help bring the school work to ya, and this does seem a lot. We had a lot of classes and quizzes today" replied Liam. "Sorry, Lincoln."

Lincoln sighs. "Dang, well looks like I am gonna have a busy day. Well, it's better than reading the same comics over and over, also where the heck are the others?"

Jordan is the first one to speak. "We all know that Clyde and his dads are not allowed to come back here, and I think he has something in store. Some kind of plan and he is still not liking the whole change you're going through, he's being... Weird, and very annoying."

Lincoln sighs and feels disappointed. "Dang it Clyde, he doesn't know what he's gonna get himself into through whatever he has planned, also I doubt he is good at planning and it's gonna backfire." Then he asks. "Well, what about Zach and Rusty?"

Stella answers the next one. "Right now, Rusty had to go home and handle another piano lesson, he might be busy for the rest of the day."

Liam then speaks. "Zach said that he has to go home and check on his mom, apparently she's sick and needs some medical attention. Also, did you see what was going on at social media news?"

Lincoln sighs and nods. "Which one, the part about me in this whole ordeal? The accident where I was struck and Luna getting blamed? Or the one where Chandler spoke the honest words and wants me dead for good?" He crosses his arms and looks away.

All of them did not see this coming, and then Jordan speaks. "You don't have to be worried about that one, Lincoln. Chandler won't be able to do much after what he did and he's getting some heavy duty detention time, and I think he's in serious big trouble with his parents."

Stella nods. "Yup, and your parents showed up and a law suit has been filed for what went down with Chandler's words, and they have a lawyer to do that part, and all thanks to Lisa. Also, I think your parents are planning to sue Flip for what he did to you, the fool is held at the Royal Woods Penitentiary for his crimes, and there might not be any court for him after what he did."

"Chandler and Flip are both big jerks, and they don't deserve nothing from anyone!" said Liam. "I really am starting to see that gophers and groundhogs are more tolerable than Chandler and Flip, also the Flip convenient store is gonna be closed down and possibly replaced, by this... High n' Buy? I don't know what all is about."

Lincoln sighs in relief. He then looks towards Jordan. "Thanks for standing up to me, it means a lot since I can't be there to do it myself. I appreciate it, and I even saw the twins hug you."

Jordan blushes and giggles. "Well, I did what I had to, and Chandler is a total jerk and I don't think anyone would be his pal for who knows how long, and... I couldn't let anyone say those words about you. No one knows what you have been through and I wanna help you with whatever is going on. We are... Friends after all, right?"

Lincoln blushes and chuckles. "Yeah, friends..." Lincoln and Jordan continue to look at each other, and this makes Stella and Liam snicker and see where this is going. Then Lincoln and Jordan realize what is happening and they see their hands are touching and they blush and chuckle nervously.

But then the door opens and coming through is Luna Loud and Sam Sharp, and they brought a lot of stuff. "Lincoln!" Luna goes over and she places the bags down and hugs her brother. "Are you doing alright, bro?"

Lincoln smiles and he returns the embrace. "Well, I am now. Thanks for coming, and the others did show up earlier, but they couldn't stay long because they had to head off someplace else and I think they might be planning a welcome back home party for me, obviously. They came here through their friend's wheels, and not mom and dad. Are you aware where mom and dad are?"

Luna then departs from the hug and she nods. "Law suit onto Flip and McCann." She then growls. "If it were up to me, I'd kick their butts and make them pay for everything."

Lincoln then holds her hand. "Calm down, sis. Both of them are getting what they deserve and there is no need for violence, I don't want you getting into trouble and I am sorry that a lot of folks at your school are glaring and giving you the stinker face, you don't deserve that." He knows from the posts on social media, Lori gave him a new phone when she came to the hospital.

Luna sighs, she then kisses his cheek. "That doesn't matter, Linc. What matters to me is that you're fine and alright and that I will do my part and help you out with whatever trouble is going on. A promise I don't wanna break or ever forget."

Lincoln has some tears and he wipes them. "Thanks, sis." The two loud siblings then embrace each other. "I love you, Luna."

Luna is touched hearing this and she kisses his forehead. "Luna love you too, little brother." The others have tears seeing this and are touched at the moment, and so Sam and Stella takes some pics, and they plan to post this to show everyone that everything between Lincoln and Luna is settled and everything is fine.

Lincoln and Luna depart from the hug and Luna sees Lincoln is wearing the necklace and this warms her heart to see how much Lincoln wants to keep the memories of the past lingering around, then she sees Jordan. "Hey there, little due and friends. Thanks for coming and... Why are your hands touching?"

Lincoln and Jordan then realize this and they let go and look away, chuckling nervously and blushing. Deep down, Luna Loud and Sam Sharp can see where this is going. 'Dang bro, looks like you found someone who does care. Let's hope Lori won't be too much on this, because if she does get overboard then I am gonna handle her myself!'

Lincoln then sees the bags. "Wait, did you girls go to the gaming convention?"

Sam chuckles. "We did and it was all Luna's idea after she heard what I was originally planning today. Simon couldn't come though, he fell asleep on the ride home and I had to drop him off home. Luna, show him what you got..."

Luna smiles and she opens the bags and shows him what is inside. "I got you some new stuff. The New PlayStation, an Xbox, Game controllers and a new computer for yourself and that one is back home, and even a new laptop and some new video games to try out."

She then hands him a small gift and he opens it. "This is the new SNAP, and it has some new video games you can try and play and it even picks up internet signals so you can play with others, and I got you some sweet and awesome merchandise that went with the video games I got for you too."

She was able to get some clothing, posters and action figures from various video games that she was able to see from the video games she got for her brother: Pokémon, World of Warcraft, StarCraft, Company of Heroes, Iron Harvest, Command and Conquer: General, Red Alert and Tiberium Wars, Among Us, League of Legends, Smite, Assassin's Creed, Supersmash Bros, Minecraft, Apex Legends, Doom, WWE2K, Dead by Daylight, Plants vs Zombies, Need for Speed and some from Ace Savvy and Muscle Fish.

Lincoln is amazed by what Luna got for him and then he asks. "Luna, how did you buy all of this? This looks like it costed a fortune!"

Luna smiles and she rubs her brother's head. "Calm down, Lincoln. I stored a lot of cash, and it has been with me since I was 10 year's old from doing chores and other work, and when I got into gigs and other stuff, then I earned more cash. Don't go worrying about this little brother. Let me do this, for you."

Lincoln feels honored by this, and yet he doesn't feel right about what Luna is doing, and he fears what whatever is next for when he returns home, Luna is gonna be doing a whole lot more, and he fears that.

While all of them are talking more about what Luna and Sam have brought to Lincoln, they all fail to notice a drone watching them and this drone belongs to Clyde and the boy is hiding in the bushes and s surprised by the many stuff Lincoln got from Luna and he is not liking this.

"What the heck is all of that stuff? That doesn't look like the kind of stuff Lincoln would like, and definitely not the ones I would approve. This has to stop and I want my best friend back! But how?" Clyde then thinks about this, but he gets frustrated. "Dang it! I am not good with planning, that's Lincoln's job!"

He then sees the drone looking at something, the necklace around Lincoln's neck and he thinks about this. "Am I that desperate to get Lincoln back to being the best friend I know and always have been related to?" He then sees Luna showing Lincoln some new clothing he could wear, and that ticks off Clyde.

"Yup, I am that desperate and I know what to do!" Clyde then has the drone come back. "I just need to take that necklace back, and when it's gone then he'll forget about this ordeal with Luna and get rid of the changes and then he'll be back to being Lincoln Loud again!"

Clyde then heads off, to make sure his plan goes accordingly.

"To be continued..."

A/N: Everything at both schools is turning into good and bad, and trouble is just gonna spark when Lincoln comes back, and then we have the whole stick between Lincoln and Jordan and you all understand where I am getting with that one, and as for Clyde? Well, looks like he knows what to do to regain his best friend back. But what will it cost in the end? Leave a review and tell me what you all think guys.
