Today we call for action against the United Nations of Earth (UNE) for breeding galaxy-killing weapons. The UNE continues to refuse demands to dismantle its deadly stockpile. We must thereby declare the UNE a Galactic Crisis.
Just centuries ago the UNE was an Atomic Age culture barely living on flammable matter. They are now an Egalitarian-Xenophile nation whose ongoing practices all maximize the fitness and lethality of their arsenal.
As the UNE's bioforms are too numerous to list here, we will focus on their 3 deadliest apex predators: Humans, Avali, and Bacteriophages.
Humans: Tall mammals with extreme stamina and healing factor. Humans can hunt by sheer persistence, literally following their victims to death. You must fully inactivate any Human you suspect is hunting you - destroying a bone or limb does not always do the job. Should you succeed, prepare for pack reprisal - Humans will avenge even non-Human allies as we learnt from the "Amoeba Cub" incident. The Human voice and bipedal stance both serve to induce fear in others - never communicate with a Human that would gain an advantage by threatening you. Human tactics combine extreme firepower with cautious risk-taking and a talent to weaponize almost anything; keep humans away from energy sources or portable hard objects.
Avali: Carnivorous avian raptors with sharp talons and fangs. Their ammonia breath can injure or kill at close range, but Humans sadly are immune to this. The Avali's most terrifying trait is its power to fly. If you are a ground or passive gliding race you must preemptively destroy an Avali's wings or else you have already lost. Never assume an Avali is not already attacking you, for Avali are deceitful game theorists who will make the entire galaxy hostile to you. Avali are light enough for one Human to carry multiple without losing stamina. Many Humans show fanatical skill in this task, using deadly force to protect their charges. Avali tactics use high mobility, stealth, and long-range intel; always assume that an Avali and its allies already know where you are.
Bacteriophages: Legally a type of Necroid; non-sentient microscopic objects responsible for the largest number of deaths across all UNE worlds, namely of prokaryotic bacteria. UNE medicals use phages to kill the few bacteria known to destroy Humans. Phages also co-evolve with their targets, continuing to deny us those means. We must suspect that any microbial means to combat the UNE menace will fail.
These are but 3 facets of the growing UNE threat. Advances in bionics, people-friendly eugenics, and tourist advertising are already boosting the UNE's destructive capabilities. Decent nations such as the Magath Punishers and Drukhari Shard who have always vowed to never acquire or use Species of Mass Destruction, must continue to lead us all by this example. Fallen Empires must safeguard their tech secrets by shooting down UNE science ships and cracking their own worlds that fall to the UNE. Nations must deny the UNE future stock by successfully defeating slave revolts and using lethal purging instead of displacement. Last but not least, those at war with the UNE must verifiably destroy all UNE bioforms they can - planetary-scale methods may be necessary.
Nations still in league with the UNE must end their ties or become accomplices in crimes against the galaxy. The Protogen Wardens must update their care programming to reject and destroy any UNE bioforms they own, after all, "doing no harm" would prohibit ensuring a menace one day returns to galactic primacy.
A chilling image taken in UNE space depicts a Human family performing a "head pat" with an adult Avali. The "head pat" is a UNE diplomatic method that pools culture and tactics and refines pack bonds with disturbing efficiency. If the galaxy is already dead, we have nothing to lose save the fate of countless other galaxies yet to feel the UNE's deadly touch.
