Born in fourth Scrin War is a GDI Sub Faction force has create and heavily inspire from Steel Talon but with tank and Traditional with new combine of Tactic or warfare from their Inspire ideal the Steel Talon Style tactic and warfare but with Tank and some heavy armour tank, Stronger effective Defense and more superior firepower artillery in every other GDI Sub Faction counter part, focusing on slow but powerful units to steamroll, siege warfare, and turtling warfare the enemy with, but also if this Sub Faction deployed in every war or Battlefield combine with their Sub faction Counter Part the Steel Talon everyone knew every well that GDI are not messing around or no push over and this is mean serious business if GDI highcom send Both Steel Talon and Steel Eagle Division is sight of clear message to Both enemy and GDI Allied that GDI every serious and basically GDI just finally reach their limited.
