As soon as Lamb and Fontaine were dealt with, this new person calling himself "Atlas" comes out of thin air and starts causing trouble and mayhem for me and my city. Not only that some of the citizens of Rapture have started to join him and calling him a hero of the people. He's no hero he's a poisonous parasite that is threatening the very life and purpose of Rapture and her people. The parasite must be punished for their crimes and troublesome ways.
